The Presence of the Guru
0:00 - 0:43 (43 min)
Recorded on
The Guru is omnipresent, observing and guiding from within. His physical location is secondary to his constant spiritual presence. He feels the emotions and energies of his disciples, reacting to their inner states. The path requires surrender, trust, and devotion, not logic or personal effort. Service and love cultivate this relationship. Approach him for blessings, not for answers to trivial questions. He tests faith to strengthen it. His various expressions, even stern ones, are forms of blessing for the disciple's growth. Ultimately, he is the sole guide and protector. "When you close your eyes, or when you even open your eyes, you can see his form sitting here." "If we have that devotion towards him, if we have that love towards him, then we are happy and he is happy." Filming location: Slovenia
Longing for the God
0:50 - 1:39 (49 min)
Recorded on
Devotion is a fragrant merging with the divine. A heart clear in devotion knows it belongs only to God. This devotion unfolds like a blossom at dawn, each petal an offering, its fragrance merging into infinite space. The soul longs for oneness with Brahman. This merging is a complete marriage, without separation. Worldly attachments decay, but the soul is immortal. True devotion is a spiritual longing, a viraha, a wound only God can heal. It brings wakefulness, unlike the sleep of worldly entanglement. The aim of human life is this union, awakening to the divine dwelling in every heart. This awareness fosters universal love and respect, healing humanity. Spiritual education is essential to cultivate this, making humans who embrace the world. "Darśan do, please appear to me. My eyes are thirsty." "O my Gurudev, give me the dust of Thy lotus feet." Filming location: London, UK
We should not have duality
1:45 - 1:56 (11 min)
Recorded on
The divine lineage is eternal, manifesting across all ages. From the Satya Yuga through to the present, this sacred tradition continues. Great saints perpetually appear, representing a twofold divine expression: one is the singular incarnation of God for an era, and the other is the everlasting succession of saintly Gurus. This is not about a single individual; there are many Gurus, just as there are many parents. All are manifestations of the one divine reality. Your parents are your gods, yet we respect all elders as such. The soul is one, though forms differ. Other traditions are good, yet they often speak of a God from the past, not a living, ever-present God. Without a living God, it is like a child whose mother has died; where does one find that direct love? We must transcend duality, for God is everywhere. "One is as God, what we call, appearing once in that time... the second is called the saint, known as the Guru Bhagat... there is another who is forever coming." "Other religions are also very good, but they have no God—not a living God. Once they have a God, and that’s all." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Yoga in Daily Life: The Fifth Level
2:00 - 2:38 (38 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the science of body, mind, spirit, and soul. Every practice has a purpose. Begin by relaxing in Ānandāsana with palms up to open the chest and lower the shoulders. Legs apart relaxes the pelvis. Abdominal breathing massages organs and calms emotions. Practice always within comfort, never forcing. Pavanamuktāsana stretches the spine and stimulates digestion. Marjari Āsana mobilizes the spine; let movement guide breath into harmony. Paścimottānāsana stretches from the perineum upward, affecting the Maṇipūra Cakra. Prasārita Pādottānāsana works the inner legs and digestion. Jānu Śīrṣāsana brings the body into balance through equal practice on both sides. Mṛgāsana strengthens the knees and calms the nervous system. After postures, rest in Ānandāsana to feel the effects on circulation, breath, and consciousness. "Allow the movement to cause the air to enter and the movement to cause the air to exit. In that way, in the fastest possible manner, we remove stress." "Āsanas do not act only on the body. They are also a correction of our behavior; they act on our consciousness." Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia
Evening satsang from Om Ashram (1/2)
2:45 - 3:24 (39 min)
Recorded on
The path is established through devotion. The river of wisdom has manifested. All present are requested to raise both hands and clap. The program proceeds with the Guru's blessings, beginning with Guru Vandana and bhajans. This demonstrates the influence of the tradition. One should be proud to be born on this land where many saints and sages were born. We prostrate to the guru and offer our life force. The guru's grace makes everything possible; without it, nothing is possible. Clapping is an opportunity. The Guru teaches that one should not have ego, for ego decides fate. The satsang proceeds solely in the direction of the revered Guru. "Without the grace of Gurū Mahārāj, nothing is possible." "Guru Mahārāj Jī tells us... that we should not have ego. The one who has ego, his fate is decided." Filming location: Rajasthan, India
Maya can destroy everything
3:30 - 4:12 (42 min)
Recorded on
