You are Infinite

Yoga is the universal science of body, mind, consciousness, and soul, aiming for union with the cosmic reality. Its essence is found in the study of kuṇḍalinī and chakras, which govern spiritual development and human consciousness. This is not theory but a practical path for daily life, based on ancient wisdom like the Vedas, which teach harmony with the universe. Life is eternal consciousness; the body is born and dies. Ignorance creates darkness and suffering, while knowledge brings light and unity. Reality is that which does not change—the eternal, divine consciousness. Self-realization of this is liberation. Yoga is a complete way of life, where every action creates karma, shaping individual destiny. It unites all, whether through prayer, good thoughts, or helping others. The human system contains 72,000 nāḍīs, or energy channels, with three main currents representing mind, intellect, and consciousness. Their purification leads to balance and health. Chakras are energy centers corresponding to elements and states of being, from earthly to divine. Their awakening allows energy to radiate, purifying all aspects of the individual. The ultimate goal is the union of individual consciousness with the cosmic, achieving liberation.

"Where there is ignorance, there is darkness. Where there is darkness, there is suffering."

"Yoga means union. Union of the individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness."

Part 1: The Essence of Yoga: From Darkness to Light Asatoma sadgamaya, tamasoma jyotirgamaya, mṛtyormā amṛtam gamaya. Merciful Lord, lead us from the unreality to reality. Lead us from the darkness to the light. Vodi nas iz tame u svjetlost. And lead us from mortality to immortality. I vodi nas iz smrtnosti u besmrtnost. Śānti, śānti, śānti. Peace, peace, peace. Mir, mir, mir. Salutation to the cosmic light. Pozdrav Kozmičkom Svjetlu, Lord of Our Hearts, Omniscient and Omnipresent, Sveznajućem i Sveprisutnom, in His Divine Presence, Dear Brothers and Sisters, Good Evening, Respected President Mr. Kumar, Dear Mr. Kumar, dear organizers, director of this theater, and all the dignitaries whose presence graces this evening here. I greet you in the name of the cosmic light, in the name of India, in the name of Allah, and all the great sages. I bless you. It is my great pleasure to be here this evening and serve you with these few words. I am happy to be in this beautiful, ancient city, which has a beautiful spiritual radiance, and no doubt there are such beautiful souls like you are here, living here. Yoga is universal; it is a science of body, mind, consciousness, and soul. Wherever we find humans on this globe, you will find yoga. Yoga is one of the most ancient or oldest sciences. Yoga is as old as we could imagine the space. This evening, the subject given to me is Kuṇḍalinī and Chakras. It’s a beautiful subject. The essence of yoga is hidden in this subject. The development of this spirituality, as well as the development of human consciousness and the development of the individual personality, depends on the kuṇḍalinī and cakras. If we are aware of this or not, it is within us, it is active in us, and it is a part of our life. Without this, we can’t exist; it is our existence. About this, we shall speak this evening. Yoga in daily life is an authentic system which is based on the ancient scriptures, that science or wisdom of yoga which is delivered or bestowed. Koja se prenosi ili se podaruje sa učitelja, učenika, to nije teorija, već je to praktičan put, to je stvarnost. Tons of theory is nothing compared to a gram of practice. Tone teorije u usporedbi sa jednim gramom prakse nisu ništa. And our life is a practical life. Our life is a practical life. Our life is not a theory. Naš život nije teorija. And therefore, we have to deal with the practical things. Iz toga trebamo raditi s praktičnim stvarima. So yoga is something which is a part of our life. I would say, or I would introduce you to yoga in such a way. In the most ancient scriptures, which are called Vedas. There are no ancient or older scriptures in this world. And the Vedas, it is said, were delivered by the Creator Itself, Brahmā. Kaže se da su vede same nastale, odnosno da ih je podario sam stvaratelj svijeta, Brahmā. It is not a man-made story. It is not a story invented by man. Vedas do not speak about a personal God. But the Vedas speak about the entire universe and its principles. And it tells the humans how to live in harmony with nature and with the universe. How to understand the process of life, which is not only this physical life, but it is the life which has its origin many, many millions of years ago. There are two things: life and death. So life means life that never dies and never born. What is born and what dies is this body. That eternal, everlasting, immortal, blissful consciousness is thy reality. A to vječno, vječno postojeće, puno blaženstva i svjesno postojanje, to je vaša realnost. Spoznaj samoga sebe. It is the answer to all your questions. Spoznaj samoga sebe, odgovore na sva tvoja pitanja. And we come out from all the sufferings and darkness of ignorance. I put je za izlazak iz patnje i tamo neznanja. Where there is ignorance, there is darkness. Tamo gdje je neznanje, tamo je i tama. Where there is darkness, there is suffering. Tamo gdje je tamo, postoji patnja. Ignorance divides, and the