Yoga and harmony
Yoga is the principle that unites and balances cosmic space and consciousness. This ancient knowledge originates from the Vedas, which describe the universe. From the one cosmic consciousness arose a divine will, manifesting as a primordial resonance. This resonance created the elements and all life. There are 8.4 million types of creatures, with the human being one. Each entity is an individual soul originating from that one resonance. Our destiny is shaped by our deeds, or karma. We control our actions but not their results. The aim is to return to our origin, the cosmic consciousness. Humans possess intellect, which can awaken dormant talents. Our experience is filtered through consciousness, subconsciousness, and unconsciousness. The mind transfers information from the senses to the subconscious, where impressions become desires. Harmony is achieved by limiting sensory needs and purifying the subconscious through discipline. The body requires good nourishment and movement. Yoga harmonizes body, mind, and soul through psychosomatic practice. It is designed for human well-being, transcending culture.
"Action is in your hands, but the result of your action is not in your hands."