Greed destroys spiritual progress, causing a fall regardless of one's efforts. A hardworking man saw an advertisement for a magical golden egg promising wealth. Consumed by greed, he spent all his savings on it, quit his job, and isolated himself to guard it. He eventually cracked the egg, finding only an empty, painted shell. He lost everything. This illustrates how greed corrupts discernment. Another story tells of a rich man who abandoned everything to collect gold from a mythical land. He filled his bag endlessly, forgetting to eat or drink, and died there, still collecting. A true account involves a dedicated swami who left his guru to reclaim ancestral land. After selling it, he bought a motorbike and invested in a business, but met with ruin, ending up serving tea by a roadside. These stories show greed's destructive power, which can be countered by constant remembrance of the guru, not just in distress. Mantra practice requires correct technique, purity of heart, and devotion, which ultimately transcend mere rules. "It doesn’t matter how much work we do and grow higher and higher, and then one of these things comes and we roll down the mountain." "When the virus of greed comes, then we see nothing." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
God takes care of everything
4:20 - 4:56 (36 min)
Recorded on
The divine support is ever-present, regardless of human recognition. Many have turned to spiritual practice, seeking more than physical techniques. Yoga encompasses the entire path outlined in scriptures like the Bhagavad Gītā. In times of difficulty, people instinctively turn towards a higher power. This power sustains all life, from the smallest creature to the largest. It provides for every being impartially. Therefore, one's identity should not be confined by religion or practice. True teachers guide from shared understanding, not from a claim of personal divinity. Historical spiritual figures worked within life's challenges. The feeling of divine absence during hardship is a misunderstanding; support is most intimate then. The present moment is what we have for practice and joyful living. "God gives to all the animals, and also to all trees, grass, everything." "When there is trouble, then you are on the palm of my hand." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The Pearl of Everlasting Bliss
5:00 - 5:21 (21 min)
Recorded on
Life's deepest treasure is complete and everlasting bliss, the crown of self-realization rooted in God-realization. Rare beings attain this pearl of Paramānanda. A seeker's deep prayer brought him face-to-face with his divine master, seeing the form of Śrī Kṛṣṇa. He became a true disciple, devoting body, mind, and soul. He received the highest spiritual initiation, instantly attaining samādhi. His life was a permanent establishment in the highest spiritual experience under his master's guidance. As a spiritual successor, he built and established āśrams, tirelessly spreading the light. He preached non-dualism, non-violence as the highest religion, and the unity of all humanity through song and service. His devotion was Parabhakti, love without reservation, repeating the divine name for over eighteen hours daily. Such love overcomes all obstacles between us and God. He became a living testament that this realization is possible. "My eyes filled with tears, and I fell to my knees. I knew I had found the everlasting light of my life." "All humans belong to one religion, and that is humanity." Filming location: Bola Guda, India
How did creation begin?
5:25 - 6:11 (46 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the vast unity of all existence, encompassing every path and every life. You arrive not tired, for this spiritual atmosphere provides energy. We gather from different paths, becoming one in purpose to advance our spirituality day by day. Yoga is not merely physical practice; it is the unity of all life, the meeting of self and God, and the very process of creation and return. From the primordial state of Parabrahma Paramātmā emerged the elements and Śiva, representing the coming together that is yoga. Life began with a need, a fire of hunger that compelled movement and the search for food, leading to a state where life consumes life. As humans, we seek purification from this cycle. Great beings like the Buddha realized the path of non-violence, understanding that to kill and eat life is adharma, while compassion is dharma. We may not be like the great masters, but by following their teachings and our practices, we walk the path toward oneness with the divine. "One in all and all in one." "Yoga is not merely movements in the body... The whole part of humans and all other creatures, where there is movement, life—it doesn't matter from whom it is—everything is yoga." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The radiance of the true Guru dispels all darkness. The true Guru is the embodiment of divine knowledge. That Guru is not an ordinary person but the very form of God. Meeting such a Guru is the ultimate fortune. The Guru's grace alone can illuminate the inner self. Without this grace, one remains in ignorance. The Guru's word is the supreme authority. 8:00 - 8:39 (39 min)
Recorded on
