How our fate brings us to yoga
0:10 - 1:15 (65 min)
Recorded on
A journey unfolds from personal crisis to spiritual awakening through the Guru's grace. A life in America, surrounded by material pursuit, led to physical injury and deep questioning. Searching for healing introduced a reluctant yoga practice. Discovering a book compelled a journey to New Zealand, where a meeting with the Guru felt like a destined reunion. The Guru's instruction to teach and later to open an ashram was initially resisted but ultimately accepted. Teaching Yoga in Daily Life in the West reveals a society where yoga is often mere gymnastics and core values are crumbling. The current global situation acts as a collective tapasyā, forcing introspection. True yoga is not sequential postures but the purification of all layers of being, integrated into daily life and simple human interactions. "Everything is just crumbling. How can it get any better?" And Gurudev just said, "Put it in the fire." Tapasyā. "I practice Yoga in Daily Life. That’s my job on Wall Street." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Bhagwan Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji
1:20 - 2:27 (67 min)
Recorded on
Today is the day of Bhagavān Mahāprabhujī. Brahmalīna beings are embodiments of the supreme, everlasting Brahman, which merges within devotees as both nirguṇa and saguṇa. Obstacles like negative thinking block this divine flow, just as a stone blocks a water pipe. Siddhas, who are transparent to divine vibration, manifest for purification. Cheating others creates lifelong negative karmic reactions; it is better to be cheated. Backbiting steals negative energies but also affects the victim. Maintain humility and positive thoughts to keep your path clear, like an elephant ignoring barking dogs. Reading holy texts purifies daily consciousness. External possessions are like dust, but your inner self is an eternal treasure. The mantra "Om Prabhu Deep Niranjan Sab Dukha Bhanjan" removes all troubles. Masters can turn obstacles into fog for the faithful. Divine beings appear in visions to guide and bless. The described bhajan celebrates Mahāprabhujī as the radiant source and ocean of immortal nectar, whose glory resonates everywhere. "Deep Niranjan means purities. Prabhu Deep Niranjan, Sab Dukha Bhanjan removes all troubles." "On whom this nectar of immortality rained... who have drunk this with a full heart... his or her coming and going back is finished." Filming location: UK
Rama and Hanuman
2:35 - 3:51 (76 min)
Recorded on
The full moon influences all life and consciousness, symbolizing completeness. Its energy affects nature and human health, making fasting beneficial on this day. Fasting involves consuming only liquids, fruits, and vegetables, which can improve health and reduce blood pressure. What we eat is medicine, and cooking is a science for well-being. The story of Hanuman teaches that devotion must remain free from ego and doubt. Even great devotees can falter, but true devotion holds God within the heart, beyond all confusion. "Pūrṇamadaḥ, pūrṇamidaṃ, pūrṇāt, pūrṇamudacyate... that Pūrṇa is also our self." "When we lose our confidence—though we had confidence—but sometimes a certain constellation comes, and we are suddenly separated." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Guruji is Divine Light
3:55 - 4:31 (36 min)
Recorded on
The divine bond between guru and disciple is the foundation of spiritual life. A disciple's journey begins with a longing for truth. Upon meeting the guru, one recognizes a divine light and a profound inner calling. The guru's training is rigorous, designed to transform the raw disciple into a refined instrument. This process requires complete surrender, like a seed dying to become a tree. The guru's protection is constant, ensuring the disciple's spiritual safety and discipline. Through loving guidance and demanding work, wisdom is transferred not merely by instruction but through grace and experience. This bond culminates in the disciple embodying the teachings and receiving the guru's complete spiritual transmission. "The Master makes the disciple a Master, if that vein goes through that training." "In love, there is trust. In love, there is protection. In love, there is a surrender, acceptance, and it is a oneness." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Diwali Satsang with Vishwaguruji
4:35 - 5:50 (75 min)
Recorded on
Diwali is the festival of light, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance. This ancient Vedic tradition celebrates the incarnation of divine light and the return of Lord Rama to Ayodhya after defeating Ravana. The lighting of lamps represents the inner soul and the spiritual light within every individual. This light is the knowledge of the self, or atma jnana, which dispels suffering and negativity. The Guru guides disciples from darkness to this inner light. Diwali is also a time for new beginnings, forgiveness, and renewal of relationships, marking a personal and collective spiritual new year. The festival connects the cosmic narrative to the inner journey, where following the Guru's path leads to liberation. "The light of the dipaka, the Diwali light, is within every one of us." "Diwali is the greatest festival for humans to learn to be in the light, not in the darkness." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

The Serpent's Blessing: A Story of Kuṇḍalinī
7:40 - 8:35 (55 min)
Recorded on
