The value of Satsang
0:40 - 1:25 (45 min)
Recorded on
The great mantra is Hari Om, where Om is Hari and Hari is Om, signifying the unity of Vishnu with the primordial sound. The mantra AUM contains the three tattvas of Brahmā, Śiva, and Viṣṇu within its resonance. From the original void emerged this sound, from which light and the deities appeared. The earth was brought from the cosmic waters and is now sustained by Śeṣanāga, the thousand-headed snake upon whom Viṣṇu resides. Human exploitation risks the earth sinking back. Spiritual practice is essential but difficult, as illustrated by the sage Viśvāmitra, who performed tapasyā for 72,000 years yet was plagued by ego. He sought the title of Maharṣi from Vasiṣṭha, leading to conflict. Upon hearing Vasiṣṭha praise the beautiful night and indirectly address him as "Maharṣi," Viśvāmitra repented, offering the fruits of his 72,000-year sādhanā. Vasiṣṭha offered instead the fruit of one minute of satsaṅg. To judge which was greater, they were directed to Śeṣanāga. He demonstrated that the earth, unmoved by the 72,000 years of tapasyā, rose up for the one minute of satsaṅg. Thus, devotion surpasses prolonged practice. All earthquakes are from Śeṣanāga's movements. The essence of all scriptures is that giving happiness brings happiness, and causing trouble brings trouble. Purification through sādhanā is the purpose of human life to reach liberation. "Are you blind? You don't see the judgment? For one minute of satsaṅg, the whole earth raised up, and when it was 72,000 sādhanās, that was not moving." "If you give pleasant to all... you will get the sukha. If you are giving troubles to others, you will also get a trouble." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The attributes of the Sun

Explanation of success, development, and falling down.
Flowing of prana and consciousness
2:50 - 3:56 (66 min)
Recorded on
The body must be kept akhaṇḍa—unbroken—for the free flow of prāṇa through its 72,000 nerves. Damage, like tattoos or wounds, creates leaks in this energy system. A story illustrates this: a king with a thigh wound was rejected as a ritual sacrifice because his body was not pristine. The central energy channel, Suṣumnā, is supported by Vajranāḍī, which governs immunity and is stimulated by postures like Vajrāsana. The body's many energy centers, or chakras, are mapped from the feet (earth) to above the head (divine). The awakening of Kuṇḍalinī energy from the Mūlādhāra Chakra is inherently safe and cannot be harmful. Parents shape a child through three foods: physical nourishment, ideally vegetarian; mental input from the senses; and the inculcation of qualities like truth and compassion. Establishing a daily routine of early rising, evacuation, exercise, and balanced meals creates a foundation for health and proper energy flow. "Therefore, we have to take care of our body so that we do not have any damage or wounds on it." "Parents have a very, very important role in how the child grows up. That is the time when we feed information into that system." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

What Guru Purnima means?
6:25 - 7:15 (50 min)
Recorded on
The essence of Guru Pūrṇimā is honoring the principle of the teacher. The Guru is supreme, even above the divine trinity. Anything that imparts knowledge is a guru, from parents to animals. The true Satguru does not proclaim the title; it is received. The guru paramparā, the lineage, flows from Śiva through successive masters. A sannyāsī leaves the family yet has a duty to help all. One must work in the world while following spiritual practice. The guru gives the disciple a key, a staff, and a duty. Guru Pūrṇimā is the full moon, representing completeness. We worship the guru to become complete. "Gurur Brahmā, Gurur Viṣṇu, Gurur Devo Maheśvara, Gurur Sākṣāt Parabrahmā." "A true Satguru will not say, 'I am the Satguru.'" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
You will be according to what you eat
7:20 - 7:56 (36 min)
Recorded on
