Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprahuji
0:50 - 0:57 (7 min)
Recorded on
The divine name is the means to cross the ocean of worldly existence. Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī is the incarnation for all beings. By contemplating His name with grace, one cuts down desire, anger, and greed. The world's illusion remains far away through the Guru's grace. His name is the boat for crossing; the Satguru's grace is that boat. One who receives this grace finds their passage. At the time of dissolution, the Guru's light will manifest within the heart. By always holding His enchanting form in mind, one need not fear the net of illusion. The name itself provides absorption in divine feeling and ensures safe crossing. "For the beings of the world—the jīvas and jinn—His name itself is the boat to cross the ocean of existence." "By the grace of always contemplating Him, desire and anger... For the jīvas and jinn, by His name, one is always immersed in divine feeling." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Practicing Yoga Asanas
1:00 - 1:41 (41 min)
Recorded on
We practice Vajrāsana and Vīrāsana for the nāḍī systems. Vajrāsana activates the Vajra Nāḍī, which begins between the big and second toe, connects to the base of the spine, and guides energy to the navel. Sitting in it after eating aids digestion and can help with constipation by relaxing the stomach and straightening the spine. It also balances the sciatic nerve. Vīrāsana, the hero's posture, involves sitting on the heels with toes standing. It warms the body, increases alertness, and with practice, can help repair digestion and headaches. These postures strengthen the lower centers and foot soles, which connect to the body's organs. They develop leg strength, balance, and concentration. Practice must be held steadily to awaken the nerves. "This Vajrāsana is designed especially to strengthen or to activate that Vajra Nāḍī." "This will repair our digestion. This will repair our headache problems, also many, many things." Filming location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA
The real Guru is in oneness
1:45 - 2:46 (61 min)
Recorded on
Devotion is a singular reality, expressed through many names and forms. The genuine saint or deity does not demand exclusive worship, for the divine essence is one. All human distinctions of country, color, or language are ultimately irrelevant. We gather to sing and remember this unity, honoring the lineage of teachers who point toward it. Each moment of life is profoundly precious, like a bullet fired that cannot be recalled. Our vital energy, or prāṇa, is the very force of life and feeling within the body. To concentrate on this prāṇa is to connect with the divine source. The spiritual journey requires great purity, akin to walking a sharp edge. Our inner negativity can cause regression, while cultivating oneness leads toward merging with the infinite, like a drop returning to the ocean. All external religious forms are like different names for the same water; the essence is one. "Because the real one is in oneness. If any God were to say, 'Do not worship this other God,' then neither is that God right, nor are you good for following such a command." "Your heart should be my heart. Your mind should be my mind. Feelings must be my feelings, everything." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

AUM and Chakras
3:25 - 4:30 (65 min)
Recorded on
The resonance of OM and the balance of the nāḍīs govern health and consciousness. The body is a system of 72,000 nerves, centered on three primary channels: the left, the right, and the central Suṣumṇā. The left nostril, or moon channel, governs emotion and change, influenced by lunar tides. The right nostril, or sun channel, represents steady consciousness and solar fire. Their alternating flow every 14 minutes balances the hemispheres and glands. Prāṇāyāma purifies these channels. Techniques like Nāḍī Śodhana involve alternate-nostril breathing to cleanse the nervous system indirectly through lung and blood purification, not by forcing air into nerves. Chanting OM, with its four sounds originating from the navel, creates resonance that heals internal organs. Physical practice must begin with gentle body warming to prepare the joints and circulation, not with advanced postures. Headaches are addressed through hydration and postures like forward bends to increase cranial blood flow. Breath exercises like Bhastrikā and Kapālabhāti cleanse the head and remove tension. Ultimately, these practices relax all nāḍīs, dissolve stress, and restore natural health. "The left nostril is the moon. The principle of the moon is water, and the principle of the water is emotion." "We cannot put the air in our nerves, but it goes through the purification of our lungs, our oxygen." Live a healthy and spiritual life
4:35 - 5:21 (46 min)
Recorded on
