Food is Prashad

A spiritual discourse weaving together teachings on sound, nourishment, karma, and selfless action.

"Through this cosmic sound, so many waves were created that we call the individual soul. And one day these waves will reunite in the lake at their source."

"Give, give, give. Try to ensure that no time passes in your life without keeping your hand engaged. The day you act like that, it is better for you to die."

A teacher delivers an extensive satsang, beginning with the nature of sound and prāṇa, and the goal of merging individual consciousness with the cosmic. He emphasizes the profound influence of sattvic food on body, mind, and spirit. The talk then expands into the law of karma and the paramount importance of selfless action (karma yoga), illustrated through parables including a magic mill that cannot stop producing salt and a story about misappropriated charitable ghee. He stresses that work and giving are essential spiritual principles, concluding with guidance on mindful eating.

Yesterday we spoke about sound. Sound is unlimited, as are space, consciousness, and energy. The seat of sound is in the Manipūra-Cakra, the abdominal cakra, the navel center, where prāṇa and apāna meet. This means energy comes in from outside, and another energy goes out from the body again. It is like a vacuum. Through prāṇāyāma, bandha, and kumbhaka, we succeed in leading our pure prāṇa with consciousness upward into the Sahasrāra Cakra. Sahasrāra Cakra—Sahasrā means thousand. A thousand-petaled lotus is also called Brahmāṇḍa. Brahma is the highest, Randra is a gate or a path or a hole. Our consciousness, at the end of this body, should exit through the Brahmarāndra. Then it means that the individual consciousness has merged into Brahman, or the omnipresent, cosmic consciousness. Then, the individual no longer exists, but only as the Supreme itself. Actually, that is the goal. But before that, when the pure prāṇa moves to the Manipūra-cakra, it is very important that we purify our prāṇa through various means and practices. Kumbhak means breath retention. According to classical yoga, there are three types of breathing exercises: Rechak, Pūrak, and Kumbhak. Rechak means exhaling, Pūrak means inhaling, and Kumbhak means holding the breath. There are two types of Kumbhak: inhaling and holding the breath inside. This is called Antar Kumbhak, inner Kumbhak. Or exhaling and holding the breath, which is called Bahir Kumbhak. So, these are three types of prāṇāyāma: inhale, exhale, and hold the breath. The others are breathing techniques: Sūryabhedan, Chandrabhedan, Anulom, Vilom, Paṣṭṛikā, Kapālabhāti, Ujjāyī, Bhrāṃrī, Siddhakalī, and so on. There are different techniques, such as how to inhale or how to exhale. Secondly, through our food. Food plays a significant role. Food is meant only for living. And so a philosopher said, we eat only to live; we love nothing, we only eat. Many physical and psychological problems stem from our food. Food has a great influence on our entire existence: our bodies, our minds, our feelings—or as one might say, psyche—and also our consciousness. Our thoughts are influenced by our food. For example, if this planet was created and spoken of, why should we create such a planet? What was it supposed to look like? What is the special characteristic? All planets have qualities. This planet is called Mṛtyuloka, the mortal world, death, death and birth. With this vibration, through this creation throughout the entire universe, the individual souls have evolved. For example, there is a beautiful, very calm, lovely, clear lake. We take a small stone and throw it into the calm sea. What happens? Waves. And the waves move in a circle, just like a sound plate. Everything is round; it automatically becomes round. And so one wave after another. Through this cosmic sound, so many waves were created that we call the individual soul. And one day these waves will reunite in the lake at their source. Guruji has composed a beautiful bhajan: "I have found bliss at the feet of the Guru... Like the ocean to the river, now I have found my highest bliss, beside or closer to my Master." How? Thus all the waves on the ocean have become one again with the ocean. The waves and the ocean are one, not two. No ocean, no waves. So we are the Tarang; it is called Tarang. The waves lament through this sound. In the cosmic parliament, in session, were Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Maheśa, Śiva. And all the different gods, all the principles, they were all together. The entire system that people in the modern world have absorbed and named comes from the cosmic creation. We have spoken about how to do it. Some people speak of the Supreme God and the demigod. There is no demigod. I have never known a demigod. There is only one God in various functions. This task was undertaken by Brahmā. And Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva—foremost among all is Śiva, Śvayambhū. This sound in