Spiritual nourishment parallels physical nourishment. You have received atmosphere and practice, yet may not understand it fully. Food is tested by sight, heart, taste, and digestion. To enjoy taste, eat less and chew well so the stomach works easily. The body's internal processes are unknown to us. Many yogis advise eating less, drinking only as needed, and meditating more. Our modern habits of eating late and sitting after are poor. Yoga practice is vital for health. Respect the cooks who prepare clean, healthy food. There is a distinction: 'food' includes many items, but 'ān' specifically means seeds—the pure, essential nourishment. This seed is divine; God is in that 'ān'. What you eat influences your being, as parental seeds carry influences from their food and feelings. Habits form powerfully, as with alcohol, which was meant as medicine, not for consumption. Maintain harmony in relationships and in travel. "Eat less, drink only as needed, and meditate more." "God is An. Because in An is God." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Proudness
8:00 - 8:52 (52 min)
Recorded on
The ego of a devotee is cured by divine grace through humility. Even great beings can develop pride in their service. Hanumān once believed Rāma's victory depended entirely on him. Earlier, Garuḍa also lost faith after rescuing Rāma from a snake-arrow, thinking God needed his help. Garuḍa, in despair, was told only the crow-sage Kakabhuśuṇḍī could cure him. As Garuḍa approached, hearing the sage's discourse restored his devotion, and he saw even the gods listening. To cure Hanumān's pride, Rāma sent him to deliver a ring to a sage in the Himalayas. The sage told Hanumān to throw it into a pond, which was filled with identical rings from every divine incarnation. Hanumān then understood his role was not unique but part of an eternal cycle, curing his ego. "Hanumānjī became proud. He thought, 'If I were not, Rāma would not be successful.'" "Hanumān, don’t be proud. Don’t think that through your help, Rāma was victorious... It was a test for you." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Great saints share everything what they have
9:00 - 9:50 (50 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Strilky Ashram is a holy divine place. It is good to go there to practising yoga and meditate. Vasant and Ganga work very much for the ashram and for us. We all have to protect this divine holy place. If we are there we feel love and safe. We have to think ourselves within ourselves. In the kingdom of Gurudev, we can get everything. God gives eating for every living being. The story of Sri Devpuriji to make water in the sand. The story of Mahaprabhuji who give his beautiful new sheet to an old poor man. Sooner or later we will die so we no need too many things. Practising bhramari pranayam.
Confidence
9:00 - 9:53 (53 min)
Recorded on
Faith is essential; without it, all practice is futile. If you lack trust, you are like a driver constantly jumping between cars, going nowhere. You will be cheated and lost without a single, committed path. We are like a child in the womb, needing to develop in that secure place. Many are tempted by other masters offering miracles or predictions, but this shows a lack of self-confidence. Everything you need is within you, but you must grow yourself. Our tradition's door is always open, yet you must have faith in your chosen path. Do not run to many different sources, or you will lose everything, like the dog who, seeing its reflection, dropped its bread to grab another. Focus on one practice to gain all. Control your senses, the ten horses, through meditation. Do not be distracted by astrology or doubt. Do good, get good. Practice your mantra and sādhanā faithfully. "Ek saje sab saje, aur sab saje sab jāye. When you practice one, you will get all. And when you will try to do all, then you will get lost in all." "Your eyes, you see now what your jñānendriya is doing... When jñānas and karmas come together, then you are lost." Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia
How can we reach the Supreme?
9:55 - 10:34 (39 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. Only bhaktas can come to the Satsang. The story about a rishi who read the Vedas for a very long time. Only reading books can not lead to the Supreme. We need a mantra and the words of the Guru also. Bhajan singing.
