Remain pure
0:35 - 1:52 (77 min)
Recorded on
A great tree endures storms and provides shelter without complaint, teaching us about strength and purity in a troubled age. This time is very hard, marked by killing and eating animals, which creates many problems. People have brought their ways to new places, and now those ways return, making things bad. We must be very strong, like a tree. Our strength comes from purity in family life, where mother cares for child and husband, and husband provides everything to his wife. But now there are often problems between husband and wife. We are like a single drop of water or a spark of fire in this world; our role is small but must be pure. After the fighting, the pure will go to God. You should be your wife, your husband, your father, your mother—make it all soft. Sit and relax, taking in the power from the trees and the air. "There’s a thousand storms and a fury of rain. It suffers us, yet does not complain." "To those who hurt stones with feet, yields fruit with no touch of remorse." We can change the world together
2:00 - 2:56 (56 min)
Recorded on
Conscious consumption is imperative for health and spiritual integrity. Many now consume insects and altered foods, a practice spreading globally. This causes physical harm, as foreign substances introduce problems into the body. We lack the proper enzymes to digest such matter, leading to potential blockages and disease. The food system contains hidden ingredients, with labeling often absent in restaurants. Market forces alone are insufficient, as some insect-based products are now cheap and popular. Collective endurance and personal action are required. Cook at home using known, raw ingredients to ensure purity. Unity and sustained refusal to buy harmful products can change industry practices. Historical movements succeeded through shared sacrifice and will. Your health and autonomy depend on what you choose to consume. "To digest such matter, we would need a special enzyme which we do not have." "The best food for our health is no-label food." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Darshan and dhan
3:00 - 3:57 (57 min)
Recorded on
True wealth is found in spiritual vision, not material illusion. The darśana of the Guru is the highest blessing, surpassing all ritual and pilgrimage. Mere repetition of scriptures or practice of yoga is insufficient without this grace. People chase gold and money, mistaking transient possessions for real wealth. Even family bonds, like husband and wife, are often expressions of attachment, not the enduring harmony seen in nature. The real wealth is Darśana Dhan—the vision of God—which leads one forever upward. Worldly roles and gifts, like a mother's ring, are temporary tokens; the true legacy is spiritual awareness. Modern relationships fracture quickly because they lack Sat, the eternal truth. Satsaṅga is communion with that truth, which once attained, does not leave. This world is māyā, a great deceiver composed of the three guṇas, which entangle us through sweet words and desires, primarily attraction between genders and to riches. "Having darśana of the Sadhguru is higher than all pilgrimage." "Māyā is a great cheater... that aspect of God which can deceive us." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

We can reach God through Satsang
5:30 - 6:08 (38 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Ljubljana, Slovenia. Prasad is very great. It is given by God. We should live in peace and harmony otherwise we are lost. We can do good things only during our life. After death everything goes. A drop of water can become one with the ocean. We should be pure inside also. Satsang means to be together with our good friends and speak about the truth. Bhajan singing.
We should develop positive qualities
6:15 - 7:19 (64 min)
Recorded on
Perfection requires practice, not just theory. There are two types of masters: one who speaks and one who acts through dedicated practice. True meditation is not merely closing one's eyes; it requires the focused commitment of lagan, akin to love that overcomes all distance. On the path, many obstacles arise, serving as the best school. Do not seek glory from the crowd; true friends are few. Dharma—our duty and discipline—protects those who protect it. It manifests in relationships: between parent and child, husband and wife. Protection is mutual; safeguarding others safeguards yourself. Dharma, patience, a true friend, and a faithful partner are revealed in terrible times when all others oppose you. Without these, meditation is impossible due to mental disturbances, the vikāras: greed, insatiable desire, fickleness, and thievery of mind, word, and deed, including intellectual property. Stealing a master's teachings without acknowledgment creates bad karma. All true masters are connected like branches of one tree. Honesty and mercy are the roots of dharma; pride is the root of sin. Purify these first; then meditation can come. "Tons of theory is nothing compared with a grain of practice." "If you protect the dharma, the dharma will protect you." We got the energy of our parampara
7:25 - 8:54 (89 min)
Recorded on
