A mother's spiritual instruction and the peril of ego illustrate the path.
A king indulging in pleasure is urged by his mother to renounce the world and seek truth. He immediately becomes a monk. His guru sends him to beg in his former kingdom, teaching humility. His mother then offers three cryptic advices: live in a protected palace, sleep on a comfortable bed, and eat royal food. She explains these mean living in an ashram under the guru's protection, finding comfort in exhaustion from sincere practice, and accepting alms as divine prasad. Separately, a muni performing severe austerity develops ego, believing trees and even the god of desire fear him. He is tempted by a maiden who secretly brings him sweet food, leading to attachment. He abandons his practice to pursue her, only to discover she is the god of desire in disguise, demonstrating how ego destroys spiritual progress.
"Offer it to your guru, and then accept that prasāda from him, whatever remains, and that is the beautiful royal food for you."
"I told you, if you have any type of this kāma, krodha, mada, lobha, ahaṅkāra in your sādhanā, I make those munis horses and dance on their backs."

Welcoming Address and Valedictory Session on Yoga for Wellness
2:00 - 3:08 (68 min)
Yoga for wellness is this year's subject, focusing on its global role in health. Yoga has moved from Indian tradition to global practice, increasing our responsibility. The conference aims to establish policy parameters. Two key features were discussed: the holistic integration of traditional and modern medicine, and yoga's specific impact on diseases. Integration must evolve from simple co-location to active cross-referrals between systems. The ultimate aim is to use yoga to reduce the number of patients. For global acceptability, scientific evidence for yoga's value is essential, beyond mere assertion. This requires research and the collaboration of practitioners from both traditional and modern medicine seen here today. The goal is to shape government policy for a healthy India.
"Yoga has no side effects."
"We need to generate scientific evidence about the value of yoga if we want true acceptability."

Awakening of muladhar
4:15 - 4:57 (42 min)
Chakras are energy centers where consciousness resides, defining character and problems. Your destiny (prārabdha) is created by past karma before your body forms. You control your present karma through action, speech, thought, and influence, but once acted upon, deeds become destiny governing future life and all current problems. The Mūlādhāra Chakra is the root foundation of consciousness based on that karma. It is the earth element, colored red for energy and Mother Consciousness. Its awakening brings safety, wisdom, and pleasurable energy, not physical sensations. The chakra's symbols include a four-petaled lotus representing the four ways life enters the world, an elephant symbolizing wisdom and prosperity, an inverted triangle for energy flow, and a coiled snake representing past, present, and future karmas—the dormant Kuṇḍalinī Śakti. Śiva (consciousness) and Śakti (nature) seek union here. Exercises like Bhujaṅgāsana and Śalabhāsana activate this chakra, strengthening the back and influencing the root center for physical and mental balance.
"As long as you are not doing anything, it is still under your control."
"The awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī means wisdom. You become very wise, you become self-confident."

We should not have duality
5:05 - 5:16 (11 min)
The eternal guru lineage is the living presence of God across all ages.
I returned after extensive travel. Our gatherings here varied in size according to regulations. The teachings focus on the paramparā, the eternal succession from age to age. Within this, there are two manifestations. One is the singular incarnation of God for a time. The other is the continuous manifestation of the saint, the Guru Bhagat. I do not claim special status; that is for the end of my life. There are many gurus, not just one. Every saint in every place is God-sent. We have one God, and the second God is our mother and father, through whom God brings humans. Therefore, gurus are as numerous as parents. We respect all children as our own, yet only one is our biological mother. Similarly, the soul is one but takes different forms. Other religions are good, but they lack a living God—a continuous presence. Once they had a God, but who gives to us now? We must understand this without duality. God is everywhere.
"One, as God, what we call, is once in that time. But how will we do? How will they live? So, therefore, the second is called the saint."
"other religions are also very good, but they have no God. Not living God. Once they have a God, and that's all."

Make a path through the forest
5:20 - 6:11 (51 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from weekend Yoga Seminar in Nadlac, Romania. Prana is stronger than the physical body. There are always problems in daily life. Partners are together for a period of time then conflicts arise - that is similar to spiritual life. We need a clear path, a sattvic (pure) life, and have to make this path through the forest. Just reading does not help us. We should change ourself inside, otherwise, time is lost. The realisation of Atma Gyana (Self-knowledge) takes more time.
Words express our devotion
6:14 - 6:29 (15 min)
Today is the holy day of divine incarnation.
We show respect by marking the divine coming to earth. Divine names like Śiva, Braṣmā, Viṣṇu, Rāma, Kṛṣṇa, and Jesus are short and sweet. These are glories given to the one reality. Titles like doctor or professor are just designations; the reality is one soul. In this age, a disciple gave the name "Holy Gurujī," which signifies high respect. We are human, using names to show respect, similar to calling anyone "sir." Our Guru received the title Hindu Dharm Samrāṭ, like an emperor of eternal duty, and also Vishwaguru. These titles are subtitles; we remain the same essence. Worldly titles, like President or First Lady, are transient. The true power is in the name and the quality it represents. Today, under a good constellation, our Satguru was born.
"It is a birth, an incarnation—a holy incarnation—and this is our respect."
"These are just titles... So what we call ourselves is just like air inside. But the name—that is the first one."