Welcome to this gathering on spiritual progress and practice. A global community has come together after a period of separation. Observing the growth in practice, especially outside India, is heartening. Early encounters revealed different lifestyles, yet many embraced change, giving up meat and alcohol, leading to health and goodness. This reflects a human evolution from basic existence toward higher consciousness, guided by divine knowledge. Humanity has advanced greatly in science and material development. Alongside this worldly path exists the distinct, ancient path of yogic science, now spreading through Sanātana Dharma across all countries. Many from various nations now live as sādhus, learning peace and purity in āśrams. This understanding deepens as more engage with these practices from within. "Then came Bhagavān Śiva, who gave this to humans." "In a few years now, we will see that we will all come to good in this world." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The Nature of Bhajan and the Journey of the Sūrat
5:25 - 6:08 (43 min)
Recorded on
The nature of bhajan and the journey of the sūrat, or consciousness, is explained. A bhajan is a spiritual song containing God's name, philosophy, inspiration, and answers. It differs from simple prayer. Bhajans express the inner states and functions of the human body. The sūrat is likened to a virgin girl, representing one's pure inner feeling and intention. This sūrat travels through countless lifetimes, not the physical body. Its ultimate marriage is union with the ātmā, the true Self. When consciousness merges with the Self, all worldly identifications dissolve. This union is the aim of spiritual practice. "Without a husband, I was known as a married one. Without ātmā jñāna, I called myself free." "8.4 million different lives. I was wandering, birth and death, and I did not find the Satguru there." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Mansik Puja to Vishwaguruji
5:30 - 5:56 (26 min)
Recorded on
A guided meditation for a spiritual teacher's birthday, performed mentally by disciples who cannot be physically present. Visualize the teacher seated before you. Perform a mental worship: apply sacred mark to his feet with a chant, light an imagined lamp, and perform ritual circling with it. Offer flowers, make full prostration, and ask for forgiveness. Feel the teacher's hand blessing your head, transmitting light and power. Offer him imagined food. Express profound gratitude for his incarnation, work, and guidance. Pray for peace, happiness, and steadfastness on the path. Pray for the teacher's health and strength, stating that while he can heal all, your prayers and love are what sustain him. "Visualize in your heart that he is sitting in front of you, and we are sitting in front of him." "As a guru, Gurudev cannot fix himself. That is going against the laws... But our prayers and our love are the only things that can give him the strength." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The Light of Satsaṅg and the Thread of Grace
6:15 - 7:02 (47 min)
Recorded on
Human life requires understanding beyond mere physical existence. Daily spiritual practice is essential, like daily hygiene. Satsang defines human life; losing connection to it begins a decline. A true saint represents the supreme essence, not the physical form. All religious traditions ultimately stem from one source, like different suits from the same cloth. God is one, without name or form, yet a personal conception provides a necessary thread for the embodied soul to hold. Initiation from a true Guru merges the individual with the divine; self-made spirituality is insufficient. The flame of grace is constant, even as the human vessel changes. Respect the body and the spiritual identity given. Avoid negativity and criticism. Practice moderation in silence and self-inquiry, diving gently without force. "On the day you lose your feelings towards satsaṅg, from that day onward our dark days begin." "Only the lamp is changed, the flame is the same." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
With the blessing of Gurudev everything is possible
7:05 - 8:06 (61 min)
Recorded on
The spiritual path is built upon a strong foundation of integrated practice. Three daughters embody distinct yogic approaches within one household. Gyānībāī uses wisdom to transform her family, measuring spiritual age from initiation. Sevābāī's selfless service, despite rejection, ultimately leads to abundance and the redemption of her persecutors. Bhaktībāī's devotion, expressed through a single night of worship, protects the entire community from latent harm. These are not separate paths but facets of a complete life. True spirituality is not miraculous displays but grounded simplicity, kindness, and becoming a better human being. It is building a stable pyramid with all sides, not chasing one extraordinary experience. The foundation matters most. "Ten years back, I got Guru Dīkṣā, I met my master. And I got my mantra 10 years back, so I am 10 years old." "If you manage one, you will get everything. But if you want to manage everything, you will lose everything." Discipline and respect are important

We are learning from ourselves during the seminar, how to behave in the present situation, but we shouldn't feel suppressed. Sing bhajans happily.
