Salutation to the Cosmic Light

The talk explores the spiritual philosophy and practical application of yoga as a system for achieving harmony and union. "Yoga is that principle which balances the entire universe." "The word yoga means union: the union of the individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness."

It defines yoga as the cosmic balancing principle and the path to unity with the divine. The discussion outlines three obstacles to spiritual progress: impurities (mala), disturbances (vikṣepa), and the curtain of ignorance (āvaraṇa). A story illustrates the transformative power of blessings, where a child's destined short life is extended through countless blessings and mantra practice. The practical segment introduces simple yoga exercises and breathing techniques for daily life, emphasizing their benefits for health, relaxation, and mental focus. The conclusion reiterates that yoga encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, leading to harmony and liberation.

Part 1: Salutation to the Cosmic Light Adoration to our ancestors, praṇāms to our holy lineages. In the presence of the divine, good evening, dear brothers and sisters. It is God’s blessing that we are here. It is not the first time for me to be in this blessed country, and this country is truly blessed by God, where there are so many beautiful people, beautiful landscapes, nature, and everything. Je tu tolko nádherných ľudí a taká nádherná príroda. My first step into Slovakia was in 1974. So many of you were not born, so I am always happy to come to Slovakia. Once more, I welcome you, my dear brothers and sisters, here. The subject is always yoga, and especially the system: Yoga in Daily Life—harmony for body, mind, and soul. What more do we need? If we have harmony of the body, mind, and soul, we are in the Divine. At that time, when we achieve these three points—the harmony of body, mind, and soul—then your heart will sing. Ya mam radost. Ya mam radost. Radost mām. Ānandoham, ānandoham, ānandam, brahmānandam. Yoga is very hard to understand or to discover how old it is. These physical exercises, breathing, and relaxation are not yoga. This is a preparation, a preliminary class to go towards yoga. I always speak of space, endless space. In the Vedas, it is said, "Ananta Brahmāṇḍa"—the endless universe. Śiva Rahita, beyond the borders of Ananta Brahmāṇḍa, Śāstra Sūryas, and thousands of suns within this one universe. So this space, this universe, is like the body of the mother. Or, like an egg, and in this empty space, in this void, there is what is called consciousness, which we may call the universal consciousness, or the language is different, cosmic consciousness. This is known as Hiraṇya Garbha, the Golden Embryo, Consciousness, and that Golden Embryo is in that womb of the mother, which is the entire universe. It is beyond our imagination. Now, the balancing principle which balances both, the universe and consciousness, that is called yoga. So, how old is it? You can tell me; I will be very happy. Yoga is the balance. Still now, every planet, stars, space, elements, visible and invisible elements—our body is made out of five elements, with thousands of different functions. The cycle of nature, everything is balanced. Where there is imbalance, there are problems. Or what we call illness, or some kind of disaster, a small or bigger earthquake—what is that? Disaster, imbalance. So yoga is that principle which balances the entire universe. And we need balanced function of our organs in the body: circulation, memory, words, intellect, actions. Everything has to be balanced. When everything is balanced, then we call it harmony. Without balance, there is no harmony. Where there is a disbalance, Maharṣi Patañjali said, vikṣepa. In Yoga Vedānta, we have three very main principles or main things to be purified: mala, vikṣepa, and āvaraṇa. Mala is impurity. Mal je nečistota—physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, and so on. What we are very worried about, the whole world is worried, the whole world is threatened by one impurity: pollution. And this pollution is coming from the impurity of the human mind. Gandhijī said, "Mother Earth has enough for everyone’s need, but not for everyone’s greed." So as long as there is no purity in your actions, in your thoughts, in your behaviors, then you cannot make a step towards harmony. Takže, ak náhle nemáte čistotu, alebo existuje nečistota vo vašich myšlienkách, slovách, vo vašom konaní, nemôžete urobiť ďalší krok smerom k harmonii. Vikṣepa means disturbances. And these disturbances mean imbalance, inner or outer; both we have to master, meaning to understand. God gave us a beautiful intellect to give judgment, and in order to understand natural law or universal law, or what they call cosmic law. If we do not understand, we do not accept, and we will suffer. Ak nerozumieme, nemôžme akceptovať a budeme trpieť. Then comes āvaraṇa. Āvaraṇa means a curtain. A potom