Message of the Deepak
0:25 - 0:55 (30 min)
Recorded on
The light of Diwali is the light of Brahman, the supreme truth. Bhagavan Sri Rama established a system of spirituality and satsang. His return to Ayodhya after fourteen years is celebrated as Diwali. This light is lit in every heart through forgiveness and acceptance. It destroys negative thoughts and enemies within, turning them to the positive. The festival is a message of love, understanding, and peace for all beings, not violence. The lamp's oil, wick, and flame symbolize prana, the self, and the atma. This inner light, the Jivanjyoti, must be maintained through good practices. Diwali is not for one day; it is whenever one perceives beauty and light, dispelling ugly thoughts. "Jyot Se Jyot Jagat Chalo, Prem Kī Gaṅgā Bahate Chalo." "Śubhaṁ karoti kalyāṇam ārogyaṁ dhanasampadā. Śatrubuddhi vināśāya." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

We Cannot Deny Guru Principle
2:10 - 2:48 (38 min)
Recorded on
Guru Pūrṇimā has two explanations. The first is the day the earth first experienced the complete light of sun and moon directly, symbolizing the union of Śiva’s power and the earth. The second is the birthday of Vedavyāsa, who preserved the spoken wisdom into written Vedas to sustain it. The guru principle is eternal and undeniable, like nature's existence. All learning systems, from kindergarten professors to animal parents, rely on this paramparā. This wisdom awakens hidden potential through the interaction of master and disciple. Authentic knowledge flows from Śruti, the heard scriptures, into Smṛti, remembered tradition, conveyed by a Śrotriya to a listener. The qualified guru, a Śrotriya Brahmaniṣṭha, imparts Brahmavidyā beyond gender. Vedavyāsa, foreseeing humanity's fading memory, transcribed the Vedas with Gaṇeśa's aid under a strict pact of uninterrupted speech. This act preserved Sanātana Dharma, the eternal universal law inherent in life itself, which continues regardless of personal belief. "One person came to Mahāprabhujī and said, 'I don’t believe in God.' Mahāprabhujī said, 'And why? Does God lose? We need God; God doesn’t need us.'" "Ved Vyāsa said, 'I will not wait for one second. Whatever I speak must be written immediately.' Gaṇeś said, 'Done. But if you stop just for half, five seconds, to overthink, I will not write anymore.'" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Om Ashram
2:50 - 2:59 (9 min)
Recorded on
A large-scale world peace monument shaped as the universal Oṃ symbol is being built. Since 1993, this structure has served humanity by teaching yoga, meditation, and philosophy to preserve Vedic wisdom. It will contain 108 residential compartments for visitors and students. The design originated from a yogi's vision, who developed the "Yoga in Daily Life" system for holistic health, now practiced globally. The site already functions as an active center with a free school, a college, and a hospital. To heal the local ecosystem, an artificial lake harvests monsoon rain, raising groundwater. Worldwide projects protect animals and plant millions of trees. This non-profit mission, born from one heart's vision, advocates for universal non-violence and protection for all cultures and creatures. Its full fruition requires everyone's contribution. "Modern science now affirms the benefits of yoga on the human condition." "You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a single drop." Filming location: Rajasthan, India
The Practice and Power of Trāṭaka
3:00 - 3:52 (52 min)
Recorded on
Trāṭaka is the practice of steady gazing to develop concentration and purify the mind. The best object is a pure ghee lamp flame, though a candle flame, a black dot, or a sacred image are also suitable. Never gaze at your own reflection in a mirror, as it can cause psychic disturbances. Gazing at the rising sun should last only half a minute to protect eyesight. This practice dispels fear, anxiety, and mental impurities, clearing the inner instrument. When performed with discipline every morning and evening for twelve years without a single break, it bestows a siddhi: the gaze becomes pure and merciful, attracting others. However, this attainment is blocked by a negative internal state. The practice awakens Sarasvatī's power in the throat, granting eloquent speech and artistic intuition. It illuminates the inner space, calms mental fluctuations, and aids in awakening the Kuṇḍalinī. It also empowers speech, making words balanced and meaningful, while teaching the importance of non-violence in speech, as verbal wounds are deep and lasting. Full benefit requires a personal Guru Mantra and guidance from a qualified teacher to avoid mental problems. The practical method involves sitting straight, establishing the correct distance to the flame, repeating the mantra, and alternating between external gazing and internal focus on the after-image. "By practicing Trāṭaka every morning and evening without interruption for twelve years, one attains a siddhi." "Only Gurudev can remove the darkness of the heart." Filming location: Australia
Wonders of the human being
4:00 - 5:26 (86 min)
Recorded on
The human body is an inner rainforest containing the complete mystery of life. Different chakras exist within, just as different climates exist in forests globally. All facilities for self-realization are provided within this container. Modern technology imitates this inner wisdom; answers, like those from Google, mirror the knowledge stored in human consciousness. A search for the divine need not be prolonged. "Where are you searching for me, oh my friend? My residence is in your breath." If one searches with singular dedication, forgetting all else, the divine is met immediately. The value of breath is paramount; it is the credited vitality of a lifespan. Prāṇa, the incoming energy, and apāna, the outgoing, must be trained through techniques like prāṇāyāma to purify the body and prolong life. The network of 72,000 nāḍīs transfers consciousness, connecting senses, mind, and glands. Physical postures act as therapy, influencing chakras and glands like the thyroid. Balance between the lunar (Iḍā) and solar (Piṅgalā) energies within the nāḍī system creates the union known as Haṭha yoga. One is the inner engineer of this entire mechanism through awareness. "Khojoge to abhi milunga, pal bhar ki talasme." "Those who have seen cannot speak, and who speaks cannot see." Filming location: Vancouver, Canada
Live webcast from Vep
4:30 - 6:00 (90 min)
Morning satsang from Vep, Hungary.
