Great Saints set an example
0:35 - 1:35 (60 min)
The essence of dharma and sādhānā lies in transcending superficial practices to realize one's true nature and duty. What is commonly called yoga is merely a science for bodily well-being, an anti-stress technique akin to a parent calming a child. A higher meditation exists for those fortunate to receive spiritual education with tolerance, avoiding the one-sided fighting done in God's name. There are two paths: satsaṅg, which inspires and calms through knowledge and devotion, and kusaṅg, the company of sound pollution, drugs, and gambling. The second practice is to read about all the world's saints and ancient literature to understand their process and consciousness. Modern religions are only a few thousand years old; before that, there was only dharma, meaning rightness in all relations, not the worship of separate gods. The first sādhānā for a yogī is satsaṅg, a discipline not to be missed. The second is this study. Dharma must be followed once promised; without it, only torturous karma remains. Every being has a protective dharma, like a mother for her embryo. We are in the womb of spiritual dharma and must follow it to be born perfect. Read wisely, not like a library worm changing views with every book. Filter inspirational lessons from biographies. The essence of all scriptures is that giving pleasure brings pleasure, and giving trouble brings trouble. This inner knowledge is Svādhyāya, which means to read the chapter of your own life. Examine your own will, not others. Avoid arguments when learning; take the positive. Our intellect is a milky cow; from within, you can produce anew through persistent practice.
"Śuk diyā śuk hot hai, aur duk diyā duk hoī."
"Read the chapter of your own life."

What Is The Guru
1:40 - 2:40 (60 min)
The five earths are our foundational connections: birthplace, workplace, spiritual land, the planet itself, and our own body. These are the grounds for our existence and development.
The seven immortal Ṛṣis govern the cosmos from their astral seats, visible as stars. Among them is Bṛhaspati, the Guru of the Devas, associated with Jupiter. This Earth is unique; it is not counted among the astrological planets. It is Mṛtyu Loka, the world of death, and Karma Bhūmi, where we perform action to evolve. We must honor our specific connections: our Janmabhūmi (birthplace), Karmabhūmi (workplace), and Dharmabhūmi (spiritual homeland), without pride or discrimination, seeing the whole world as one family. Modern greed and dishonesty, like overproduction and stealing intellectual property such as yoga, create global confusion. We have neglected the sacred words, the Ṛṣi-Vākya. Our body is a temple we must keep pure, visited by both good and bad qualities. Realization comes not from the physical Guru but from the eternal Guru principle—the embodiment of pure knowledge, bliss, and consciousness, which is unmoving, spotless, and beyond duality. This Brahma Jñāna is achieved through dedicated, long-term practice, purifying the layers of impression from life.
"Without coming to this earth, your development will not be there. You came here to make karma, work. Therefore, it is called Karma Bhūmi."
"Brahmanandam paramsukhadam kevalam jnanamurti... That Gurudev is known as brahmānandam, the bliss of Brahman. Not this five-element body."

Guru is Brahma
2:45 - 3:50 (65 min)
The value lies in singular focus and devotion to one guru. Having many pictures or mantras creates confusion, especially at the moment of death. Collecting numerous items, like pictures or pilgrimage mementos, dilutes their value through inflation. True worth comes from deep reverence for a single sacred object, which holds power because of the feeling we invest in it. The opportunity for satsaṅg with the guru is exceedingly rare among billions. Ancient teachings emphasize the guru's form for meditation, the guru's feet for worship, and the guru's words as the root of mantra. The grace of the guru is the root of liberation. Purity of heart and mind is essential, avoiding negative thoughts and the imitation of true devotion.
"Imagine in the moment of our death, what will be? If we are also repeating so many mantras from so many masters, in the moment of our death, it will be a mishmash."
"Dhyāna mūlaṁ guru mūrtiḥ, pūjā mūlaṁ guru padam, mantra mūlaṁ guru vākyaṁ, mokṣa mūlaṁ guru kṛpā."