The yogic sleep of the realized being is a state of wakeful awareness. In that sleep, one knows wakefulness and makes the night bright as day. The senses are withdrawn yet perceiving, unattached like a white lotus in muddy water. One abides in the self, radiant on the throne of the heart. Wherever one looks or hears, there is no ordinary thought or sight. This is the sleep known to saints and sages, where consciousness remains fully conscious. "In that sleep, one knows wakefulness and makes the night bright as day." "Wherever one looks or hears, there is no ordinary thought or sight." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

The Universal Principles of a Happy Life
9:30 - 10:24 (54 min)
Recorded on
Yoga in daily life means living by positive principles. The universal goal for all beings is happiness. This happiness involves light, sound, and energy—your wisdom, inner call, and talent to act. Share your happiness with others; this makes it grow. Real happiness does not come from causing others unhappiness. The universal principle found in every heart is love. Love is endless and should increase daily. Become love itself, and you become non-violence. Contentment is mercy awakened in the heart. Breath is life. Learn the abdominal breath for health and longevity. Chanting Aum awakens sound, energy, and light within the three channels. "Each and every entity is longing and active day and night to realize happiness." "Your nature is to be happy. Your nature is to share the happiness." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

From darkness to light
10:45 - 12:00 (75 min)
Recorded on
The Guru is the light that dispels the darkness of ignorance. To bow before the Guru is to accept this illuminating light into the heart. The Guru builds both the stone temple and the inner human temple. The divine energy from the Guru enters through the crown chakra, flows down to awaken the earth element at the base, and causes the Kundalini energy to rise. Consciousness resides at the halfway point of the manipura chakra; the spiritual goal is reached from there. For life to have meaning, the inner sun must rise. The Guru Tattva is the essential force that awakens and develops this inner light. Without it, there is only darkness. As one progresses, this light grows brighter, guiding one to fulfill their dharma and become a true human being. "Gu is darkness and Ru is light. The Guru is the one who brings the light." "The Guru Tattva is that strength, that power which helps us develop this light." Filming location: Presov, Slovakia

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from weekend Yoga Seminar in Nadlac, Romania. Slovak folk dance before Vishvaguruji's talk. Nadlac Town Mayor says some welcoming words to Vishwaguruji for his first visit to Romania. All creatures are connected to one God. If you don't believe that you are lost. All creatures feel the same feelings as humans. Don't be the cause of pain to any creature. Animals can make mistakes but we are human. The first god is the mother. Where there is water, there is God. Respect the vegetation and the rain. First happiness is good health. Saints are here for the sake of all creatures - but you will liberate yourself.
Practicing Yoga Asanas
15:00 - 15:41 (41 min)
Recorded on
We practice Vajrāsana and Vīrāsana for the nāḍī systems. Vajrāsana activates the Vajra Nāḍī, which begins between the big and second toe, connects to the base of the spine, and guides energy to the navel. Sitting in it after eating aids digestion and can help with constipation by relaxing the stomach and straightening the spine. It also balances the sciatic nerve. Vīrāsana, the hero's posture, involves sitting on the heels with toes standing. It warms the body, increases alertness, and with practice, can help repair digestion and headaches. These postures strengthen the lower centers and foot soles, which connect to the body's organs. They develop leg strength, balance, and concentration. Practice must be held steadily to awaken the nerves. "This Vajrāsana is designed especially to strengthen or to activate that Vajra Nāḍī." "This will repair our digestion. This will repair our headache problems, also many, many things." Filming location: USA

Śaṅkha Prakṣālana and Kunjal Kriyā: Purification of the Intestine and Stomach
17:00 - 17:40 (40 min)
Recorded on
This lecture details the Śaṅkha Prakṣālana and Kunjal Kriyā purification techniques. Śaṅkha Prakṣālana is the cleansing of the entire intestine using warm, lightly salted water, performed early in the morning on an empty stomach. It involves drinking water and performing specific movements and postures to guide the water through the system. This practice is beneficial for conditions like high blood pressure and digestive issues but is not advised for those under 15, individuals with active ulcers or hernias, or pregnant women. Preparation includes a light diet the prior evening. The process continues until the expelled water runs clear. A strict diet must follow for at least one week, avoiding alcohol, meat, fish, eggs, and raw foods. Kunjal Kriyā is the cleansing of the stomach, performed after Śaṅkha Prakṣālana by drinking unsalted water to the point of fullness and then voluntarily expelling it. This practice helps purify the stomach and can aid those with bronchial asthma. The session concludes with rest and a meal of specially prepared kicharī. "The best time to do Śaṅkha Prakṣālana is in March, the beginning of September, the end of May, and before the winter." "After Śaṅkha Prakṣālana, you have to keep a diet for at least, strictly, seven days, one week, and up to one month." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