the infinite space: "I am one and will now multiply." Viṣṇu is the Jīva. This Jīva sustains everything. And Jīva is the Ātma. Jīva to the Śiva. The first that has manifested is called Śvayambhū. The second form of Śvayambhū is called Ādi-Śiva. There were several Śivas. When someone speaks of Śiva, then there are many Śivas: Ādi-Śiva, Śvayambhū, Śvayambhū. Alright, they have spoken with Viśvakarma. Viśvakarma is also a form of the god Viṣṇu. Dhanvantari, the god who brought Āyurveda in the Satya-Yuga, is also an incarnation of Viṣṇu. Which Viṣṇu are you speaking of? Whom do you mean? Viśvakarma is the celestial architect. It is Viśvakarma who designed the entire universe. And it is Viśvakarma who designed our planet. How beautiful it is that mountains, ocean, and life have been given. Just as our nerves and veins flow, so do the rivers. When you look from an airplane, the rivers, especially when you fly over a desert—many rivers have very little water, dried up—but you see how they resemble nerves, the roots of a tree. Did you see that? Yes. Have you heard of pizza farming? Have you heard of pizza farming? Okay. I saw it; it was very interesting. Pizza farming. And it was so beautiful to see. And so meadows, trees, everything that exists in this world. Let the Sabbath be; seven minerals, everything—the earth is full of life. Everything that exists on our Earth is precious for life, health, everything, everything. What is meant is this: The waves will slowly, slowly break upon a shore somewhere and then multiply again as they return, unite. And so, as mentioned, 8.4 million living beings have been created in various forms of life. Come, come, then someone asked. That’s not very practical. It will cause a traffic jam. Everyone comes, comes—and where to? He said, yes, that is correct. Then, how should we proceed? How will they go? No one goes willingly, except for a few who are not healthy and normal. We do not want to die. But what? Then we have consulting with Yama. Yama is the God of Death. Yama is the deity of Death. And Yamarāja, King of Death, said, why should I do this? Thank God, when I think in the moment, why? It does not concern me. That is not my problem. Why? Does something have to be a cause? Then Agnidev, Fire, said, can you tell us something? He said, yes, I will enter into all living beings in the belly, namely the digestive fire. Hunger. Now it sounds better. Now begins what in the belly? Hunger. Everyone wants to calm this fire. In India, they say, "Kyā kare, pet pāpī hai. Kyā kare, pet pāpī hai." What can we do? The belly is the transgressor. Everything we do for our belly, so that we have bread to eat. Yes. That would be the best way, for it moves everyone. Otherwise, everyone will lie like lazy stones. Then the hunger came. Yes. Very good. Then he asked, wait, what are they supposed to eat? Now the question arises. Yes, truly, what are they supposed to eat? What are they supposed to eat? Dead again, he said, yes. Now we have a path open for us, a door open. There I can work. Kill them. How? Not me. Others. Life will consume life. Life will eat life. Oh God. You know, you say all the gods say this is rightful. Then comes karma. Wait, there must be a cause. Why? And who is currently the prey? Karma. But from where? Yes, the hunger has already moved everyone to do something. And so we live; life eats. Then he said, this is terrible, this is karma. How will they then return to us, to the Supreme Self? He has said, we create one more person, one living being, and that is the human being. How are we to make clear to people that they should not eat or devour other living beings? We give people such a clear intellect that the person endures pain, suffering, happiness, love, and so on. Anna has developed her cakra. Yes, wonderful. Through this, a person will be able to manage with this advice, the 8.4 million points as different living beings, only one way to manage as a human. Or a perfect God, who can even liberate animals to heaven. Just as in the Rāmāyaṇa, God Rāma brought several beings to Brahmaloka. Also Garuḍa and Kag Busandi and many, many others. We know of the faces of Mahāprabhujī who came with this serpent to Kathu Ashram. I have read them. Right? Yes. Whoever has not read them should read them. What should people eat? We humans are naturally inclined towards vegetarian food. But that is not good either. That is also killing. He said that plants live, yes, but the plants there, only take the leaves or fruits, because they fall off. So fruits, vegetables, such as melon, eggplant, pumpkins, and so many, many varieties exist. This is the right vegetable. Or, as Āyurveda says, there are two words: Vanaspati and Jāḍibhūti. Anyone who studies or knows Āyurveda understands what that means. Vanaspati and Jāḍibhūti. Vanaspati—Van means jungle and the very large trees, the leaves of these trees, the trees that are long-lasting; they give us leaves without destroying the tree. And some people fall