Around the world - Yoga exercises specifically for women
7:00 - 7:36 (36 min)
This is a gentle yoga sequence for menstrual well-being. We begin with relaxation and full yogic breath to harmonize body and mind. Specific postures target the pelvic area and lower back. The first exercise involves bringing one knee to the chest, then extending the leg, performed slowly and consciously. This is followed by Marjari, the cat pose, to create a supple back. We then practice hip-opening postures like the half and full butterfly. A key squatting pose is emphasized for menstrual issues, grounding, and leg strength. We proceed to Setu Āsana, the bridge, to strengthen the lower body. A final side-lying balance pose benefits the lower abdomen. Conclude by feeling the effects of the practice.
"This exercise is especially good for menstrual problems, and also beneficial for the lower back, constipation, and hips."
"This pose is especially good for women... for irregular menstruation, or for heavy bleeding between periods."
Around the world - Practice in Ukraine
7:40 - 8:30 (50 min)
We begin the practice of āsanas, prāṇāyāma, and relaxation. Close your eyes, attune to the practice, and scan your body from head to toes. Observe the complete yogic breath. We start with Ānanda Āsana, the posture of relaxation. Lie down, spread your legs, and consciously relax every part of your body. Physical relaxation leads to spiritual relaxation. This posture must be performed at the start and end of every session. Next, practice abdominal breathing by placing a hand on your abdomen and observing its movement. This improves circulation and metabolism. Then, practice stretching the body while lying down, releasing accumulated tension. Perform head turns and spinal twists to increase mobility and harmonize breath. Practice shoulder raises, rotations, and arm crosses while standing to relax and strengthen the joints. Shift your body weight from leg to leg to improve balance. Conclude by returning to Ānanda Āsana. Scan and relax your entire body. Feel the inner peace. Gradually conclude the relaxation by moving your fingers and toes. Rise carefully, thank the Teacher, and wish peace to all.
"Physical relaxation leads to spiritual relaxation. Relaxation is an important element for the proper practice of yogic exercises."
"Conscious abdominal breathing leads to physical and spiritual relaxation. With this kind of breathing, blood circulation throughout the body improves."

8:35 - 8:59 (24 min)
The guru lineage of Yoga in Daily Life. Presentation of YIDL.
Vegetarian cooking lesson 1
9:00 - 9:24 (24 min)
Preparing a simple, digestible vegetarian meal with Mediterranean influences.
We begin a risotto by toasting raw pistachios and seasonal vegetables like cauliflower and carrots in oil. Washed rice is added. Whole cumin and coriander seeds are ground for optimal flavor and digestibility, then added with turmeric to lower the glycemic index of the white rice. Once the rice pearls, add warm water at a two-to-one ratio to rice, and a little salt. A green soup is made by boiling broccoli. A creamy salad dressing is prepared from yogurt or, for vegans, chickpea flour mixed with water and spiced with cumin, coriander, and turmeric to aid digestion. These spices, used daily in small amounts, act as antioxidants and help prevent parasites. Prepare a fresh salad with cucumbers and leaves, garnished for visual appeal. Season dressings with dissolved salt to control intake better than using crystals. Finish the soup by blending it creamy, optionally thickening it with the chickpea cream, and adding olive oil at the end to preserve its nutrients. Garnish the risotto with herbs or cheese. The meal is fresh, green, and healthful.
"Jeera makes any food very easily digestible."
"In this salad dressing, the salt is already dissolved, and when it comes to our tongue, we feel just enough seasoning and don’t need any more."

Guru is here for the whole world
11:25 - 12:17 (52 min)
Satsang with Vishwaguruji, Summer Retreat in Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Social festivals are observed to maintain and protect society. Every human needs respect, understanding and kindness, regardless the culture. Guru is not only part of the Indian culture. According to the guru principle there is the leader for every creature. It is not the body of the Guru, but the Light of Knowledge.
The day I met Holy Guruji
12:25 - 13:20 (55 min)
A chosen soul descends to serve, shaped by a master's discipline.
We do not count years in jubilees, but mark steps. A soul is selected for descent based on past discipline and karma, not beauty. The fire of yoga practice burns the seeds of karma so they cannot regrow. A self-realized being acts in the world without binding karma, as darkness cannot touch light. Such a soul may be destined by a higher will to descend again to this world. The master transforms the disciple, as a precious stone turns iron to gold. I was not elected, but a promise was made before my birth to send a soul from Śivaloka. I felt a deep, searching disinterest in worldly life. My father introduced me to prayer and yoga postures. After he passed, I first saw my Guru—a mighty person in orange robes—and knew immediately I wanted to be like him. I longed to stay with him, and he eventually asked me to remain in the ashram. The master is like a sculptor who shapes a raw rock into a beautiful statue placed on an altar. The disciple must be humble and soft to be shaped, not break. The first impression and love must be followed without changing until achievement.
"Seed means growing again. Seed means reborn again. But those who have made such a tapasyā and discipline... that yoga is that one that you will get liberation."
"The master turns the disciple into the master."

