The Eternal Resonance of Sacred Sound
0:15 - 1:14 (59 min)
Recorded on
The eternal resonance of sacred sound connects us to ancient wisdom. The Vedas were chanted for ages before being written. People mistakenly think yoga is only five thousand years old. The Saptaṛṣis existed before the compiler Vedavyāsa. A story tells of Dhruva, a neglected child given an unmovable star by God. This illustrates that divine love compensates for human neglect. The sound of his name and the voices of great saints remain through their words and compositions. Their resonance is alive when we chant their complete works with respect. True understanding awakens the body's every cell, unlike mere performance. "Even if someone died a thousand years ago, or five thousand, he or she who wrote this or sang that song, that person is still alive here." "Milk the cow and take the butter. The cow is still there. Keep your heart open." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Satsang on the occasion of the 48. anniversary of Mahaprabhuji's Mahasamadhi
2:05 - 3:05 (60 min)
Recorded on
The Guru Tattva is the highest divine principle, balancing the eternal truth and the illusory world. This principle incarnates in two ways: the Nimittāvatāra appears in specific times to protect dharma and liberate souls, while the Nityāvatāra is an ever-present manifestation. The individual soul originates from the pure realms but becomes enveloped by ignorance and the layers of the five elements. The Guru, as Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva, creates positive qualities within, protects the disciple, and destroys negativity. The divine incarnations take form to benefit devotees, endure worldly suffering, and ultimately merge back into the formless light. One must follow the teachings without egoic identification, seeing the divine unity in all, and maintain unwavering devotion. "Guru Brahmā is the creator who creates positive sāttvic, wise, divine vṛttis in us." "See God in everyone. That is your duty. That is the Satya Sanātana, the eternal law." Filming locations: Pokhara, Gandaki Province, Nepal.
Mahaprabuji is light
3:10 - 4:10 (60 min)
Recorded on
The light of Satyaloka removes darkness through the Satguru. Saints manifest in two ways: through divine incarnation or through achieved consciousness. The holy soul is formless but manifests in a human body for the sake of devotees. Satguru Dev comes from Satyaloka to bring the light of Brahmajñāna. If one brings conflict or negativity into satsaṅg, one brings the mortal world into that sacred space and will not realize Brahman. Your own qualities are projected onto others. The fortunate receive satsaṅg. You cannot see another's inner state; you must know your own feelings and thoughts. The Satguru's presence is itself the light, like an ocean that remains in one place to nourish all. The human body contains a precious, immortal jewel within. Every positive thought leads toward enlightenment; every negative thought leads toward darkness. A holy saint's departure is a conscious merging with Brahman in Brahma Muhūrta. Satsaṅg is for drinking the nectar of divine wisdom, not for social argument. Surrender the ego to live as the divine Self. Do not delay; begin now. "The fortunate are they who can get the satsaṅg." "Satguru nām jahāj hai—Gurudev’s name is a boat. Those who accept it will cross the ocean." Filming location: Nepal
What Incarnation means
4:15 - 5:09 (54 min)
Recorded on
The one soul is our origin and destination, and Śiva is its unmanifest source. There is one who was not born from mother or father; that self-manifested one is Śiva. From the endless sound of "Eko'haṁ bahusyām"—I am one, I will multiply—the creation unfolded. First came sound, then light, then air, water, and earth: the five elements. All life, movable and unmovable, emerged from these. We are all of one origin, one soul, like waves are of the ocean. This soul is within all beings and even within each cell of our body. It is genderless and unified. Our individual lives are like water droplets: evaporating, forming clouds, and returning as rain to the ocean of the one soul. Our karma influences this journey. The body is a kingdom of many lives, and the soul is its king. At death, the central soul departs, and the destiny of the smaller lives within follows it. We must care for creation, like water, which is life itself. Do not block its flow. The tongue has great power to bless or curse, to enjoy or bring disease. Master it. You are that Svayambhū. Realize your oneness through meditation. "Eko'haṁ bahusyām: I am one, and I will multiply." "Water is life, and life is water." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
50th Anniversary of Bhagavan Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabuji Mahasamadhi
5:15 - 6:09 (54 min)
Recorded on
The divine self is beyond time and space, everlasting light and knowledge. When a great being leaves the body, their existence does not cease. The relationship based on the physical form is temporary, but the conscious connection is eternal. They remain present, though not in a material body. All prayer is directed toward that existence, whether formless or with form. Through unconditional devotion and practice, one harmonizes with the cosmic rhythm. This unity dissolves fear and the illusion of change, revealing the unbreakable self. Obstacles like anger and jealousy block this resonance. Steady practice is the root; scattering effort is confusion. The divine light removes all darkness. "Light means everything, because light is knowledge. When knowledge appears, there is nothing more to search for." "Through unconditional bhakti, devotion, one day we will manage to feel that consciously. At that time, there is no fear. At that time, there is no death." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Blessing of Bhagwan Sri Deep Mahaprabhuji is everywhere
6:15 - 7:05 (50 min)
Recorded on
