A guided practice integrating meditation, yoga, and prāṇāyāma to cultivate awareness and inner harmony. Begin by relaxing the body and mind, aligning the posture. Follow the breath, using the mantra "So Ham" to synchronize with the inhalation and exhalation. Feel prāṇa entering and tensions releasing. Center awareness in the heart space, feeling it expand and relax, allowing peace and love to spread. After meditation, proceed to physical practice. Perform warm-up exercises and āsanas like Daṇḍāsana, focusing on straight posture and coordinated breathing. Practice sequences for the arms, shoulders, and feet with conscious movement. Advance to postures such as Marjari Āsana and Meruākaraṇāsana, maintaining balance and breathing deeply. Conclude with Kathā Praṇām and prāṇāyāma, specifically Nāḍī Śodhana, to purify the energy channels. Always maintain a straight back, relax the abdomen, and coordinate movement with breath. Finish by chanting Oṁ and grounding the awareness. "Feel how with every inhale you are taking in prāṇa, how your consciousness is becoming brighter and brighter, happier and more relaxed." "Keep your back straight and go down only to the level which your muscles can hold with your back straight." Filming location: Umag, Croatia
World Peace is in Our Hands
17:00 - 17:05 (5 min)
Recorded on
World peace is in our hands. Our world is increasingly turbulent and ambiguous, requiring more than linear answers. We must create resilient societies focused on shared peace and well-being. A world without peace, equitable wealth distribution, and planetary care will not survive. Achieving these goals requires every individual to become a responsible, active global citizen. My country is designing a new societal vision with its citizens, integrating this into our strategic development. We are committed to being a responsible global actor by implementing the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. This includes striving for poverty eradication, gender equality, human rights, and environmental protection at all levels. Peace requires good intentions, cooperation, and inner balance. The best way to achieve that inner coherence is through yoga. Ultimately, our collective action determines our future. "A world without peace will not survive. A world without distributing wealth will not survive." "I think we all know the answer: yoga is the answer." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
Yoga, Health, and Peace: A Medical Perspective
17:10 - 17:22 (12 min)
Recorded on
True health requires integrating physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being, which modern life disrupts. Our unnatural lifestyle causes chronic stress, damaging our organs and leading to widespread disease. Yoga is a holistic, evidence-based system addressing this. It works on three levels: conscious practices like meditation influence the cortex; prāṇāyāma calms the subcortical autonomic nervous system; and āsanas affect the peripheral organs. This integrated approach combats key modern ailments. Memory loss and dementia are epidemics, worsened by our reliance on technology and poor diet. Yoga, along with a vegetarian diet rich in healthy spices, is scientifically shown to preserve memory and prevent cognitive decline. Similarly, yoga techniques are proven to alleviate and prevent depression by fostering present-moment awareness. By restoring balance across all levels of our being, yoga guides us toward self-realization. Understanding our connection to others allows us to live in peace. "All these diseases are actually caused by an overload of stress." "Yoga techniques influence us on all levels: physical, mental, social, and spiritual." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
The Destiny
17:30 - 18:51 (81 min)
Recorded on
Our body is a divine energy system of chakras, and destiny is recorded within it. Chakras are energy centers connecting consciousness, space, and energy. The body is an indescribable creation; it transforms food into life in a way no machine can. Our destiny is the fruit of past actions, recorded in our energy field like an unerasable line on stone. We cannot delete it, but through spiritual practice, we can rise above it. The Ājñā Chakra, or third eye, when opened, grants vision of past, present, and future. Negative energies—Kāma, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Ahaṅkāra—arise from the lower chakras and bind us. These must be replaced with positive qualities: Tyāga, Vairāgya, Bhakti, Jñāna, and Viveka. A practice like Pañcāmṛta—a mixture of milk, yogurt, butter, honey, and pure water—used in worship, can help purify energy and balance the chakras. Following a master's guidance can help monitor and navigate destiny, though not erase it. The aim is to realize the oneness of all consciousness. "Destiny is a line on the stone. We can't delete it." "When we realize the oneness, then there is no difference between God and us, because it's the same energy, the same space." Filming location: New York, USA
Diwali Celebration
18:55 - 19:39 (44 min)
Recorded on