light, the knowledge, the wisdom, the love unites. So we should know the reality, and we should fight for the reality, not with weapons, not with aggressivity, nor with any physical means, but with the thoughts, to know what is the truth, what is the reality. What is changing, what is changeable, is the non-reality. And that which is not changing, that is reality. Everything in this universe, what is visible, or what is created, or what is changeable, that is non-reality. And what’s not changing, that’s called everlasting, immortal, eternal, divine, pure, bliss, the consciousness. Know that means self-realization. To know that is God-realization. To know that is liberation, liberation from the cycle of rebirth, from being born again and dying again. Liberation from the changes of this unreality. And we feel that we suffer, but the Self, the real Self, is only the observer, is not the one who is suffering. And that is the purpose or the aim of practicing yoga. Yoga is not only physical exercises and breath techniques and relaxation or just meditation. It’s a way of life. It’s a way of thinking. It’s a way of our being in this world. And that’s why we call it yoga in daily life, not only practicing for a few hours. But 24 hours, lifelong. Your existence in this physical world is the yoga in daily life. You are responsible for whatever you are facing, good and bad. Do not blame anyone. It is our destiny, and destiny is caused individually while doing the actions. Our acts through the physical body, through words, through the mental or thinking, or through our social or material power. That we call karma. You may call action. You may call it act, or deeds, or you may call it sin, good or bad. It’s only a question of language. Every action has a reaction, and every reaction will have an action, so we are stuck in this. We don’t know if we are acting or reacting, but one thing is sure, every step will be counted. Every thought will turn back to you. It doesn’t matter if you do it consciously or unconsciously. It’s your thoughts; they belong to you. It will turn back to you. If you drink poison, consciously or unconsciously, poison will show its effect. So the destiny is caused individually; don’t blame anyone. Even if someone is very unfriendly or unjust, still do not blame. There must be some reason why it happened. It’s very hard to understand, and very hard to be a Christian. To see the second cheek. Are you able to see your second cheek? Then, if yes, then you are the best Christian. And I suggest you to be a Christian, but only we are in thinking. We think we are Hindu or Buddhist, Jewish or Christian. Or Muslims, but we’ve forgotten the real principles. But we have forgotten the true principle of these beliefs. It is said, Prahlāda, the first is created, our karma, destiny. And then this life is given to us, or created, this life. According to our past destiny, we got this beautiful life. Though it is a beautiful divine life, still some are happy and some are very unhappy. Why? There must be some cause. To become free and to get the answer is the yoga. Yoga unites everything. If you believe in religion, it doesn’t matter. That’s yoga. If you pray, that’s yoga. If you help someone, that’s yoga. If you think good things, it’s yoga. Religion means not only praying and kneeling in front of the altar. Religion means union, uniting. Religion means unity, unification, and loving one’s neighbor, but not only your parents or relatives. Next, one is all creatures after you. Each and every entity represents the light of God. That’s very important to know, and that’s what yoga is. So, there are three principles, you may say. Are big forces, not in a negative way. Power could be positive. Power could be negative. It depends how you use it. The Vedas, which are a science of the universe, are thousands of years old. Says, Ānanda Brahman, endless universe. When you don’t know the limitation, the border, Ānand, no end, and if you will search the end, you will not find, but you will become one with that Ānand. You will become Ānand. There was a salty statue that wanted to know how deep the sea is. So people said, "The best thing is to find out yourself." Dive in. So the salty statue jumped in the ocean. And till today it didn’t come back, and that’s why your sea is salty. So that becomes Ānand. And you are also Ānand. Your self, your individual self. And your anant self is different. The individual self will exist until the individual qualities exist. There is water in the glass. I don’t know if it’s sweet or salty. Who brought the water? Put 10 grams of solid salt inside. But I don’t see anything because it is dissolved. Change the form, but when I will drink, I will say salty. Though salt changed the form, it didn’t change the quality. That’s it. So we may physically die, but our sin or our good deeds or our karma will still keep us as an individual. And that is our identity, this individual one. Since the beginning of its existence, it has been floating on the waves of time throughout the entire universe, the endless universe. Kroš čitav svemir, koji je bezkrajan, plovi i kroz svjetlost i kroz tamu. Prolazi iskustva ugode ili nesreće. S vremena na vrijeme ti valovi se smire, stanu. Taj svemir napravi stan, and the qualities collect again. Again comes to the manifestation. And there, one creates the relation. Relations of the