Sataguru Kahi Bisarya Sa Maharaj
0:30 - 1:31 (61 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. If somebody comes from the Bramalokka to the Earth he shows what is right and what is bad. Great saints have a very short name. The name is more valuable than the body. Hanuman is also a very great saint. It would be good to show Ramayana film bet now there is no permission. Sri Devpuriji told that he will go to the Brahmaloka but Mahaparbuji also felt that time exactly. Explanation of bhajan Sataguru Kahi Bisarya Sa Maharaj. Practising Sarva hitta asanas led by Swami Umapuri.
Only oneness leads to happiness
0:35 - 1:15 (40 min)
Recorded on
The resonance of Aum is the fundamental vibration of all existence, connecting Earth, the lokas, and Brahmā loka. Consciousness has no desire, while the inert world cannot act. All apparent forms arise from the one resonance of Akāra, Ukāra, and Makāra. The seeker must follow the inner self, as everything external is temporary and leads to separation. Worldly life, or saṃsāra, possesses no lasting essence and is the source of suffering through attachment. The individual soul, like a drop of water, is separated from the ocean of oneness and journeys through various states, longing for reunion. Liberation involves recognizing this transient nature and turning inward toward the eternal. "Ekobrahman duttye nasti. That Brahman is only one." "In oneness, there is no separation." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Build your intellect supportive
1:16 - 2:32 (76 min)
Recorded on
A clear aim is essential to prevent the intellect from becoming a destructive distraction. Without a definite purpose, the mind wavers among endless possibilities, changing direction with every new suggestion. This lack of clarity makes one susceptible to external influences and gossip, which act like poison, spoiling spiritual practice as lemon curdles milk. Negative talk and jealousy introduce destructive thoughts that can damage years of spiritual effort. One must therefore cultivate an intensive, unwavering aim and avoid all sources of negative influence. Protect your consciousness from harmful information that creates doubt and disturbs your peace. Spiritual progress requires guarding the mind and maintaining humility, allowing the intellect to become a supportive tool rather than an obstacle. "Your aim must be very clear, intensive, and good. Nothing should be able to change you." "One stupid thought, one stupid person, can destroy all your spiritual sādhanā." Filming location: Vép, Hungary DVD 180a
Nothing is forever
2:35 - 3:43 (68 min)
Recorded on
The cycle of purification governs all existence. The supreme reality is sound, containing all things. Life presents both fruit and thorns; within every being reside both negative and positive forces. The body is temporary, but the mind and its attachments do not die with it. Souls undergo continual purification, like water flowing from mountain to ocean. A pure soul entering a negative environment is like a fish catching a specific raindrop to form a pearl. Heaven and hell are not permanent destinations but temporary states in an endless cycle, like a wheel where the top becomes the bottom and returns again. This is illustrated by washing a stained garment; through repeated cleansing, even deep stains are removed, and the cloth becomes pure once more. Spiritual practice requires patience and guidance to navigate this cycle and move toward purity. "Mind is very, very restless. Man marā no mamatā marī, mar gayā deva śarīr (The mind will not die, nor will the sense of 'mine'; only the divine body will die)." "Hell and heaven are not permanent... It is a circle, cycling." Guru leads the disciple to liberation
3:50 - 4:43 (53 min)
Recorded on
Without the Guru, no work is accomplished. Millions may strive, but none can cross the ocean of worldly existence without that guidance. All beings, from the smallest creature to the greatest, carry the soul within and long for liberation from the cosmic self. Rituals, pilgrimages, and austerities alone are insufficient without true knowledge. The journey of the soul is long, through many births and states, including hell, but all beings will ultimately reach the Supreme. For the human birth, proper upbringing is the essential root. Parents must provide constant love, protection, and conscious education from birth. Limit toys, especially violent ones, and prioritize moral learning, good food, and rest. Choose good friends and teach respect for teachers and country. This conscious care awakens the soul toward the divine. "Guru sā binā kārya naiṁ sare. Koṭi upāya kare, koī chāye, na bhava-sindhu tare." "Give them knowledge, and how to call it, the learning... more important is the parents’ education." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The real friendship
4:50 - 5:43 (53 min)
Recorded on
Dīvālī commemorates the return of Bhagavān Rām to Ayodhyā. The celebration originates from that event. When the message of his return came, people traveled great distances. As night fell, villagers lit oil lamps to light the path. They decorated trees with food and hung lights. Everyone arrived singing and dancing, without tiredness. The reunion was marked by heartfelt embraces. The following day is for giving gifts and blessings, symbolizing generosity and shared sustenance. The festival of lights represents the inner light of the heart and spiritual love. "People lit oil lamps so those walking would have a path to follow." "When you hug someone, your heart and the other’s heart should meet, heart to heart." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Guru Itself Parabhrama
