Yoga Nidra: The Yogi's Conscious Sleep
0:05 - 0:56 (51 min)
Recorded on
Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious sleep, a deep relaxation with full awareness. Prepare by finding a comfortable position to remain motionless. Begin by forming a Śaṅkalpa, a positive resolve for yourself and others, repeating it three times. Relax the body completely through a detailed scan from the toes to the crown of the head. Bring awareness to the breath, feeling the prāṇa flow in the abdomen, chest, and throat. Listen to the inner sound of the breath, so'ham. Conclude by reaffirming your Śaṅkalpa three times, then gradually return awareness to the body and the surroundings. "Try to remain motionless throughout the entire practice, not moving, while at the same time staying awake and not falling asleep." "Relax completely, but remain fully aware, conscious of the energy flow." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
The Purifying Path of Haṭha Yoga: An Introduction to Ṣaṭkarma
1:00 - 1:47 (47 min)
Recorded on
Haṭha Yoga's essence is the six purification techniques, or Ṣaṭkarma, for cleansing the body and balancing energy. Our polluted modern environment necessitates these natural cleansings using water, salt, and air. These practices purify the physical system and uniquely influence the vegetative nervous system, which is typically beyond our control. The goal is to balance the Iḍā and Piṅgalā energy channels, allowing the central Suṣumnā to flow. This mastery brings many benefits, fostering willpower and overcoming inertia. Regular purification, especially during seasonal changes, removes metabolic waste that causes illness and stagnation, keeping energy flowing. Specific techniques like Netī cleanse the nasal passages, while Agni Sāra and Naulī stoke the digestive fire. These are potent tools that require proper guidance from an experienced teacher regarding the correct method and timing. "Haṭha Yoga is not only that we clean and purify our whole system, our whole body, but it also has a great, very great effect on our nervous system, especially the vegetative nervous system." "When they are balanced, then the third one, the Suṣumnā Nāḍī, will start to flow." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Eat well and practice
1:55 - 2:35 (40 min)
Recorded on
The beauty of life is found in its natural state, not in artificial enhancements. Nature displays a beautiful spectrum of color and age. Fashion and chemical products like makeup stem from desire, which hinders higher consciousness. These items are expensive, full of chemicals, and create dependency while damaging the skin. Yoga practice regenerates the body, improves circulation, and supports glands and organs. Natural oils like sesame or olive oil are healthy for the skin, unlike blocking creams. Our diet is crucial; natural foods are needed as the body will produce what it lacks. Avoid excessive meat, linked to cancer, and processed foods. Dedicate time daily to yoga and prāṇāyāma for health, happiness, and true beauty that comes from within. "Fashion kills people... As long as you have desire, you cannot proceed towards higher consciousness." "Yoga regenerates our body, the cells, our skin. It is great support for our gland systems, organs, and blood circulation." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Practice well
2:40 - 3:22 (42 min)
Recorded on
Haṭha Yoga is a supreme path requiring correct practice. The techniques of nauli and basti are essential for purifying the digestive system. A proper diet is foundational: eat vegetarian meals every five to six hours, leaving space in the stomach, and fast overnight. This physical purification supports the higher goal where the conscious self masters the body, not the reverse. True practice transcends mere physical techniques or brief study; it demands lifelong guidance from a genuine master. Theoretical knowledge alone is insufficient, like holding a speck of dust compared to the mountain of practical wisdom. The aim is complete independence, where one desires nothing, not even from the divine. "Leave space for solid food, liquid food, and what we call liquid—also water. Give the stomach some empty space." "If you want to give me something, then I wish you would just go away from here." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We all will come to oneness
3:30 - 4:09 (39 min)
Recorded on
The oneness of service and the soul is our essential truth. Everyone is equal and should be included in practices like pūjā. Give all the opportunity to learn and participate. The altar holds God, so service there is for God. Maintain cleanliness and respect traditional considerations. We are one family, so provide for basic needs like food without emphasis on money. Daily work and satsaṅg are for everyone, like the sun shines for all. God provides for all creatures. At life's end, the soul returns to oneness, beyond religious labels. We originate from and return to the divine ocean like drops of water. Our inner life is God's life. Respect all beings and see the good within. "One in all and all in one." "The ocean is the ocean. We all will come in oneness, and we will come to the ocean again." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Blessing from Satyajuga
5:20 - 6:08 (48 min)
Recorded on
