Vegetarian food is good for prevention against covid
0:00 - 0:46 (46 min)
Good evening. We had a beautiful day of practice. Tomorrow, you will have a free half-day after breakfast to walk in the forest in groups. Otherwise, do your own exercises. Integrate the lectures and practices into your heart and mind. The trees here give great energy; breathe deeply. The food here contains prāṇa. We should eat food that makes the body healthy, happy, and pure. Our gathering is limited in size, but it allows a relaxed feeling without daily chores. A study was shared involving over 7,000 participants across six countries. It found those on plant-based diets at least one year prior had less severe COVID-19 outcomes. This shows vegetarianism is good for health, the environment, and humanity. True yoga practice includes a vegetarian diet, avoiding alcohol and meat, fostering peace and love for all creatures.

There is nothing higher than the Guru
0:50 - 1:33 (43 min)
The Guru is the supreme principle, greater than all gods. Even divine incarnations like Rāma and Kṛṣṇa had gurus and attended school, upholding this principle. God is one and present in every grain and cell, yet to know this and understand how to live and work, one needs the guru. The guru is not merely a physical body but the eternal name and the imparting source of all knowledge, from spiritual wisdom to practical skills like riding a horse. Without a guru, there is no progress; even perfect students require a teacher for certification. The guru principle is the highest authority, to which even Śiva, Viṣṇu, and Brahmā are subordinate. A true Satguru is complete Brahman, the source from which all completeness arises. Those who fail to recognize the real Satguru suffer through ages, while the guru's grace can transform poison into nectar. The guru may appear in humble forms, like a hardworking parent, not only in meditation. Ultimately, one must surrender fully to the guru.
"Who is greater than Bhagavān Rāma and Kṛṣṇa? They too must have a guru."
"Guru Brahma, Guru Viṣṇu, Guru Devo Maheśvarāha, Guru Sākṣāt Parabrahma, Tasmai Śrī Guru Ve Namaḥa."

Every drop will merge with the ocean
1:40 - 2:27 (47 min)
Devotion manifests through humble service, not through the ego's claim of action. In the story of the bridge, all creatures contributed according to their capacity; the divine's direct intervention sank the stones, teaching that grace flows through surrendered work, not personal ownership. The physical space here is sanctified by the presence of a great guru, whose power remains. His instruction for a shared Guru Pūrṇimā was a direct transmission of grace. The essence of all true teachings is humility and universality. The sun shines for all; possessive identification with "my guru" or "my God" is a limited, human construct. Great beings like Rāma and Jesus exemplified this humility. Spiritual practice aims to merge the individual drop into the ocean of purity, where all impurities are cleansed. The path requires looking beyond immediate obstacles toward the vast horizon of unity. The final test is always compassion, as shown when Yudhiṣṭhira refused heaven without his loyal dog. Our collective sitting in satsaṅg generates this unifying energy, which is the real practice beyond mere technique.
"My dear squirrel, my dear squirrel, I love you so much. You also do high work."
"If someone gives you a slap on one cheek, you should offer the other also."

The practice integrates postures, breath control, and deep relaxation to harmonize body and mind.
"The light and teaching of this yoga science passed through an authentic and uninterrupted stream of wisdom."
"Prāṇāyāma not only influences the physical body but also the brain centres, balancing both hemispheres to regain the harmony that is the aim of a yoga life."