Who am I?
5:30 - 6:18 (48 min)
Recorded on
Life is breath, and breath is life. The span of life is preordained and cannot be ultimately prolonged. Physical yoga and breath techniques maintain comfort and health for the body within its allotted time. A story illustrates this: a rishi sought to delay his end by claiming endless study. He was shown that the knowledge of the universe is as vast as the Himalayas, and trying to comprehend it all grain by grain is futile. The appointed time arrives for all. Beyond physical practices lie deeper yogic paths concerning the five elements within us. These practices prepare one for the journey of the soul, which transcends the temporary body. "It is said that life is written." "Even God cannot prolong." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Practice leads to the development

Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. We are not connected to the time. There is only oneness in the oneness. The best way is yoga. Do not meditate on outer things. The development will come by practicing. Shiva puja gives calmness. It is very important how to worship Gurupurnima, tomorrow we are going to show it.
Unity with the Master
7:05 - 7:58 (53 min)
Recorded on
The master's consciousness lives eternally through a succession of pure disciples. The physical form is a temporary garment, but the inner light is one. This spiritual transmission, or parāvidyā, flows through purity and devotion, not worldly learning. Negative qualities like anger create a barrier to this union. The successor is that same consciousness in a new form, carrying the light forward. Many may receive it, but it requires the dissolution of all selfishness and fear. The ultimate aim is to become one with that immortal essence, beyond the mortal body and its emotions. "While living in this body, he already prepares a successor. It means the cloth is different, but the person is the same." "Anger, greed, jealousy, hate, etc.—these negative qualities create a barrier." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Spiritual Way Of Living
8:05 - 8:53 (48 min)
Recorded on
The immortal soul enters the mortal world to guide and liberate. All beings are born, but few make this birth successful. Human life is a blessed journey, not a destination. Blessings create positive karma for both giver and receiver, while negative thoughts are a curse. Destiny is guided but can be softened by a master's grace. Saints come from divine realms with a purpose: to be eternal guides. They bestow blessings that we must then utilize. Our lineage carries this immortal message through successive masters. The greatest treasure is their direct teachings and simple devotion. The Guru principle is the highest reality, embodying the divine. Follow the master's instructions, not just rituals. Sacrifice inner negativity, not external things. Cultivate deep surrender, for there divine love gathers. We are protected by our faith and the master's unwavering grace. "Everyone has birth, but rare are those who make this birth successful." "Guru never said, 'Worship my feet.' Never. But it was a blessing of Viṣṇu." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
The Path of Kindness and the Flow of Giving
9:00 - 9:37 (37 min)
Recorded on
The foundation of dharma is kindness cultivated through non-violence and seeing oneself in others. True giving opens all blocks, allowing energy to flow for spiritual progress. Karmic accumulation begins with individuality and requires daily purification through prayer and meditation. Helping others in any form is essential service. "Do not do to others what you do not like to be done to you." "The foundation of dharma is kindness, and the root of sin is pride and ego." Filming location: Kranj, Slovenia
Marriage has its proper time and order
9:45 - 11:24 (99 min)
Recorded on
The essence of devotion is surrender to the guru's protection. The bhajan "Satguru Rākholājī Hamārī" is a plea for that shelter. It draws upon stories illustrating divine intervention for the faithful. Prahlāda, devoted to Viṣṇu, faced a heated iron pillar from his father; approaching with faith, he saw it covered in ants and was saved by Narasiṁha. This teaches facing challenges directly with faith. An elephant king, grabbed by a crocodile, fought for ages before offering a lotus to Viṣṇu, who then rescued him. This signifies letting go and asking for help. Draupadī, when disrobed, was protected by Kṛṣṇa who provided endless cloth. Mīrābāī transformed poison to nectar through devotion. The crucial point is the devotee's turn: one must believe it is now their turn to receive grace, to meditate, to let inner qualities blossom. The writer offers the bhajan to his guru, continuing the paramparā. Wisdom flows through this lineage from source to disciple. "That type of devotee, you’re always saving. Now it’s my turn." "Part of making it work is believing it is now our turn." Filming location: Sydney, Australia
Suffering And Sweetness
11:30 - 12:03 (33 min)
Recorded on
Sukha and Dukkha originate within the individual soul. All beings seek happiness and freedom from trouble. These two states are internal seeds, not external conditions. Negative thoughts and actions cultivate inner thorn bushes, whose fruit is fear and suffering. Positive thoughts cultivate divine qualities whose fruit is fearlessness. Spiritual practice is often initiated by the fear of suffering. Ultimately, every soul seeks its origin, like a drop of water returning to the ocean of divine consciousness. "Sukha is hidden in us, not outside. And Dukkha is hidden within us, not outside." "Therefore, Sukha and Dukha are within us. So try to sweep out all the vrittis which are negative." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Guruji is Divine Light