asleep when Svāmījī speaks, just like our Himmler there. So, Jāḍibhūti—Jāḍi means the roots and Bhūti means herbs. Most of the time, all herbs grow; we give the seeds, and then they die again. Next year in the season, the seeds will sprout again and develop into new plants. Of these, as long as this herbaceous plant lives, you may only take the leaves, do not destroy anything. When its time comes, it gives seeds and dies, then you may use the whole plants, even the roots. Sāttvic food means where there is pure positive energy, positive vibrations. And eat only when you are hungry. Once someone gave a lecture on Āyurveda and said, in Āyurveda it is said, if you are truly hungry, then eat. When are we truly hungry, we asked. He said, seven days or a week-old bread, dried, without butter and cheese or any pieces of fruit. It is so tasty, so delicious, that you enjoy eating the bread. That is called hunger. But how often do we eat this, that, then a fruit, an apple, half an hour later a chocolate, then something else, or seeds or nuts, and when there is nothing, then chewing gum, constantly. This is called like a goat. He said in his story that a goat is never satisfied with its hunger. A king said, if someone can bring me a goat that is so content and will eat nothing more, I will give him half of my kingdom. Such a man said, I will do it. And he fed his goat and fed and fed. The goat's belly was like a drum. And now, she hasn't eaten at all. And he immediately brought her to the king. The king said, this is a goat that is content, completely full. He said, yes, Sir. And he had a beautiful, very lovely green plant branch and held it like that. And the goat began to eat and said, unfortunately, you will not get a kingdom from me. And so our feelings, our indriyas, are like the goat that is never satisfied. At some point, a longing always arises. When we think, my feelings will be like this now, when I have nothing left, yes, maybe for a few days. Time. Then it returns again. And so, that is why it is said, master your indriyas. And so, consume food gently. And when should a person eat? He said that people should eat only once a day. And the animals said, "They eat the other plants. Then when are we supposed to eat?" And other animals as well. He said, you should feed or eat, no matter when you find something. And so others are constantly moving, mouths here and there, eating. But a person should eat only once a day. The remaining time? Brahmacintan, Ātmacintan. But that is too little for our work. Then we came to twice and thrice. So, three meals. Enough. Then the gods arrived. The gods were there. They were the ones. All those sitting in the parliament have said, we too have thirst and hunger, O Lord God. God says, me too. Then we will take a break. But what are we supposed to eat? There is no vegetation there, nothing at all. Those are astral planes. They cannot eat the little feet. He said, yes, for the gods, for the spiritual, divine Self, there is only fragrance, scent. And therefore, always on the altar, we bring a stick of incense. We bring very fresh things; we offer there what God accepts. And then we take the solid food and eat it. We offer to God what He has given us. "Brahma is the offering, Brahma is the oblation, Brahma is the fire, Brahma is the chanting, Brahma indeed is to be invoked. Brahma Karma, Samādhinah." And so, now this food that we take has become sacred to us because the gods have tasted it—Prasāda, Mahā Prasāda. There sit the Asuras; there are two parties, political parties, many. Asuras means demons, Rākṣasas, Asuras, he said, and Lord, what is our nourishment? We will also, as we said, yes, you can also enjoy with us. Alright, we do not want that. Such a fragrance, as you see, it is a good fragrance, but for us it is foul. What do we want then? We want spoiled meat, fish, alcohol, and so on. Blood and such. Oh God. Unfortunately, because of that, they said, they began to make an offering, to strike an offering. And so alcohol and meat and such things are the nourishment for those who lead a negative life. Or those there are the karmic guides. So it began: what should people mostly eat, Anna said. Anna. What is Anna? There is also the name Anna, Anna Maria, but not that. Anna means nourishment and Anna means grains, the seeds, cereals, rice, wheat, and so on. "Anna Pūrṇi, Sadā Pūrṇi, Śaṅkara Prāṇa Bālābī." And this is the prāṇa, this is the Śaṅkara Śiva. "Grant me alms of knowledge, dispassion, and accomplishment, O Pārvatī." Jñāna, Vairāgya, and Siddhis, perfection, to Divine Mother, Pārvatī, please grant us. Bikṣā, food, alms. And so Mātā Pārvatī Devī, the cosmic Mother, is Pārvatī. "Pitā Devo Maheśvara"—and the heavenly Father is Śiva. So "Bandhava Śiva Bhakta"—all my relatives, my friends and colleagues are Śiva Bhakta, in the Śiva-Bibboṣchein. And our home, our abode is all three realms. And so, nourishment. Nourishment plays a great role in our health, in our spiritual