Oneness with the divine through ajapa
The origin of existence is found within the heart.
I found happiness near my master and realized oneness. The entire creation is like waves in the Supreme ocean; we must become one with it. We all search for our origin, which is love and true happiness. Worldly happiness is a temporary reflection. The origin is not found externally. It is within your breath, expressed as so'ham. Our life here is temporary, like checking out of a hotel. In meditation, the waves of emotion calm. We must surrender to a power greater than ourselves. Mantra practice purifies the inner instrument. The aim is Ajapa japa, where practice happens spontaneously like breath. The heart is our loyal friend and the location of the Ātmā, the eternal indescribable Self. Advanced practice leads to Bhāva Samādhi and then sahaja samādhi, where knower, knowledge, and object merge. In true union, like a drop in the ocean, there is no separation. One story tells of a king who tested his courtiers by entering savikalpa samādhi, appearing dead, to see if they would follow his final wishes. They planned to deceive him, proving their falsity. The lesson is to renounce and give.
"Where are you searching me, oh my friend? I am with you."
"The entire creation is the waves of the Supreme, and we have to become one with those waves again."