The divine presence transcends physical form. The physical, saguṇa form is limited, while the nirguṇa form is limitless and accessible to all through the name and remembrance. When a great being merges with Brahman, their physical presence ends, but their divine essence remains. This essence is within everyone, but realizing it requires purification of the inner consciousness. Our tradition carries this blessing. The Guru's guidance is essential; rejecting it leads one astray. Personal experiences of this grace are profound but often indescribable. The disciple must be receptive to the master's shaping, like a sculptor with stone. Practice humility, follow the Guru's word, and reduce negative tendencies to progress. The divine presence is a constant support and multiplier of grace for the sincere devotee. "Greater than God Rāma is His name, which is even greater." "To be near him is like when it is very cold and we sit near a fire. The fire doesn't talk to us... but that warmth automatically comes to everyone." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Avatar Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji
10:45 - 11:12 (27 min)
Recorded on
The eternal presence of the master transcends physical form. Two types of incarnations exist: the recorded Nimit Avatāra and the countless Nitya Avatāra, the holy saints who maintain dharma on earth. Their presence calms the inner fires of negative energies and radiates spirituality that sustains all life. In this age, materialism leads to unhappiness and forgetfulness of life's true aim. The human body and life are priceless gifts. One must not let worldly experiences change the inner self or sever the connection to the spiritual guide. Breaking this chain leads to a fall. At death, one faces the consequences of accumulated karma, leading to heaven, hell, or liberation. A saint's passing is Brahma-līna, immersion into the omnipresent Brahman. Though formless, the master's presence is universal, within every element and atom. Attachment to the limited self brings suffering, while attachment to the all is freedom. Realization depends on the devotee's own devotion and removal of doubt. "The holy saints calm down this inner fire through their spiritual teachings, through their being on this earth." "No one can hold me. I'm like a wind, no one can hold me because I'm everywhere." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Hatha Yoga is in every kind of Yoga
11:50 - 12:13 (23 min)
Recorded on
Haṭha Yoga is the essential, foundational path encompassing all others. You cannot proceed without Haṭha Yoga. Bhakti Yoga is also Haṭha Yoga inside, for you must maintain unwavering devotion despite emotional waves. Most devotion is selfish and unstable, rising and falling with desires. True devotion must grow constantly, like an airplane ascending smoothly from the runway. It is a test of purity and constancy. The story of the crow and swan illustrates this: the noisy, changeable crow represents fickle devotion, while the silent, soaring swan represents steady ascent. Real devotion requires a pure heart and readiness to surrender completely. The tale of the young girl Karmabai demonstrates this forceful love: she insisted the deity eat her offering, and through her unwavering conviction, it did. Karma Yoga is similarly challenging. Thus, all paths are included within Haṭha Yoga. "Bhakti yoga cannot be successful without haṭha yoga. And then it must be what we call the real devotion." "God needs that kind of love... it is the love that is the oneness." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Mantra and mala are powerful
12:20 - 13:14 (54 min)
Recorded on
The mala and mantra are tools to cultivate inner light amidst recurring negativity. Dust accumulates on the heart as ages cycle, requiring constant cleansing. Great beings provide light for all, yet personal practice is essential. In Kali Yuga, darkness approaches; one must generate light through devotion and practice before dawn returns. Bhakti and seva are paths of devotion and service. The mala is a sacred instrument for mantra repetition. Hold it with the middle finger and thumb, moving beads inward, avoiding the index finger. The 108 beads complete a sacred count. Keep the mala clean and near the heart, treating it with respect as a source of power. Mantra harnesses the tongue's energy for good or ill. This practice transcends any single tradition. "Through this light, we protect ourselves, knowing that dawn will come very soon." "The mala is the power of our whole life. For as many years as you are here, this power is unimaginable." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The first sound came from the ocean
13:20 - 13:56 (36 min)
Recorded on
The primordial sound, Nāda, is the resonant form of the Absolute. This resonance permeates all existence, originating from the cosmic source. The mother of this world is the ocean, the source of life and this foundational sound. Within all beings are dual principles, male and female, which seek balance. The horse symbolizes the complete male principle, revered in sacred rites. A story illustrates this: King Sāgar performed a horse sacrifice, and his sons disturbed the meditating sage Kapila Muni. The sage's wrath turned them to ashes, but through penance, they were restored. This sound from the ocean is used in worship and connects all cycles of time. "The mother of this our world is the ocean. Voda, and life begins from there." "The horse is the complete male. That is the one which you cannot find anywhere." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The Purifying Path of Haṭha Yoga: An Introduction to Ṣaṭkarma
14:00 - 14:47 (47 min)
Recorded on
Haṭha Yoga's essence is the six purification techniques, or Ṣaṭkarma, for cleansing the body and balancing energy. Our polluted modern environment necessitates these natural cleansings using water, salt, and air. These practices purify the physical system and uniquely influence the vegetative nervous system, which is typically beyond our control. The goal is to balance the Iḍā and Piṅgalā energy channels, allowing the central Suṣumnā to flow. This mastery brings many benefits, fostering willpower and overcoming inertia. Regular purification, especially during seasonal changes, removes metabolic waste that causes illness and stagnation, keeping energy flowing. Specific techniques like Netī cleanse the nasal passages, while Agni Sāra and Naulī stoke the digestive fire. These are potent tools that require proper guidance from an experienced teacher regarding the correct method and timing. "Haṭha Yoga is not only that we clean and purify our whole system, our whole body, but it also has a great, very great effect on our nervous system, especially the vegetative nervous system." "When they are balanced, then the third one, the Suṣumnā Nāḍī, will start to flow." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
How should we start our day?