Karma and destiny
10:35 - 11:28 (53 min)
Recorded on
A seeker's journey illustrates the universal scales of divine justice. My life changed through an accident that led me to spirituality, seeking completeness I never found in books or marriage. Ultimately, meeting my partner and this community provided the connection I needed. The cosmic law is administered by two judges: Yamarāja, who presides over death and punishment, and Dharmarāja, who presides over justice for good karma. All beings are brought after death; their karma is precisely counted. Modern medicine can temporarily recall a soul, but the karmic account is absolute. Good deeds like kindness and non-violence lead one to Dharmarāja and higher realms. Bad deeds, especially killing animals, lead to punishment in hell, where one experiences the suffering they inflicted. Stories illustrate that even divine grace, as when Śiva protected a devotee, operates within this truth. All actions are counted without exception; there is no forgiveness, only the inevitable result. Our duty is to live with love and non-harm toward every being, for this is true spirituality. "Karma kīye jā, phala dega bhagavān. You should go ahead and do your good karma. And the fruits of that will be given by God." "There is no forgiveness. That is this. Like a cheese, half this side and half that side." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Karma yoga means serving
11:35 - 12:15 (40 min)
Recorded on
Karma yoga is skillful action performed as selfless service. We practice in groups for Kriya, teaching, life integration, and service. Karma yoga is universal, seen in Christian nuns serving the poor, recognizing God in all. Service includes donating anonymously, where the gift is released without attachment to its use. True seva extends beyond formal charity to daily life: letting a hurried driver pass, helping the elderly, or assisting animals. However, service must be skillful. A story illustrates this: a disciple moved a snail from a road for its safety, but the master corrected him, noting the snail's intent was to cross to the other side; thus, help given without understanding can create more work. The essence is skillful action. "Yogaḥ karmasu kauśalam"—yoga is skill in action. Even small acts like offering water or clearing plates are karma yoga. If you think you have no time for seva, you do—in driving, working, or thinking kindly. "When you give, do not announce that you are giving for something. Once you have given, it is no longer yours." The best practices and prayers are secondary to selfless service. Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Never think that you are a Guru
12:20 - 13:03 (43 min)
Recorded on
The path of spiritual discipline requires the guru's grace and careful practice. Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna is a potent practice that must be preserved and not given improperly. Many who received it without true devotion later left and set themselves up as masters, losing everything. To receive the guru's grace is not easy; becoming a disciple is difficult. The spiritual path is like carrying a single flame through a strong wind on a dark night, or like walking on a sharp knife with dangers on both sides. Even divine figures like Kṛṣṇa and Jesus walked such a path. Sādhanā itself is that knife, requiring us to be peaceful, harmonious, and balanced. Just as a doctor must perform a heart operation himself and cannot delegate it, only a genuine guru from the paramparā can hold and transmit the Kriyā Śakti. You may have the practice, but do not think to give it to others. Yoga is more than āsanas; there are many sādhanās. What you have been given, you must handle correctly. Your real essence is what matters. "On the day you give up Guru Kṛpā, all sādhanā will be gone." "Only that one who could. This is also like a spiritual path." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Do Good
13:10 - 13:59 (49 min)
Recorded on
The path to liberation requires a true guru, not a certificate from a weekend course. Many claim to be masters after brief training, but this is false. A real disciple learns over decades, not days, and never proclaims themselves a master. Liberation, or mokṣa, is a state beyond positive and negative qualities. If one accumulates only good karma, one may become proud and be sent back into the cycle of rebirth. If one has done wrong but sincerely surrenders, one may be granted mokṣa. Ultimately, God may say there is no place for you in heaven or hell, for you are everywhere and nowhere, residing in the heart of the Supreme. The true Guru is Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva. We must meditate on the Guru's form and worship the Guru's feet, for the Guru is the supreme reality itself. Do not discard this teaching; keep it in your heart. "Many yoga teachers, they go for one month or three weeks, and they are yoga teachers... they are sitting like this, but they don’t know anything." "Guru Brahmā, Guru Viṣṇu, Guru Devo Maheśvara, Guru Sākṣāt Para-Brahma, Tasmai Śrī Gurave Namaḥ." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