Satsaṅg is the essential life and path to the cosmic. It is the company of all holy people and religions, where the heart turns to God beyond language. Without regular satsaṅg and meditation, one becomes covered in dust, an impurity that constantly returns and must be cleaned. This cleaning is the practice of mantra, prāṇāyāma, and good deeds. The current age is Kali Yuga, characterized by this rapid accumulation of spiritual dust. The guru lineage provides the steps for purification. This paramparā extends from Śiva's time through Alakpurījī, Devpurījī, Mahāprabhujī, and Holy Gurujī. The teachings and power of this lineage are transmitted to guide all. Practice is essential; the techniques must be received and passed on correctly to bear fruit. One must engage with the teachings or risk losing the path. "Satsaṅg is the only life, next to nothing." "If we don't have meditations or satsaṅgs or time with good people together, then we are not holy people." Filming location: Ljubljana, Slovenia

The sleep makes you healthy
10:15 - 10:33 (18 min)
Recorded on
Sleep reveals the distinction between the body and the true Self. In sleep, the entire body is present in the heart, offered to God. Proper sleep is essential for peace and progress, not found through medicine but through self-understanding. The sleeping body remains, but awareness travels, demonstrating consciousness is not confined to form. This experience shows the Self is separate from its temporary states. From the heart, consciousness moves through the navel, projecting everywhere while the body rests. This process mirrors death but is not death, as the navel anchor remains. Deep sleep brings relaxation and restoration, with the body functioning autonomously. The two aspects are dreaming travel and physical rest. Yoga nidrā touches this state of conscious sleep. "we are sleeping, but that is not us." "Love is the right yourself, yourself in your Self, which is happiness, the source of all greatness." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Om is Divine
10:40 - 11:16 (36 min)
Recorded on
Aum is the origin and substance of all creation. It is the formless, eternal source, the first vibration from which everything arises. The three qualities of nature emerge from Aum to manifest the universe. All beings live within Aum, and all knowledge, scriptures, and mantras flow from it. Repeating and meditating upon Aum awakens divine light, purifies karma, and overcomes worldly fear and sorrow. The wise hold Aum in their heart, for it is the means to cross the ocean of worldly existence. "Oṃ kar parabrahma rūpahe." "Oṃ se bhavabhaya harachanasaro." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Yogis are always alert
11:20 - 11:52 (32 min)
Recorded on
The ordinary mind oscillates between states of distraction and unconsciousness. In waking, one is physically present but mentally absent, with thoughts scattered far away. One is here, yet not truly here. Even in sleep, the inner world remains active with dreams and unresolved work. There is waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. The yogi transcends these ordinary states. Yoga Nidrā is not unconscious sleep but a state of profound, alert rest. Like a horse sleeping while standing on one leg, the yogi rests the body while consciousness remains fully awake and aware within. This is the fourth state, a balance of deep rest and total awareness, where one is asleep to the world yet awake to the true Self. "In that, for it is said, yoga sādhanā... How the yogīs, so yogī is not sleeping, and if they are sleeping, but they are awakened." "Know that yoga is the balance between sleep and wakefulness." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The Essence of Yoga in Daily Life
11:55 - 12:30 (35 min)
Recorded on
Yoga in daily life is the integration of spiritual discipline into every action. You must know your purpose. I taught yoga abroad and required a commitment to vegetarianism, refusing to teach those who ate meat. In India, some who never ate meat now do. Upon waking, affirm "I am a human being." Water is divine; a few drops remind you it is within all. Apply it like an injection to feel Jagadīś in your body. Do not let animals into sleeping rooms, though a cat or goat is good. Protect animals and India. Sanātana Dharma exists only in India. Many Indians abroad worship and have left meat. Practice yoga daily. Protect animals, protect India. Do not let animals into the house. The alternative to mobile confusion is to say Om when using the telephone. "Water is Jagadīś. Jagadīś, Sarveś, Jagadīś, Bhagavān." "The alternative is to say Oṃ. Say Om whenever you pick up the telephone." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Around the world - Bhajans from Kailash(1/3)
12:35 - 13:23 (48 min)
Recorded on
The divine names invoke presence and remembrance. Chanting connects the seeker to the sacred essence. These names are not mere words but vessels of consciousness. Repetition purifies the mind and aligns it with truth. The practice is an offering and a call for grace. It awakens the heart from spiritual slumber. Devotion through sound becomes a direct path to realization. "Satguru merā sāyī, majāl ke pāṇḍ se kāryo ham ko pā." "Chūṭ bhajan mein lāg, jāg re jāg." Filming location: Rajasthan, India