The path of Kuṇḍalinī is systematic, like climbing a building step by step. Each person possesses a vast inner kingdom with levels to traverse. Awakening this energy is not simple. Many seek it out of curiosity, but without true mastery it becomes a dangerous business. A story tells of a man who learned to charm a cobra, calling it Kuṇḍalinī awakening, and displayed it for money. This is not real mastery. A monkey stole the basket, releasing the serpent, which then overpowered the thief. When Kuṇḍalinī truly awakens without proper guidance, no one can save you. Another story tells of a man under a wish-fulfilling tree who received everything he desired, including his fears. Do not greedily chase such powers. Do not force techniques from books. Relax, meditate, and live properly. The energy will come naturally. "Kuṇḍalinī is awakening—it is not easy, what people are saying." "Do not run behind such things." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Mahaprabhuji's Birthday Satsang
8:40 - 9:19 (39 min)
Recorded on
The festival of Deepavali is celebrated according to the lunar calendar, for the moon governs the mind and the changing seasons. The human mind, like the moon, is always changing. A promise must be kept even at the cost of one's life, so think carefully before speaking. To control the emotions, which are like water in motion, one must follow the lunar cycles. The soul enters the human body pure, but then accumulates karmic impressions through action. These impressions must be purified. For this, the Guru principle is essential. The Guru is the light. There are divine principles: Brahmā the creator, Viṣṇu the protector, and Śiva the liberator. Śiva is Swayambhū, a self-manifested light, not born of parents. The Guru is the fourth principle, known as Nityāvatāra, the eternal incarnation. "Gurur Brahmā, Gurur Viṣṇu, Gurudev Maheśvara." One must meditate on the Guru's form, worship the Guru's feet, and follow the Guru's instruction as the true mantra. Liberation comes only through the Guru's grace. "Therefore: 'Dhyāna-mūlaṁ guru-mūrti, pūjā-mūlaṁ guru-padaṁ, mantra-mūlaṁ guru-vākyaṁ, mokṣa-mūlaṁ guru-kṛpā.'" "Gurur Brahmā, Gurur Viṣṇu, Gurudev Maheśvara, Gurur Sākṣāt Parabrahm." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
We have to become united in Oneness
9:25 - 10:42 (77 min)
Recorded on
Evening program with Vishwaguruji from Szeged, Hungary. We have our destiny in which it is written when and where we are. The story of a boat in the ocean and a bird. It is in our fate that we want to reach God. We are like a bird coming and going. Life is only temporary. Every living creature has its fate and life. Become one with all. At the end, a drop of water arrives at the ocean and becomes one with it. When we die, our soul goes from the body, which is like a stone falling down. Some of us go towards the pure Light and others come back again. There is only one door when we leave our bodies. Nowadays children don't accept the advice of their parents. Don't kill anyone and don't speak negative words. Practising AUM chanting, bhramari pranayama and some simple asanas.
The relation between Guru and disciple
10:50 - 11:54 (64 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. Holy Guruji and Sri Mahaprabhuji meeting in Jodhpur. How bhajans are performed in India and around the world. Guru and disciple are always in connection with each other. Just as the relationship between mother and child is forever, even if they are not physically in the same place.
I am Thine
12:00 - 12:44 (44 min)
Recorded on
The disciple's vessel awaits the grace of the Guru. A bhajan expresses the longing for the Guru's love to fill an empty vessel, as all who come to that divine door receive their heart's wish. The disciple desires nothing—not money, not even God—only the holy presence of the Gurudev. It is said the Guru filled the disciple completely. The relationship transcends physical passing, as the Guru's presence remains living and leading. The essence is to want nothing but the Guru. "Please, when will you fill my pot with your mercy, with your love? I am waiting at your divine door." "I don’t want anything, only Gurudev." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Keep the light
12:50 - 13:52 (62 min)
Recorded on
The search is for the divine light within the holy places and service to the Master's path. The desert seat of Jadan holds immense energy and is becoming a great holy place through collective work. Every word of the Gurudeva comes true, as seen in the fulfillment of blessings and awards. The presence in the ashram is intense, offering a space for inner work within a different experience of time. Service is the sādhanā; working for the Gurudeva purifies and leads to subtle spiritual attainments. The Himalayan masters, like Alak Purījī, are indescribable and bestow blessings across ages, with their legacy flowing through rivers and disciples. "Where there is light, it brings bright thoughts. Where there is darkness, negative thoughts come." "Through that sādhanā, we come to the subtle body... Slowly, slowly, their physical body turns into a subtle body." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The way to the Light
14:00 - 15:04 (64 min)
Recorded on
