How did creation begin?
1:10 - 1:56 (46 min)
Recorded on
The spiritual journey is about coming to the ashram for darśana and unity. We travel long distances but are not tired because we are drawn to this spiritual atmosphere to receive energy and blessings. The purpose is to meet our spiritual family and advance step by step. Yoga in daily life means maintaining our practice in heart and mind wherever we are. Yoga is not merely physical exercise; it is the unity of all life and the path to the divine. It encompasses every movement and connection, including the meeting between beings. All existence stems from Parabrahma Paramātmā, from which Bhagavān Śiva emerged through the convergence of elements—this too is yoga. Life began with creatures needing to eat, leading to jīva-jīva-bhakṣate, life consuming life. As humans seeking purification, we must choose dharma over adharma, avoiding killing. The story of Buddha illustrates non-violence; he practiced extreme care for all life and advocated a vegetarian path. We may not become like Buddha or Kṛṣṇa, but by remembering them and following our techniques, we progress toward Parabrahma. "One in all and all in one." "Yoga is not merely movements in the body... The whole part of humans and all other creatures, where there is movement, life—it doesn't matter from whom it is... everything is yoga." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The Role of Yoga and Meditation in Improving Quality of Life for Cancer Patients
2:10 - 3:17 (67 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a body-mind practice studied as an adjunct to allopathic cancer treatment. Research shows it can improve stress, anxiety, depression, and quality of life for patients. However, data on improving physical function or sleep is less clear. Crucially, yoga is not a cure for cancer. Giving false hope that yoga, prāṇāyāma, or herbs alone can cure cancer is harmful and delays effective treatment, often until the disease is advanced. The ethical principle for all healers is to first do no harm and work for the welfare of all. A proper lifestyle with balanced diet, conduct, and thought is foundational for health. For younger patients, who are more prevalent in some societies, yogic intervention may offer particular benefit by improving well-being and potentially aiding tolerance to therapy. More robust, standardized, large-scale studies are needed. "Please do not give false hope that cancer will be cured." "ever engaged in the welfare of all... We should at no time do any harm." Maya can destroy everything
3:25 - 4:07 (42 min)
Recorded on
Greed is a primary obstacle on the spiritual path, capable of destroying long-built progress in an instant. A hardworking man saw an advertisement for a magical golden egg promising wealth. Consumed by greed, he spent all his savings, quit his job, and isolated himself to guard it. The egg was a painted shell; he lost everything. Another story tells of a rich man who abandoned all to collect gold from a mythical land, dying there from neglect. A young swami left his guru to reclaim ancestral land, won it, sold it, and invested the money. He lost everything in a business failure and an accident, unable to return to his spiritual life. These tales illustrate how greed corrupts judgment and leads to ruin. The remedy is constant devotion, not remembering the guru only in distress. Mantra practice requires correct technique and a pure heart, but ultimate liberation comes from devotion itself. "Do your mantra. And he gave him an example. He said there was one very rich person. He had all the worldly things that he ever wanted. But greed doesn’t even leave that person who has everything." "Mainly, what we need is Guru Bhakti, pure devotion and love towards the Guru. When we have His blessings, then we are in Param Ānanda. Then we don’t need any rules and regulations." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Mahaprabhuji is endless joy
4:15 - 4:34 (19 min)

Worldly joy is fleeting and contains hidden sorrow, but divine joy is endless. Human happiness is brief and intertwined with suffering, for every gain conceals equal or greater pain. Only the Supreme One's joy is boundless. An incarnate liberator provides a living refuge beyond scriptures. Merely reading teachings without following them brings no solution. True peace is found not in escape but in unwavering devotion to that divine source. "Blessed is the land where the Divine Soul incarnates, Satguru Dev." "We are those birds. We want to fly away... Again, only in God can we come and rest." Filming location: Vép, Hungary DVD 183b
Science of chakras
4:35 - 5:51 (76 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the union of individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness, achieved through harmony and balance. The cosmic energy governs the universe, and this principle of union was discovered by ancient yogis. The individual soul is a spark of the divine light, present in all life. We originate from the cosmic sound and are composed of the five elements. Our journey involves many births, guided by karma, as the soul moves through forms and relations. The human body contains dormant energy centers called chakras, connected by 72,000 channels. Three primary channels—Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna—regulate energy, mind, and activity, converging at key points to form the chakras. These centers correspond to the elements and levels of consciousness, from the earthly Muladhara to the divine Sahasrara. Activating these centers through practice leads toward liberation. "Yoga means union—the union of the individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness." "What is existing in the universe is existing in your body." Filming location: Croatia DVD 182a

The senses are powerful and create the entire world of entanglement. The ten senses within the body are difficult for any yogi to fully master. The world is ensnared by their play, particularly by the lower senses like taste and procreation. All beings, from Brahma to animals, are bound by these senses. Their force is the great delusion that must be conquered. "The senses are a powerful force of delusion; what has this entangled world become?" "All beings of the world are under the control of these senses. What has this world become, so entangled?" Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

The path is established through devotion. The river of wisdom has manifested. All present are requested to raise both hands and clap. The program proceeds with the Guru's blessings, beginning with Guru Vandana and bhajans. This demonstrates the influence of the tradition. One should be proud to be born on this land where many saints and sages were born. We prostrate to the guru and offer our life force. The guru's grace makes everything possible; without it, nothing is possible. Clapping is an opportunity. The Guru teaches that one should not have ego, for ego decides fate. The satsang proceeds solely in the direction of the revered Guru. "Without the grace of Gurū Mahārāj, nothing is possible." "Guru Mahārāj Jī tells us... that we should not have ego. The one who has ego, his fate is decided." Filming location: Rajasthan, India

The Pearl of Everlasting Bliss
16:20 - 16:41 (21 min)
Recorded on
Life's deepest treasure is complete and everlasting bliss, the crown of self-realization rooted in God-realization. Rare beings attain this pearl of Paramānanda. A seeker's deep prayer brought him face-to-face with his divine master, seeing the form of Śrī Kṛṣṇa. He became a true disciple, devoting body, mind, and soul. He received the highest spiritual initiation, instantly attaining samādhi. His life was a permanent establishment in the highest spiritual experience under his master's guidance. As a spiritual successor, he built and established āśrams, tirelessly spreading the light. He preached non-dualism, non-violence as the highest religion, and the unity of all humanity through song and service. His devotion was Parabhakti, love without reservation, repeating the divine name for over eighteen hours daily. Such love overcomes all obstacles between us and God. He became a living testament that this realization is possible. "My eyes filled with tears, and I fell to my knees. I knew I had found the everlasting light of my life." "All humans belong to one religion, and that is humanity." Filming location: Bola Guda, India
You are the helper of everyone
16:45 - 17:38 (53 min)

The mantra "Oṃ Aki Rāchanā Śarīra" points to the uncreated body of Consciousness, not the physical form. This true nature is the eternal, unchanging Self that was never born and will never die. Chanting is not an invocation to something external but an affirmation of one's own reality. It dissolves identification with the temporary body-mind. The Uncreated Body is not an object to find but the very Subject, the I AM, and the knowing space in which all experience appears. It is the substratum of all states. Let the mantra's vibration resonate as a direct pointer to this truth. Chant with devotion and inquiry as a bridge from the illusion of being a person to the reality of pure Presence. "Oṃ, the Uncreated Body." "It is the very Subject, the I AM, the Knower of all experiences." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Where there is water, there is God. Respect the vegetation and the rain. First happiness is good health. Saints are here for the sake of all creatures - but you will liberate yourself.