We are gathered in the flow of spiritual time, within Kali Yuga. We are connected to a lineage from Satya Yuga, symbolized by the Alaknandā River and saints like Ālakpurījī. This river represents our strong, collective spiritual current. In this age, performing right effort leads to Brahmaloka. Sanātana Dharma is the eternal, inclusive law for a happy, healthy life for all, beyond any single religion. Kali Yuga is powerful, bringing trials like pandemic and war. We must protect ourselves with practical care and spiritual practice. We are in this divine flow together, and the grace of the Gurus will guide us. "In this Kali Yuga, they will come to Brahmaloka. Others will go back again into the other Yugas." "Sanatana Dharma means for everyone to have a life that is happy, healthy, and spiritual." Filming location: Slovenska Vas, Slovenia

Bhakti Yoga
6:15 - 7:04 (49 min)
Recorded on
Bhakti is the sole refuge in the Kali Yuga. Human capacity for traditional discipline is lost; yama and niyama remain only in books. People are fragmented, unable to perform austeries or control their feelings. Only devotion remains as the one hope. Yet, both Bhakti and Jñāna are said to be suffering in this age. Bhakti has many forms, beginning with love for oneself. Without this foundation, love for parents, siblings, spouse, teacher, or the divine is impossible. All other loves are built upon this self-love. The devotee and the Divine are one. God cannot be bound by any power except the rope of a devotee's love. That love is the force that liberates. "Neither am I in the heart of the yogīs, nor am I in the forest or in Vaikuṇṭha. I am there, O Arjuna, where my bhaktas sing my name with love, with glory." "I can do all, but I cannot defeat love." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
To be independent
7:05 - 8:19 (74 min)
Recorded on
The Guru's grace liberates the soul from worldly bondage. Without the true Guru, one cannot cross the ocean of existence. The Guru incarnates to lead beings from darkness to light, granting independence from the cycle of birth and death. Trust in the Guru's name provides protection and leads to liberation, as illustrated by a disciple whose faith allowed him to survive mortal dangers. Conversely, jealousy is a destructive fire that consumes from within. True freedom is not merely political but liberation from inner enemies like desire, anger, and attachment. Worldly conflicts stem from animalistic ambitions awakening in humans. Lasting peace requires wisdom, compassion, and the removal of these negative qualities through divine remembrance. "Without the grace of the Guru, you cannot cross the ocean of the world and reach liberation." "O Lord, liberate me gently... and lead me to immortality." Filming locations: Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India.

A Welcome Address on Peace and Yoga
12:00 - 12:07 (7 min)
Recorded on
Peace is humanity's deepest longing, achieved through inner transformation. Outer circumstances reflect our inner state; greed, jealousy, and hate destroy peace. We must be the change we wish to see, serving as examples. True peace harmonizes us physically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually. Yoga provides a practical path, developing inner peace through spiritual techniques. This inner peace then reflects outward into our families and the world through our words and actions. The teachings and lineage of our spiritual masters guide this work of selfless service and universal unity, inspiring efforts for global harmony. "Be the change you want to see." "One and all, and all in one." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
Around the world - World peace in your hands
12:15 - 12:18 (3 min)
Recorded on
Peace is in your hands, and inner peace is the foundation for world peace. A practical yoga system was created to address modern life's problems, now practiced globally. This system is an accredited university course and a tool for hospital rehabilitation. The organization is a UN-affiliated non-profit working for human rights, environmental protection, and universal welfare. Humanitarian projects include a large educational institute in India shaped like the Om symbol, a school for handicapped children, and a planned hospital. In drought areas, it provides free fire services and a rainwater harvesting initiative. The founder has initiated international peace summits and a world peace forum, promoting interfaith dialogue for decades. His efforts have been recognized with awards from global leaders for advancing citizens' holistic health. The core message is that personal transformation is essential for global change. "All elements are balanced in a perfect way, and that balancing principle, that is what I call yoga." "Be the change you want to see."
Find your Shelter near Gurudev
12:25 - 13:44 (79 min)
Recorded on
The seeker's path requires unwavering concentration and balance, like walking a tightrope or a crane standing on one leg in water. Human life is a rare opportunity for this learning. The journey involves cycles, represented by the numbers one through nine, leading back to zero to begin again. Worldly attachments and happiness are transient, like messages in a ring stating "this will also go." True progress comes from Guru's grace, which purifies the seeker through and through, not merely by external signs. The Divine Mother, as Kuṣmāṇḍā, generated the universe from a cosmic egg with her smile, creating the trinity of Mahākālī, Mahālakṣmī, and Mahāsarasvatī. Liberation while living is possible, but it requires removing the cycle of birth and death to avoid the torment of cosmic dissolution. "This will also go. This will go." "I have colored you already. This cloth to color is nothing, but I have colored you completely through and through." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
How to train our mind?