12:10 - 12:46 (36 min)
Recorded on
The divine bond between guru and disciple is the foundation of spiritual life. A disciple's journey begins with a longing for truth. Upon meeting the guru, one recognizes a divine light and a profound inner calling. The guru's training is rigorous, designed to transform the raw disciple into a refined instrument. This process requires complete surrender, like a seed dying to become a tree. The guru's protection is constant, ensuring the disciple's spiritual safety and discipline. Through loving guidance and demanding work, wisdom is transferred not merely by instruction but through grace and experience. This bond culminates in the disciple embodying the teachings and receiving the guru's complete spiritual transmission. "The Master makes the disciple a Master, if that vein goes through that training." "In love, there is trust. In love, there is protection. In love, there is a surrender, acceptance, and it is a oneness." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

During times of crisis, aid is organized and distributed directly to those in need, providing essentials like food and water. The practice of yoga and a disciplined lifestyle are seen as protective. Specific practices like Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma generate beneficial vibrations and concentration. Natural remedies and Ayurvedic treatments are also valued. Consistent personal practice and prayer are foundational, with prayer being the most important element for a correct and good life. "Everything, everything the government gave, and now still always. And one rupee, one kilo of rice." "Prayer is the best of everything." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
The Living Light of God - Indian Saints
13:30 - 13:57 (27 min)
Recorded on
A saint provides light for the path, but disciples must apply the brakes of self-discipline. A wandering saint walked a dark road with a torch. A motorcycle approached rapidly with no light. The saint, wishing to help, shone his torch and offered his battery, shouting warnings. The rider passed and shouted back that he had no brakes either, continuing uncontrollably into the darkness. This illustrates the Guru's role: to give the light of knowledge illuminating the spiritual path. That light alone is insufficient without the disciple's practice and discipline. The teachings are passed down through a living lineage. Each master realizes the same eternal truth and expresses it in a way relevant to their time and disciples. This accumulated wisdom is an infinite treasure for those who receive it. The inner light resides within all hearts, and the saint's existence is to help others see it. "Take my battery! You need light or you will crash!" "What use is your battery? I have no brakes either!" Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Death is a transition
15:05 - 16:06 (61 min)
Recorded on
Death is a transition, not an end, for those on the spiritual path. The fear of death arises from thought, but it is a universal law. The Guru prepares the devotee, freeing them from the cycle of death and rebirth through grace and devotion. Surrender to the Guru, without ego or expectation, opens the heart to become one with the Supreme. Spiritual growth is like climbing a mountain; do not give up, but pause and seek the Guru's strength to continue. Utilize spiritual gifts wisely, not wastefully, to sustain your journey. The ultimate goal is liberation and union. "For those who follow the spiritual path, for those who have Guru Bhakti... the Guru prepares them, and then they know there is nothing to be worried about." "The Guru is the one who actually frees us from that cycle. Gurudev is the one who frees us from this cycle." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The effect of the Moon to our life
16:10 - 16:26 (16 min)
Recorded on
Life is governed by the natural order of the moon, sun, and water. The moon's movement directly influences our inner being and balances the Earth. Water is life itself, essential for all beings and the land. Modern interference with natural rhythms causes suffering. Changing clocks disrupts animals and human practices. Consuming fruits from opposing climates introduces conflicting energies and can cause illness. Aligning with natural cycles is crucial for health and harmony. The Guru's grace is the essential guide on this path. "Life is very connected to the moon." "Water is life. Life is water." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The divine name is the means to cross the ocean of worldly existence. Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī is the incarnation for all beings. By contemplating His name with grace, one cuts down desire, anger, and greed. The world's illusion remains far away through the Guru's grace. His name is the boat for crossing; the Satguru's grace is that boat. One who receives this grace finds their passage. At the time of dissolution, the Guru's light will manifest within the heart. By always holding His enchanting form in mind, one need not fear the net of illusion. The name itself provides absorption in divine feeling and ensures safe crossing. "For the beings of the world—the jīvas and jinn—His name itself is the boat to cross the ocean of existence." "By the grace of always contemplating Him, desire and anger... For the jīvas and jinn, by His name, one is always immersed in divine feeling." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Gurudev is always merciful and loving