14:55 - 15:38 (43 min)
Recorded on
The wealth lies in the vision of the Guru, a treasure of conscious bliss beyond all ritual. This is the core of spiritual practice. All yoga practices aim to elevate human consciousness to a state of universal love. Begin the day by consciously awakening the body upon rising. Honor the earth as a mother and use water to awaken the nervous system. Greet parents to foster familial unity. Then have darśana, seeing the divine in your spiritual symbols. This conscious approach brings peace to the household. Extend this mindfulness to respecting your food and your work. At work, solidify your roots like a tree endures various conditions; your stability affects others. Even the joyful greeting from a house pet reflects the heart's genuine connection. Knowing "I am human" throughout the day prevents negative actions and fosters mutual respect. "O japā tapa yoga nahīṁ banāyāve, karuṇā nidhi dayā pramāṇave." (Neither repetition, austerity, nor yoga can accomplish it; only the treasure of compassion and grace is the proof.) "Only when we know that I am a human are we awakened the whole day." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The real friendship
15:45 - 16:38 (53 min)
Recorded on
Dīvālī commemorates the return of Bhagavān Rām to Ayodhyā. The celebration originates from that event. When the message of his return came, people traveled great distances. As night fell, villagers lit oil lamps to light the path. They decorated trees with food and hung lights. Everyone arrived singing and dancing, without tiredness. The reunion was marked by heartfelt embraces. The following day is for giving gifts and blessings, symbolizing generosity and shared sustenance. The festival of lights represents the inner light of the heart and spiritual love. "People lit oil lamps so those walking would have a path to follow." "When you hug someone, your heart and the other’s heart should meet, heart to heart." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We are full of resonance
16:45 - 17:39 (54 min)
Recorded on
All paths converge to a single essence. Different masters and gods are like separate drops that ultimately enter the ocean. From that ocean, differentiation arises again, just as water evaporates to form clouds. The purpose is to understand why some return quickly while others fall far away. A story illustrates this: seeds ground between two stones become flour, but a handful near the central hook remain complete. Those who surrender at the holy feet are like those seeds; they are not ground but come to the highest. Another story tells of a yogi saddened by slaughter; in meditation, it was revealed the karma belongs to the actors, not the witness. Satsang attendees are already there and will reach the supreme. The sound within, like the ocean's resonance, is Nādarūpa Parabrahma. This vibration is in the whole universe and within all. Do not sit passively like a dead body; respond and awaken to this sound. "Those who come to the Gurudevs, or your God, or your temples, or your church—where we are at the holy feet of the gods—they will not be ground." "It is their karma, and they will get it back again. But you have done nothing. You see, it is painful, but you have not done." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Guru Itself Parabhrama
17:45 - 18:36 (51 min)
Recorded on
Today's theme is the fifth form of the Goddess, Skandamātā, the mother of Skanda. A demon named Tārakāsura received a boon that only Śiva's son could kill him, believing Śiva had no son. The imperiled gods arranged for Pārvatī to marry Śiva. Their potent seed was carried to Saravana Lake, where the child Kārtikeya was raised. He mastered all knowledge, received divine weapons, and fulfilled his destiny by slaying the demon. Skandamātā is depicted seated on a lotus, holding lotuses and her son, offering blessings. Worshiping her also honors the protective child Kārtikeya. The Guru is the ultimate guide and source of grace, surpassing all other practices. True meditation and worship are rooted in the Guru. Purification of thought and action is essential, as our current life is shaped by past karma. We must strive for sattvic purity. "Her powers are that she removes all demons and negative energies from you." "Therefore, when a guru's kṛpā is there, all negativity will be set aside." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Guru leads the disciple to liberation
18:40 - 19:33 (53 min)
Recorded on