development, and for our cakras, which harmonize again; Kuṇḍalinī harmonizes again. It is not about eating what simply tastes good to me. Yes, our tongue, our taste buds are spoiled. And they are so spoiled that what we often ate there, we want to have that. We do not like anything else. But the belly said, please, can someone also ask me what I want? Not everything the tongue desires is constant. And therefore, there is a rivalry between the tongue and the belly. Not just Śānti; it must be Prem Śānti, Śānti Devī. That our contentment means, Śānti Devī. And when everyone can realize the Śānti Devī in the mind, then it is truly a Śānti Devī. And when Śānti itself is restless and dissatisfied, in despair, then there is no Śānti present. And when you are sad, when you are restless, then say, where is my Śānti here in the heart. The Anāhata Cakra is the symbol of Śānti. But the light of Jñāna is missing. Supreme Śānti, Jñāna Śānti must create a new name today. Is there a woman here who would like to have a name? Jñāna Śānti, knowledge and peace. Isn't that beautiful? You are that. Jñāna Śānti, that is how one receives a divine name. Jñāna Śānti can also be masculine. You can immediately accept this name, whoever wishes. Peace. Therefore, the Śānti-Mantra. Śānti, Śānti. Finally, the prayers, the mantras, and the thoughts come from the saints. The last judgment, the highest that one can attain, peace, Śānti. Then, when you have Śānti, all your sense organs, all your indriyas, are calmed. No conflict, no jealousy, no hatred, no greed, no expectation—everything is above unity. "Śāntir bhumau, śāntir oṣadhīṣu, śāntir vanaspatiṣu, śāntir viśvedevāḥ, śāntir brahma, śāntiḥ sarvam, śāntir śāntir eva śāntiḥ." Everywhere peace, peace, peace. Then your prāṇa-apāna, moved from this heart cakra, comes to Manipūra. There is the path inward to Brahmāṇḍa through the Suṣumnā-Nāḍī. And we come to the highest consciousness. And so, food is also one that plays a great role in our lives, for our happiness, for our health or to be healthy, and pure energy in the body structure. Second, society. Who you are always with and how people think, whether positively or negatively, how they influence you, that is also very, very important. Treasure song, good company. Going into Schatzang and wandering around is not good. Entering the treasure chant and being greedy is not good. Give, give. What you can voluntarily give as help to others comes back to you. And if you try to give nothing, then nothing will remain with you either. There are many people who say, I cannot afford my seminar, I have no money. And afterwards, they go out to eat pizza. And afterwards they go to the café and sit there drinking a coffee. Yes, why not? Pizza was made for eating. And coffee has also been made for drinking. But that means you take the path of what belongs to all and use it selfishly. And that would then be negative karma, the energy being taken away from you. Or someone doesn’t really want to work properly, only now and then here and there. Work diligently. In Austria, they say, don’t lie around lazy like a pumpkin. What does that mean? There are people who do not want to work; they look around thinking maybe I can do this, and then we have a little money and live off it, and then we look again. Work and give. A man should be active. Yes, I live on social assistance. Yes, but that means you are taking money from others who pay taxes to you. And so it is. That is also karma. Well, please, I have nothing against whether you work or not, or whether she works or not, okay? But that is also a principle. There are some faces, shall I tell? Or are you already tired? Well, you think this is a machine that never stops. A machine that never stops. Two faces. It was: a yogi began to meditate and said, I no longer want to work. May God give me everything. For that, I meditate. No god has come and given it to him. Meditate, meditate. Then he said, well, I have heard that with a small prayer, Śiva is more merciful. So he meditates on Śiva. And Śiva comes and says, yes, my child, what do you wish for? Thank you, sir. You know, I just want to be there for you and meditate. Give me something that, no matter what I wish for, I receive. Śiva said, okay, I will give you, my child, a little toy. And this toy will give you everything you desire. A small mill, like a coffee grinder and so on. And he said, how could the Lord give me this mill? You will turn the mill and say, "Mill, mill, give me this and that," and it comes. Thank you, Lord Śiva. This is what I wish for. Namaśśivāya, Namaśśivāya, I am happy. Namaśśivāya, I no longer want to work. Here you go. And one day, he is sailing on a boat in the ocean and has brought along his—in Austria we say Jause, what do you call it? A travel provision. Now, he wants to eat his bread and butter and cheese and everything, but he needs a little salt. And he has no salt with him. The mill was in the pocket, a small toy. And he said, "Mill, mill, grind