There is nothing higher than the Guru
14:05 - 14:48 (43 min)
Recorded on
The Guru is the supreme principle, greater than all gods. Even divine incarnations like Rāma and Kṛṣṇa had gurus and attended school, upholding this principle. God is one and present in every grain and cell, yet to know this and understand how to live and work, one needs the guru. The guru is not merely a physical body but the eternal name and the imparting source of all knowledge, from spiritual wisdom to practical skills like riding a horse. Without a guru, there is no progress; even perfect students require a teacher for certification. The guru principle is the highest authority, to which even Śiva, Viṣṇu, and Brahmā are subordinate. A true Satguru is complete Brahman, the source from which all completeness arises. Those who fail to recognize the real Satguru suffer through ages, while the guru's grace can transform poison into nectar. The guru may appear in humble forms, like a hardworking parent, not only in meditation. Ultimately, one must surrender fully to the guru. "Who is greater than Bhagavān Rāma and Kṛṣṇa? They too must have a guru." "Guru Brahma, Guru Viṣṇu, Guru Devo Maheśvarāha, Guru Sākṣāt Parabrahma, Tasmai Śrī Guru Ve Namaḥa." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Om Ashram
14:50 - 14:59 (9 min)
Recorded on
A large-scale world peace monument shaped as the universal Oṃ symbol is being built. Since 1993, this structure has served humanity by teaching yoga, meditation, and philosophy to preserve Vedic wisdom. It will contain 108 residential compartments for visitors and students. The design originated from a yogi's vision, who developed the "Yoga in Daily Life" system for holistic health, now practiced globally. The site already functions as an active center with a free school, a college, and a hospital. To heal the local ecosystem, an artificial lake harvests monsoon rain, raising groundwater. Worldwide projects protect animals and plant millions of trees. This non-profit mission, born from one heart's vision, advocates for universal non-violence and protection for all cultures and creatures. Its full fruition requires everyone's contribution. "Modern science now affirms the benefits of yoga on the human condition." "You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a single drop." Filming location: Rajasthan, India
The Path of Yoga for Universal Peace
15:00 - 15:23 (23 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the universal manual for achieving peace. It is not merely physical exercise but a holistic practice integrating emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions to connect the individual with society and nature. Lasting peace has not been found through material wealth, political systems, or other philosophies. The foundational principle is ahiṃsā, non-violence. Yoga transcends religion, harmonizing the core self-knowledge found in all major faiths. To create global peace, we must transform ourselves first. This inner change then demands outward action: we must advocate for governments to invest in yoga education and studios instead of military and harmful industries, and to send yogis as ambassadors of peace alongside traditional diplomats. Personal practice cultivates positivity, making negative habits fall away naturally. By dedicating time to this practice, we utilize our human potential, share peace freely, and make the world one family. "Yoga is less than 30% physical; it is more than that—it is emotional, mental, and spiritual." "Ahiṃsā paramo dharma—non-violence is the supreme duty." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
I am one and you are all
15:30 - 16:09 (39 min)
Recorded on
The present moment is our true home, beyond past and future. The past is completely gone and dwelling on it holds nothing for us. The future remains unknown. We are here now, in this peaceful and harmonious present. We gather from many distant places, drawn by a shared intention, not by logistical concerns. This ashram is a holy place, connected to a lineage of teachers. The essence is oneness: we are all one, and the One is in all. Our practice must balance discipline with compassion for the body. Love your body as your dearest instrument. If a posture causes pain, adjust it comfortably. The practice of mantra and meditation should flow naturally, like a mala moving on its own. Our spiritual practice is a lifelong journey, as constant as the breath, continuing until the very end. Ultimately, we must enjoy life, be good, and remain happy and united. "The past is past. Even the very beginning of one second is already gone." "We are one, that’s it. I am one, and you are all, and you are all, I am one." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Tratak
16:15 - 16:54 (39 min)

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji on the topic of Hatha Yoga from Summer Yoga Camp, Vep, Hungary. Practising nauli and agnisar kriya is best in the morning. Neti, Dhauti, Bhasti, Nauli, Kapalabhati and Tratak are the six hatha yoga kriyas. Vishwaguruji explains in detail how to practice tratak.