Without the Guru, no work is accomplished. Millions may strive, but none can cross the ocean of worldly existence without that guidance. All beings, from the smallest creature to the greatest, carry the soul within and long for liberation from the cosmic self. Rituals, pilgrimages, and austerities alone are insufficient without true knowledge. The journey of the soul is long, through many births and states, including hell, but all beings will ultimately reach the Supreme. For the human birth, proper upbringing is the essential root. Parents must provide constant love, protection, and conscious education from birth. Limit toys, especially violent ones, and prioritize moral learning, good food, and rest. Choose good friends and teach respect for teachers and country. This conscious care awakens the soul toward the divine. "Guru sā binā kārya naiṁ sare. Koṭi upāya kare, koī chāye, na bhava-sindhu tare." "Give them knowledge, and how to call it, the learning... more important is the parents’ education." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Remove the depression
19:40 - 20:38 (58 min)
Recorded on
Maintaining a joyful heart is essential, especially during challenging times. The current global depression stems from a collective error. This situation arose because humanity alone was affected, prompting reflection. Many have turned inward, discovering family and abandoning harmful habits. Depression has become widespread, closing hearts and mouths. The practice of Yoga in Daily Life offers a path forward, emphasizing openness and relaxation. Laughter is a powerful tool to reopen the heart. True beauty and wellness are found within, not through external adornment. The physical body, while important, is just one layer of our being. "People have turned very much inward. They understood what family is." "Beauty is your heart, beauty is your words, beauty is your behaviors." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Mala leads us to the Cosmic Self
20:45 - 21:29 (44 min)
Recorded on
The Mālā symbolizes the universal cycle binding all existence. Each bead contains immense cosmic power, representing all beings. The thread is the cycle of ages and elements, connecting every creature. Breaking this thread scatters the seeds, losing unity. All beings, from humans to mosquitoes, possess the same dormant divine fire within. This inner power is equal, whether in an ant or an elephant. The physical mala reflects this cosmic principle within the body, like breath and heartbeat. True practice aligns with this universal cycle, not mere counting. "Each bead of the mala is immense with powers from the cosmic Self." "Whether a little tiny fire or a big fire, it is the same." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Why Guru is important?
21:35 - 22:19 (44 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Swami AvatarpuriJi from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. Why you should never doubt your Guru? A story about Lord Shiva. If you do good karma in a previous life you will get the fruits in this life. Karma is always coming back. Even Lord Rama and Lord Krishna had a Guru. Mauna makes you happier inside. Singing Bhajans.
Bad deeds will lead us to hell
22:25 - 23:12 (47 min)
Recorded on
The human path requires living by human qualities and purification through practice. We possess a superior brain but often act with cruelty, especially towards animals. Our negative actions, like polluting water and modifying seeds, harm all life and ourselves. This contributes to suffering and the cycles of birth and death. Techniques like meditation, yoga, and prāṇāyāma exist to cultivate respect, love, and harmony. Purification removes negative energies from the body. Traditional practices, including ceremonies and mindful living, support this. We must examine our actions and diet, as they influence our future states. The current age challenges these human qualities, making conscious practice essential. "Therefore, what yogis begin to practice are techniques of meditation, yoga prāṇāyāmas, yoga āsanas, yoga kriyās, etc. Many beautiful techniques exist for humans to remain with human qualities." "Prāṇa gayā to sab kush gayā. Prāṇa has gone, everything has gone. And as long as prāṇa is... there we are, life in this is the body." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
How cosmic energy is functioning in us
23:20 - 0:17 (57 min)
Recorded on
The divine sound is the voice in the clouds, heard within the heart and ears. This sound carries the Guru's grace and messages through thunder and lightning, which are principles beyond the material earth. Meditation brings this knowledge inward, connecting the soul to these subtle vibrations. The practice involves the mala, representing the universe and the cyclical nature of prāṇa. True understanding merges the individual soul, or jīvātmā, with the universal ātmā, though this union is difficult to perceive. Mantra practice, even silent internal repetition, aligns the mind with this divine sound. The path requires sincere personal effort, not merely compiling knowledge from books. Relationships, guided by cosmic principles, should foster unity beyond the physical, like the enduring connection of Śiva and Śakti within. "Wherever humans are, they have this sound in their ears." "One in all and all in one." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
