Around the world - Holy Sandals of the Guru
2:10 - 2:45 (35 min)
The Guru's sandals are the vessel for crossing the ocean of worldly existence. The holy lineage flows from the source through all masters to the present. Sanskrit is a sacred language; its fifty letters reside within the human body's energy centers, making its recitation purifying. When asked for a guide after his departure, the master composed the Guru Pādukā Stotram. These sandals bestow the empire of dispassion and devotion. They are the sun that dispels the darkness of the threefold afflictions originating from celestial, material, and elemental forces. They dry up the ocean of delusion caused by impurity, distraction, and the veiling ego. The sandals subdue inner enemies like desire and anger, while granting discriminative intellect and dispassion. They illuminate the supreme knowledge and swiftly bestow liberation.
"Salutations to the great, holy sandals of the Guru. These sandals are like a boat that helps us cross this endless ocean of transmigration."
"Praying to the holy sandals of the Guru can dry up this entire ocean of delusion."

Be happy be good
3:25 - 4:10 (45 min)
A week of spiritual gathering concludes with guidance for integrating the teachings. The knowledge received must move from intellectual understanding into deep consciousness through personal practice and time. Learning is a continuous process from student to mastery, not a declaration of perfection. The diverse practices shared are designed to engage the heart and mind so the essence remains. True meditation is an inward journey through grace, not an external focus. Do not fear negativity or darkness, which is merely the absence of light within. Cultivate light through happiness, peace, and harmony. Honor your relationships, beginning with parents, and extend kindness outward. The practice is holistic, integrating humility and awareness from head to toe in daily life.
"Now you have learned, but you still have not put it very deep in consciousness."
"Afraid is darkness. So don't worry about anything."

The Imperative of Daily Practice
5:40 - 6:19 (39 min)
A call to serious, daily yoga practice is essential for health and purification.
Many appear as practitioners but do not practice consistently at home, leading to physical problems. The body naturally produces vikāras (illnesses) and is dominated by the tamas and rajas guṇas. A sāttvic body, free from vikāra, must be cultivated through disciplined effort. When the body is impure, the mind and intellect become clouded with negative thoughts and dullness. This obscures one's reality. Therefore, consistent practice of āsana, prāṇāyāma, and cleansing techniques is the only means of thorough purification. Daily discipline, along with seasonal Śaṅkha Prakṣālana and weekly Kuñjalakriyā, prevents health issues. Diet must also become sāttvic, avoiding meat and eggs, while learning how and when to eat properly. The foundation is purifying āhāra (diet), vihāra (recreation), ācāra (behavior), and vicāra (thought).
"Practicing means at home, not just here. Here, you are only learning."
"When the body is not healthy, when it is full of vikāras, then the thoughts are also full of vikāras."

How mind-body exercise improves cognitive function
10:20 - 11:39 (79 min)
Yoga demonstrates a superior effect on brain and mental health compared to other exercises. A scientific study of over 20,000 adults aged 55 and older found mind-body exercise improves cognitive function more than aerobic or resistance training. Yoga enhances the birth of new brain cells, supports factors that prevent Alzheimer's, and improves memory, attention, and processing speed. The combination of breath and movement regulates the sympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and enhancing emotional control. While practices like Tai Chi also show benefit, correct technique is vital to avoid injury. Yoga's integrated approach purifies the body and mind, offering tools for depression and panic, with meditation linked to increased gray matter and sustained cognitive function. Current research only begins to explore yoga's full depth.
"Yoga has a superior effect on our brain, on our cognitive capacity."
"Yoga breathing slows down the sympathetic nervous system."

A Gathering in Devpurī
11:45 - 12:28 (43 min)
This gathering is about devotion, purity, and practical spiritual guidance. Our heartfelt devotion creates a peaceful atmosphere where the divine presence is felt. The cow is revered as a mother, a source of grace and healing that offers everything. You must avoid harmful foods like eggs, which cause quick disease and many problems despite what others may say. Personal stories show the power of dietary purity, leading to peace and health. The spiritual power within objects like a prayer mala is very great and internal, meant to be respected and passed on properly, not discarded. We must clean ourselves through pure practices, water, and discipline. The essence involves foundational spiritual principles.
"People often come and say, 'My God is here.'"
"Please, please... do not give to your children, or to any person... do not bring it any time and do it like this. Your disease will become very, very quick."

A Monument for Krishnanaji
12:35 - 12:50 (15 min)
A monument is being created in memory of Krishnanaji. Swāmījī requested a monument be placed in the main square of Vép. This model is sixty centimeters, but the final stone monument will be two hundred twenty. Krishnanaji passed three years ago during the COVID time. He was the foundational seed for yoga and the lineage in Hungary. When Swāmījī first visited, he stayed in their home for a month with devotees. Upon leaving, Swāmījī said he had left two seeds there. The entire growth of the system in Hungary is the fruit of Krishnanaji's work. He organized international seminars and an ashram. He was like a citizen of Vép, known by the mayor and community. The monument will stand beside peace trees planted by the mayor and Viśva Gurujī. It will preserve his vivid memory for everyone.
"Now I left here two seeds. Let's see what is going on, what will grow out of it."
"He was really the seed of the seed in Hungary for yoga in life and in the paramparā."