The Beauty of Unity: A Gathering in Strilky
9:10 - 10:09 (59 min)
Recorded on
The current pandemic reflects a shift in the Kali Yuga, serving as a consequence for human actions while highlighting the protection found in spiritual practice. This situation arose globally, uniquely affecting humanity, which may be linked to the widespread torture of animals. Those maintaining a sattvic lifestyle through vegetarianism, yoga, and meditation have remained largely unaffected. Spiritual gatherings create protective vibrations, safeguarding even those nearby. The era contains isolated realms of higher consciousness, akin to Satya Yuga, within the prevailing age. Various yoga paths exist, each valid and beautiful in their diversity, like different trees in a forest. True spiritual progress requires respecting all traditions while remaining steadfast in one's own guru lineage. The guru's light dispels all darkness for the sincere disciple. Our practice is structured in foundational stages, from nurturing children to advanced spiritual discipline, aligning with the development of the human sheaths. "Perhaps they prayed to God, 'God, why are you allowing this torture? Please, let humans suffer something in this Kali Yuga.' And it has come." "On the day you have fully accepted your guru, you become light. You can go anywhere there is darkness." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
I will be Thine
10:15 - 11:14 (59 min)
Recorded on
True devotion transcends all distance. Where there is pure love for the Divine, separation cannot exist. This love connects soul to soul, uniting the devotee with God. Physical proximity is irrelevant when bhakti is present; without it, even a neighbor feels distant. Spiritual practice maintains this permanent bond beyond the temporary body. Jealousy and fear arise from attachment and ignorance, creating separation. Most seek material gains, but human life is for realizing the soul. The seeker is already close to the ocean of consciousness, like a drop of water on a hand held above the sea. Do not wander far in search; the Divine is within. Practice with unwavering awareness and without doubt. "Where there is bhakti, where there is devotion, or where there is love, there is no distance." "Where are you searching me, my dear? I am with you." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
The main points of yoga practicing
11:20 - 13:08 (108 min)
Recorded on
Today is a day of honoring the sacred bond between brothers and sisters, observed on this full moon. Many festivals exist to unite people in joy and tradition. A story tells of a wise woman who, by tying a protective thread on a king's wrist, established him as her brother, thus creating this celebration. This thread signifies a pure familial bond, transforming relationships into that of siblings, beyond marital consideration. Such traditions maintain peace and respect within communities. Our well-being is also deeply connected to living in harmony with natural cycles. Consuming foods in their proper season, as provided by nature, is essential for health, unlike modern habits which lead to illness. Physical movement through yoga āsanas is the foundation of health, preparing the body for the vital practice of prāṇāyāma. This breath work balances the subtle energy channels, known as nāḍīs, and is central to the holistic path of Yoga in Daily Life. The practice must be gentle and gradual, following a structured system to avoid harm and cultivate lasting well-being. "At that time, women and girls were worshipped more. Now it is not so here, but this festival, this day, remains." "One should not overdo. Therefore, the practice should be peaceful. In our 'Yoga in Daily Life' book, everything is written from beginning to end." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

We need purification
14:20 - 15:14 (54 min)
Recorded on
Purification requires sustained personal effort and grace, not mere ritual practice. Many perform techniques for decades without profound experience because inner work remains undone. The soul is like a cloth colored by worldly actions or divine name. Purification is an alchemical process requiring the heat of dedicated practice. Do not blame others; you alone must cleanse your heart. The world stains this cloth constantly. Self-effort is essential, but a master's direct transmission acts as a crucial injection, enabling real absorption. Your inner state is fragile yet can become resilient like a pure crystal that repels dust. True practice means coloring your being with divine consciousness through unwavering, heartfelt repetition of the sacred name. "First, we must purify. The more we put it through heat, the more its purity emerges." "You need an injection from the Master. From the heart, you should have a constant injection, and that is your practice." We need a boat to cross the ocean
15:20 - 16:25 (65 min)
Recorded on
