How did creation begin?
0:15 - 1:01 (46 min)
Yoga is the vast unity of all existence, encompassing every path and every life. You arrive not tired, for this spiritual atmosphere provides energy. We gather from different paths, becoming one in purpose to advance our spirituality day by day. Yoga is not merely physical practice; it is the unity of all life, the meeting of self and God, and the very process of creation and return. From the primordial state of Parabrahma Paramātmā emerged the elements and Śiva, representing the coming together that is yoga. Life began with a need, a fire of hunger that compelled movement and the search for food, leading to a state where life consumes life. As humans, we seek purification from this cycle. Great beings like the Buddha realized the path of non-violence, understanding that to kill and eat life is adharma, while compassion is dharma. We may not be like the great masters, but by following their teachings and our practices, we walk the path toward oneness with the divine.
"One in all and all in one."
"Yoga is not merely movements in the body... The whole part of humans and all other creatures, where there is movement, life—it doesn't matter from whom it is—everything is yoga."

The best ways of learning
1:05 - 1:56 (51 min)
The essence of bhajan is concentration, meditation, and devotion. Bhajan is a resonant, collective listening. One form is the Doha, a two-line question and answer, ideal for spiritual learning. Other forms include drama and storytelling, which impart unforgettable knowledge from a young age. True learning is joyful and deep, unlike forgettable academic study which lacks heart. Knowledge must balance heart and brain. Stories teach this balance, illustrating that purity of heart, not wealth, defines true devotion. A story tells of a poor gardener who, offered vast sums for a garland, chose instead to give it to his guru, demonstrating that bhakti is surrendering everything.
"Bhaj means to concentrate, to meditate, and to devote. That is bhajan."
"That is bhakti. Who can have bhakti without bhakti?"

The Practice of Śalabhāsana and Complementary Āsanas
2:00 - 2:59 (59 min)
The practice of śalabhāsana and complementary āsanas builds strength and influences consciousness. Śalabhāsana strengthens the posterior muscles and works on self-confidence. Hold the posture with full lungs and descend on the exhalation, though breathe naturally if there is high blood pressure. Remain soft while using strength. It corrects the pelvis and benefits the prostate and menstruation. A variation with hands under the body stretches the digestive tract and is ideal before meditation. Avoid excessive bending in the lumbar area; focus the bend in the thoracic part. Follow with relaxation and pavanamuktāsana to release lower back tension. Sarvāṅgāsana benefits peripheral circulation and balances thyroid function, but avoid it with hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, or during menstruation. It improves circulation to the head and allows a subtle exhalation. Its counterpose is bhuḍaṅgāsana, which stretches the front and strengthens the arms; bend in the chest area, not the most flexible part. Halāsana stretches the back and affects the neck, emphasizing exhalation. Matsyāsana opens the chest, works on the thyroid and breathing, and is performed with inhalation through the nose and exhalation through the mouth. A one-legged balance pose aids concentration and nervous stability. Ardha Matsyendrāsana regenerates the spine and has anti-inflammatory properties. An inverted posture improves circulation to the head and spiritual development. Conclude with Tāḍāsana and Prāṇāyāma. Bhastrikā Prāṇāyāma intensifies the digestive fire and burns waste; relax the abdomen and let breath flow spontaneously without forcing inhalation. Avoid it with a brain tumor or elevated body temperature. Chant Oṁ to withdraw inward.
"Remain soft in the posture, even while using strength."
"In this posture, simply allow one subtle, extended exhalation."

Maya can destroy everything
3:05 - 3:47 (42 min)
Greed destroys spiritual progress, causing a fall regardless of one's efforts. A hardworking man saw an advertisement for a magical golden egg promising wealth. Consumed by greed, he spent all his savings on it, quit his job, and isolated himself to guard it. He eventually cracked the egg, finding only an empty, painted shell. He lost everything. This illustrates how greed corrupts discernment. Another story tells of a rich man who abandoned everything to collect gold from a mythical land. He filled his bag endlessly, forgetting to eat or drink, and died there, still collecting. A true account involves a dedicated swami who left his guru to reclaim ancestral land. After selling it, he bought a motorbike and invested in a business, but met with ruin, ending up serving tea by a roadside. These stories show greed's destructive power, which can be countered by constant remembrance of the guru, not just in distress. Mantra practice requires correct technique, purity of heart, and devotion, which ultimately transcend mere rules.
"It doesn’t matter how much work we do and grow higher and higher, and then one of these things comes and we roll down the mountain."
"When the virus of greed comes, then we see nothing."

