We can reach God through Satsang
0:05 - 0:43 (38 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Ljubljana, Slovenia. Prasad is very great. It is given by God. We should live in peace and harmony otherwise we are lost. We can do good things only during our life. After death everything goes. A drop of water can become one with the ocean. We should be pure inside also. Satsang means to be together with our good friends and speak about the truth. Bhajan singing.
We can change the world together
0:50 - 1:46 (56 min)

Conscious consumption is imperative for health and spiritual integrity. Many now consume insects and altered foods, a practice spreading globally. This causes physical harm, as foreign substances introduce problems into the body. We lack the proper enzymes to digest such matter, leading to potential blockages and disease. The food system contains hidden ingredients, with labeling often absent in restaurants. Market forces alone are insufficient, as some insect-based products are now cheap and popular. Collective endurance and personal action are required. Cook at home using known, raw ingredients to ensure purity. Unity and sustained refusal to buy harmful products can change industry practices. Historical movements succeeded through shared sacrifice and will. Your health and autonomy depend on what you choose to consume. "To digest such matter, we would need a special enzyme which we do not have." "The best food for our health is no-label food." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Stories are within you
1:50 - 2:48 (58 min)
Recorded on
Surrender to the guru is the path to grace, and stories are vessels for truth. We are not the doer; all action belongs to the guru. We surrender our capacity at the holy feet. An object, like carved stone, is transformed through consecration and placement upon the altar; it becomes divine through worship. Offer what you can from inner devotion. The guru's grace precedes our birth, and there are many true gurus. Do not judge them. A story was told of a poor man who asked a great sage four questions but was given only three answers for others' problems. By selflessly conveying the solutions—which revealed treasure and led to a marriage—his own poverty was resolved. Your word has power; speak with care, for what you declare takes form. Truth resides within, and a story is that inner store of experience. Learn through crafting tales from your own life. "First, give your answers. And he said, 'Only three questions.' And these three were the answer for your fourth." "The story is in you. So every day before going to sleep, have a story for yourself." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We got the energy of our parampara
2:55 - 4:24 (89 min)
Recorded on
Satsaṅg is the essential life and path to the cosmic. It is the company of all holy people and religions, where the heart turns to God beyond language. Without regular satsaṅg and meditation, one becomes covered in dust, an impurity that constantly returns and must be cleaned. This cleaning is the practice of mantra, prāṇāyāma, and good deeds. The current age is Kali Yuga, characterized by this rapid accumulation of spiritual dust. The guru lineage provides the steps for purification. This paramparā extends from Śiva's time through Alakpurījī, Devpurījī, Mahāprabhujī, and Holy Gurujī. The teachings and power of this lineage are transmitted to guide all. Practice is essential; the techniques must be received and passed on correctly to bear fruit. One must engage with the teachings or risk losing the path. "Satsaṅg is the only life, next to nothing." "If we don't have meditations or satsaṅgs or time with good people together, then we are not holy people." Filming location: Ljubljana, Slovenia
Darshan and dhan
4:30 - 5:27 (57 min)
Recorded on
True wealth is found in spiritual vision, not material illusion. The darśana of the Guru is the highest blessing, surpassing all ritual and pilgrimage. Mere repetition of scriptures or practice of yoga is insufficient without this grace. People chase gold and money, mistaking transient possessions for real wealth. Even family bonds, like husband and wife, are often expressions of attachment, not the enduring harmony seen in nature. The real wealth is Darśana Dhan—the vision of God—which leads one forever upward. Worldly roles and gifts, like a mother's ring, are temporary tokens; the true legacy is spiritual awareness. Modern relationships fracture quickly because they lack Sat, the eternal truth. Satsaṅga is communion with that truth, which once attained, does not leave. This world is māyā, a great deceiver composed of the three guṇas, which entangle us through sweet words and desires, primarily attraction between genders and to riches. "Having darśana of the Sadhguru is higher than all pilgrimage." "Māyā is a great cheater... that aspect of God which can deceive us." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Yoga treatment for panic attacks
5:35 - 6:27 (52 min)
Recorded on
Life is a challenging struggle, but we receive clarity and energy from the spiritual path, allowing us to rise again. Our journey provides a continual infusion of clarity for development and energy for daily life. This blessing comes from a true source of knowledge. One practical source is Prāṇāyāma, though we often underutilize it. For instance, sleep issues can stem from imbalanced breathing patterns linked to sleep position, a knowledge from Svara Yoga. Similarly, panic attacks arise from low energy and psychological loss tied to identity. The panic sensation itself is an imitation of suffocation triggered by stress-induced clavicular breathing. The antidote is the full Yoga breath, which signals safety to the brain. Beyond this, deep Prāṇāyāma involves releasing the pelvic floor, a storehouse of tension. This practice retrains the brain towards relaxation. While many modern yoga forms lack depth, our path offers techniques and the blessing of wisdom. This wisdom is cultivated through tools like self-inquiry meditation, which cleans perception and establishes healthy inner boundaries by observing personal patterns. "Panic attacks are based on an imitation of suffocation." "With Prāṇāyāma, both clarity and energy are in our hands." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We are the cause of Mahapralaya