parents, children, partner, friends, relatives. House, nature, country, and so on. And these relations become so painful, so intense, that we don’t want to give up. But it is only temporary. After a while, this Anant again makes the journey through the Anant, the endless. In the beginning, there is a very thick relation. You know the pizza. Yes, eating a pizza with cheese. And when you take a piece of pizza, you see how the cheese is stretching, becoming thinner and thinner. And sometimes, then it breaks. After a certain distance, it breaks. So when someone physically dies, both sides are attached. Both sides try to push against each other, then pull together. But slowly, slowly, due to time, that memory and that feeling become thinner and thinner and thinner. On the day of someone’s death, we are very sad. It’s human. Also, animals are sad. You know very well how the animals protect their children. Znate kako životinja može štititi svoje mladunče. Prošlog tjedna bio sam u Južnoafričkoj Republici, pa su me odveli u safari, u divljinu, da vidim divlje lavove, slonove. And the ranger who took us in a jeep saw that a few mother elephants were coming with small babies, calves. And immediately, he drew away. He said they could be more, or much more dangerous, than the lions. These mothers can be much, much more dangerous than the wolves, because they protect their children. So not only do we love and protect our children, but all creatures love that. No one wants to die. And so, but slowly, slowly, this connection becomes thinner and thinner. And the next destination begins. Yes, there are certain processes in the astral world. Through which we have to go, but that is not our subject today. So, these are the, what I want to tell you, that there are three main forces or principles. One is that endless universe, and the second is the cosmic consciousness. You may call Almighty God, Holy Father, Brahman, whatever you call. But that one, which has no form, is just there. Your consciousness does not have form, but we have consciousness. And we have different levels of consciousness. And to give the definition is difficult. But it is, there is a different level. We are pedaling every day. Unconscious, subconscious, conscious. Sleep, dream, awake. Every time the state of the consciousness is changing, do you know that second when you sleep in? It’s not easy, not easy to know that just now I slept. How do you go from the conscious to the sleep state? And then, how do you go from sleep to the dream? And how do you come back? You are doing it every day. You know this, but it’s very hard to describe. So that cosmic consciousness, eternal, everlasting, that divine consciousness, which is existing in the endless universe, now that universe which is endless, but always we say it’s existing in the universe, must be somewhere like a border. So it is said, like an embryo in the mother’s womb. This anant, endless universe, is the cosmic mother, the mother principle. And that supreme, the cosmic self, and that self is residing in the lap or the body of the Cosmic Mother, that you are. You need not go far away. If you search for him, it’s very far, farther than you could think, and it is so close to you. So near to you, nearer than you could think, it is said, the street of love is so narrow, two cannot walk together, two have to become one, so that we have to realize the oneness. So that is the cosmic consciousness, and the third is that cosmic principle which is balancing in a perfect way till now. All visible and invisible. All elements, all matter, everything is balanced: all stars, the sun and moon, all planets. So the Vedas said, Anant Brahmāṇḍ, Endless Universe, Sahastra Sūryas, thousands of sun systems, like we are existing in this sun system, and all are balanced through one principle. And that’s what I call yoga, the balancing principle. Where there is balance, there is harmony. And where there’s harmony, there is unity. And therefore, yoga means union. Union of the individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness. So we have to harmonize, we have to balance, and then unite. In that Anant, it is said, "Eko’haṁ Bahusyāmi," I am one, and now I will manifest, multiply, now I will multiply, and that’s called Divine Will. And that was through the eternal, cosmic, everlasting sound. A ona se odvija kroz vječan, trajni, kozmički zvuk. And yogīs declare this Om. Yogi ga opisuju, odnosno nazivaju Om. Om. Spread throughout the whole universe. This sound spreads throughout the entire universe. Nāda Rūpa Parabrahma: The resonance is supreme. Sound unites. Everything is created out of sound. And that sound is still, continues, and nāda in every atom. In every atom, in an entire space. In every atom, in an entire space. Through that first element, fire was created. The light, the air, the water, and the earth. This becomes five elements, then includes the space. And we come back to now, let’s say, to our life. So we are manifested out of these five elements. The Creator has created 8.4 million creatures on this planet. And out of 8.5 million creatures, one is human. There are no different races. There is no European race, African race, Asian race, and so on. Human is human. No differences. Yes, color different, mentality different. Cultural, educational differences according to the climate. These 8.4 million creatures form one