We should not have duality
3:55 - 4:06 (11 min)
The divine lineage is eternal, manifesting across all ages. From the Satya Yuga through to the present, this sacred tradition continues. Great saints perpetually appear, representing a twofold divine expression: one is the singular incarnation of God for an era, and the other is the everlasting succession of saintly Gurus. This is not about a single individual; there are many Gurus, just as there are many parents. All are manifestations of the one divine reality. Your parents are your gods, yet we respect all elders as such. The soul is one, though forms differ. Other traditions are good, yet they often speak of a God from the past, not a living, ever-present God. Without a living God, it is like a child whose mother has died; where does one find that direct love? We must transcend duality, for God is everywhere.
"One is as God, what we call, appearing once in that time... the second is called the saint, known as the Guru Bhagat... there is another who is forever coming."
"Other religions are also very good, but they have no God—not a living God. Once they have a God, and that’s all."

God takes care of everything
5:30 - 6:06 (36 min)
The divine support is ever-present, regardless of human recognition.
Many have turned to spiritual practice, seeking more than physical techniques. Yoga encompasses the entire path outlined in scriptures like the Bhagavad Gītā. In times of difficulty, people instinctively turn towards a higher power. This power sustains all life, from the smallest creature to the largest. It provides for every being impartially. Therefore, one's identity should not be confined by religion or practice. True teachers guide from shared understanding, not from a claim of personal divinity. Historical spiritual figures worked within life's challenges. The feeling of divine absence during hardship is a misunderstanding; support is most intimate then. The present moment is what we have for practice and joyful living.
"God gives to all the animals, and also to all trees, grass, everything."
"When there is trouble, then you are on the palm of my hand."

Mahaprabhuji is endless joy
6:10 - 6:29 (19 min)
Worldly joy is fleeting and contains hidden sorrow, but divine joy is endless. Human happiness is brief and intertwined with suffering, for every gain conceals equal or greater pain. Only the Supreme One's joy is boundless. An incarnate liberator provides a living refuge beyond scriptures. Merely reading teachings without following them brings no solution. True peace is found not in escape but in unwavering devotion to that divine source.
"Blessed is the land where the Divine Soul incarnates, Satguru Dev."
"We are those birds. We want to fly away... Again, only in God can we come and rest."

The Pearl of Everlasting Bliss
9:40 - 10:01 (21 min)
Life's deepest treasure is complete and everlasting bliss, the crown of self-realization rooted in God-realization. Rare beings attain this pearl of Paramānanda. A seeker's deep prayer brought him face-to-face with his divine master, seeing the form of Śrī Kṛṣṇa. He became a true disciple, devoting body, mind, and soul. He received the highest spiritual initiation, instantly attaining samādhi. His life was a permanent establishment in the highest spiritual experience under his master's guidance. As a spiritual successor, he built and established āśrams, tirelessly spreading the light. He preached non-dualism, non-violence as the highest religion, and the unity of all humanity through song and service. His devotion was Parabhakti, love without reservation, repeating the divine name for over eighteen hours daily. Such love overcomes all obstacles between us and God. He became a living testament that this realization is possible.
"My eyes filled with tears, and I fell to my knees. I knew I had found the everlasting light of my life."
"All humans belong to one religion, and that is humanity."

From darkness to light
10:05 - 11:20 (75 min)
The Guru is the light that dispels the darkness of ignorance. To bow before the Guru is to accept this illuminating light into the heart. The Guru builds both the stone temple and the inner human temple. The divine energy from the Guru enters through the crown chakra, flows down to awaken the earth element at the base, and causes the Kundalini energy to rise. Consciousness resides at the halfway point of the manipura chakra; the spiritual goal is reached from there. For life to have meaning, the inner sun must rise. The Guru Tattva is the essential force that awakens and develops this inner light. Without it, there is only darkness. As one progresses, this light grows brighter, guiding one to fulfill their dharma and become a true human being.
"Gu is darkness and Ru is light. The Guru is the one who brings the light."
"The Guru Tattva is that strength, that power which helps us develop this light."

