Ganesha. He is the Lord of all,

the Supreme of all, known as

the Lord of intelligence, intellect

and well known as protector

and guider. He is the strong

foundation. Therefore we find

Ganesha Tattva in the Muladhara.

If our foundation is not strong

then many storms may come.

Any emotional wave can disturb

us like depression, uncertainty,

sleeplessness, phobia, and a

disturbed nerve system can

reflect on the physical body.