circle. And that is constantly turning with the kāla, with the time. These creatures are divided into three categories. Jalchar, Thalchar, and Nabachar. Creatures which are existing, living in the water, on the earth, and in the air, if you don’t believe, begin to count, and next time tell me how much. And this is a circle which is continuing, moving. That’s called circulation. To je cirkulacija. That’s called the recycling process. To je proces recikliranja. It’s both: circulation and recycling. Te dvije riječi, cirkulacija i reciklaža, dolaze od reinkarnacije. Dolaze iz pojma reinkarnacije. So this is again a different language. Samo se izraz drugačij koristi. So we are in the process of recycling. Reincarnating. We are at the top point where we will be out of this circle, out of this game. If we are aware, if we are sleeping, then we have to repeat it all again. Sleep of ignorance, sleep of laziness, and sleep of negative qualities. So, if you come to heaven or hell, liberation or no liberation, depends on you. God is not that one who is taking personal records and says, "No, you go this side, you go that side." God made a perfect system, an automatic system. Everything is automatically going. So this body, the human body, which is a physical body, mental body, causal body, subtle body, and there are thousands of different functions: body, mind, thoughts, memory, words, Govora i riječi, emocija, sve to treba uravnotežiti. Now, it doesn’t matter how; that depends on you. What makes you happy? What makes you free? That you should do, not what I tell you to do. Who am I to tell you what to do? You know, because you know what you should do. You have to find your way through the entire universe. And you have to prepare now for that. Likewise, the human body has 72,000 nāḍīs. And these nāḍīs—now we will see in the computer, please, if there is, so that I don’t have to look always up, you know. I got the calendar. Yesterday I was talking one hour and looking all the times like this, so I had my neck off. Nāḍīs are spread throughout the whole body. There are 72,000 nāḍīs, and they have their own functions. Through these nāḍīs, nerve systems, our consciousness is spread throughout the body, and energy is circulated throughout the body. There are 72,000 energy centers in the body. And I would say these are 72,000 chakras. Some are small centers, some are major centers. Out of 72,000 nāḍīs, there are some very important major nadis shown on this chart. You know electro-acupuncture. You probably had experience. Part 2: The Dynamics of Consciousness: Nāḍīs, Chakras, and the Path to Liberation The practitioner of acupuncture tests and probes with needles, seeking one specific reflex point on your skin. If the correct point is found on the monitor, the needle will move. If the point is missed, the needle will not react. Sometimes the process is painful until the precise point is located. I told them, "All right, thank you, I will treat myself." This energy point, or reflection zone, is a very apt term—reflection—where energy reflects, enters your body, and circulates outward. It circulates through the body, changing its quality according to the needs of each organ, limb, muscle, or gland. In yoga, there is a practice called Prāṇāyāma, specifically Nāḍīśodhana Prāṇāyāma. Nāḍīs are the nerves, and śodhana means purification. How do we purify all 72,000 nerves in our body? We cannot pump air into them; during Prāṇāyāma, the breath, the air does not enter the nerves. If it did, your brain would be damaged. Instead, the breath technique supplies subtle energy in the form of oxygen, and with the help of the respiratory system and lungs, purification takes place. It flows like an electric current. Purification means it awakens the nāḍīs. If some nāḍīs are blocked, it opens the blocks, allowing energy to flow and health conditions to develop. Therefore, breath exercises are more effective for our health than physical exercises. Prāṇāyāma is its own science. Within this system, three nāḍīs are particularly important, connected to the left nostril, the right nostril, and the central nervous system. The left is the Moon Principle. The moon represents water, emotion, change, and the mind. Thus, the principle of the mind is the moon. This is why our thinking is always changing. The moon does not rise the same way each day; similarly, you do not think the same way every day or every moment. Our thoughts constantly change, which is very good. They should change; otherwise, we become stuck and could be declared mentally ill. I will return to why this change occurs. The second is the Sun Principle, connected to our intellect (buddhi), our creativity, and our active part. The aim of buddhi is to give judgment. The central nerve system is called Suṣumnā, connected directly to our consciousness. In the symbolic picture, the left side represents the moon, the right side the sun, and in the middle is a circle of light. These three represent mind, intellect, and consciousness. This is the subject of Kuṇḍalinī Yoga. What is the mind? It is a mighty power within us, working very close to the intellect and consciousness. The body we inhabit has ten senses: five senses of action (karmendriyas) and five senses of knowledge (jñānendriyas). Whenever we receive knowledge or information from the outer world in any form, we can only receive it through one of