6:35 - 7:43 (68 min)
Recorded on
Chant mantras for protection and purity. The Mahāmṛtyuñjaya Mantra safeguards you, especially while driving. Another mantra purifies the heart like a lotus opening at dawn. Regular recitation acts as an ointment for inner vision. Human actions are causing environmental destruction leading towards a great dissolution. We cut forests, dig mines, destroy mountains, pollute with roads and pesticides, block rivers with dams, and slaughter animals. This removes Earth's balance, making it hollow and unstable. To prevent this, break the dams, stop deforestation and mining, and cease using wood and dug materials for building. Reject the scientists who caused this; convene a conference of farmers and normal people instead. Disseminate this message widely through letters and magazines. Where there is a will, there is a way. "Oṁ tryambhakaṁ yajāmahe sugandhiṁ puṣṭi-vardhanam urvārukam iva bandhanān mṛtyor mukṣīya māmṛtāt." "Through this mantra, in our heart, such happiness comes, purity comes." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Om is Divine
7:50 - 8:26 (36 min)
Recorded on
Aum is the origin and substance of all creation. It is the formless, eternal source, the first vibration from which everything arises. The three qualities of nature emerge from Aum to manifest the universe. All beings live within Aum, and all knowledge, scriptures, and mantras flow from it. Repeating and meditating upon Aum awakens divine light, purifies karma, and overcomes worldly fear and sorrow. The wise hold Aum in their heart, for it is the means to cross the ocean of worldly existence. "Oṃ kar parabrahma rūpahe." "Oṃ se bhavabhaya harachanasaro." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The name is important not the body
8:30 - 8:55 (25 min)
Recorded on
The essence of all spiritual paths is one, though names and forms differ. In this age, humanity knows of conflict and war, yet the unifying difference now is spirituality. Whether called yoga, prayer, or meditation, the core is the same. Languages and nations vary, but the human essence and the teachings are one. Various centers and temples bear different names, just as children in a village each receive a unique name, yet all are human. One should not claim exclusivity for a single path or teacher. Many beautiful trees exist in many forests; all share in oneness. The physical body is transient, but the name based on one's deeds endures. We must welcome all, respecting every guest and tradition as part of the same human family. True yoga is not merely physical exercise but the prāṇa and spirit within. The name is immortal, while the form is not. "One in all and all in one." "The name is immortal. The body is not immortal." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The sleep makes you healthy
10:47 - 11:05 (18 min)
Recorded on
Sleep reveals the distinction between the body and the true Self. In sleep, the entire body is present in the heart, offered to God. Proper sleep is essential for peace and progress, not found through medicine but through self-understanding. The sleeping body remains, but awareness travels, demonstrating consciousness is not confined to form. This experience shows the Self is separate from its temporary states. From the heart, consciousness moves through the navel, projecting everywhere while the body rests. This process mirrors death but is not death, as the navel anchor remains. Deep sleep brings relaxation and restoration, with the body functioning autonomously. The two aspects are dreaming travel and physical rest. Yoga nidrā touches this state of conscious sleep. "we are sleeping, but that is not us." "Love is the right yourself, yourself in your Self, which is happiness, the source of all greatness." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Yogis are always alert
12:15 - 12:47 (32 min)
Recorded on
The ordinary mind oscillates between states of distraction and unconsciousness. In waking, one is physically present but mentally absent, with thoughts scattered far away. One is here, yet not truly here. Even in sleep, the inner world remains active with dreams and unresolved work. There is waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. The yogi transcends these ordinary states. Yoga Nidrā is not unconscious sleep but a state of profound, alert rest. Like a horse sleeping while standing on one leg, the yogi rests the body while consciousness remains fully awake and aware within. This is the fourth state, a balance of deep rest and total awareness, where one is asleep to the world yet awake to the true Self. "In that, for it is said, yoga sādhanā... How the yogīs, so yogī is not sleeping, and if they are sleeping, but they are awakened." "Know that yoga is the balance between sleep and wakefulness." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The mercy of Bhagavan Shiva
12:55 - 13:25 (30 min)
Recorded on