Aurṇ, a to je opona, záclona. Now, these windows have a curtain, the blinds. Na týchto oknách máme záclony, alebo závesy. We cannot see outside. A nevidíme von kvôli tým roletám alebo závesom. And people from outside, they cannot see us. A ľudia z vonka zase nevidí a nás vnútri. It is a thick curtain. That means the curtain of ignorance. So as long as we will not remove the curtain of ignorance, we cannot realize the reality. What is changing is non-reality. And what is ever unchangeable, that is called reality. And the aim of human life is to achieve or realize that reality. So, harmony. And where there is harmony, there is balance. Then there is no imbalance. And where there is a balance, there is harmony. When the harmony is realized, then the final one word comes: union. And that, in one word, put together, is yoga. So the word yoga means union: the union of the individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness. We are all individuals, but in Ātmā we are one. You are me, and me you. There is no difference. So’ham, I am that I am. But the soul is individual. The soul is not the Ātmā. The soul is individual, and the soul is bound by the karmas. Ātmā is universal. Ātmā is universal, everlasting, immortal, satyam, śivam, sundaram—the truth, consciousness, and beauty. So this is literally a glimpse of a definition of yoga. Yoga. Everything comes from this, from yoga. So it is in that cosmic consciousness, it is eko’haṁ bahusyāmi: "I am one, and I will now multiply." That is through the sound. Very clearly, God Kṛṣṇa said in the Bhagavad Gītā, "Arjuna, from time to time I manifest myself through my yoga śakti, yoga māyā." Your manifestation in this world is through that yoga śakti. So this is the aim, the part, and the origin of yoga. So, balance, harmony, and unity. This needs purity. Mala is impurity. So the word we use is spirituality. That is opposite to the impurity, so purity is spirituality. Impurity is that ignorance, that darkness. Vikṣepa is the restlessness, sorrows, and problems. There are some people known as problem creators, problem makers. They are happy when someone is in difficulty. There are some people who cannot sleep unless they have created a problem. I know someone, and she said to me, "Swāmījī, can you help me? I know that it is not good, but I always like to disturb someone. And if I have not done some problem, I cannot sleep. So, two o’clock in the night, I dial any number and tell, when they say hello, then I tell you, 'Bloody stupid one.' And then I sleep." This is called rākṣasa vṛtti. Disturbances, no harmony. Therefore, vikṣepa. Where there is vikṣepa, there is no peace. Two countries are very good together. But the third nation has eyes on them. How to divide them again? What is a war? Vikṣepa. And then? Ignorance, the curtain. We do not know the reality. We do not know the evidence. But it is said, you do not know the evidence, but evidence will never die. So, your individual reality will exist in this universe as long as you have not realized the reality. So your soul is a bundle of your actions, karma. The word "karma" means action. Bad karma you call sin. And good karma is opposite to sin. A sinner, or a pious soul, is opposite to karma. And that is our reality. So even you will go away from this planet. If you leave this planet, evidence will not die. Still, they will be there, and that means you created a destiny. What you call good luck or bad luck. From where does good luck come, and where does bad luck come from? Where is it stored in you? In your individual phenomenon. Good luck we can gain through blessings. There is one story I remember. Should I tell you a story or demonstrate the essence? Both, you are greedy ones. The story is coming from the old scriptures of India. It is not only a story, it is a true story. Long ago, about Satyuga’s time, you know the Yugas have millions of years. And the Vedas describe all these past Yugas. Vedic mathematics and the counting of time are different. And it is the time on our planet and the time of Brahmā, the Creator. And our one year is only one day of Brahmā. Yugas, Man Mantras, Kalapas. Anyhow, there was a very wise man. We call him a ṛṣi at that time. Ṛṣi means a wise person. Or they used to call them hermits, who were living in the huts. There was not so much population of humans. That ṛṣi, the brāhmaṇa, was very spiritual. But he and his wife, they were a little bit sad. Ambition is always there. They were sad because they had no child. They were living for thousands of years. They had long lives and a happy life, balanced life. Vyvazhene, harmonious life. For us, even we do not know what harmony is. We only know this harmonica playing. Well, in the old days, they got one son. They got only the child, and that was the son. Ladies, I am sorry. I do not know why they all like only boys. Thanks to God, now people, like ladies also, girls. That is a big problem. We will speak next time about this. But if you see