The Guru brings light to darkness, incarnating to liberate devotees and unite them in divine light. This Diwali commemorates Lord Rama's return, symbolizing the inner lamp Guru ignites within each heart through mantra and devotion. That flame must burn eternally, like the continuous lamp in the ashram. The Guru built this sacred space not for himself but for future generations; our duty is to preserve it. His grace alone is the disciple's auspiciousness. "The Guru is the one who brings light to darkness." "Once lit, that dīpa should not go out." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Celebration of Sri Mahaprabhuji Birthday
19:35 - 19:52 (17 min)
Recorded on
The festival of Diwali signifies the inner light of purity within the heart. This light is cultivated not through external cleaning but by following the Guru's guidance. The world is transient, like a dream, and truth is found in the spiritual path and divine name. Self-realization reveals our immortal nature, moving us from darkness to light, falsehood to truth, and mortality to immortality. The heart is purified through service, love, and dedicated spiritual practice. This inner transformation is the true celebration. "Who will get me? Who has the nirmala heart?" It means who has the pure heart. "This whole world is a dream." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Mansik Puja to Vishwaguruji
20:00 - 20:26 (26 min)
Recorded on
A guided meditation for Gurudeva's birthday, uniting devotees in mental worship. Gurudeva resides within each heart. Visualize him seated before you. Perform a mental Guru Paduka Puja, applying tilak to his lotus feet. Light an imagined diya and perform arati: four circles to his feet, three to his heart, two to his face, and seven for his entire form. Offer flowers and make full prostrations. Seek forgiveness for all shortcomings. Feel Gurudeva placing his hand upon your head, bestowing blessings and light. Offer mentally prepared food. Express profound gratitude for his incarnation, guidance, and transformative presence. Pray for peace, steadfastness on the path, and the growth of inner devotion. The disciple's love and prayers provide strength. "Gurudeva is inside of each and every one. Feel in your heart that he is sitting in front of you." "Our prayers and our love are the only things that can give him strength." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Practical guide to meditation (10/11)
20:30 - 22:29 (119 min)
Recorded on
True yoga is not found in physical postures but in inner realization. Liberation comes through grace and knowledge, not by torturing the body. Do not mistake exercise for yoga. A yogi is one who attains equal vision and universal consciousness, which may require many lifetimes. Outer beauty distracts; inner beauty transforms. Even an enemy constantly thinking of God receives a visit. Conflict and suffering arise from inner turmoil, not external circumstances like financial loss. Meditation resolves this inner conflict for everyone. "Liberation will not come from the postures of the body." "On the day when you become a yogī, even Lord Viṣṇu will come and stand up when you are coming." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Bhajan evening from Vienna 2
21:30 - 22:24 (54 min)
Recorded on
Surrender to the divine master is the path to liberation. The highest god is the ruler of all and resides within every cell. The true guru is ever-present, as the scriptures confirm. Those who surrender live without fear and attain the highest happiness. Constant repetition of the divine name allows one to cross the ocean of worldly existence. This world is a temporary play of coming and going; no worldly relation or possession aids the soul at death. Therefore, one must place one's entire life, success, and abilities into the hands of the immortal beloved. The final goal is liberation and eternal union with God. "O Gurudev, please protect me from this net of Māyā." "I gave you the whole responsibility over my life." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

The radiance of satsaṅg, or holy company, is supreme. This association is the root cause of divine illumination. From satsaṅg, one attains the highest bliss and joy. It is praised as victorious and glorious. Worldly fears cannot touch one engaged in true satsaṅg. It is likened to the fragrance of sandalwood that permeates all it touches. This gathering is the essential means for realizing the divine presence within. "Oh satsaṅga jaya jana pā, Maliya garā kevai, Oh chandana melevo Svāmpaka satsaṅga tasi parama ānanda sukha pā." Bhajan singing from Strilky

The heart is an endless ocean of divine bliss. Salutations are offered to the revered spiritual guide, who is the embodiment of the supreme. A prayer is made for all endeavors to be successful. This prayer acknowledges that all actions are already accomplished. The sequence presents a shift from future aspiration to past completion. The apparent inconsistency reveals a non-linear understanding of time. Success is not a future event but a present reality recognized through grace. The work is done in the spirit of that accomplished perfection. "make all my work successful." "And indeed, everything I do is accomplished successfully." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
