form of the Supreme is sound.

It is the vibration which awoke

the consciousness in the

Universe. It is that resonance

which brought conscious and

matter, cosmic conscious and

divine Shakti together. The

elements were created through

sound and manifestation took

place. Through sound are we

existing. Our body and every

organ has its own sound. It is

the sound of the Self. So Ham,

I am that - that I am. It means

the presence of the Supreme.

I am the light of that God and

that God is in me as the light,

I am in Him as light and there

is no duality. A meditation,

guided by Swamiji, is the

practical part of the program.