in Indian mythology, if we look at the Indian mythology, the first place is for women. Mātṛ Devo Bhava – first, God is mother. Lakṣmī, Nārāyaṇa – first is Lakṣmī, then Viṣṇu. Rādhā Kṛṣṇa – first Rādhā, then Kṛṣṇa. Sītā, Rāma, first is Sītā and then he. Well, they got one son, and the ṛṣi had knowledge about astrology. And he looked at the constellation of his son. And he was very sad, very sad. And the ṛṣi’s wife could not understand. She said, "What happened to you, my dear?" You see, moha, attachment. Though he was a great ṛṣi, a wise one, she asked him, "What happened? Tell me." He said, "Well, our son will have only seven years of life." She was also sad. She said, "We shall seek the blessing of our master’s guru, Sannyāsī." One day, a great saint came, Nārada. Unfortunately, you do not know about Indian mythology and Indian literature. What you know about India, you know about yoga, you know about Indian spirituality, Indian history, and all this, I would say that you do not know even half a percent. Maybe someone knows much, sorry. Even myself, I know a little more than half a percent. India is known as the Jñāna Mahāsāgara, the endless ocean of wisdom. I am not talking about present India. Present Indians are slowly, slowly forgetting their values of ancient wisdom and cultures. Nārada came to the ṛṣi’s house and said, "Ṛṣi, you look sad today." The ṛṣi said, "Nārada, this is the reason why I am sad." He said, "Well, I think one thing can help. Try to get blessings for your son. From whom? You can bless, please." He said, "Yes, I will bless. But from everyone, from anyone. How? Teach your child, anyone comes, touch their feet and say, 'Praṇām, I bow down to you.'" In India, when your youngest one, who is younger than you, no matter from which caste or from where, must tell you praṇām. Nowadays they say, "Good morning," and in this "good morning," everything is lost. When someone tells you praṇām, then the person is obliged to give you a blessing. And that blessing is mostly given, Śirañjīvo. Śirañjīvo means long live. Now, this child, wandering, goes up to the neighbors and to others, and only blessing, blessing, blessing. Everyone says, "Long live, long live Guru Vakya," the words of the masters. Guru Vakya znamená slova mistra. Chanda tale, suraj tale, mahā puruṣa ke bachan kabhī nahīṁ tale. My master used to say in satsaṅg. My master used to say this in satsaṅg. May the sun and moon change direction. But the words of the master, of the great saints, will never go empty. Well, getting every day many, many blessings. Long live, long live, long live. You say good morning, others say, "Good morning." But you do not know which words you have. I bow down to you. It is forgotten in your culture. Also, Nārada told one thing. Tell and teach your son to make Abhiṣeka with the Mahāmṛtyu Jaya Mantra in the Śiva’s temple of Śiva Liṅgam. So the child was sitting and making, "Oṃ Tryambakaṃ Yajāmahe Sugandhiṃ Puṣṭivardhanam, Urvārukamiva Bandhanān Mṛtyormukṣīya Mā’mṛtāt." This mantra is known as victory over death. Mithyāstvā naḥ Smṛtyau. And one morning he was doing Abhiṣeka in a Śiva temple. A jedného rána, keď robil tu Abhiṣeku v tom Śivovom chráme. And King Yamarāja, Yamarāja means the king of the dead. Prišiel King, Král Yamarāja, a Yamarāja znamená Král Smrti. He sent his messengers, the Yama. "Bring this boy, seven years old." So Yama’s messengers went there, but they could not enter into the temple. If you are in the church, in the temple, or in the mosque, Yama will not attack you. They have to stay outside. Or in the presence of the Holy Saint. If you take distance, then you are a victim of the yama. Well, yamas are waiting and waiting, and tell the boy, "Come out, come out." And the boy was told by his parents what could happen. He was doing Abhiṣeka, and he said to Yama, "No, I will not do Abhiṣeka." Yama went to Yama Rāja, to the king. There was restlessness in the astral world, in Yama’s world. So, Yama Rāja, the king of death, went to the Dharma Rāja. Dharma Rājā is the king of your destiny. Everything is in the hands of the Dharma Rājā, about your future life and destiny. Dharmarāja is the right house, face, positive, good, truth. Dharmarāja, king of the dharma. Yamarāja is the king of death or the negative things. Dharma Rāja looks in the book of destiny and says, "Yes, bring him." It is finished. They said, "We cannot. Shiva is there." Then Dharmarāja opened the whole record. The age was only seven years for that boy, but there were millions of blessings, so the secretary of the Dharmarāja came, like the secretary of our embassy at the Āśram, and said, "Sir, Lord, what should we do with so many blessings?" Then he said, "Tear it away, number seven." Yes, take it away. And just say only life. Years, not the numbers, years. So he became known as an immortal one. Still he is living. His name is Mataṅdariṣi. The Mataṅdariṣi is still doing his tapasyā in the Himalayas. I was visiting two years ago at the