Śiva is the eternal source and protector beyond birth and form. He is Ādi, the beginningless source from which all emerges. Śiva manifested Brahmā and Viṣṇu, assigning them roles: Brahmā creates, Viṣṇu preserves, and Śiva ultimately protects and dissolves. He maintains balance between all forces. The holy night of Mahāśivarātri commemorates his grace. A desperate hunter, failing to find food, climbed a Bīlva tree. Water from his vessel and leaves he dropped fell onto a Śiva Liṅga below, unknowingly performing worship. Throughout the night, he was moved to compassion and spared the lives of pleading deer. By dawn, Śiva, pleased with this inadvertent devotion, blessed the hunter and his family with sustenance, forbidding further killing. Śiva is Bholenāth, the easily pleased lord who grants boons to simple, sincere hearts, turning even accidental or flawed actions into devotion. "Śiva is not born; he has no mother, no son, and no father. He is the father; it is he who manifests himself." "So when man was there and Śiva came and Śiva said, 'I will protect these deer and I protect your families.'" Filming location: Sydney, Australia
Evening satsang from Om Ashram (1/2)
13:30 - 14:09 (39 min)
Recorded on
The path is established through devotion. The river of wisdom has manifested. All present are requested to raise both hands and clap. The program proceeds with the Guru's blessings, beginning with Guru Vandana and bhajans. This demonstrates the influence of the tradition. One should be proud to be born on this land where many saints and sages were born. We prostrate to the guru and offer our life force. The guru's grace makes everything possible; without it, nothing is possible. Clapping is an opportunity. The Guru teaches that one should not have ego, for ego decides fate. The satsang proceeds solely in the direction of the revered Guru. "Without the grace of Gurū Mahārāj, nothing is possible." "Guru Mahārāj Jī tells us... that we should not have ego. The one who has ego, his fate is decided." Filming location: Rajasthan, India
Preparing the Kalash
14:15 - 14:57 (42 min)
Recorded on
The essence of grace and refuge is found in devotion and surrender. This text is a devotional chant of praise and invocation, not a logical discourse. Its purpose is spiritual communion through repeated sacred names and phrases. The structure is repetitive and formulaic, focusing on reverence. It invokes the Guru and divine figures as the ultimate refuge. The fragmented phrases are for meditative repetition, not linear analysis. The core is taking refuge in grace. "Jaya Guru Deva Parabrahma Dīna Bandhu." "Satguru Svāmī Madhavānandjī Bhagavān Kī Jai." Filming location: Rajasthan, India

Raising the Kalash
16:05 - 16:48 (43 min)
Recorded on
The call to samādhi is a profound spiritual instruction. Sit down completely. This sitting is the foundation. It is the first and final instruction for entering deep meditation. The mind must settle into absolute stillness. From this stillness, divine connection arises. Invocations and chants align the practitioner with higher consciousness. They sanctify the space and the seeker. The ultimate goal is union with the divine principle. "Sit down, sit down, sit down,... sit down, sit down, sit down, sit down, sit down,... sit down,..." "Jai ho Śrī Mahāvandeśwar Swāmījī Mahārāj Jai ho Mahiśwanānjī Mahārāj" Filming location: Rajasthan, India

Remain pure
17:35 - 18:52 (77 min)
Recorded on
A great tree endures storms and provides shelter without complaint, teaching us about strength and purity in a troubled age. This time is very hard, marked by killing and eating animals, which creates many problems. People have brought their ways to new places, and now those ways return, making things bad. We must be very strong, like a tree. Our strength comes from purity in family life, where mother cares for child and husband, and husband provides everything to his wife. But now there are often problems between husband and wife. We are like a single drop of water or a spark of fire in this world; our role is small but must be pure. After the fighting, the pure will go to God. You should be your wife, your husband, your father, your mother—make it all soft. Sit and relax, taking in the power from the trees and the air. "There’s a thousand storms and a fury of rain. It suffers us, yet does not complain." "To those who hurt stones with feet, yields fruit with no touch of remorse." The Kumbh Melā: A Confluence of Time, Faith, and Nectar
21:50 - 21:55 (5 min)
Recorded on
The Kumbh Mela is the greatest spiritual festival, timed by astrology and rooted in myth. It fulfills a need for mass spiritual experience. Legends say gods and demons churned the ocean for the nectar of immortality, Amrita. The god Dhanvantari emerged with the pot. A struggle ensued, and drops of nectar fell at four sacred sites: Haridwar, Nashik, Prayag, and Ujjain. The festival occurs when specific constellations align over these places. At Prayag, the confluence of three sacred rivers is celebrated. Bathing there on the auspicious day is believed to grant supreme blessings. It is one of the world's largest gatherings, with tens of millions participating. The united effort of diverse spiritual paths at this sacred time is thought to generate immense spiritual power for the world's benefit. "Time belongs to all religions, which is why India is the most auspicious place for the Kumbh Melā." "The belief is that much can be achieved for the benefit of the world through united efforts." We will bring that divine light
23:10 - 23:58 (48 min)
Recorded on
The essence is the Guru's light and the systematic knowledge received. A rare opportunity exists to be with the Gurudev. India is an ocean of knowledge, and the Guru brings its pure essence to all. The knowledge of the Vedas and Upaniṣads belongs to everyone. A true Guru is a Brahmaniṣṭha Śrotriya, one who knows reality and can speak it simply. Many speak, but few combine knowledge with expression. The provided system of yoga is good and simple. The core duty is to preserve and spread the light received from the Guru through sādhanā. That inner light transforms everything. Follow the masters' words and practice yoga in daily life. "The one who knows the reality and can speak about it... is a Brahmaniṣṭha Śrotriya." "Bring that light everywhere where you are... You are like a sun in the dark universe." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