Satsaṅg is the company of truth that leads to spiritual development. Truth is the unchanging reality, Brahman, while the changing world is temporary. The soul descends through various births, bound by past karma, to experience life on Earth. Humans possess intellect and freedom of choice, making them responsible for creating new karma. The soul is a mixture of the individual consciousness and the universal Self. Through human life, one can purify karma and realize the true Self. Education and company from childhood shape one's mentality and path. Good society, or satsaṅg, inspires positive development, while bad society, or kusaṅga, leads to distraction and suffering. Temptations like addiction appear attractive but ultimately ensnare. True friendship is a partnership walking the path of truth. One should seek the company that elevates consciousness and makes good resolutions. "Sat means truth, and that truth is what we call brahma satya, jagat mithyā." "Humans have a different law... that is called intellect, which has the capacity of saṅkalpa and vikalpa." Filming location: Slovenia
Keep your energies clean
15:10 - 16:04 (54 min)
Recorded on
The five bodies each require their own nourishment. The physical body, Annamaya Kośa, needs food. It is said every grain has a destined consumer. A story tells of a grain of rice, uncooked and stuck in a merchant's tooth, which later fell before a king who ate it. Another story tells of a chickpea that entered a man's sinus; a sage said it was destined for a chicken, and so it was. Destiny governs all; free choice is an illusion. Yet discipline is necessary. Care for the physical body through proper āsana and diet, understanding food's effects are unknown. The energy body, Prāṇamaya Kośa, is sustained by breath and pure substances; avoid blocking it with artificial materials. The mental body, Manomaya Kośa, contains all thoughts and desires, known only to oneself and the divine. The intellectual and bliss bodies will be discussed later. Practice yoga as a daily discipline for these sheaths. "On every grain is written the name of the one who will eat it." "Destiny is playing with us. Nothing we can do, and we do not have free choice." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Diwali Celebration
15:45 - 16:29 (44 min)
Recorded on
The Guru brings light to darkness, incarnating to liberate devotees and unite them in divine light. This Diwali commemorates Lord Rama's return, symbolizing the inner lamp Guru ignites within each heart through mantra and devotion. That flame must burn eternally, like the continuous lamp in the ashram. The Guru built this sacred space not for himself but for future generations; our duty is to preserve it. His grace alone is the disciple's auspiciousness. "The Guru is the one who brings light to darkness." "Once lit, that dīpa should not go out." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Diwali festival
16:10 - 16:48 (38 min)
Recorded on
India is the cradle of culture and spirituality. Its traditions, language, and festivals are profound. Yet, its people have forgotten their heritage, becoming slaves to foreign languages. No nation that abandons its native tongue retains its identity. Language is the vessel of culture; when it is lost, the culture perishes. Preserve your mother tongue to protect your spiritual foundation. The soul takes a human birth for righteousness. If you call your father 'Papa,' a word sounding like 'sin,' you blackmail your own consciousness toward hell. Use the sacred words for mother and father. This simple practice safeguards the entire culture. Western disciples guard their own traditions diligently. Indians must reclaim their dress, language, and customs to restore the nation's spiritual glory. "Lucky are they, blessed are they, fortunate ones are they who are born in holy Bhārat." "If you take care of these two words, then you will save the Sanskrit language of India. And that is the mother and the father." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Diwali Is The Festival Of Love And Light
16:50 - 16:58 (8 min)
Recorded on
The Vedic culture provides the scientific instructions for living in harmony. This ancient tradition was once widespread globally, guiding environmental protection and architecture like the Egyptian pyramids. In this current age, human lifespans have shortened due to artificial living, pesticides, and animal breeding. Modern technological development has made us slaves to electricity and harmed the earth through pollution. Mass meat consumption, a modern phenomenon accelerated after the Second World War, comes at a cost to health. Despite talk of protecting wildlife, it disappears each year. The practical application of Vedic science is the singular answer for achieving world peace and regenerating nature. Diwali is the ancient festival celebrating this light and unity. "To get world peace, to regenerate and recover nature and wildlife, if we follow the Vedic culture." "Never, ever, never in the past were humans consuming so much meat as they are doing nowadays." Knowledge is the Light
17:45 - 18:07 (22 min)
Recorded on
Guru Pūrṇimā is about moving from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge. Without knowledge, one is like an animal. This light is the inner knowledge within every being. Humans possess intellect, but it is shaped by its education; one becomes what one is taught. Therefore, proper education is paramount, which is spiritual and ethical education rooted in Sanātana values. This education comes from the guru. The essence of all scriptures is the same truth of one God, though languages differ. Today, people prioritize learning English for jobs over their mother tongue, leading to a loss of cultural roots. Sanskāras create culture, culture creates humanity, and humanity protects the country. Guru Pūrṇimā is the worship of the divine being who gives knowledge and is a festival to keep culture alive. Sanātana Dharma is a living dharma, seen in eternal relationships like that of guru and disciple. This relationship will last forever, making it the greatest and most living festival. "Without knowledge, one is like an animal." "God is one. God has no name, and all scriptures speak of the oneness of God." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Yoga for the physical body and beyond