me salt." And the mill has begun to produce salt. And salt keeps coming and coming, but it has no mantra to stop the mill. And so salt and salt, and the mill has fallen into the ocean. And therefore, the ocean is completely salty. And sometimes your desires are like that—you know what you want, but then you don’t know how to stop. And so, we say, people love your money, not your skin. And so, in a family there were three or four children, and one of them was unfortunately very ill, had pain everywhere, did not study, could not work, always just lying around. The whole family was angry with him. You must finally work, you must finally stop, you must study something, you are Paul, and so on. But inwardly, he was very sad. Pain. He said, I can do nothing. I am so tired. I have pain. Well, finally do something. Go there, go there, there. That’s it. And slowly, slowly, what is happening? In his body, he developed leprosy. And they said, now at last, leave the house. We do not want to have you in the house. So, that is how it is. He left slowly. To a village, to another village, somewhere. No one asked where he is. One day, he is sitting under a tree, a banyan tree, on a beautiful, hot day. And he prays to God: God, why have you given me such a life? What did I do in my previous life? Merciful Śiva, can you please forgive me and heal me, or take my life away immediately. I can no longer live. I am hungry, I am thirsty, I cannot walk properly. And Śiva has come, in the form of a Sādhu, a Svāmījī. And also sits under the banyan tree, ten meters away. Completely calm. And the man completely calm, trying to fly, to drive away. After 20 minutes, the sick man spoke with this Sādhu. "Svāmījī, you are closer to God. Perhaps you also see God. Could you please ask God how I can become healthy? Or could you tell me a medicine or something?" He said, yes, my son, I will give you a very small task, a beautiful one, and your illness will disappear. You should donate eleven kilos of cow ghee, like butter, to an ashram where thousands of people come every full moon day to Dōrsen, the family that lives there. And everyone receives food. And please tell them that on the upcoming full moon Monday, they should make Ghee Halwa and offer it to everyone as Prasāda. And within a few months you will be healthy. And gone. Slowly, slowly he went to the market to a businessman, a very spiritual businessman. And he said to him, "Look at her, so Mr. Businessman or something, I saw a Sādhu today and he told me this. Can you please do something for me? I will beg, and whatever money comes, I will return to you. Donate eleven kilos of ghee to the Ashram." The businessman said, yes, I will bring your name, eleven kilos Ghee, there right away today. But you don’t need to pay me. I am happy to do this for you. Do you need something? I can give you new clothes, gloves, or something like that. What else can I do for you? So, the only person he saw who spoke to him with love. And the businessman immediately took eleven kilos of Ghee and went ten kilometers away. There was an Ashram, and he went there, and the master who lived there said, that is 11 kilos of Ghee, in the name of a sick person. And he wishes that on Guru-Pūrṇimā or the upcoming Pūrṇimā, you should use this Ghee for Prasād, to make Halwa. Svāmījī said, gladly. I pray for him that he may become healthy. And it is done. Now, the Svāmījī called his kitchen manager and said, "Listen, here is good ghee, and this is for Pūrṇimā, for all the people who come, Prasād for them, and you should make Halwa." He said, yes Gurudev, it will be done. He takes ghee with him and says, about 10,000 people come. From 11 kilos, which everyone will receive, half a teaspoon of halva. But I believe I can make Halva and Pudis for myself every day this winter alone. I will eat this ghee, so I will become a little stronger and thus able to work more for Ashram. And he got a margarine mother, very cheap, and made it for the sake of the people and sent it out. Every day, he enjoys a pure good ghee and so on, and every day practices exercises, Kathopronamen, and all that. And his cheeks have turned red like tomatoes, and muscles, oh my God. Then came March. Per Bua, March, started to get warm. April. And April does as it pleases. And so, thousands of tiny little bumps appeared all over his body. And the people said, Svāmījī, our kitchen manager suddenly developed an illness within a week. I believe he needs treatment and rest. I believe he should no longer go into the kitchen. It was Miseric, the cook, who asked. And it burns, everything burns like fire. He said, what happens? Immediately, we take a neem bath, with the neem leaves, neem bath and so on, and drink neem as well, and we will drink an Āyurveda three-beat for you. At night, Svāmījī meditates, wondering why it is precisely my son who is a bhakta, who worked day and night, like others cooking and feeding, and never said he was tired or anything like