Follow the Guruvakyas and practice
13:25 - 14:23 (58 min)
The essence of spiritual life is consistent practice within a supportive community. Our tradition's bhajans contain the complete path. True progress requires personal effort, not merely listening. Association shapes habit: spiritual company fosters spirituality, while negative influences divert you. Many attend lectures but avoid practice, which is like discussing food without eating. Practice purifies karma and sustains spiritual health, just as discipline manages physical health. Without practice, initial spiritual love fades. Maintain your personal system—physical, mental, and spiritual. Life flows like a river, governed by karma and natural principles. Ultimately, success depends on following the Guru's instruction and grace. Your practice brings your benefit; neglect brings none.
"Jaisā kare saṅg, vaisā lāge raṅg. With whom you associate, you will take on that habit or color."
"If you eat, your stomach will be filled. So I say to you personally: please do practice, not only in class but at home too."

Interview with Vishwaguruji
14:30 - 14:54 (24 min)
The spiritual journey is rooted in lineage and inner purity. Our tradition descends from great masters like Śrī Alāpurījī, Śrī Devapurījī, Śrī Nareṅdra Mahāprabhujī, and Svāmī Madhavānand Sarasvatī. I come from a village in Rajasthan. Spiritual upbringing by loving parents is foundational. I was always inclined toward purity, God, and nature from childhood. My master provided continuous guidance through example, not formal lectures. Yoga is beyond physical postures; it resides in human consciousness, heart, and humility. I travel widely, yet yoga remains the constant. I maintain a childlike purity, seeing myself as a child of God and my master. This humility allows me to place my mistakes before them. I feel relaxed, knowing I am cared for and that I protect others. The O-Māśram project in Jodhan is a meditation-born monument to offer something spiritual to the world. Traveling from India to Europe presented surface differences in daily life, but my focus was always on what I could realize and give. The guru-disciple relationship is like that of parent and child, based on oneness without duality. A master must see all disciples equally, guiding them with love toward the Supreme.
"Yoga is not only the physical body; it is more than that. Yoga is within human consciousness, in the human heart, in human humbleness."
"Guru and master, disciple is like father and mother—that’s it—the brother, the child, and father or mother and child."
World Peace is in Our Hands
15:00 - 15:05 (5 min)
World peace is in our hands. Our world is increasingly turbulent and ambiguous, requiring more than linear answers. We must create resilient societies focused on shared peace and well-being. A world without peace, equitable wealth distribution, and planetary care will not survive. Achieving these goals requires every individual to become a responsible, active global citizen. My country is designing a new societal vision with its citizens, integrating this into our strategic development. We are committed to being a responsible global actor by implementing the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. This includes striving for poverty eradication, gender equality, human rights, and environmental protection at all levels. Peace requires good intentions, cooperation, and inner balance. The best way to achieve that inner coherence is through yoga. Ultimately, our collective action determines our future.
"A world without peace will not survive. A world without distributing wealth will not survive."
"I think we all know the answer: yoga is the answer."

