Birth of Lord Rama
1:35 - 2:26 (51 min)
The story of Rāma's birth reveals the glory of Ayodhyā and the fulfillment of divine promise. Ayodhyā, the unconquerable city of Dharma, was ruled by the righteous King Dasharatha. Despite his virtue, he remained without an heir due to a curse invoked by Rāvaṇa. Upon the advice of the sage Vasiṣṭha, the king performed a sacred Putra Kāmeṣṭi Yajña. From its sacred fire, a divine pudding was obtained. The king's three queens partook of it, leading to the births of Rāma, Bharata, Lakṣmaṇa, and Śatrughna. The brothers were raised and educated in dharma. When the sage Viśvāmitra arrived seeking protection for his sacrifices, Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa were entrusted to him. They received divine weapons and successfully defeated the demons Tārakā, Mārīca, and Subāhu, safeguarding the sage's rituals.
"Inside of the city was great harmony. All the citizens lived in a good material standard... thanks to the wise rulership of the kings."
"Guru Vasiṣṭha spoke to the king that Viśvāmitrājī surely knows what he is doing, and that actually it is for the benefit of Rāma also and for the benefit of the kingdom."

Navaratri - Honoring the Divine Mother and speech on Kriya Yoga, Gold Coast
2:50 - 4:34 (104 min)
The Divine Mother is honored, and the holy name is the supreme path. The incarnation of God first worships the Divine Mother. The name of the Lord is infinite and auspicious, acting as a bridge between the attributeless reality and the form. In this age, the repetition of the holy name is the only way to attain freedom.
Kriyā means action, the constant functioning of all elements, the body, and the mind. True spiritual Kriyā is a systematic path requiring a master's guidance and discipline. Do not attempt practices without proper technique. The relationship with the master is essential; breaking discipline severs the connection and leads to a fall. The mind cannot be stopped, only directed through devotion and concentration. Past karmas are stored in the subconscious. Kriyā yoga purifies this subconscious and can uplift consciousness beyond destiny. Preparation requires a pure life, mastery of posture, breath control, and dedicated practice. Follow the instructions precisely.
"The name is a beautiful witness between the attributeless reality and the Lord with form."
"In Kali Yuga... the only way to attain freedom from the cycle of birth and death is the repetition of His holy name."

Build your intellect supportive
12:15 - 13:31 (76 min)
A clear aim prevents the intellect from becoming a destructive distraction. Without a concrete, intensive aim, the mind changes direction with every possibility, like a traveler diverted from their destination by each new advertisement. A truly clear aim, like the need to take life-saving medicine, admits no argument or diversion. Practical inner experience, not mere theory, provides this unshakable certainty. Once this clarity is present, the intellect becomes a helper rather than an obstacle. However, one must vigilantly avoid all negative talk and bad company, as these can introduce destructive thoughts that spoil spiritual practice. Just as a single drop of lemon curdles milk, one negative influence can ruin years of spiritual effort. Jealousy and gossip are particularly destructive forces that create doubt and disharmony, as illustrated by the story of Narada sowing distrust between Shiva and Parvati. Forgiveness offers a new beginning, but the damage must be repaired through renewed steps. Maintain humility, seek good company, and protect your consciousness, for your thoughts soon become words and your words become your reality.
"The sun and moon may change their direction, but I will not change my direction or my path because I know what I want."
"One stupid thought, one stupid person, can destroy all your spiritual sādhanā, which you built over years and years with great confidence and love."