that, never took a vacation, and so on. God, why him of all people? And the master meditates and encounters a sick man in meditation with leprosy. And eleven kilos of ghee, he gave it to the manager, and the master sees that the manager alone has eaten the ghee. The next morning, the master called again, the cook, Manager, you are possessed, he said, Master, I cannot endure it. It burns, it hurts. My skin is cracking. Do you remember, I gave eleven kilos of ghee as Prasāda? Did you do that? And the tears came. He is crying. No answer, he said, my child. You must bear this karma. That was in the name of a person with leprosy, and he became healthier. He was completely healthy. A beautiful man. He started working and immediately fell in love and got a beautiful wife. What do you say, Urmilā? It happens that quickly, doesn’t it? And so on. This story signifies selfless organizations, no matter which organization it is. Perhaps the Red Cross, some humanitarian group, an animal protection organization, wildlife conservation, and so on, or it could be yoga, spiritual groups, temples, or churches. It is very hard to digest. You can digest everything, but not what is meant for others, for the general. But what you can offer there is your happiness and your best karma. One day Gandhi came home, and his children were playing with a balloon and some other toys. And Gandhiji had no money, and he asked his wife, who gave it, how our children got this balloon. She said, I took money from your table, desk. And Gandhiji said, you made mistakes there. The money came from the audience; it was not our money. You should not have given it to our children. And the next day he wrote in the newspaper that his wife had used the money that belongs to the people. And so it is when we live on social welfare. Or we do not work, expecting that someone will give us something. Or do a little. And we do not want you to suffer so much karma; the poor one will always remain poor. And so Tulsī Dās said, "Tulsī, do, stop, do, do, stop, do, do, no, do, give, day, stop, do, do, give, day, die, no." Happiness, clear? Exactly, that is how it is. Tulsī Dās said, always keep your hand raised. Give, give, give. Try to ensure that no time passes in your life without keeping your hand engaged. The day you act like that, it is better for you to die. And therefore, open your heart. Let's go. That is it. Nothing and no one will go with us. Gandhiji said, renounce and enjoy. And Holi Guruji said, enter the kingdom of the Lord through the gate of sacrifice. And Jesus said, you should carry nothing. You receive what is in your destiny, no matter where you are. And you do not receive what is not in your destiny. In India, everywhere, we learn something. When you are driving and there is heavy traffic, the car barely moves, you can also learn something from that. Written on the back of the truck: "It will come, be the giver, don't be the beggar." And so too may the entire selfless community grow and receive more and more support. And therefore, on the last day, Jesus also gave bread, saying that we should share. And so share your everything. As long as God has given healthy bodies, we should act, we should work. Once someone said to Hanumanjī, "Hanumanjī, you are so tired and this is happening, you should rest a little." Hanuman, she said, as long as the work for my God Rāma is not fulfilled, how can I relax, how can I lie around idly. And so, one day, it is certain, we will die. And another miracle is that we do not know who will be first. So, we do not know the time, day, or place when this body falls away, and Hari, oṁ, and go home. Give, give. Flowers will wither, but the fragrance will remain. This body will die, but your good deeds will remain. And therefore, you cannot give up your one pizza, even though it would be healthy for you. And that you pay for your seminar or someone contributes, that someone receives something during a Thursday session. Yes, that would be. Gandhi said and lived by this: he said, "My jacket costs this much, well, give it back." My shirt and tie cost so much, I don’t need to get rid of them. My shirt costs that much, even when taken off. My pants cost so much. And so many poor people don’t have pants. No, I don’t need that. Everything is taken off, and as a social courtesy, a cloth here and a cloth there. And the old man lived with two cloths until the end of his life. And today, he is not dead. He still lives with us. The whole world admires Gandhiji. So, the path is hard, my dear. But where there is love, there are no harsh things. Love is so strong. For love, we can walk on thorns. "Meeting, name, six, happiness, only, guru, deity, yours, in refuge." We know this bhajan, right? So, I wish you a good appetite, a good vegetarian appetite, a moderate appetite, mindful eating, speaking little during the meal. You should know what you eat. You should know how it tastes. And ask your belly, may I now please? Are you ready? This is it.