The beauty of yoga nidra
5:10 - 6:23 (73 min)
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. We can realize the proper time of something by Jyotish and by the actual strength of our ida and pingala nadis. In the morning we should think first that we are human. It means I should not do wrong things for others. Nidra means half sleep and half awaken. There are three statuses aware sleep and dream. When you drive a car you have to be always awakened. In yoga nidra there are all three situations. We came from the earth we live in the earth and we shall go to the earth. We need a Guru to give us instructions and taking care of us if we do something wrong. Yoga is that force that consciousness that driver which leads our car which is our body.
The Practice of Śalabhāsana and Complementary Āsanas
7:00 - 7:59 (59 min)
The practice of śalabhāsana and complementary āsanas builds strength and influences consciousness. Śalabhāsana strengthens the posterior muscles and works on self-confidence. Hold the posture with full lungs and descend on the exhalation, though breathe naturally if there is high blood pressure. Remain soft while using strength. It corrects the pelvis and benefits the prostate and menstruation. A variation with hands under the body stretches the digestive tract and is ideal before meditation. Avoid excessive bending in the lumbar area; focus the bend in the thoracic part. Follow with relaxation and pavanamuktāsana to release lower back tension. Sarvāṅgāsana benefits peripheral circulation and balances thyroid function, but avoid it with hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, or during menstruation. It improves circulation to the head and allows a subtle exhalation. Its counterpose is bhuḍaṅgāsana, which stretches the front and strengthens the arms; bend in the chest area, not the most flexible part. Halāsana stretches the back and affects the neck, emphasizing exhalation. Matsyāsana opens the chest, works on the thyroid and breathing, and is performed with inhalation through the nose and exhalation through the mouth. A one-legged balance pose aids concentration and nervous stability. Ardha Matsyendrāsana regenerates the spine and has anti-inflammatory properties. An inverted posture improves circulation to the head and spiritual development. Conclude with Tāḍāsana and Prāṇāyāma. Bhastrikā Prāṇāyāma intensifies the digestive fire and burns waste; relax the abdomen and let breath flow spontaneously without forcing inhalation. Avoid it with a brain tumor or elevated body temperature. Chant Oṁ to withdraw inward.
"Remain soft in the posture, even while using strength."
"In this posture, simply allow one subtle, extended exhalation."

Health is founded on home, nourishment, and aligning with natural cycles.
Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. Every illness is connected to the psyche. Food supports healing, but the root spiritual cause must be addressed. Nature offers daily and yearly cycles with building and eliminating phases. Utilize the elimination periods for cleansing. Obesity stems from a nutrient deficiency, often a lack of love. Institutional support is needed for mothers to be home, cook daily, and provide nourishment. Home-cooked meals, however simple, create vitality and a lasting foundation. Children who eat at home develop a guiding sense for what their body needs.

Instructions for successful kriyja anusthan
10:00 - 10:33 (33 min)
The foundations of a healthy life are found in yoga, astrology, and proper nourishment. We live in Kali Yuga, a time foretold in scripture. Jyotiṣa, or Vedic astrology, is a precise science of constellations that determines our nature from birth, influencing health, marriage, and life path. Yoga aligns with these constellations. Practice involves physical exercises, breath control, and mental relaxation for lifelong health, but must be personalized. Nourishment is equally critical; we must be mindful of what, when, and how much we eat and drink. Various medical systems exist, like Āyurveda and allopathy, each with its approach. True well-being integrates disciplined practice, suitable nourishment, and spiritual awareness, using our God-given faculties to choose our path wisely.
"Jyotiṣa asks, 'What is that which is 100% sure?'"
"True beauty is the heart, the feelings, and the match together."

A Gathering of Hearts
10:40 - 12:05 (85 min)
We have gathered in a beautiful, disciplined seminar, gaining spiritual knowledge and experience. We must engage heart-to-heart with the wider world, visiting local shops and sharing fellowship, which is the real yoga of union. As you return home, carry forward this spirit of humility and kindness, sharing the knowledge that we are all one.
"If we can teach humanity happiness, joy, respect, and brotherhood, there will be no problems in the world."
"Spirituality does not come only from any single teacher. You all bring that divine atmosphere."