Purity in daily life
14:40 - 14:57 (17 min)
The soil of this land is sacred, and every child is divine. This body is a temple, and every person is a helper. Each child is an idol, a manifestation of the divine. All beings seek happiness; this universal principle is your true reality. Spirituality leads there through mantra, meditation, prayer, and satsaṅg. Without satsaṅg, happiness and spiritual development are impossible. Impulses to avoid satsaṅg arise from past karmas awakening.
Spirituality means purity, happiness, forgiveness, clarity, and fearless action. Do not fear death. Human life is unique among 8.4 million life forms; humans are spiritual protectors. Do not declare yourself unhappy or unloved. Purify yourself through action, nourishment, good company, reading, meditation, mantra, prayer, and song. A spiritual family is built on harmony, not conflict; parents must love each other and raise children with great love. Spirituality resides at home in a tolerant, respectful family, not only in temples. Lead a life with pure thoughts and sattvic nourishment.
"Every creature wishes to attain happiness and to overcome unhappiness."
"Spirituality means pure thinking, pure thoughts, pure nourishment."

Enjoy the movement!
18:00 - 19:13 (73 min)
Foundational āsanas and breath awareness form the base of practice. Begin with Pavanamuktāsana to release the lower back, pressing the knee to the chest with the breath. Move into Daṇḍāsana, keeping the spinal column straight. Practice head movements initiated from the lower neck, coordinating with breath to avoid strain. Sarvahitā Āsanas teach correct movement patterns for all further practice. Engage muscles by imagining lifting a weight to build strength for postures like Viparīta Karanī Mudrā. Always be aware of breathing during āsana; conscious breathing activates the brain's cortex, calming the emotional limbic system. Complete yogic breathing combines abdominal, thoracic, and clavicular movement for full purification. Prāṇāyāma, like Nāḍī Śodhana, purifies the energy channels through all five layers of being.
"Always be aware of your breathing. When you breathe with awareness—without changing the rhythm—we activate a center in the cortex of the brain."
"Seventy percent of the body's purification comes through our breathing. That is why our breathing, especially complete yogic breathing, is so important."

We learned that we are human
19:20 - 20:22 (62 min)
The true human is defined by non-violence and purity, not merely physical form. A being that kills and consumes other creatures lives as an animal, not in the divine human consciousness. The practice of vegetarianism purifies the body and mind, aligning one with higher truth. This transformation is gradual but inevitable for those who listen. The disciple's nature is changed through proximity to the guru's wisdom, as sandalwood perfumes nearby trees. The teaching destroys base instincts. This wisdom must be shared universally to uplift all people.
"Blessed is the family, blessed is the house, blessed is the village where Sadgurudev comes and we can have his darśan."
"Like the sandalwood tree is transforming the bamboo tree... Slowly, our whole nature becomes transformed."
Collecting good energy
20:30 - 21:29 (59 min)
The gift of practice is constant application, not occasional effort. Regular practice brings control and perfection, while irregular effort leads to unease. The guru's grace flows through constant morning, evening, and night practice, not merely through physical proximity. Good intentions at retreat must translate to concentrated practice at home. This sustained effort is the true offering. Physical guidance follows: relax the body completely, focusing awareness on each part. Bend the legs and lift the feet, using the hands on the feet without forceful massage, only gentle touching. This directs energy. Finally, lie down, placing the right hand softly on the chest and the left on the navel. Focus only on these two points—the heart and the navel—feeling warmth and comfort, without letting the mind wander. Be entirely within the body.
"Through constant practice—morning, evening, night—there is Guru Kṛpā."
"Be in your body. Do not think about going out anywhere."

The Divine Unity of Practice and Grace
21:35 - 22:53 (78 min)
The spiritual journey unfolds within a unified field of practice, where all practitioners are together in one vessel. Individual conditions or levels of concentration are secondary to this shared immersion in the aura of sādhanā. The principle "I am not the doer; the Divine is the doer" is foundational. The path is likened to a divine classroom, a cosmic university distinct from worldly education. Truth is essential; one must hold to it completely and avoid speaking in half-measures, for truth alone leads to liberation. Every letter and word carries divine potential and must be used with reverence. The practice itself distinguishes the genuine seeker from the artificial, just as a butterfly naturally alights on real flowers.
"Please, if I come back again on the earth, please, Gurujī, bring me to your holy feet."
"Tell the word of the truth... speak the truth and nobody will kill you."