Yoga, Health, and Peace: A Medical Perspective
15:10 - 15:22 (12 min)
True health requires integrating physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being, which modern life disrupts. Our unnatural lifestyle causes chronic stress, damaging our organs and leading to widespread disease. Yoga is a holistic, evidence-based system addressing this. It works on three levels: conscious practices like meditation influence the cortex; prāṇāyāma calms the subcortical autonomic nervous system; and āsanas affect the peripheral organs. This integrated approach combats key modern ailments. Memory loss and dementia are epidemics, worsened by our reliance on technology and poor diet. Yoga, along with a vegetarian diet rich in healthy spices, is scientifically shown to preserve memory and prevent cognitive decline. Similarly, yoga techniques are proven to alleviate and prevent depression by fostering present-moment awareness. By restoring balance across all levels of our being, yoga guides us toward self-realization. Understanding our connection to others allows us to live in peace.
"All these diseases are actually caused by an overload of stress."
"Yoga techniques influence us on all levels: physical, mental, social, and spiritual."

What Guru Purnima means?
15:30 - 16:20 (50 min)
The essence of Guru Pūrṇimā is honoring the principle of the teacher. The Guru is supreme, even above the divine trinity. Anything that imparts knowledge is a guru, from parents to animals. The true Satguru does not proclaim the title; it is received. The guru paramparā, the lineage, flows from Śiva through successive masters. A sannyāsī leaves the family yet has a duty to help all. One must work in the world while following spiritual practice. The guru gives the disciple a key, a staff, and a duty. Guru Pūrṇimā is the full moon, representing completeness. We worship the guru to become complete.
"Gurur Brahmā, Gurur Viṣṇu, Gurur Devo Maheśvara, Gurur Sākṣāt Parabrahmā."
"A true Satguru will not say, 'I am the Satguru.'"

We should respect Time
16:25 - 16:56 (31 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Vep, Hungary. The river Alakhnand flows in the Himalaya and connects us with the Supreme. We should respect the Time which was given us to realize our aim. Time doesn’t wait for us. Satsang and improvement in the practice will help. Concentrate on your development instead of saying bad words.
Gurupurnima Satsang in Strilky Ahram 2021/2
17:00 - 17:49 (49 min)
The path of sannyāsa requires hard work and self-sufficiency, not idleness. In this age, a sannyāsī must work to manage expenses, like hospital costs, especially outside India. Money is needed; you must earn and save for the future. We want many sannyāsīs, but they must labor in gardens or farms and dedicate evenings to practice, not leisure. Our work creates harmony, unlike the fighting sādhus seen elsewhere. The funds for our collective work come from all disciples, not just the sannyāsīs. A disciple then shares her journey: severe personal stress led her to yoga and, through divine guidance and persistent service, to establishing centers in China despite exploitation by commercial outfits. Progress there is fast but ethically complex, and the work continues only through the guru's grace.
"In this Kali Yuga, even if you are a sannyāsī, you have to work."
"All the exercises I have in China are only thanks to Mahāprabhujī’s light and Viśvagurujī’s light."

Meaning of Satguru
17:00 - 17:45 (45 min)
The spiritual lineage of the Satguru is the highest principle for liberation.
Humanity began near Mount Kailāśa. The first human was Śiva, the universal consciousness without parents. He manifested the spiritual sciences and the trinity: Brahmā the creator, Viṣṇu the sustainer, and Śiva the liberator. Two parallel energies exist: divine and negative. The highest principle is the Guru Tattva. Spiritual ṛṣis performed sādhanā; all humans are their children, carrying this essence. Ascent or fall depends on one's company. A true Satguru is recognized post-Mahāsamādhi; their successor becomes the living Guru. The Gurū Granth Sāhib is the living embodiment of the Guru. Liberation requires following an authentic paramparā. One's intellect becomes polluted without this proper lineage, akin to the mixing described as varaṇa-saṅkara. The guru-paramparā protects from negative tendencies. Know your source and walk in those footsteps.
"According to authentic declaration, Guru Tattva is the highest tattva."
"Liberation will come only if you follow the spiritual lineage."