13:50 - 14:11 (21 min)
Recorded on
The mind is restless and must be tamed. A king had a horse no one could ride. Many trainers failed by forcing it. A wise trainer did not force it. He simply followed the horse everywhere, building association. He let the horse come to him. Then he rewarded it with grass and slowly introduced a blanket. Eventually, he gently climbed on while petting it. The horse accepted him. The training took over a year through patient trust. Our mind is like that horse. Let it run; that is its nature. Do not force it. Slowly train it towards devotion. When it calms, it will return. Grace makes this training possible. "The trainer was different. He took the horse and simply let it be." "Slowly, slowly, train your mind towards Guru Bhakti." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
That light will never blow off
14:30 - 15:24 (54 min)
Recorded on
The divine path is guided by the power of the spiritual lineage. This gathering marks a return from worldly vacation to the true home of spiritual practice. The present moment in this ashram is the right time and place, for it is a blessed ground awakened by the Masters. Connection to this great lineage is a divine blessing, uniting individuals from across the world into one family. The Masters of this paramparā possess immense spiritual power, demonstrating control over life, death, and the elements. Their protective presence forms an impenetrable bubble around the devotees. The path requires surrender, trust, and letting go of all baggage, for everything happens for a reason under divine guidance. From time to time, the cosmic light incarnates to guide devotees on the divine path, providing direction, unity, and yoga in daily life. The sacred Pañcākṣara mantra, "Oṁ Namah Śivāya," is a short, powerful blessing for peace and devotion, especially potent during the sacred month dedicated to Lord Śiva. "He stared into the train, or into that station, and that all started burning." "Next morning, Śrī Deva Puruṣa Mahārāj woke up as normal... at 5:45, he sat in his Dhyāna Mudrā, and he just went into Samādhi." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
If you have dedication, you get everything
15:00 - 16:04 (64 min)
Recorded on
Life is simple; do not complicate it. Simplicity in dress reflects inner renunciation. A story illustrates the poison of jealousy. A pundit received a conch granting wishes, but his neighbor received double. His envy prevented him from using it, causing his family to starve. When they finally used it, he returned in anger, wishing himself harm to hurt his neighbor more. Jealousy destroys contentment. Another story teaches dedication. Prince Siddhartha, shielded from suffering, saw old age, sickness, and death. He renounced luxury to seek truth. After trying many paths, he sat in unwavering meditation until enlightenment. His first disciples left when his initial request was for food, showing that true disciples remain steadfast. Dedication to the path, not intellectual prowess, brings grace, as shown by the disciple Giri who received knowledge through pure devotion. "God gave him a conch. The condition was that whatever you ask from the conch after doing pūjā, your neighbor will get double the amount." "Siddhartha decided these worldly pleasures, this luxurious life, everything in life, it’s not for him." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
A Monument for Krishnanaji
16:05 - 16:20 (15 min)
Recorded on
A monument is being created in memory of Krishnanaji. Swāmījī requested a monument be placed in the main square of Vép. This model is sixty centimeters, but the final stone monument will be two hundred twenty. Krishnanaji passed three years ago during the COVID time. He was the foundational seed for yoga and the lineage in Hungary. When Swāmījī first visited, he stayed in their home for a month with devotees. Upon leaving, Swāmījī said he had left two seeds there. The entire growth of the system in Hungary is the fruit of Krishnanaji's work. He organized international seminars and an ashram. He was like a citizen of Vép, known by the mayor and community. The monument will stand beside peace trees planted by the mayor and Viśva Gurujī. It will preserve his vivid memory for everyone. "Now I left here two seeds. Let's see what is going on, what will grow out of it." "He was really the seed of the seed in Hungary for yoga in life and in the paramparā." The essence is the unstruck sound, the Anāhada, realized through devotion beyond form and thought. This is not an experience of the body or mind. It is beyond all attributes, beyond the forms of Rama or any shadow. It is the formless void that holds the supreme form. Neither meditation nor chanting can reach it. It is understood only through the grace of the true Guru. One must surrender at the divine feet, seeking mercy and blessings for liberation. The devotional offering is the path. "Neither meditation nor chanting can reach it." "Please bless me with your blessings, I request you, O Guru." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Kali Yuga is the age of karma and the path to liberation. All action is karma, and karma is the primary substance of human life. Every physical, mental, emotional, and intellectual activity is karma. This entire era is one of Karma Yoga, where all are engaged in work, becoming slaves to labor and gold. One cannot be free from action; even breathing is karma. Liberation is achieved through performing this karma skillfully and positively, cultivating non-violence in thought and deed. This positive karma leads to security and happiness. The practice culminates in yoga, the union of the individual soul with the Supreme. This realization generates an inner fire that burns away all karmas. The sole hope in this age is the repetition of the divine name through mantra, which provides the essence for crossing this yuga. Ayurveda is the supporting knowledge that prolongs life for this spiritual purpose. "Yogaḥ karmasu kauśalam." "Kali Yuga is only crossed through Bhakti Yoga, through mantra." Filming location: Rijeka, Croatia