the jñānendriyas. There are only five keys to enter information into the computer of your brain: sight, smell, taste, hearing, and touch. Through these, we are connected to the external world. Whatever you see and experience is captured by the film of the mind and transferred immediately to the subconsciousness. The subconscious is a storeroom where everything is stored, while the conscious mind is alert. Every piece of information you perceive is caught and brought by the mind to the subconscious. Our level of consciousness, our being over 24 hours, pendulates through three states I mentioned before: unconscious, subconscious, and conscious. The unconscious is the storehouse of everything from past lives; it is our destiny. The subconscious begins with the first minutes or seconds of our life in the mother's womb—our real birth. The real constellation is that moment, not the time after we emerge from the mother's body. That minute, those seconds, are very important. The state of consciousness and emotion of the mother and father, and the circumstances at that time, all influence your subconscious and your life. The entire nine months in the womb are a crucial period for our development. Someone asked me recently about cloning. I said the science of cloning is not a problem; it is not hard at all. In nine months, you have a beautiful clone. That is not special, nor is it a necessity. The population is growing anyway. How can a normal person clone? Scientists cannot truly do it. Do not waste time in the laboratory trying to clone something. Our subconscious level of consciousness spans from the first day in the womb until now—it is that long and wide. Whatever we see or experience through the five jñāna indriyas enters our subconscious as impressions. These impressions work inside us, creating desires that must manifest, like smoke from a fire. Thus, the mind works as a dynamic process, taking information from the external world into the inner worlds of consciousness and bringing dormant desires from the subconscious to the conscious mind. At that point, the mind's responsibility ends; it becomes the duty of the conscious mind, which is connected to the intellect. Mind and intellect are two processes: the mind creates and brings thoughts, while the intellect gives judgment and forms them, determining which desire belongs to which sense or subject. Your intellect also tells you if you can fulfill a desire or not. If you cannot, you suffer. For example, you may want ice cream, but your doctor has forbidden it due to throat complications or diabetes. You desire it, then dream you are buying a large bowl, but as the spoon nears your lips, the alarm rings. Even in the dream, the desire remains unfulfilled. This experience returns to the subconscious and may repeat, potentially becoming a psychic complex or disease. Some forms of meditation and yoga aim to free us from these psychic problems, which can become formless and unrecognizable over time. Therefore, dear brothers and sisters, the mind is a process between the subconscious and conscious. When your subconscious is overfilled, your mind becomes restless. When you sit peacefully, close your eyes, and try to meditate, too many thoughts arise because there is too much in your subconscious. Hence, a Kuṇḍalinī Yogī advises: "Whatever you see in this world, whatever you experience, give an immediate judgment—yes or no." That is all. Develop self-discipline and willpower. Then your subconscious will not suffer or become overfilled. This is the nature of mind, consciousness, and intellect—the three very important principles. These three centers are located near what is called the small of the brain, or in medical terms, the pituitary gland. Where do these systems begin? The left nāḍī, representing the moon, begins in the left hemisphere and goes to the right side of the body. The right nāḍī, representing the sun, goes to the left side. They balance each other, crossing at the throat near the thyroid gland, forming the Viśuddhi Chakra. They continue, crossing again at the heart chakra, moving in serpentine waves. Finally, they connect at the base of the spinal column. When the Kuṇḍalinī is awakened and dormant energies arise, one does not become nervous or mentally imbalanced; one becomes wise, relaxed, and conscious. Divine energy flows, with consciousness moving through the right nostril, from the Sahasrāra at the top of the head to the heart, and back to the Sahasrāra Chakra. Why is Kuṇḍalinī called a snake? In the symbolic picture, you see a white line in the center—the channel through which consciousness flows, the central nerve system called Suṣumnā. The left side, blue, is the moon or Iḍā; the right, red, is the sun—intellect, creativity, activity, temperament, and consciousness. Because the Suṣumnā Nāḍī is so strong, it always pulls them inward, and where they meet, a center or chakra is formed. Emotion and intellect exist equally in our body. Another picture shows Śiva and Śakti: the left half is female, the right half is male. These two principles exist in everyone, male and female. The male principle exists in the female, and the female principle in the male. Without this, there would be no attraction between them. If imbalanced, one side dominates. These junction points where the nāḍīs meet become very strong, powerful centers. The chakras in our body are