Proudness
0:50 - 1:42 (52 min)
The ego of a devotee is cured by divine grace through humility. Even great beings can develop pride in their service. Hanumān once believed Rāma's victory depended entirely on him. Earlier, Garuḍa also lost faith after rescuing Rāma from a snake-arrow, thinking God needed his help. Garuḍa, in despair, was told only the crow-sage Kakabhuśuṇḍī could cure him. As Garuḍa approached, hearing the sage's discourse restored his devotion, and he saw even the gods listening. To cure Hanumān's pride, Rāma sent him to deliver a ring to a sage in the Himalayas. The sage told Hanumān to throw it into a pond, which was filled with identical rings from every divine incarnation. Hanumān then understood his role was not unique but part of an eternal cycle, curing his ego.
"Hanumānjī became proud. He thought, 'If I were not, Rāma would not be successful.'"
"Hanumān, don’t be proud. Don’t think that through your help, Rāma was victorious... It was a test for you."

Learning, education and change
9:00 - 9:49 (49 min)
True education is about the self and is fundamentally defined by love, not mere information.
Conventional education lacks the essential connection of love between teacher and student. I once taught mathematics through play and realized this engagement is blocked in higher education. The school in Jadan succeeds because it is guided by love; students seek knowledge, not just grades. We should support it through an organized structure, as tested in Slovenia and Croatia. Education is also observed in nature, like birds teaching their young. For humans, the highest aim is self-realization, understanding that nothing is truly "mine." Current education fosters this "my" and creates conflict. True knowledge is Ātmajñāna. Much modern education is boring and stressful, leading to burnout. It should create a comfortable, harmonious life. A story of two brothers illustrates that formal learning is less vital than devotion and simplicity. The language of love, like that between a parent and a babbling child, is the best education. Practical handiwork is valuable. We must care for our planet, not exploit it through greed.
"What is missing in the entire educational process is love."
"The language of love is the best education and the best language."

Darshan. Visions Of The Divine
9:50 - 10:34 (44 min)
The soul longs for the Guru's darśan, a direct vision that liberates. Human nature often creates conflict, drawn to negativity over peace, as media amplifies fear over beauty. A historical Guru harmonized communities on Mount Abu, a spiritual mountain revered by sādhus. When he departed, devotees sang of their longing. The translated bhajan pleads, "O Gurudev, give your darśan quickly." We are trapped in illusion, like a mirage on the road or glasses that invert vision. This delusion is a net of doubt. The devotee's only wish is darśan, which destroys sins and grants a glimpse of the Ātmā. The Guru's words are a divine pleasure, calming all troubles. Singing the Guru's glory ensures liberation, freeing one from rebirth into this world of conflict. The Guru's essence is eternal; the physical form may depart, but the divine consciousness, the Śiva Jyoti, never dies. Our mind should be a pure lake, Manasarovar, not a turbulent ocean. Simplicity, nature, and heartfelt culture hold a beauty now often lost.
"O Gurudev, we are stuck in the net of doubts. Please, free me from this suffering."
"Thy darśan destroys all the sins. My heart is longing for that."

"If you want to enjoy the taste, then take less into the mouth and chew it well, so the tongue and the whole mouth experience the taste."
"That is why many yogīs, many, many, they said: eat less, drink only as needed, and meditate more."
The speaker addresses an audience after a spiritual retreat, using the example of eating halušky (dumplings) to discuss the principles of mindful eating, digestion, and respect for food preparers. He expands the topic to contrast ordinary food with 'ān' (divine seed or essence), discusses forming harmonious habits, and cautions against the misuse of substances like alcohol. The talk concludes with well-wishes for the journey home and an invitation for future gatherings.