World Peace Prayer in Umag
16:54 - 17:13 (19 min)
Recorded on
A gathering for peace through prayer and commitment to non-violence. We are on the Adriatic coast, holding candles and offering prayers for global peace, harmony, health, and love. We pray to live together in mutual understanding, to never cause pain to any creature, and to stand for non-violence, following ahiṃsā. We seek to protect all cultures, traditions, religions, creatures, and the environment. We remember Mahātmā Gāndhī on his birthday, honoring his message of peace and non-violence. Delegates have gathered from across the world for this prayer. We pledge to always work for non-violence. The moment is spiritual because we collectively share spiritual thoughts. We commemorate Gandhi's life and ideals, pledging to follow his principles. We gather at sunset from across the world, a miracle of unity for this cause. With the message of non-violence, he united India. We are united here around the idea of non-violence toward all creatures and the planet. We will place lights in the ocean, symbolizing rising above violence to a state of non-violence. "May we all live in harmony. May we all live together with mutual understanding." "Let us pledge and commit that we would follow the principles that he has enunciated." Filming location: Umag, Croatia
Fasting protects your health
17:00 - 17:49 (49 min)
Recorded on
The grace of the cow and the wisdom of food guide our health and ethics. The cow is a mother, providing milk, dung, and urine as powerful medicines and fertilizers. Its presence is said to heal diseases, repel ghosts, and even prevent earthquakes. Food should be fresh, vegetarian, and cooked with knowledge, like the holy rice in khīr. We must not kill animals for meat, as eating a dead body is impure. Buddha, representing perfect knowledge, never ate meat and taught compassion for all beings, including ants. Fasting periodically, such as one day on water or milk, purifies the body. Eat more in the morning and less in the evening, aligning with nature. The horse is also a holy being that protects from negative energies. Respect all life God has given. "Placing your hand on a cow's back nicely for five minutes each day. One hundred percent of the disease goes away." "In grandmother's kitchen is the medicine. But which mother? That mother is gone now." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The Third Eye and the Awakening of the Mūlādhāra Cakra
17:15 - 17:53 (38 min)
Recorded on
The third eye symbolizes wisdom that burns all negativity to purity, and the awakening of the Mūlādhāra Cakra is the beginning of spiritual ascent. We have four eyes: in the heart, the Ājñā Cakra, and the two physical eyes. The Mūlādhāra is the seat of primal energy and our basic qualities. Its awakening feels like emerging from darkness, like a sprouting seed, bringing a pleasant, fearless, divine feeling as consciousness moves toward liberation. This cakra is a lotus, symbolizing creation and beauty, existing in the world but remaining above it. It has four petals representing the four ways life enters this world. An inverted triangle within symbolizes creative Śakti and the three guṇas. A seven-trunked elephant there symbolizes strength, prosperity, and the seven essential minerals; awakening balances the body. This elephant is Gaṇeśa, the remover of obstacles. Within the cakra is a Śiva Liṅga, representing supreme consciousness, around which a snake is coiled three times, symbolizing time. If not awakened, development goes down; when awakened, the snake rises, allowing one to see past, present, and future. This rising Kuṇḍalinī Śakti brings peace, prosperity, wisdom, and happiness. All these powers are within. "When the Mūlādhāra Cakra is awakening, like a child feels in the lap of the mother. Then there is a divine feeling, no fear, no negative feelings." "As the snake awaits and proceeds, she’s ascending, and that’s your wisdom. Your knowledge is awakening. It is the consciousness from the darkness coming out." Filming location: Umag, Croatia DVD 161a
Spiritual message of ancient India
18:00 - 19:04 (64 min)
Recorded on
The essence of spiritual tradition is the living Gurukul, where disciples learn from and support their master. Ancient paths like yoga, Jainism, and Buddhism emphasized pure, strict spiritual practice. Jain monks lived with extreme discipline, walking barefoot, not cooking, and minimizing harm to all creatures. Buddha embodied supreme knowledge, having renounced his kingdom. These traditions, alongside the ancient Sanātana Dharma revived by Śaṅkarācārya, shared a foundation of non-violence and high spiritual ideals. Centers of learning like Nālandā University, with its vast library, were destroyed by invaders who feared this knowledge. The widespread system was the Gurukul, a residential school where students lived with their guru. The true Gurukul is not merely a place but the living master. Being in this presence allows disciples to experience a bliss beyond ordinary yoga classes. This connection provides a tangible touchstone for the spiritual path, which is climbed step by step, reducing suffering and increasing purity each day. The ethical duty is to be compassionate towards the miserable and neutral towards the negative, protecting one's own spirituality. "Buddha means knowledge, all knowledge from past, present, and future." "I am myself Gurukul." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