residence of the Vice President of India, and I saw one picture on his wall. I asked him, "Your Excellency, which picture is that?" He said there was one very famous photographer, and he went to the Himalayas to take photos. When he was developing his photos, suddenly this photo came, and they checked geographically that area. And it is in the place, the Gufā of the Ṛṣi, Mātaṇḍa Ṛṣi. Still he is alive. So what can blessing not do? Bless your children. Bless your children. Bless you with good health, bless you with long life. Bless your future. As a parent, blessing comes from the heart. It will change the life of your children in a positive way. Part 2: The Essence of Yoga in Daily Life There are many things to know. Ultimately, it is said: health is not everything, but everything is nothing without health. We know we are not immortal physically. Thanks to God, we do not know when our day to depart will be. Therefore, we should try to gain good health. I cannot tell you that we will ever be perfectly healthy, but we can maintain our health without any sport. No gymnastic can defeat yogic postures; yogic exercises are very balanced and scientific. Āsanas are known as psychosomatic movements. They are a science of body, mind, and consciousness, bringing harmony to unite body, mind, and soul in oneness. In yoga, there is no competition and there are no challenges. Every individual has their own exercises according to their physical condition, and you will gain the benefit from that. Perhaps many here are coming for the first time and may never have practiced yoga exercises, while many are very expert. Generally, it is very hard to judge because yoga is an individual practice. As our respected secretary of the Embassy of India said, you need an expert teacher. Unfortunately, people sometimes go just for a ten-day yoga seminar as a holiday, where morning and evening they get one hour of yoga exercises, and they come back with a certificate as a yoga teacher. That means the blind lead the blind. Some years ago, when Czechoslovakia divided, Anička Galovičeva came to me in Strilky Ashram. "Swamiji, we must make many yoga teachers and give them diplomas. There are so many people getting yoga teacher certificates from somewhere." I said, "No. Why?" My teachers have to be trained physically as well as intellectually. They should know theory and practice very well. Those so-called yoga teachers quickly went to yoga teacher training, and they left yoga also quickly. If I want to fly, I should know that my pilot is the best-trained pilot. Your yoga teacher is your spiritual pilot. Therefore, do not worry if you cannot stand on your head. Try to stand on both legs on solid ground and pray to God: "Lord, under my foot, always should be solid ground with good vibration." Sometimes on the earth, there are some vibrations which can lead you to terrible conditions. About this, we will speak next time. First, I would like you to practice now with me. If you do not want, you are free. You need not do it. But you came now, and you learned something. Something is very good, very simple. Now, what to do? You are sitting on the chair; there is no place for practicing. Where there is a will, there is a way, so we will make the way. Please, demonstrators, we have to do this together. These exercises are for certain occasions. If you are driving a car, truck, or taxi and feel tired, and you stop at the traffic light, utilize that time. It may be half a minute. Put your car in neutral gear, please. Interlock your fingers behind the neck, not on the head. Sit straight. Perfect. Now, stretch your chest and shoulders, and your head back side. Back straight. Look at your car’s ceiling. And then bend forward. Bend in the middle. Then to the right, and to the left. The middle is a green light, off you go. Others ask, "What are you doing?" What will you say? Yoga in daily life. Now you can tell, how do you feel? Please. Please, say something. So once more. Inhale. Nádych. Stretch. Pohľad hore a zadržte dých po nádychu. A vydýchnite. With exhale. Bend the head forward. Inhale. Nádych. Left side exhale. With exhale to the left. Inhale. Inhale. Right side, exhale. Inhale, and inhale. Hands down. Now, this you can do in your office, especially those who are working on the computer; they need this very much. Because you interlock the fingers and do like this, you are also stretching the palm muscles. Svaly na dlani a klouby na prstech. Takže, když propletete prsty a vyvrátíte dlaně, tak se vám natáhnou svaly na dlaních. Stand up from the chair in your office, not in the car. Interlock the fingers with the palms facing upward, and rest the hands on the head. Preplete prsty, hlavu si položte na hlavu a dlaňami obrátenými smerom k stropu hore. This is called Tāḍāsana, the palm tree. Toto sa volá Tad Āsana, palmový strom, palma. This you can do in the morning, even in your bathroom, if the window is good, with good air and ventilation. So, while inhaling, stretch