Tuma Sab Ke Dina Dayala
14:30 - 14:53 (23 min)
A bhajan reveals the devotee's singular lament and the nature of grace.
The song addresses the Lord as Dindayāl, the merciful one to the suffering. A core line asks if the Lord, absorbed in divine bliss, has forgotten the supplicant. The devotee takes shelter, declaring the Lord as everything—the beginning, end, and sole refuge. The wait feels long, prompting the question of delay. The lyrics then identify the guru with Śiva, listing his divine family: Pārvatī, Nandi, and Gaṇeśa. This establishes the guru as the ultimate reality. The closing verses speak of absolute dedication, using the term "balihārī" to mean the sacrifice of ego, not a physical offering, as illustrated by the story of King Bali's devotion to Vāmana. The true offering is the heart in folded hands, for nothing else is ours to give.
"Kya bhulga ye Śiva ap nijānandalerī? Did you forget about me in your bliss?"
"Śaraṇa Bali Hari means I am completely devoted to you. It’s sacrifice, but of ego. And this we have the name called devotion."

Practicing from Strilky
15:00 - 16:31 (91 min)
A guided practice for relaxation and movement through precise physical alignment and breath.
Lie down comfortably. Stabilize the lower back on the mat. Place arms beside the body with palms facing upward. Make the neck long. Keep legs together. Breathe with long, full yoga breaths. Movement must be synchronized and without personal initiative. Only move arms when instructed. Do not arch the lower back. Practice involves raising and lowering arms and legs with the breath. The core practice consists of mantra, bhajan, and sitting. Close the eyes and follow the count together. Do not use your own mind.
"Be guru-mukhī and not man-mukhī."
"Only mantra, bhajan, and sitting—only these three points we have to practice very nicely."

Gurudev sees our past and future
20:15 - 21:31 (76 min)
The guru's grace can alter destiny and guide one beyond astrological predictions. Jyotishvidya provides a map of karmic tendencies, yet the guru's law is supreme. A story illustrates this: a seer wrote a miserable destiny for two princes. Their guru later instructed them to act against that written fate, demanding a golden deer and selling horses daily. By refusing ordinary outcomes, they compelled destiny to yield prosperity, eventually restoring their royal status. This demonstrates that the guru's instruction can rewrite life's script. Personal experience confirms that insisting against the guru's protective advice leads one into preordained suffering, while surrender brings peace. Relinquishing personal will allows the guru to orchestrate life, reducing karmic burdens. Complete surrender is true renunciation, not a loss but a natural turning toward divine joy, leaving suffering behind. The highest, permanent Ananda is found not in worldly or communal pleasure, but in this self-surrender.
"Honī koṭā sakyevo guru"—what is supposed to happen, the guru can make it go away.
"With Gurudev’s blessings, with Gurudev’s kṛpā, it doesn’t matter what you have in your destiny."

Gurudeva hi Kevalam
21:35 - 22:30 (55 min)
The mind creates complex knots that only the Guru's grace can easily untie.
Human nature is drawn to negativity and overthinking, which tightens our mental knots of sadness and confusion. These difficulties come and go. We often remember the Guru only when troubled, yet constant remembrance is needed. The Guru assigns karma yoga to quiet the restless mind and remove inner obstacles. Attempting to solve our own problems often worsens them. True solution comes from surrendering the knot to the Guru, who finds the simple loop to release it. Faith in the Guru's guidance transforms seemingly complicated situations.
"A coin has two sides. We might see one side and not see the other side."
"In the same way, our sadness or the thoughts, the negative thoughts in our mind, are a simple knot. But our mind tries to untangle it, to overthink it, and just makes the situation even worse."

The Aim of Human Life, Melbourne
22:35 - 0:08 (93 min)
Swamiji introduces MM Swami Jasraj Puri and explaines in great detail what means Mahamandaleshwar and Akkhara. Ashram: A means welcome, Shram means work. Ashram means: Come to work here on your body, mind, consciousness and realisation. Space is the endless glory of God. We don't know where is the beginning or the end. We are limited. The endless space is like a mother, the cosmic consciousness. Between space and consciousness is Yoga shakti. Yoga is balancing, harmonising and uniting. God is manifested in the form of vibration, sound, resonance - OM - Everything comes from that and merges in that. Yogis are meditating on that. The aim of human life is to help, to serve, to support others and selfrealisation. The human life is a precious diamant but we will not get it again and again. Translation of the bhajan: Sadho bhai ab kyu karo the moro. Recorded in Melbourne, Australia.
