I would advise you to clean up your mind. I have always said that mental pollution is the most dangerous pollution. The human mind, which creates this pollution, disturbs the whole world and disturbs oneself. You should always have pure thoughts. This is called uttama-vicāra—the best thoughts. There are three levels of speech: parā, paśyanti, and vaikharī. Parā is seated at the navel. The navel is the beginning of your life; your physical life began to grow as an embryo from the Maṇipūra cakra. There lies the seed of sound, the seed of the cell. It is a very important center to keep clean. Prāṇa and apāna unite in the Maṇipūra cakra. Then the suṣumnā nāḍī opens, but if the Maṇipūra cakra is not pure, the suṣumnā nāḍī will not awaken. Thus, whatever you are feeling influences your stomach system. Paśyanti is in the throat, at the Viśuddhi cakra. That is where you can release yourself; you can take in or let out. Whoever has no clear thoughts has a suffering Viśuddhi cakra. Those without clear thoughts will have problems with the thyroid, with energy, and will always feel very tired, unsatisfied, and so on. Vaikharī is at the vocal cords, or you can say the lips and tongue, where the word is formulated. That should come out pure. All three levels should be purified. Similarly, there are three other qualities: kaniṣṭa, madhyama, and uttama. Kaniṣṭa is the lower quality, madhyama is the middle quality, and uttama is the best quality. There are three kinds of disciples: kaniṣṭa, madhyama, and uttama. It depends on your inner qualities and on how you are thinking—how many complexes you have. Sometimes you are surprised when you hear someone talking. Perhaps you do not realize, but I can realize. And I wonder very much how it is possible that a person still has so many complexes, so many negative qualities. One becomes a product, a manufacturer of negative qualities. So do not manufacture negative energy or negative thoughts. This means you talk negatively to others; you project your feelings and your complexes onto others. With this, you place a heavier burden upon yourself. You know we are tired from carrying such a heavy burden on our long, long journey, life to life. We have the golden opportunity in this life to do something. Of course, it is your decision. I do not have a duty, even, but my interest is to help you. If you do not want it, if you go to hell, it is your problem. If you go to heaven, it is your problem. It is yours, no one else's. Being your master, I feel compelled to always awaken you with these words. Still, if you do not realize, these are your things: hate, jealousy, greediness, anger, pride, ego, and complexes. These are your enemies. Only you can solve this; that is all. Give up, give up, simply just give up. Why are you so attached to these qualities? You know they will kill you. So think of yourself and be merciful to yourself. That will help you. Otherwise, you can torture yourself your whole life. You will become old. Feelings will not become old.