Longing for the God
16:15 - 17:04 (49 min)
Devotion is a fragrant merging with the divine. A heart clear in devotion knows it belongs only to God. This devotion unfolds like a blossom at dawn, each petal an offering, its fragrance merging into infinite space. The soul longs for oneness with Brahman. This merging is a complete marriage, without separation. Worldly attachments decay, but the soul is immortal. True devotion is a spiritual longing, a viraha, a wound only God can heal. It brings wakefulness, unlike the sleep of worldly entanglement. The aim of human life is this union, awakening to the divine dwelling in every heart. This awareness fosters universal love and respect, healing humanity. Spiritual education is essential to cultivate this, making humans who embrace the world.

Make a path through the forest
18:00 - 18:51 (51 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from weekend Yoga Seminar in Nadlac, Romania. Prana is stronger than the physical body. There are always problems in daily life. Partners are together for a period of time then conflicts arise - that is similar to spiritual life. We need a clear path, a sattvic (pure) life, and have to make this path through the forest. Just reading does not help us. We should change ourself inside, otherwise, time is lost. The realisation of Atma Gyana (Self-knowledge) takes more time.
Evening satsang from Om Ashram (2/2)
18:55 - 19:48 (53 min)
Evening satsang from main tent at Om Ashram, Rajasthan, India. Bhajan singing.
Evening satsang from Om Ashram (1/2)
19:55 - 20:34 (39 min)
The path is established through devotion. The river of wisdom has manifested. All present are requested to raise both hands and clap. The program proceeds with the Guru's blessings, beginning with Guru Vandana and bhajans. This demonstrates the influence of the tradition. One should be proud to be born on this land where many saints and sages were born. We prostrate to the guru and offer our life force. The guru's grace makes everything possible; without it, nothing is possible. Clapping is an opportunity. The Guru teaches that one should not have ego, for ego decides fate. The satsang proceeds solely in the direction of the revered Guru.
"Without the grace of Gurū Mahārāj, nothing is possible."
"Guru Mahārāj Jī tells us... that we should not have ego. The one who has ego, his fate is decided."

Shiva changed poison into nectar
20:40 - 21:32 (52 min)
Śiva is the light of liberation, the divine harmony of truth and beauty. He acts when human effort is exhausted, rescuing devotees. This harmony is balance, devoid of conflict and selfishness. Śiva, as Mahādeva, is the greatest power. The individual soul (Jīvātmā) is connected to the Ātmā, which is one with the supreme soul (Paramātmā). Realizing this unity makes one a Mahātmā, and at the highest consciousness, a Mahādeva. The true Guru is that realized Ātmā, not the physical body, which is merely a container for that priceless diamond. Modern pursuit of money and technology represents a decline in consciousness. Scientific research cannot apprehend the soul; divine creation is perfect and beyond human replication. Manipulating nature, such as with sterile seeds or artificial conception, destroys natural harmony and leads to societal discord. True knowledge comes from spiritual practice, not instruments. One must live in harmony with nature, renounce selfish desires, and purify the mind to realize the inner Ātmā, which is the Paramātmā present in all.
"Śiva means light. Śiva means liberation: Satyam, Śiva, Sundaram."
"Where there is harmony, there is no fight, no jealousy, and no selfish use of Śiva’s power. Then the light comes."

The first wealth is health
22:20 - 23:09 (49 min)
The first happiness is a healthy body. Without the body, there is nothing. It is easy to dismiss the body when healthy, but illness reveals its importance. This body is a divine gift, a perfectly balanced system given freely. We must keep it clean and not destroy it through unnatural nourishment. Health requires good space, pure air, clean water, and natural food. Our lifestyle creates psychic problems, but humans can heal themselves. Practice yoga, prāṇāyāma, and meditation. Use organic things and embrace a natural life. True prosperity is having enough for your family, not excessive greed. A loyal partner and mutual understanding create a happy household. Obedient children and good neighbors are further blessings. Fresh milk from a cared-for cow is a source of health and a maternal bond.