20:10 - 20:40 (30 min)
Recorded on
The grace of the guru is the ultimate refuge. The master's love is evident in his tireless presence for devotees, disregarding physical exhaustion to remain with them. There are many types of guides: parents, teachers, and finally the supreme Sadguru, who is essential for liberation. All pilgrimages exist at the guru's feet, making his physical arrival a profound blessing. The story of Dhruva illustrates perfect devotion; through his guru's mantra and dedicated meditation, he attained a permanent place in the heavens. Similarly, the guru constantly elevates disciples, forgiving all mistakes and never abandoning them. The guru's grace alone can free one from the endless cycle of birth and death, granting ultimate liberation. A story tells of two pilgrims seeking purification in the Ganges. They finally rest at an ashram whose guru had never visited the river. That night, they witnessed the Ganges, Yamuna, and Sarasvati—appearing as blackened goddesses—come to purify themselves by touching the dust of the guru's feet. All gods and goddesses take refuge in the guru. Therefore, having the guru's shelter removes all sorrows and sins, purifying the seeker completely. "When we place our head at the lotus feet of Gurūdeva, then there is nothing to worry about." "In the lotus feet of Gurudeva are all the pilgrimages." Filming location: Slovenska Vas, Slovenia
Don't kill Animals!
20:45 - 21:43 (58 min)
Recorded on
Disease arises from internalizing life's pressures, not from external forces themselves. This internal stress creates bodily pressure, a primary cause of illness. Inherited conditions also exist. The path of yoga integrates simple postures, breath control, and meditation into daily life, alongside dietary and sleep adjustments. Meditation must be approached correctly. Never strain the eyes upward, as this causes psychic problems and blocks progress. Focus gently downward or on the tip of the nose. True guidance comes from a living tradition, not solely from books. Many established religions have become blocked, relying on scripture without the living presence of the divine. The divine is within each being; every creature possesses a soul. The supreme principle is non-violence. Harming other living beings, including animals, creates suffering and negative consequences. Liberation requires aligning with this truth through compassionate living and correct inner practice. "Slowly, this internal pressure becomes the cause of many, many diseases." "Therefore, the meditation is called Nāsik, focusing on the tip of the nose. Our eyes should look gently downward." Filming location: Auckland, New Zealand
Every creature have its karma
21:50 - 22:43 (53 min)
Recorded on
Karma connects all life, seen and unseen. It is not only for humans but for every creature, tree, and stone. Our actions and experiences are intertwined through karmic bonds we may not understand. A creature dies suddenly on the road; we feel a connection. A tree lives for thousands of years, rooted through seasons, yet its leaves scatter on the wind, and its life can end from unseen forces within, like insects drawn by piled bark. Even a stone has life, becoming dust, then part of a body again. Time is nothing, yet it brings all things. Therefore, we must act with goodness. Do not give negativity; bring good again. Help others, as one man helped a beaten stranger. We should not fight or speak ill, for we are human. All life—trees, animals, grass—is our mother and father, giving us sustenance. We must protect it, not needlessly destroy. Our current way, cutting vast forests for profit, shows humans are not good. Yet, we can choose differently. Do good for all. "Karma is in everything." "Time is nothing, time is nothing. Wait, wait, but it means that time comes." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Be positive
22:50 - 0:00 (70 min)
Recorded on
The choice between positivity and negativity is a fundamental spiritual decision. One must not judge others without knowing the full story, as appearances are deceptive. The people and atmosphere one chooses directly shape the mind's development. Ultimately, the path is a personal choice. There are four types of grace: divine grace, the grace of parents and teachers, the supreme grace of the Guru, and one's own grace. The Guru shows the path but does not force the disciple; one's own effort is crucial. Cultivate gratitude for what you have, as craving more leads to misery, exemplified by the farmer who became unhappy after finding 99 coins. Do not seek faults in others, for that draws their negativity onto oneself. Negativity is often more alluring, but positive association is essential for growth. Even animals sense intention, as when a saint's negative thought drove swans away. Use discrimination to choose the positive path. Spiritual progress depends on personal choice, Guru's grace, and righteous living. "Guru kṛpā hi kevalam, śiṣya ānanda maṅgalam." "If the result of your meditation is being jealous and angry, it was better that you continued sleeping." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