Flowing of prana and consciousness
12:35 - 13:41 (66 min)
The body must be kept akhaṇḍa—unbroken—for the free flow of prāṇa through its 72,000 nerves. Damage, like tattoos or wounds, creates leaks in this energy system. A story illustrates this: a king with a thigh wound was rejected as a ritual sacrifice because his body was not pristine. The central energy channel, Suṣumnā, is supported by Vajranāḍī, which governs immunity and is stimulated by postures like Vajrāsana. The body's many energy centers, or chakras, are mapped from the feet (earth) to above the head (divine). The awakening of Kuṇḍalinī energy from the Mūlādhāra Chakra is inherently safe and cannot be harmful. Parents shape a child through three foods: physical nourishment, ideally vegetarian; mental input from the senses; and the inculcation of qualities like truth and compassion. Establishing a daily routine of early rising, evacuation, exercise, and balanced meals creates a foundation for health and proper energy flow.
"Therefore, we have to take care of our body so that we do not have any damage or wounds on it."
"Parents have a very, very important role in how the child grows up. That is the time when we feed information into that system."

Yoga and nature is one
16:45 - 17:12 (27 min)
Yoga is the science of humans and a natural way of life. Its first principle is vegetation, which is Āyurveda, an ancient medicine from the Yugas. Modern medicine, while life-saving, is chemical and not fully accepted by the natural body, unlike remedies from plants. Our way of eating has been lost, and white sugar is a major cause of disease. The tongue enslaves us to taste, leading to illness. Āyurveda encompasses diet and was once so advanced it included surgeries like those on the brain. Yoga is not acrobatics; it is a scientific system for a long, healthy life. Many practice it incorrectly, which can cause harm. True yoga involves physical exercise, breathing, concentration, and meditation. We are all God, and our actions determine our fate. The practice should be shared freely for community health.
"Yoga is the science of humans. Yoga is a natural way of life."
"If we do good, we will get good. If we do bad, we will go bad."

Enjoy your life
17:00 - 17:39 (39 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Strilky Ashram is not for one it is for all. Many people died by corona. It has many hidden signs. We are the real yoga from the earth till the cosmic. When we leave our body we don't know about how is in the world. God gave us the possibility not to be born again. Sometimes people are afraid of ghosts in the darkness. There is no ghost in reality. We can come back to the earth only through the mother's womb. Nowadays people have many problems with the health of their bodies. Maybe the cause of this is some karma from our past lives. Every creature feels pain and sadness when they die. Sometimes our soul is suffering in this body but we don't want to die. the whole ocean consists of drops. Yogic science knows how it will be afraid we leave this body. So we want to live and enjoy our life.
The Nāḍīs, Cakras, and the Mūlādhāra Foundation
17:15 - 18:12 (57 min)
The Mūlādhāra Cakra is the foundational center of human consciousness and destiny. The three primary channels are iḍā (mind), piṅgalā (intellect), and suṣumṇā (consciousness), which distribute cosmic energy. Suṣumṇā connects to the Ātmā and has key stations at the Manipūra, Anāhata, and Sahasrāra. Mūlādhāra, at the spine's base, is the root support. It holds Prārabdha—your past deeds and destiny—which shapes your life's conditions. This destiny is a powerful, subtle energy you cannot fight, but it provides the reason for living. To understand and work with this, practice svādhyāya (self-study), manana (contemplation), and abhyāsa (disciplined practice). These remove the three obstacles: mala (impurity), vikṣepa (disturbances), and āvaraṇa (the veil of ignorance). Purification leads to viveka (discernment). The divine energy within Mūlādhāra is Kuṇḍalinī Śakti, which can be directed positively or negatively. Awakening it through techniques like Kriyā Yoga and Prāṇāyāma brings wisdom and love. Mūlādhāra's red color symbolizes Śakti, the Mother Earth principle, in union with Śiva, consciousness. Honoring this foundation through a natural, yogic life purifies mental pollution and aligns you with your true nature.
"Destiny is from the past. And so our destiny is dormant in the Mūlādhāra Cakra."
"Svādhyāya, Manana, and Abhyāsa, these three principles will remove the other three qualities: Mala, Vikṣepa, and Āvaraṇa."

The lecturer addresses the gathering, emphasizing the gravity of Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna practice and the danger of undertaking it without genuine guru grace. Using metaphors of carrying a flame through a storm and walking a knife's edge, he illustrates the spiritual path's difficulty. He warns against students presuming to teach the technique, comparing it to a nurse performing heart surgery, and stresses that authentic practice comes only through the guru paramparā.
