Ajapa jap and seva bhav
The essence of spiritual life is Bhāva, meaning devotion, emotion, and value. Your gain or loss is in the bhāva, not the object itself, just as profit comes from a gold price change, not the gold. Your bhāva toward God, master, and all relationships is your true power and wealth; if it fluctuates, you lose. Therefore, ensure your devotion grows daily. Spiritual life is a struggle where every step holds danger from negative thoughts and speech. Do not listen to, speak, or see negativity. Observe silence for protection. The greatest practice is Sevā Bhāva, selfless service without expectation, which merges with Prem Bhāva, unconditional love that radiates and cannot be hidden. Where love and service unite, God works for you, taking on the devotee's duty, as illustrated in the story of the devoted barber whose service caused divine intervention. Strive to realize these states.
"Naफा bhāv meṁ hai, vastu meṁ nahīṁ. The benefit is in the price, not in the goods."
"Prem chupāyā na chupāyī, prem kare prakāś. You cannot hide the love. Because love radiates."
