Sri Ram Jaya Ram, Ramayana
0:45 - 1:13 (28 min)
The Rāmāyaṇa's eternal truth uplifts every soul through its simplicity and wisdom. Its stories provide solutions to life's problems, illustrating ideal dharma for all human roles. This combination of beauty and wisdom made it a cultural pillar, read in homes for generations. Modern decline was reversed by a television series that captivated the nation, demonstrating the story's enduring power. The epic's origin lies with Vālmīki, who was moved by a scene of nature and tragedy. From his spontaneous poetic curse, the first verse emerged, which Lord Brahmā then sanctioned as the foundation for the entire work. Vālmīki was instructed to compose the story for humanity's future.
"The truth written in the Rāmāyaṇa is eternal; it was valid thousands of years ago and is valid now."
"Everyone can find there the solution to their own life problems."

The Awakening of Inner Potential
3:50 - 3:55 (5 min)
Humans possess a unique intellectual capacity and an even more miraculous inner potential, hidden from most. Awakening this potential—the Kuṇḍalinī—means awakening inner knowledge and consciousness. This occurs when the cosmic energy within the body is purified and directed upward. This same energy pervades the cosmos and accumulates in the body at vortices called chakras. While thousands exist, eight are primary in Kuṇḍalinī yoga: five along the spine for normal existence and three above for spiritual development. Through yoga, prāṇāyāma, meditation, kriyā, and mantra, we can harmonize these centers. However, the guidance of a spiritual master, a guru who removes ignorance, is essential on this path to enlightenment, which is the ultimate aim of human life.
"Awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī means to awaken one’s inner knowledge, that innate potential which exists in each and every person as our birthright."
"The Sanskrit word guru means the remover of darkness. It is that one who removes the darkness of our ignorance and kindles in us the light of wisdom."
Practicing Yoga Asanas
4:00 - 4:41 (41 min)
We practice Vajrāsana and Vīrāsana for the nāḍī systems. Vajrāsana activates the Vajra Nāḍī, which begins between the big and second toe, connects to the base of the spine, and guides energy to the navel. Sitting in it after eating aids digestion and can help with constipation by relaxing the stomach and straightening the spine. It also balances the sciatic nerve. Vīrāsana, the hero's posture, involves sitting on the heels with toes standing. It warms the body, increases alertness, and with practice, can help repair digestion and headaches. These postures strengthen the lower centers and foot soles, which connect to the body's organs. They develop leg strength, balance, and concentration. Practice must be held steadily to awaken the nerves. "This Vajrāsana is designed especially to strengthen or to activate that Vajra Nāḍī." "This will repair our digestion. This will repair our headache problems, also many, many things." Filming location: USA

Birth of Lord Rama
6:35 - 7:26 (51 min)
The story of the Rāmāyaṇa brings a timeless message for our present days. It begins with the holy city of Ayodhyā, a city of Dharma founded by Manu. King Daśaratha ruled righteously with wise ministers and sages like Vasiṣṭha, yet he had no offspring. This was due to a boon Rāvaṇa obtained from Brahmā to prevent Daśaratha's heirs. Guru Vasiṣṭha advised a Putra Kāmeṣṭi Yajña, performed by sage Ṛśyaśṛṅga. After rituals, Agni gave a sacred khīr. The queens consumed it and conceived. Rāma was born to Kauśalyā, Bharata to Kaikeyī, and Lakṣmaṇa and Śatrughna to Sumitrā. The boys were inseparable and excelled in gurukula. When sage Viśvāmitra sought help against demons, Daśaratha reluctantly let Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa go. Viśvāmitra initiated them and gave divine weapons. They killed the demoness Tārakā and later protected Viśvāmitra's yajña from Rākṣasas. After success, Viśvāmitra directed them to Mithilā for King Janaka's yajña and the Śiva Dhanuṣ.
"King Daśaratha himself was an embodiment of Dharma."
"Viśvāmitrājī spoke, 'There is a Rākṣasī, Tārakā, living here, and she is very cruel... to kill her is the dharma.'"

Build your intellect supportive
17:15 - 18:31 (76 min)
A clear aim prevents the intellect from becoming a destructive distraction. Without a concrete, intensive aim, the mind changes direction with every possibility, like a traveler diverted from their destination by each new advertisement. A truly clear aim, like the need to take life-saving medicine, admits no argument or diversion. Practical inner experience, not mere theory, provides this unshakable certainty. Once this clarity is present, the intellect becomes a helper rather than an obstacle. However, one must vigilantly avoid all negative talk and bad company, as these can introduce destructive thoughts that spoil spiritual practice. Just as a single drop of lemon curdles milk, one negative influence can ruin years of spiritual effort. Jealousy and gossip are particularly destructive forces that create doubt and disharmony, as illustrated by the story of Narada sowing distrust between Shiva and Parvati. Forgiveness offers a new beginning, but the damage must be repaired through renewed steps. Maintain humility, seek good company, and protect your consciousness, for your thoughts soon become words and your words become your reality.
"The sun and moon may change their direction, but I will not change my direction or my path because I know what I want."
"One stupid thought, one stupid person, can destroy all your spiritual sādhanā, which you built over years and years with great confidence and love."

Purity in daily life
19:40 - 19:57 (17 min)
The soil of this land is sandalwood, and every child is the idol of the nation. This body is a temple, and every human is a helper. Every creature seeks happiness, which is your true reality. Spirituality leads there through mantra, meditation, and satsaṅg. Without satsaṅg, happiness and spiritual growth are impossible. Impure past karmas try to pull you away from this path. Spirituality means purity, clear thought, and fearlessness. Do not fear death, for you die only once before returning to this world. Planetary influences affect health and mind, but mantras can change these influences. True nourishment is pure and sāttvic; storing dead animals for food brings negative energy. Among 8.4 million creatures, only humans are spiritual protectors. Do not claim you are unhappy or unloved; love yourself. Marital discord arises from inner impurity and lack of control. Purify through action, good company, and singing together. A spiritual family creates a spiritual world, requiring tolerance and respect for all cultures. You are already spiritual; change your thinking and follow a nourishing, vegetarian diet.
"Every creature wishes to attain happiness and to overcome unhappiness."
"If you can’t go to the satsaṅg, you cannot be happy, and you cannot develop your spirituality."