18:15 - 18:37 (22 min)
Recorded on
Yoga's global rise signals a return to spirituality, which encompasses all of life, not just religion or meditation. The last century's wars fostered a materialistic mindset focused on money, creating distance between people and even within families. Many now practice yoga only for physical fitness, and some teachers compete in wealth, which is contrary to yoga's non-competitive essence. True yoga is a simple, accessible practice from birth to liberation, not about difficult postures that can cause long-term injury. Learning correctly requires a genuine master and lineage. We have verified our spiritual roots and lineage. We must protect sacred natural places from human pollution, which is particularly damaging. "Spirituality means not only doing meditation, but encompasses everything." "Yoga is from the mother’s womb until liberation, and it should be a very easy practice." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
When The Light Comes - Darkness Disappears
18:45 - 19:10 (25 min)
Recorded on
The journey through the kośas reveals how attachment obscures our true nature. We seek a love where we are one soul, like brothers who share everything without "my" or "thy." This ideal is tested in life's difficulties, where relationships often reveal hidden attachments. The intellect sheath, vijñānamaya kośa, is where subtle selfishness arises, influenced by desires from the bliss sheath. A story illustrates this: two loving brothers live as one family. One day, the elder unconsciously gives a larger mango to his nephew and a smaller one to his own son. This slight preference, born of attachment, shatters the unity, leading to separation. The problem is the duality of "mine" and "yours." The solution is viveka—discernment—within the intellect sheath, to pause and act wisely. Our worries and burning desires occupy all five sheaths, destroying inner harmony. Surrender to the divine is the refuge where these burdens are released. "On an emergency, in a difficult time, there you can test if it is yours or not." "Cintā and Tṛṣṇā, both, have occupied this castle of our kośas."
Build your intellect supportive
19:15 - 20:31 (76 min)
Recorded on
A clear aim is essential to prevent the intellect from becoming a destructive distraction. Without a definite purpose, the mind wavers among endless possibilities, changing direction with every new suggestion. This lack of clarity makes one susceptible to external influences and gossip, which act like poison, spoiling spiritual practice as lemon curdles milk. Negative talk and jealousy introduce destructive thoughts that can damage years of spiritual effort. One must therefore cultivate an intensive, unwavering aim and avoid all sources of negative influence. Protect your consciousness from harmful information that creates doubt and disturbs your peace. Spiritual progress requires guarding the mind and maintaining humility, allowing the intellect to become a supportive tool rather than an obstacle. "Your aim must be very clear, intensive, and good. Nothing should be able to change you." "One stupid thought, one stupid person, can destroy all your spiritual sādhanā." Filming location: Vép, Hungary DVD 180a
The Blessings of Seva and Spiritual Resilience
20:35 - 21:11 (36 min)
Recorded on
A yogic life offers holistic health and spiritual resilience through selfless service and trust in the divine. Modern comforts and manipulations like daylight saving create imbalance, whereas natural living and seva bring harmony. Health depends on the outer environment and conscious choices, not just personal habits. True seva is performed for one's own spiritual growth, not for others, as the merit returns manifold. Spiritual practice involves transforming oneself into an ashram, a shelter of positivity. During life's difficult paths, one is never alone; the divine carries the devotee. Trust in this divine care removes worry and fosters resilience, like a tree surviving all storms through deep spiritual roots. "When you are doing seva, it is not that you are doing it for others, but you are doing it for yourself, because you will get it back a thousand times." "When the comfortable path was, I just walked beside you. But when the thorny, stony way came, I walked and I carried you in the hollow of my palm." Filming location: Sydney, Australia

The sole longing is for the dust of the holy feet, surpassing all worldly and heavenly desires, even liberation itself. Meeting the true Guru dispels all mental confusion and wrong knowledge, revealing the inner truth. The individual flame unites with the cosmic flame when all doubt is gone. External forms veil the one eternal truth within. Many speak only few words, but the Guru's word is profound. The devotee seeks to be accepted at those lotus feet. A true yogi, drunk on the divine name, is imperturbable, seeing no distinction between diamond and stone, free from all desire and fear. "Please give me the dust of your holy lotus feet.