Satsang is the boat to cross the ocean of worldly illusion. This gathering connects you to divine energy through remembrance of saints and divine figures, just as typing a name summons a specific video. Your thoughts create immediate light or darkness; positive thinking enlightens, while negative thinking poisons. When leading satsang, one must speak as an instrument of the divine, not from ego. The divine light dwells in every heart; no heart is empty. Enter the boat with trust, and the captain will guide you to the shore. If you dwell in doubt while present, you will not taste the nectar of wisdom. Centers of practice exist worldwide; welcome all seekers with love, not conditions. Love unites; jealousy divides. The festival of lights celebrates the divine light entering the world, a blissful dawn from darkness. This light is the same across all traditions; seeing difference is duality. The divine smile is an expression of this light, attracting naturally like a beautiful flower. A mantra, seated within, becomes a light of wisdom, confidence, and love, awakening one from ignorance. Practice with faith, without doubt. "Sab ghaṭ mera sanyā, koī ghaṭ khālī naye. In every heart my God is dwelling, no heart is empty." "Gurudev takes upon himself the destiny of the devotees." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Bhajan singing from Jadan Ashram
16:30 - 17:05 (35 min)
Recorded on
The refuge lies at the divine feet. By taking refuge there, one experiences supreme truth and bliss, becoming free from the cycle of birth and death. The mind finds its steady path. The Vedas and Puranas sing of this refuge. True devotion and knowledge lead to liberation. The divine name itself brings supreme happiness. The true Guru is incomparable. "Charaṇamme Arasattati Ratahe, Vohela Purāṇamme Gāte." "Mannava Dhire Dhire Chalga, Gaṅgā Charanare Bai." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Bhajan Singing from Jadan
17:10 - 18:20 (70 min)
Recorded on
A musical offering explores devotion through raga and sacred verse. The performance weaves classical composition with devotional poetry. It presents the longing of Meera, who found divine nectar in poison. It shares Kabir's metaphor of the body as a finely woven garment dyed in divine essence. The inquiry asks who truly comes and goes in this world of light and illusion. The teaching asserts that only the true Guru's name endures, while all else is transient. The offering culminates in universal salutations to the divine in all forms. "Rana ne vish diya, mano amrit piya. Mira saagar me sarita samaane lagi." "Santa, kun re āve re, kun jāye bole re? Jaari khabar karo." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

To be independent
19:10 - 20:24 (74 min)
Recorded on
The Guru's grace liberates the soul from worldly bondage. Without the true Guru, one cannot cross the ocean of existence. The Guru incarnates to lead beings from darkness to light, granting independence from the cycle of birth and death. Trust in the Guru's name provides protection and leads to liberation, as illustrated by a disciple whose faith allowed him to survive mortal dangers. Conversely, jealousy is a destructive fire that consumes from within. True freedom is not merely political but liberation from inner enemies like desire, anger, and attachment. Worldly conflicts stem from animalistic ambitions awakening in humans. Lasting peace requires wisdom, compassion, and the removal of these negative qualities through divine remembrance. "Without the grace of the Guru, you cannot cross the ocean of the world and reach liberation." "O Lord, liberate me gently... and lead me to immortality." Filming locations: Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India.
Repeat the name of Gurudev
20:30 - 20:57 (27 min)
Recorded on
The human birth is a rare and urgent opportunity. The scriptures and all aspects of existence point to a single imperative. The sole necessity is to fix the mind upon the Guru's name. This precious human form is exceedingly difficult to obtain again. One must become truly human in this very moment. By being steadfast in this practice, the vision of the true Self is attained. Do not waste this fleeting chance. "Oh lamp of qualities, Hari, fix your mind on the Guru’s name. This opportunity will not come again; be human." "This is the totality of knowledge: to be human." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Find your Shelter near Gurudev
23:30 - 0:49 (79 min)
Recorded on
The seeker's path requires unwavering concentration and balance, like walking a tightrope or a crane standing on one leg in water. Human life is a rare opportunity for this learning. The journey involves cycles, represented by the numbers one through nine, leading back to zero to begin again. Worldly attachments and happiness are transient, like messages in a ring stating "this will also go." True progress comes from Guru's grace, which purifies the seeker through and through, not merely by external signs. The Divine Mother, as Kuṣmāṇḍā, generated the universe from a cosmic egg with her smile, creating the trinity of Mahākālī, Mahālakṣmī, and Mahāsarasvatī. Liberation while living is possible, but it requires removing the cycle of birth and death to avoid the torment of cosmic dissolution. "This will also go. This will go." "I have colored you already. This cloth to color is nothing, but I have colored you completely through and through." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