the body up and stand on the toes. I forgot to tell you: exhale, hands down, come down. Hands on the head. It would be good if you could take off your shoes. It’s easier. If you cannot, it is your choice. So, one, exhale. Inhale, exhale. And take your seat. This did not take a long time. You still have five minutes in this interval of time. So you may call this a meditation or a relaxation. Comfortably lean on your chair. Hands on the thighs, fingers and palms either facing upward or downward. Close your eyes. Withdraw yourself from the external world. Deep inhale and exhale once. Deep inhale and exhale once. Relax. Relax your legs, your foot soles, feel and relax your toes. If you are still without soles, you will feel more energy. Relax your knees and thighs, relax your back muscles, relax the stomach muscles, relax the elbows, and relax your shoulders. Relax your neck and your face muscles. Feel and relax your eyebrow center, and relax your eyelids. Your eyelids are gently closed. And relax your lips. Uvolnite pery, čeluste, a uvolnite jazyk. Feel that your whole body, from the toes to the top of the head, and from the top of the head to the toes, is relaxed. Od temena hlavy až po prsty na nohou, uvolněné. Once more, deep inhale and exhale. Ešte jedenkrát, hlboký nádych a výdych. And say to yourself, "Relax." A povedzte si, "Uvolni sa." Relax. Uvolni sa. Relax. Uvolni sa. No concentration. Na nič sa nesústreďte. No imagination. Nič si nepredstavujte. No tensions and no expectations, just be and relax. Relax your breath, feel your breath. You know that you are inhaling, and you know that you are exhaling. Whole body and breath relax. Relax your shoulders. Let your elbows just relax. Relax. Now, three times, deep inhale and exhale. While inhaling, try to become extroverted. And while exhaling, try to become aware of your being here in this place. And while inhaling, stretch your hands in front and raise them above your head. Interlock the fingers, stretch the body, slightly bend to the left side and right side, left side, right side, in the middle, and slowly bring the hands down. Open your eyes. So that was a capsule program. In this modern time, they always call, "Swamiji, we need a capsule program." Just to swallow the tablet, that is all. Alright. There are some balanced, concentrated postures which have influence on the whole body. Sú niektoré pozície koncentračné, ktoré ovplyvňujú celé telo. And especially, it improves and helps our immune system. Zvlášť pomáhajú a zlepšujú náš imunitný obranný systém. Zvlášť keď prídete domov z práce a ste únavení, urobte si niekoľko kôl tohoto cvičenia. That exercise is called Khāṭūpraṇām. Now, you see, they are sitting in one āsana, that is called Vajrāsana. Vajra means strong. Nowadays they say the iron lady. Iron, strong. This makes you very strong. Vajra Nāḍī. There is a name of a nāḍī called Vajra. That helps us to calm down and control our thoughts. It helps to overcome depression. And nervousness also helps to overcome anxiety. When you sit in this Vajrāsana, then your leg muscles from the front are stretched. It removes the tiredness. Many in modern sport, when they are running, jogging, after a few kilometers or a few hundred meters, they stop near a tree. Dnes v moderných športoch, pri joggingu a behoch, keď prebehnú niekoľko kilometrov, sa zastavia pri strome, jednou rukou sa opru o strom. Vajrāsana is very, very good after long sitting, driving, walking, and so on. It is excellent for long sitting, driving, and long walking because you gain a lot of energy from it. When we sit in this Vajrāsana, automatically our spine is straight. When the back bones are straight, the whole trunk of the body is relaxed. Potom je celé tělo uvolněné, trup uvolněný. Our intestines are relaxed. Uvolní sa zažívacie orgány. Stomach muscles relaxed. Uvolní sa brušné svaly. And you have more volume to inhale or take in oxygen. A máte viacej priestoru na príjem kyslíka, na dýchanie. It is always advised to sit in this posture for five to ten minutes after eating. When our trunk of the body is relaxed, because the spine is straight and the body is perfectly balanced, then the shoulders are automatically relaxed. Then the shoulders are automatically released, and the elbows are relaxed. Lakte sa uvolnia. In meditation, do not sit like this. Meditací nesedíte takto. This is only for photographing. To je len pre fotografovanie. For the yoga book. Do yogových knižiek. Nobody meditates like that. Nikdo takto nemedituje. Or maybe only five minutes. Alright, maybe five minutes. Then after the camera makes a click, and when I turn off the camera—thank you—it goes back. So always be natural. Elbows should not be like this, but like this. Then you will see that your whole shoulder muscles and all are relaxed. If the shoulder muscles are relaxed, the neck muscles are automatically relaxed. So, from the tip of the toes to the top of the head, all muscles, nerves, and bodies are in beautiful