Being a human
20:10 - 20:41 (31 min)
Recorded on
Spiritual discipline guides one from ignorance to enlightenment. Human life is a rare opportunity among countless life forms. Animals possess innate discipline, but humans are given specific principles—conduct, thought, diet, and recreation—to cultivate goodness and occupy the mind positively. These rules, including fasting and observing holy days, were established by sages to prevent negative actions. Every action creates a corresponding reaction, good or bad. By following these disciplined observances, known as saṃskāras, one progresses spiritually. Without such discipline, one remains bound to the cycle of karma and rebirth. The goal is to become absorbed in the formless, eternal Brahman. "God knows everything, does He not? God knows what you will say, what you will do." "Where there is action, there will be reaction. Good action yields good reaction. Bad action yields bad reaction." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Remembering of Sri Devpurijis mahasamadhi day
20:45 - 22:04 (79 min)

The parampara is a living lineage requiring devotion and obedience. Receiving the mantra is a sacred contract; the Guru promises to guide you to the Supreme, and you must allow and cooperate. The entire lineage speaks and acts through the living Guru for your spiritual benefit. Everything required is positive and for your advancement. The Guru is the present link, amplifying all past masters. True connection brings inner peace and solves all problems. Faith ensures the Guru's guidance through all circumstances, both joyful and difficult. The disciple's journey involves tests to build strength. Ultimately, all masters are one; experiencing this unity is the goal. "The entire parampara is not a dead one that requires nothing from us." "If you open your heart and have lots of unconditional love, then you will find miracles are there all the time." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We all are One
22:10 - 23:23 (73 min)
Recorded on
The selection of yoga teachers depends on your practice and ability to perform advanced postures, not on the master. Mother Nature gives abundantly after long preparation, just as you must practice for months to give your knowledge in these two weeks. Practice makes perfect; stopping makes everything wild again. You must analyze yourself physically and mentally to give practical knowledge, not just theory. Many open centers with changing techniques, but they close. Our system lasts because it is scientific, safe, and unchanged; its teachers teach as selfless service. Many good organizations and spiritual movements eventually split after their master dies, like cabins without a locomotive. This happens when worldly interests like greed enter, which can split even a rock like a subtle root. A real yoga teacher understands the spirit and the master's struggle, remaining united under one umbrella. Cultural identity is being lost, and language has been used to divide people. True qualities are humility, kindness, and being a giver. "The tree works for eleven and a half months, and for two weeks, it is busy giving all that it has collected. Similarly, for eleven and a half months, you are practicing and trying your best. And in these two weeks, you give your knowledge and abilities." "A real yoga teacher is not a physical trainer, not only philosophy, but itself: ahaṁ brahmāsmi. That can only be if we are together." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
How the energy circulating in our body
23:30 - 0:54 (84 min)
Recorded on
The moon is a symbol of Śiva and the balance of energies within. It resides on Śiva's head, signifying its importance. In marital ceremonies, a moon-like crown symbolizes union. The left side represents the female principle, Śakti or Pārvatī, associated with the heart and mercy. Energy channels, Iḍā and Piṅgalā, move like a serpent, balancing male and female energies throughout the chakras. This serpentine energy, the kuṇḍalinī, supports the earth and is linked to cosmic forces like Śeṣanāga. Awakening this energy leads to spiritual knowledge beyond academic learning. True spiritual attainment, demonstrated by faith, surpasses scholarly knowledge. The resonance of OM originates from the navel, and its correct chanting involves a still tongue and navel, creating resonance throughout the body. "The left is female, and the right is the male." "For those who are on the spiritual path... that is the different science." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