You are the helper of everyone
18:45 - 19:38 (53 min)

The mantra "Oṃ Aki Rāchanā Śarīra" points to the uncreated body of Consciousness, not the physical form. This true nature is the eternal, unchanging Self that was never born and will never die. Chanting is not an invocation to something external but an affirmation of one's own reality. It dissolves identification with the temporary body-mind. The Uncreated Body is not an object to find but the very Subject, the I AM, and the knowing space in which all experience appears. It is the substratum of all states. Let the mantra's vibration resonate as a direct pointer to this truth. Chant with devotion and inquiry as a bridge from the illusion of being a person to the reality of pure Presence. "Oṃ, the Uncreated Body." "It is the very Subject, the I AM, the Knower of all experiences." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Shiva changed poison into nectar
19:45 - 20:37 (52 min)
Recorded on
Śiva is the light of liberation, the divine harmony of truth and beauty. He acts when human effort is exhausted, rescuing devotees. This harmony is balance, devoid of conflict and selfishness. Śiva, as Mahādeva, is the greatest power. The individual soul (Jīvātmā) is connected to the Ātmā, which is one with the supreme soul (Paramātmā). Realizing this unity makes one a Mahātmā, and at the highest consciousness, a Mahādeva. The true Guru is that realized Ātmā, not the physical body, which is merely a container for that priceless diamond. Modern pursuit of money and technology represents a decline in consciousness. Scientific research cannot apprehend the soul; divine creation is perfect and beyond human replication. Manipulating nature, such as with sterile seeds or artificial conception, destroys natural harmony and leads to societal discord. True knowledge comes from spiritual practice, not instruments. One must live in harmony with nature, renounce selfish desires, and purify the mind to realize the inner Ātmā, which is the Paramātmā present in all. "Śiva means light. Śiva means liberation: Satyam, Śiva, Sundaram." "Where there is harmony, there is no fight, no jealousy, and no selfish use of Śiva’s power. Then the light comes." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
The best ways of learning
20:45 - 21:36 (51 min)
Recorded on
The essence of bhajan is concentration, meditation, and devotion. Bhajan is a resonant, collective listening. One form is the Doha, a two-line question and answer, ideal for spiritual learning. Other forms include drama and storytelling, which impart unforgettable knowledge from a young age. True learning is joyful and deep, unlike forgettable academic study which lacks heart. Knowledge must balance heart and brain. Stories teach this balance, illustrating that purity of heart, not wealth, defines true devotion. A story tells of a poor gardener who, offered vast sums for a garland, chose instead to give it to his guru, demonstrating that bhakti is surrendering everything. "Bhaj means to concentrate, to meditate, and to devote. That is bhajan." "That is bhakti. Who can have bhakti without bhakti?" Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Make a path through the forest
21:40 - 22:31 (51 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from weekend Yoga Seminar in Nadlac, Romania. Prana is stronger than the physical body. There are always problems in daily life. Partners are together for a period of time then conflicts arise - that is similar to spiritual life. We need a clear path, a sattvic (pure) life, and have to make this path through the forest. Just reading does not help us. We should change ourself inside, otherwise, time is lost. The realisation of Atma Gyana (Self-knowledge) takes more time.
The first wealth is health
22:35 - 23:24 (49 min)
Recorded on
The first happiness is a healthy body. Without the body, there is nothing. It is easy to dismiss the body when healthy, but illness reveals its importance. This body is a divine gift, a perfectly balanced system given freely. We must keep it clean and not destroy it through unnatural nourishment. Health requires good space, pure air, clean water, and natural food. Our lifestyle creates psychic problems, but humans can heal themselves. Practice yoga, prāṇāyāma, and meditation. Use organic things and embrace a natural life. True prosperity is having enough for your family, not excessive greed. A loyal partner and mutual understanding create a happy household. Obedient children and good neighbors are further blessings. Fresh milk from a cared-for cow is a source of health and a maternal bond. "Without the body, there is nothing." "Money is not everything, but without money, nothing is there." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
