India, Summer 2005. Report about the Swamijis activities.

Greed destroys spiritual progress, causing a fall regardless of one's efforts. A hardworking man saw an advertisement for a magical golden egg promising wealth. Consumed by greed, he spent all his savings on it, quit his job, and isolated himself to guard it. He eventually cracked the egg, finding only an empty, painted shell. He lost everything. This illustrates how greed corrupts discernment. Another story tells of a rich man who abandoned everything to collect gold from a mythical land. He filled his bag endlessly, forgetting to eat or drink, and died there, still collecting. A true account involves a dedicated swami who left his guru to reclaim ancestral land. After selling it, he bought a motorbike and invested in a business, but met with ruin, ending up serving tea by a roadside. These stories show greed's destructive power, which can be countered by constant remembrance of the guru, not just in distress. Mantra practice requires correct technique, purity of heart, and devotion, which ultimately transcend mere rules. "It doesn’t matter how much work we do and grow higher and higher, and then one of these things comes and we roll down the mountain." "When the virus of greed comes, then we see nothing." The divine support is ever-present, regardless of human recognition. Many have turned to spiritual practice, seeking more than physical techniques. Yoga encompasses the entire path outlined in scriptures like the Bhagavad Gītā. In times of difficulty, people instinctively turn towards a higher power. This power sustains all life, from the smallest creature to the largest. It provides for every being impartially. Therefore, one's identity should not be confined by religion or practice. True teachers guide from shared understanding, not from a claim of personal divinity. Historical spiritual figures worked within life's challenges. The feeling of divine absence during hardship is a misunderstanding; support is most intimate then. The present moment is what we have for practice and joyful living. The Guru is the light that dispels the darkness of ignorance. To bow before the Guru is to accept this illuminating light into the heart. The Guru builds both the stone temple and the inner human temple. The divine energy from the Guru enters through the crown chakra, flows down to awaken the earth element at the base, and causes the Kundalini energy to rise. Consciousness resides at the halfway point of the manipura chakra; the spiritual goal is reached from there. For life to have meaning, the inner sun must rise. The Guru Tattva is the essential force that awakens and develops this inner light. Without it, there is only darkness. As one progresses, this light grows brighter, guiding one to fulfill their dharma and become a true human being. "Gu is darkness and Ru is light. The Guru is the one who brings the light." These teachings are preserved in extensive texts. The precise historical details are less significant than the living truth they convey. The fundamental reality is known directly through this grace. The divine provides answers and sustains life. The true Guru's word is liberation itself. It is the final refuge and the ultimate truth. Hold firmly to that promise. "Whatever you have to do, do it. Morning program with Vishwaguruji from Alexandria, Virginia, USA. Folded hands awaken our awareness about real human qualities. Vishwaguruji starts leading practice with remembering: what makes us human?

Śiva is the light of liberation, the divine harmony of truth and beauty. He acts when human effort is exhausted, rescuing devotees. This harmony is balance, devoid of conflict and selfishness. Śiva, as Mahādeva, is the greatest power. The individual soul (Jīvātmā) is connected to the Ātmā, which is one with the supreme soul (Paramātmā). Realizing this unity makes one a Mahātmā, and at the highest consciousness, a Mahādeva. The true Guru is that realized Ātmā, not the physical body, which is merely a container for that priceless diamond. Modern pursuit of money and technology represents a decline in consciousness. Scientific research cannot apprehend the soul; divine creation is perfect and beyond human replication. Manipulating nature, such as with sterile seeds or artificial conception, destroys natural harmony and leads to societal discord. True knowledge comes from spiritual practice, not instruments. One must live in harmony with nature, renounce selfish desires, and purify the mind to realize the inner Ātmā, which is the Paramātmā present in all. "Śiva means light. The mantra "Oṃ Aki Rāchanā Śarīra" points to the uncreated body of Consciousness, not the physical form. This true nature is the eternal, unchanging Self that was never born and will never die. Chanting is not an invocation to something external but an affirmation of one's own reality. It dissolves identification with the temporary body-mind. The Uncreated Body is not an object to find but the very Subject, the I AM, and the knowing space in which all experience appears. It is the substratum of all states. Let the mantra's vibration resonate as a direct pointer to this truth. Chant with devotion and inquiry as a bridge from the illusion of being a person to the reality of pure Presence. Devotion is a fragrant merging with the divine. A heart clear in devotion knows it belongs only to God. This devotion unfolds like a blossom at dawn, each petal an offering, its fragrance merging into infinite space. The soul longs for oneness with Brahman. This merging is a complete marriage, without separation. Worldly attachments decay, but the soul is immortal. True devotion is a spiritual longing, a viraha, a wound only God can heal. It brings wakefulness, unlike the sleep of worldly entanglement. The aim of human life is this union, awakening to the divine dwelling in every heart. This awareness fosters universal love and respect, healing humanity. Spiritual education is essential to cultivate this, making humans who embrace the world. "Darśan do, please appear to me. The first happiness is a healthy body. Without the body, there is nothing. It is easy to dismiss the body when healthy, but illness reveals its importance. This body is a divine gift, a perfectly balanced system given freely. We must keep it clean and not destroy it through unnatural nourishment. Health requires good space, pure air, clean water, and natural food. Our lifestyle creates psychic problems, but humans can heal themselves. Practice yoga, prāṇāyāma, and meditation. Use organic things and embrace a natural life. True prosperity is having enough for your family, not excessive greed. A loyal partner and mutual understanding create a happy household. Obedient children and good neighbors are further blessings. Fresh milk from a cared-for cow is a source of health and a maternal bond. "Without the body, there is nothing." Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from weekend Yoga Seminar in Nadlac, Romania. Slovak folk dance before Vishvaguruji's talk. Nadlac Town Mayor says some welcoming words to Vishwaguruji for his first visit to Romania. All creatures are connected to one God. If you don't believe that you are lost. All creatures feel the same feelings as humans. Don't be the cause of pain to any creature. Animals can make mistakes but we are human. The first god is the mother. Where there is water, there is God. Respect the vegetation and the rain. First happiness is good health. Saints are here for the sake of all creatures - but you will liberate yourself.

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from weekend Yoga Seminar in Nadlac, Romania. Prana is stronger than the physical body. There are always problems in daily life. Partners are together for a period of time then conflicts arise - that is similar to spiritual life. We need a clear path, a sattvic (pure) life, and have to make this path through the forest. Just reading does not help us. We should change ourself inside, otherwise, time is lost. The realisation of Atma Gyana (Self-knowledge) takes more time.