Vegetarian cooking lesson 16, Indian Gunda and Sangri Sabji
14:00 - 14:19 (19 min)
Recorded on
Preparing guṇḍā and saṅgrī involves sourcing and cooking desert vegetables. These vegetables grow in Rajasthan and are harvested, cooked, dried, and prepared at specific ashrams. They are soaked overnight after this process. Cooking begins by tempering cumin seeds in oil, followed by onions and a wet spice mixture. The soaked vegetables are added and cooked until dry. Chapatis are prepared separately, with emphasis on proper rolling and cooking technique. The final dish is seasoned with souring agents like mango powder or yogurt, added carefully off the heat to prevent curdling. This dry preparation is practical for travel. "Always know where our food comes from, what we are eating, and through whose hands it has passed." "Guṇḍā Sabjī and Saṅgrī Sabjī are very good for traveling because they are dry sabjīs, not liquid." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
We will bring that divine light
14:25 - 15:13 (48 min)
Recorded on
The essence is the Guru's light and the systematic knowledge received. A rare opportunity exists to be with the Gurudev. India is an ocean of knowledge, and the Guru brings its pure essence to all. The knowledge of the Vedas and Upaniṣads belongs to everyone. A true Guru is a Brahmaniṣṭha Śrotriya, one who knows reality and can speak it simply. Many speak, but few combine knowledge with expression. The provided system of yoga is good and simple. The core duty is to preserve and spread the light received from the Guru through sādhanā. That inner light transforms everything. Follow the masters' words and practice yoga in daily life. "The one who knows the reality and can speak about it... is a Brahmaniṣṭha Śrotriya." "Bring that light everywhere where you are... You are like a sun in the dark universe." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We seek purity
15:20 - 15:31 (11 min)
Recorded on
The call is for purity in the Kali Yuga. This age is powerful and far-reaching, observed in trends like the prevalence of dark colors. Beautiful colors and purity are presented within the teachings and bhajans. One must not identify with blackness but with purity. The term pū describes a seeker in a dry state, refusing impure water and awaiting a single pure drop from above. We must proceed with this aspiration. In our practice, be very pure and clean. Declare "I am," for that sound is purity itself. True peace is found by looking to God within; it is here. This realization comes not in months but at life's end. "Please do not be black, please do not be black." "I am, I am... My sound, 'I am,' is pure—it is purity itself." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
The Paths and Practices of Haṭha Yoga
15:35 - 16:05 (30 min)
Recorded on
Haṭha Yoga is a distinct branch of yoga concerning disciplined willpower and energy. The Bhagavad Gītā references eighteen yogas, while Patañjali's system outlines four primary paths: Karma, Bhakti, Jñāna, and Rāja Yoga. Haṭha Yoga integrates into this framework. One local explanation describes four types of willpower: the innocent persistence of a child, the determined will of women, the commanding will of a king, and the striving will of a yogī. Classically, Haṭha Yoga begins with six purification techniques, the Ṣaṭkarma, not merely postures. Its foundation lies in balancing the nāḍīs, the energy channels. The union of the Ha (Iḍā) and Tha (Piṅgalā) channels creates yoga. Practice starts with the left nostril to calm the moon channel, which governs the ever-changing mind, before proceeding to the right, sun channel. "According to Patañjali’s teaching in the Patañjali Yoga Sūtra—a very good book—yoga is not only physical exercise. It concerns the mind, consciousness, and the vṛttis (mental modifications)." "Classically, according to the yogīs, the given techniques are these six kriyās. Then we go further with our meditation, mantras, and achievements." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Yoga treatment for panic attacks
16:10 - 17:02 (52 min)
Recorded on
Life is a challenging struggle, but we receive clarity and energy from the spiritual path, allowing us to rise again. Our journey provides a continual infusion of clarity for development and energy for daily life. This blessing comes from a true source of knowledge. One practical source is Prāṇāyāma, though we often underutilize it. For instance, sleep issues can stem from imbalanced breathing patterns linked to sleep position, a knowledge from Svara Yoga. Similarly, panic attacks arise from low energy and psychological loss tied to identity. The panic sensation itself is an imitation of suffocation triggered by stress-induced clavicular breathing. The antidote is the full Yoga breath, which signals safety to the brain. Beyond this, deep Prāṇāyāma involves releasing the pelvic floor, a storehouse of tension. This practice retrains the brain towards relaxation. While many modern yoga forms lack depth, our path offers techniques and the blessing of wisdom. This wisdom is cultivated through tools like self-inquiry meditation, which cleans perception and establishes healthy inner boundaries by observing personal patterns. "Panic attacks are based on an imitation of suffocation." "With Prāṇāyāma, both clarity and energy are in our hands." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The Sun Shines in the Kingdom of God: On Habit, Mind, and the Kośas