divided into different levels. From the soles of the feet to the ankle joints belongs the earth element and the vegetable kingdom. From the ankle joints to the hip joints belongs the animal kingdom, called the Paśu Cakra. When these centers are weak, a human begins to behave like an animal, forgetting human qualities. From the hip joints, or the base of the spinal column, begins the human cakra. The border between human and animal is at the bottom chakra, Mūlādhāra. There are five chakras belonging to the five elements: Mūlādhāra (earth), Svādhiṣṭhāna (water, emotion), Maṇipūra (fire), Anāhata (air), and Viśuddhi (space). The border between human chakras and divine chakras is the eyebrow center, Ājñā Chakra, where these three channels begin. Below this are human feelings; above is the divine, spiritual realm. You become holy; love radiates from you, and these chakras begin to awaken. Through each chakra, energy radiates, providing healing power, a healthy body, healthy consciousness, a healthy mind, and balanced functions of all organs. The physical, mental, emotional, and conscious aspects are purified so that finally, a yogī can unite with the Supreme One. This is called the union of Śiva and Śakti—not in physical form, but as nature (Prakṛti) and consciousness (Puruṣa) merging into oneness. In super-consciousness, one realizes knowledge (jñāna), the knower (jñātā), and the object of knowledge (jñeya) as one. When these three become one, it is called the cosmic union, the union of the individual with the cosmic. That is liberation (mokṣa). This process works through the different chakras. We begin with the first chakra, where we are often stuck. Here begins human development and human consciousness. Here lies our destiny, and our development depends on this chakra. Everything has its symbolic meaning. To speak about all chakras in detail would take another hour or two, and I know you are tired from observing and listening. In future lectures, I hope to continue with individual centers: their awakening, mastery, and their role in physical health, concentration, emotional balance, purification of consciousness, and personality development. All this exists within you, not just in the pictures. This is theory. There are two kinds of horses: one in a picture and one on your farm. If you want to ride, you can only ride the horse on your farm, not the one on paper. That is the difference between theory and practice. Theory inspires, informs, and provides clarity, but practice we must do ourselves. Let us go quickly through the chakras. In the Svādhiṣṭhāna Chakra, different colors and symbolic animals appear. Though it is a human chakra, some animal qualities persist. This is a very powerful center where passion is hidden. Passion is the cause of anger, jealousy, doubt, greed, attachment, and many other difficulties. We somehow emerge from the first chakra only to be challenged by the second. It is easy to say, "Don’t be jealous," but reality is different. The third is the Maṇipūra Chakra, the fire element. This is the beginning of our life; through this center, we were connected to the mother's body, and through it, we still receive energy—the Hara Chakra. Mani means jewel, pura means city: the city of jewels through which this beautiful body is developed. Next is the residence of your soul, the Anāhata Chakra. Though its residence is here, it governs and exists throughout the whole body. It is beautiful but quick and emotional. This is the center for artists, poets, writers, painters, and singers—the center of pure love. Then comes the fifth, the space element, the Viśuddhi Chakra. Here, the principle is to forget everything—not only to forgive or simplify, but to forget. We may forgive, but we cannot forget. Those who can forget are the great ones, but this is very hard to digest. To achieve this, we need to awaken the next chakra, the seat of the master, consciousness itself: the Ājñā Chakra. Here, the inner eye opens, bringing clarity, wisdom, light, and freedom, uniting us. Passing through this, you reach the immortality of that chakra, the center of nectar (amṛta). If you can obtain this, you become healthy and enjoy a long life. It is not easy to awaken. I thought I had awakened it, but when I look in the mirror and see gray hair, I become a little disappointed. It requires great work, long effort, and great discipline. Those who realize immortality, who liberate their soul, become Śiva. Śiva means consciousness, liberation, beauty, truth, and the first. Śiva signifies the first manifestation in this universe. Everyone was created by someone, but He was created by no one; He created Himself. All science, knowledge, spirituality, esotericism, the languages, mantras, and prayers come from Śiva. Śiva is the author of yoga; there is no other copyright. Those who realize this find their soul dancing on the peak—the peak of the holy Mount Kailāś. Dear brothers and sisters, that is all for today. We will have more during the weekend and in the next lectures. Thank you for listening and for coming. If there were any mistakes, please correct and understand accordingly. I wish you all the best, good luck, a healthy and long life. I bless you that all these divine centers become more active within you, so you may spread the light of love and wisdom throughout the whole world for all creatures. Thank you, and God bless you.