Bhajan singing from Jadan Ashram
6:30 - 7:05 (35 min)
The refuge lies at the divine feet. By taking refuge there, one experiences supreme truth and bliss, becoming free from the cycle of birth and death. The mind finds its steady path. The Vedas and Puranas sing of this refuge. True devotion and knowledge lead to liberation. The divine name itself brings supreme happiness. The true Guru is incomparable.
"Charaṇamme Arasattati Ratahe, Vohela Purāṇamme Gāte."
"Mannava Dhire Dhire Chalga, Gaṅgā Charanare Bai."

Bhajan Singing from Jadan
7:10 - 8:20 (70 min)
A musical offering explores devotion through raga and sacred verse. The performance weaves classical composition with devotional poetry. It presents the longing of Meera, who found divine nectar in poison. It shares Kabir's metaphor of the body as a finely woven garment dyed in divine essence. The inquiry asks who truly comes and goes in this world of light and illusion. The teaching asserts that only the true Guru's name endures, while all else is transient. The offering culminates in universal salutations to the divine in all forms.
"Rana ne vish diya, mano amrit piya. Mira saagar me sarita samaane lagi."
"Santa, kun re āve re, kun jāye bole re? Jaari khabar karo."

Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic.
Bhajans from Poprad
9:10 - 9:54 (44 min)
The path requires a true guru to cross the ocean of worldly illusion. Life is a vast ocean where one drifts aimlessly without direction. The goal is to reach the harbor of self-knowledge, called Ātmajñāna. Finding a true master removes all fear, as that realization dries up the ocean itself. One then crosses with dry feet into liberation. Love for the master's lotus feet is what truly matters, making all worldly illusion disappear. By the guru's grace, karma and illusion lose their power.
"By repeating His name, one can cross the ocean of ignorance."
"Whoever has the form of the guru in their heart need not fear death."

How did creation begin?
11:40 - 12:26 (46 min)
The spiritual journey is about coming to the ashram for darśana and unity. We travel long distances but are not tired because we are drawn to this spiritual atmosphere to receive energy and blessings. The purpose is to meet our spiritual family and advance step by step. Yoga in daily life means maintaining our practice in heart and mind wherever we are. Yoga is not merely physical exercise; it is the unity of all life and the path to the divine. It encompasses every movement and connection, including the meeting between beings. All existence stems from Parabrahma Paramātmā, from which Bhagavān Śiva emerged through the convergence of elements—this too is yoga. Life began with creatures needing to eat, leading to jīva-jīva-bhakṣate, life consuming life. As humans seeking purification, we must choose dharma over adharma, avoiding killing. The story of Buddha illustrates non-violence; he practiced extreme care for all life and advocated a vegetarian path. We may not become like Buddha or Kṛṣṇa, but by remembering them and following our techniques, we progress toward Parabrahma.
"One in all and all in one."
"Yoga is not merely movements in the body... The whole part of humans and all other creatures, where there is movement, life—it doesn't matter from whom it is... everything is yoga."

Evening satsang from Om Ashram (1/2)
13:25 - 14:04 (39 min)
The path is established through devotion. The river of wisdom has manifested. All present are requested to raise both hands and clap. The program proceeds with the Guru's blessings, beginning with Guru Vandana and bhajans. This demonstrates the influence of the tradition. One should be proud to be born on this land where many saints and sages were born. We prostrate to the guru and offer our life force. The guru's grace makes everything possible; without it, nothing is possible. Clapping is an opportunity. The Guru teaches that one should not have ego, for ego decides fate. The satsang proceeds solely in the direction of the revered Guru.
"Without the grace of Gurū Mahārāj, nothing is possible."
"Guru Mahārāj Jī tells us... that we should not have ego. The one who has ego, his fate is decided."

Maya can destroy everything
14:10 - 14:52 (42 min)
Greed is a primary obstacle on the spiritual path, capable of destroying long-built progress in an instant. A hardworking man saw an advertisement for a magical golden egg promising wealth. Consumed by greed, he spent all his savings, quit his job, and isolated himself to guard it. The egg was a painted shell; he lost everything. Another story tells of a rich man who abandoned all to collect gold from a mythical land, dying there from neglect. A young swami left his guru to reclaim ancestral land, won it, sold it, and invested the money. He lost everything in a business failure and an accident, unable to return to his spiritual life. These tales illustrate how greed corrupts judgment and leads to ruin. The remedy is constant devotion, not remembering the guru only in distress. Mantra practice requires correct technique and a pure heart, but ultimate liberation comes from devotion itself.
"Do your mantra. And he gave him an example. He said there was one very rich person. He had all the worldly things that he ever wanted. But greed doesn’t even leave that person who has everything."
"Mainly, what we need is Guru Bhakti, pure devotion and love towards the Guru. When we have His blessings, then we are in Param Ānanda. Then we don’t need any rules and regulations."

Where there is water, there is God. Respect the vegetation and the rain. First happiness is good health. Saints are here for the sake of all creatures - but you will liberate yourself.