17:10 - 18:01 (51 min)
Recorded on
Yoga in daily life is the ever-shining sun, present everywhere. The program begins with purifying the body's impurities. Habit becomes one's second nature. A story illustrates this: a man jumps into a river to retrieve a coat, which is actually a bear. The bear catches him. The man wishes to leave the coat, but the coat does not leave him. This is the condition of dependency. People find time for negative habits but claim to have no time for meditation or good deeds. The mind is a reflection, like a face in a mirror; one cleans the mirror, but the spot is on the face. The mind must be corrected through techniques, good society, and meditation. The five sheaths of the being are the body of nourishment, energy, mind, intellect, and bliss. Liberation comes from mastering the mind, attachment, hope, and thirst. Give charity without expectation of return. This is the science of yoga for body, mind, and soul. "Habit is the second nature of the human." "Man marā na mamatā marī—your desires, what you want to have." Filming location: Alexandria, USA
Pure nourishment
18:05 - 18:54 (49 min)
Recorded on
Purification extends beyond the physical body through mantra and sāttvic nourishment. Mantra purifies the subtle layers of being. Physical and Haṭha Yoga techniques offer limited inner cleansing. True purification requires developing Sattva Guṇa, one of the three fundamental qualities, which is cultivated primarily through diet. Sattvic food possesses positive energy and includes fruits and leaves taken without destroying the plant, adhering to a Phalahārī principle. The Mahā-mṛtyu-jaya Mantra connects fragrance and nourishment to vegetation. Substances like Śilājit, when properly prepared, also promote sattvic qualities. Purifying the brain and Antaḥkaraṇa involves sāttvic living, āsanas, and prāṇāyāma, leading the life toward spirituality. Transcending the three guṇas is the goal, but mere dietary sattva is insufficient without genuine inner transformation, as illustrated by stories of lengthy spiritual training where students confront their own reactions. Real purification is an internal process of thought and behavior, moving beyond dependence on externals. "Through food, we create Sattva Guṇa; we purify our body, the nerves, and all different kinds of nerves and veins." "If we live a sāttvic life, then the purification of the brain occurs." The basics of ancient Indian philosophy
20:55 - 21:05 (10 min)
Recorded on
The eternal Self is the foundation beyond material science. I demonstrate an object that does not get wet or burn, symbolizing the immutable ātmā, the true Self. This wisdom of the Self, taught through Sanātana Dharma, Āyurveda, and Yoga, is not a discovered science but a revealed wisdom from ancient sages. Calling it 'science' creates difficulty, as Western authorities demand evidence they can recognize. Historical invasions led to the burning of repositories like Takṣaśilā, and colonial powers altered texts, disrupting the traditional evidence base. We are a community of compassion and ahiṃsā. Consider organ transplants: recipients sometimes adopt new habits from the donor. Research investigates this change. The explanation lies in prāṇa. Secondary prāṇas, like one retained after death, carry impressions. The final prāṇa holds the body together until released by cremation's agni. "Science is something that you discover. Science is where you discover wisdom; you don't discover this." "We cannot give them evidence because the evidence was burnt when Islam came into India." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
We are never old for yoga
21:10 - 21:23 (13 min)
Recorded on
This weekend provided a spiritual vaccination against the subtle influences of Kali Yuga. The age's decay enters through small compromises, like a mouse, creating spiritual inflation. We must learn to firmly say no to ourselves, for the gentle approach of this era ends with us caught unaware. A yogi, like aged ghee, improves with time; one is never too old for sādhana. This injection strengthens our immunity, but ongoing practice is essential. We must carry this light home and arrive at the coming opening in a state of spiritual readiness, not merely physical. Our perspective on food, practice, and community must grasp the deeper principle of non-harm. "To know how to say 'No' to ourselves." "We are never too old for our sādhana." Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Cherkasy, Ukraine. Every human has an individual choice. We have to come to our destination on our own. The Soul is searching for the destination. Meditation comes from itself. When you meditate, you are one with yourself. The dream is your reality, to know the moment of falling asleep is the first step in meditation. Practicing meditation with Vishwaguruji.