Educate your children spiritualy
12:10 - 13:36 (86 min)
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. We should eat less not to be too sleepy. Many people sleep during kryja anusthan meditation. If you eat less your life will be longer and you will be more healthy. Many things changed in the education of children. In the beginning, many people went to yoga in Chechoslovakia. Slowly the whole Yoga in Daily Life system built. Before marrying boys and girls have to eat very sattvic meals to purify her body. Parents should educate their children about spirituality. Young couples would see Jyotish to decide in which constellation would be married. Humans shouldn't kill at all. Up to now, very many people became vegetarian in Europe also. Practising sarva hita asanas and ptanayama.
What means non-duality
13:40 - 14:54 (74 min)
True spirituality transcends worldly identities and formal knowledge, arising from inner wisdom and humble connection.
Our essence is not found in surface roles like politician or religionist, but within. Spiritual persons are humble and kind, never proclaiming their own greatness. Formal education is a limited, different path. True knowledge, vidyā, emerges from within, not from books. A saint without schooling knew sacred texts by heart, his wisdom flowing from inner realization. Spiritual relationships are like rivers merging into one ocean. We must balance mind and heart, practicing inner discipline. Modern life separates families, but human connection is paramount, especially at life's end. A mother's final wish is for her child to be present, as she was at their birth. This bond is our true foundation.
"Spirituality is there when there is a balance between the mind and the heart."
"My son, I don’t need anything from you... when I will pass away, you should be with me."

We mark 25 years of teaching Yoga in Daily Life here, a voluntary mission from an authentic Indian school. We secured our own space, now becoming a blessed ashram. We have brought yoga to schools, libraries, and communities for all ages through dedicated effort. Yoga is ancient, a science of body, mind, and soul, intertwined with Āyurveda as natural knowledge for health. It is not passive meditation but active practice for concentration and peace. Its universal message is recognized internationally. We must return to natural living, embracing yoga and Āyurveda for well-being, seeing all cultures and people as one family under God.

Instructions for mantra practicing
15:55 - 16:52 (57 min)
The guru's grace and the disciple's receptivity are the sole essentials for spiritual progress. We are all disciples within a lineage, receiving energy and blessings from masters beyond their physical presence. A true guru embodies reality, not mere words. Spiritual practice requires using a personal, clean seat, ideally white, reserved for meditation. This practice is part of a disciplined path leading upward through generations. Liberation comes from balancing the inner elements and transcending bodily identifications. All creatures evolve through forms; the human birth is precious. A story illustrates that a disciple's mind remained attached to a woman he helped, despite no physical touch, showing how mental impressions hinder progress. True devotion requires surrendering all attachments and judgments to the guru's guidance. Practice regularly amidst daily duties, purifying yourself through mantra and remembrance.
"Guru Kṛpā Hi Kevalam—the Gurudeva's blessings. And śiṣya kī ānanda maṅgalam. The disciples have happiness, joy."
"When it is said, 'This is,' then forget it, everything else. But don't say, 'This and that,' and, 'I don't want,' and, 'This is not good.'"

The Unselfish Work
17:00 - 17:26 (26 min)
The ego's illusion of indispensability in service is dispelled by grace and selfless work. A story illustrates a dog running under a cart, believing he carries the load. He grows weak from this imagined burden, stops, and sees the cart continue without him. This reveals the truth: action continues regardless of the individual doer. Therefore, the opportunity for selfless service is a gift, not a given. The ultimate human aims are dharma, artha, kāma, and mokṣa. These are achieved only through dedicated effort. All attachments, whether pleasant or painful, are binding chains. Liberation comes through selfless action and the Guru's grace. Time is precious and must not be wasted.
"They are all sitting on this trolley with the whole weight, and I, this little dog, have to carry them all."
"The greatest sin is to waste time. Use it or lose it."

