In Ashrams where possible and desired, musical groups for Bhajans (Bhajan bands) are to be organized by those who are interested.

The number of members of the Bhajan band is to be 2–4 and they will learn to perform at least 2–3 Bhajans well. These groups will perform at Vishwaguruji`s public programs such as seminars and satsangs. The groups can choose a name and announce themselves, if they wish. Individuals can be members of multiple groups.

In the long term, we plan to organize

These festivals will be sponsored by Swamiji TV, and will feature musical groups from the YIDL international associations, as well as external performers. The festivals will be open to a wider audience and will include up to 16 hours of music per day over several days.

The festivals will include elements of a talent show and experts in singing, acting, playing, and Sanskrit will participate.

Tickets will be sold for at least a portion of the event. The festival will be hosted and Bhajans will be translated either sung or read. Some parts of the festival will be streamed live and recordings will be published on Swamiji TV and YouTube.

Only Bhajans (not Kirtans) will be featured and the festival will travel from city to city.

The purpose of this program is to spread the teachings of our Parampara through music and eventually achieve nationwide visibility and presence on radio stations worldwide, including launching our own radio station called

For the radio we need quality material and content ownership. The program will also create an opportunity for professional musicians to perform publicly for Vishwaguruji and increase inclusion of our professional musicians.