condition. It develops concentration and calms down your thoughts. In Islam, when they are praying, they sit in this posture. It helps to concentrate. So, this is a basic posture from the Kaṭhūpraṇām. Now it begins. One, now you see the front part of the body, the muscles are stretched. And then, when you come palms together, the side muscles also stretch. Two, head, forehead on the floor, elbows on the floor, hands on the floor, body is relaxed. But the very fine back muscles, especially the parallel muscles to the spine, they are stretching. In yoga, we give this posture to people who have depression or are very sad, nervous, or restless. Smutni, depresivni, nervozni, nepokojni—it gives a wonderful feeling. Mother finds the child in bed often in the morning, sleeping in this posture. Now, there are counter-effects in the back muscles and front muscles of the body. Toes are standing, the foot, all muscles are stretching, buttocks muscles are stretching, thigh muscles are stretching. It is very beautiful. I wish you could do it, but in your yoga center you should do it. Four, this is very, very good for our intense times, and especially it is very helpful if women have cramps during menstruation. Now, the posture itself introduces its effect. So, you can do three to five rounds. Of course, you are free to do as many rounds as you like. You can practice this also with the breath. Whenever you bend your body to the back side, then inhale. And whenever you bend your body forward, then exhale. Whenever you have to twist your body, first inhale. Then, slowly, while exhaling, twist your body. If you stay there, you can have normal breath. When you come again to the middle, then you come with a deep inhalation, slowly. After these few rounds, you do about fifty times exhalation quickly, like it is called Kapālbhāti. Kapālbhāti, like this. Good? Try. Now, there is also a technique. Do not do from here. No, and there is technique. That is wrong. Work from the abdominal muscles. That is called Kapālbhāti. Purifying this part of the body, mostly. And there is a technique called Bastrika, that you do in the morning. That was Bastrika. Kapālbhāti, this is how the locomotive is starting. And when it begins to start, then it goes, that is it. So you will feel so fresh and relaxed. Of course, for a long period, you should follow systematic techniques and exercises which you have in your Yoga and Dead Life Yoga book. I got many, many feedbacks from around the world, especially from yoga teachers, about how happy they are to have this book, because the book itself is like a teacher. It is translated into 12 languages. So, in your country, it is available in Slovak. Yoga, in this way, leads us to harmony. And I am sure you feel now here harmony. If you do not feel, I am not guilty. Because you do not feel. What should I do? So, yoga gives us good health. Who is the happiest person in the world? Not the richest one. It is the richest one who is the poorest one in this world. Rishis are those who have nothing but one thing: good health. Therefore, Jesus said, those shall not carry. Do not carry with you here and there the things. You will get what is in your destiny. God will give you there what you need. Mahātmā Gandhījī said, "Renounce and enjoy." And Holī Gurujī said, "Enter the kingdom of the Lord through the gate of sacrifice." So, the first principle, the first vākyā of Āyurveda is said: "Pēhlā śuknī rūgī kāyā"—the first happiness is a healthy body. And so, some philosopher said, "Health is not everything, but everything is nothing without health." You cannot buy health. You have to gain health while practicing. Yoga, healthy sattvic food, and meditation. Believe there is God, there is a divine principle, and believe in those ancient literatures, maybe the Vedas or Upaniṣads, Rāmāyaṇa or Gītā, Torah, Bible, or Qur’ān. All these holy scriptures have truth in them, and that will lead you to happiness and harmony of your life. And finally, we will liberate your soul from the individual bindings of the karmic destinies and awaken your consciousness into the everlasting truth, the Ātmā. So yoga in daily life is not only movements but has many, many different subjects. World peace, multi-religious dialogues, intercultural programs, environments, spirituality, physical health, mental health, social health, spiritual health. Holy Gurujī said, "One in all and all in one." After this, I would advise you to practice yoga every day. Wherever you have possibilities, in your country, there are many, many yoga centers, from yoga and daily life, or some other yoga centers. There are many, many good yoga teachers also, out of yoga and daily life. And I was surprised to hear that, in every 30-kilometer distance in all of Slovakia, there is a possibility to practice yoga in daily life. And that is very good. With this, I wish you first of all very good health, and I pray to God for your peace, harmony, and happy life. God bless you. Adieu.