Flowing of prana and consciousness
19:40 - 20:46 (66 min)
The body must be kept akhaṇḍa—unbroken—for the free flow of prāṇa through its 72,000 nerves. Damage, like tattoos or wounds, creates leaks in this energy system. A story illustrates this: a king with a thigh wound was rejected as a ritual sacrifice because his body was not pristine. The central energy channel, Suṣumnā, is supported by Vajranāḍī, which governs immunity and is stimulated by postures like Vajrāsana. The body's many energy centers, or chakras, are mapped from the feet (earth) to above the head (divine). The awakening of Kuṇḍalinī energy from the Mūlādhāra Chakra is inherently safe and cannot be harmful. Parents shape a child through three foods: physical nourishment, ideally vegetarian; mental input from the senses; and the inculcation of qualities like truth and compassion. Establishing a daily routine of early rising, evacuation, exercise, and balanced meals creates a foundation for health and proper energy flow.
"Therefore, we have to take care of our body so that we do not have any damage or wounds on it."
"Parents have a very, very important role in how the child grows up. That is the time when we feed information into that system."

The ways of Purification
20:50 - 21:53 (63 min)
Evening satsang from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Chanting and explanation of the mantra OM Namo Sri Prabhu Deepa Narayan. We came from Mother, from the earth and we will go again. The whole Earth is like the Mother. Where is water, there is a God. The argument between Holy Guruji and the King about eating meat. Pranayama and Kriya is a way of purification like we are singing Mantras or Bhajans.
Never think that you are a Guru
22:00 - 22:43 (43 min)
The path of spiritual discipline requires the guru's grace and careful practice. Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna is a potent practice that must be preserved and not given improperly. Many who received it without true devotion later left and set themselves up as masters, losing everything. To receive the guru's grace is not easy; becoming a disciple is difficult. The spiritual path is like carrying a single flame through a strong wind on a dark night, or like walking on a sharp knife with dangers on both sides. Even divine figures like Kṛṣṇa and Jesus walked such a path. Sādhanā itself is that knife, requiring us to be peaceful, harmonious, and balanced. Just as a doctor must perform a heart operation himself and cannot delegate it, only a genuine guru from the paramparā can hold and transmit the Kriyā Śakti. You may have the practice, but do not think to give it to others. Yoga is more than āsanas; there are many sādhanās. What you have been given, you must handle correctly. Your real essence is what matters.
"On the day you give up Guru Kṛpā, all sādhanā will be gone."
"Only that one who could. This is also like a spiritual path."

Only Guru can change our destiny
22:50 - 23:44 (54 min)
Karma and destiny are unchangeable by any being, yet the Guru's grace can alter one's path. Karma accumulates over many lifetimes. Selfless service is its true basis. No individual, regardless of power, can change ordained destiny. The story of a powerful figure illustrates this. He controlled gods and elements but could not command the divine scribe of fate. This scribe writes every being's destiny before birth. The figure demanded a glorious destiny for his child. The scribe wrote what was ordained, not what was demanded. The resulting destiny manifested perfectly, contrary to all desires and power. This demonstrates that written destiny is final. However, the true Guru possesses the grace to change what is written. This power comes from the lineage, not the individual. Do not despair over destiny. The Guru's grace can rewrite it.
"Karma is only then if we have Seva."
"Guru can change nobody. Guru can change Abhagama."

Spiritual message of ancient India
23:50 - 0:54 (64 min)
The essence of yoga and spiritual life is found in the ancient Gurukul system, not merely in physical exercise. Sixty years ago, yoga was deeply spiritual, practiced by great saints and ascetics. Jain and Buddhist traditions exemplify this purity through strict non-violence, meditation, and simple living. Ancient Indian universities like Nalanda were vast centers of spiritual knowledge, later destroyed. The true Gurukul is not a historical building but the living presence of the Master. Disciples receive knowledge and support the Master's mission, creating a global spiritual family. This system provides a foundation of ethics, compassion, and progressive growth that common yoga schools lack. Every step on this path reduces suffering and increases bliss.
"Yoga was then very spiritual, pure, and so on. And all yogīs, sādhus, and other people were filled with yoga."
"I am myself Gurukul."