Governing The Spiritual Light
17:50 - 18:34 (44 min)
The dawn of satsaṅg awakens our sleeping senses from ignorance.
Our senses and thoughts sleep in ignorance, closed to divine wisdom while open to worldly noise. The call "my friends, wake up" addresses these indriyas. The dawn is the light of the Guru's presence and human life itself, ending the long night of suffering in lower forms. This inner sunrise is the unbreakable light of Parabrahman, which destroys all karma and doubt, opening the locked heart. A pure heart opens like a sunflower to the light, while a negative heart contracts in cunning. Endless divine qualities awaken within from this association. A spiritual person should not harbor doubts about the path, though practical caution is wise. Negative company is a thorn that traps, whereas satsaṅg elevates thought and is most dear. In this age, worldly gatherings are common, but true satsaṅg is rare and more precious than pilgrimage to sacred places. Its glory is as immeasurable as the deep ocean.
"O my friends, wake up, the dawn has risen."
"In this Kali Yuga... to come to heaven is easier... but satsaṅg is not accepted because more are the asurivṛttis now."

Glory Of Gurudev
18:35 - 19:22 (47 min)
Satsang from Vienna. On occasion of Gurupurnima celebration, Guru Stuti and Swast vachan mantras are chanted. All the mantras of Swasti vachan pray for the well being of the world and exhort that peace should prevail upon the earth and the Universe. Guru Stuti is a hymn, addressed to Divinity, to the divine teacher. Gurupurnima is that tradition since Vedic times, for honoring, praising and welcoming the spiritual teacher, highlighting on that day the devotion and thankfulness to the Guru.
The Soul and the Guru
19:30 - 20:13 (43 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Cherkasy Ashram, Ukraine. We have many duties in the world. It's important to give the children culture and a good education. They should not go into bad society, they should become wise. One day the soul will leave behind the physical body. The karma and destiny will go with us. We are searching for the Master today. You can learn from different masters but can have only one Guru. Do not expect miracles.
Love is life
20:20 - 21:00 (40 min)
Satsang from Vep, Hungary
Guru Mahima
21:05 - 21:40 (35 min)
Satsang on the occasion of Gurupurnima in Jadan, India given by His Holiness Sri Swami Madhavananda Puriji.
Do not change your Gurudev
21:45 - 22:17 (32 min)
The ultimate liberation depends solely on the Guru's grace. All spiritual practices are secondary. Even divine incarnations like Rāma and Kṛṣṇa bowed to a Guru. You must approach the Divine with the helpless cry of a child to receive blessings. Intellectual knowledge is insufficient; it is like an empty drum. Surrender completely to one Master. Changing gurus or betraying your Guru ensures you will never attain liberation. The path of love is so narrow that the seeker and the sought must become one. Your theoretical knowledge is nothing compared to the grace that comes from practical surrender and obedience.
"Ultimately, the door is opened by the Satguru Dev. It does not matter what you do... But finally, what arrives is solely the Guru's grace: Guru Kṛpāhi Kevalam."
"Therefore, if you want to attain mokṣa... then surrender to only the one... mokṣa mūlaṁ guru kṛpā."

Bathing in the river Alakhnanda
22:25 - 23:16 (51 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Alakhpuriji Parampara is from Satyayuga, from Shiva. Bhagirathi and Alaknanda river join at Devpryag and forms Ganga. Story of Nandadevi and Tiger. Explanation of the origin of the Ganga river. For those, who wash themselves in the Ganga or the Alakhnanda all impurities will be cleaned. Don't get stuck in desires, we desire to help everyone.
Flowing of prana and consciousness
23:20 - 0:26 (66 min)
The body must be kept akhaṇḍa—unbroken—for the free flow of prāṇa through its 72,000 nerves. Damage, like tattoos or wounds, creates leaks in this energy system. A story illustrates this: a king with a thigh wound was rejected as a ritual sacrifice because his body was not pristine. The central energy channel, Suṣumnā, is supported by Vajranāḍī, which governs immunity and is stimulated by postures like Vajrāsana. The body's many energy centers, or chakras, are mapped from the feet (earth) to above the head (divine). The awakening of Kuṇḍalinī energy from the Mūlādhāra Chakra is inherently safe and cannot be harmful. Parents shape a child through three foods: physical nourishment, ideally vegetarian; mental input from the senses; and the inculcation of qualities like truth and compassion. Establishing a daily routine of early rising, evacuation, exercise, and balanced meals creates a foundation for health and proper energy flow.
"Therefore, we have to take care of our body so that we do not have any damage or wounds on it."
"Parents have a very, very important role in how the child grows up. That is the time when we feed information into that system."