5:50 - 6:41 (51 min)
Recorded on
Today's theme is the fifth form of the Goddess, Skandamātā, the mother of Skanda. A demon named Tārakāsura received a boon that only Śiva's son could kill him, believing Śiva had no son. The imperiled gods arranged for Pārvatī to marry Śiva. Their potent seed was carried to Saravana Lake, where the child Kārtikeya was raised. He mastered all knowledge, received divine weapons, and fulfilled his destiny by slaying the demon. Skandamātā is depicted seated on a lotus, holding lotuses and her son, offering blessings. Worshiping her also honors the protective child Kārtikeya. The Guru is the ultimate guide and source of grace, surpassing all other practices. True meditation and worship are rooted in the Guru. Purification of thought and action is essential, as our current life is shaped by past karma. We must strive for sattvic purity. "Her powers are that she removes all demons and negative energies from you." "Therefore, when a guru's kṛpā is there, all negativity will be set aside." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Hatha Yoga will give us will power
7:40 - 8:51 (71 min)
Recorded on
Haṭha Yoga purifies the system through specific kriyās. Śaṅkha Prakṣālana cleanses the intestines using warm salt water and movement, requiring and building willpower. This ancient technique balances the nāḍīs and removes accumulated waste, affecting all layers of being. It must be done under guidance, with dietary follow-up. Trāṭak, focusing on a flame, purifies eyesight, calms the mind, and balances the Ājñā Cakra. It improves concentration and regulates bodily rhythms. Both practices require discipline, starting with control over eating habits for true health. "Śaṅkha Prakṣālana is specially meant to purify our whole system, to balance the nāḍīs and to awaken the flow of the Suṣumṇā Nāḍī." "Trāṭak is excellent for purification of our eyesight, for curing many problems with our eyes. It is excellent for our concentration, awakening of the Ājñā Cakra, and releasing stress." Gods name is everything

Ceremonies mark the soul's journey through life, from entry to departure. Satsang, the company of truth, defines a human life; other days pass like those of creatures. Ceremonies like housewarming, birth, marriage, and funeral are first steps, not afterthoughts. They involve mantras and the name of God, which is central regardless of the form. The soul descends by destiny, decided by Dharmaraja based on past karma; blame no one but one's own actions. This process aims to lighten the soul's burden for liberation. Yoga begins not with physical postures but with satsang and receiving wisdom from the master, which permeates all layers of being. The soul, having suffered in past lives, fears leaving the body. Practice is essential to guide the soul through the tenth door or the eleventh, the Brahmarandhra, into the limitless Brahman. Without this practice and devotion, the soul falls into darkness. The touch of a master's feet blesses the earth eternally, yet all that forms will deform; this is nature's law. Even a realized being can feel the sorrow of separation from the divine form that blesses all. Fear signifies a lack of trust in God. True love transcends distance, creating inner oneness. "The days of a human will be counted as the days of the holy saints only where you have Sant Darshan and satsang." "Yoga begins there where you sit near the master and have the wisdom and knowledge." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Mahaprabhuji is living inside of us
10:15 - 11:55 (100 min)
Recorded on
The living presence of the master is found within the heart. Connection to the divine lineage is not immediate but unfolds through devotion and experience. A personal relationship with God is practical and concrete, offering guidance and care. The master appears in the form the devotee needs, as all divine forms emanate from one light. Spiritual practice requires moving from taking to giving, and cultivating love begins with self-love. The aim of human life is self-realization, discerned through satsang and mantra. "All of you, you are connected with Mahāprabhujī." "The most easy is if you go in your heart and you just connect and feel your personal cottage there." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

How to practice The System Yoga in Daily Life
12:50 - 13:59 (69 min)
Recorded on
Systematic practice is essential, not random exercise. Follow the book's clear structure for posture, breath, and duration. Human life involves many duties, unlike animals, but balance is key. We gather to learn, not merely to enjoy temporary comfort. Early yoga classes lacked system, causing confusion for new and advanced students alike. Therefore, a structured system from primary to university level was created. The practice is named to signify its daily application, not to claim exclusivity. The same postures exist everywhere, but the approach here is methodical and non-commercial, focused on health and universal fellowship. Practitioners worldwide connect through this shared path. Core knowledge comes from three essential books: the holy scripture, the yoga manual, and the text on hidden powers. Daily reading is vital. Practice must be consistent; avoid excuses. Even a short daily routine is crucial. The community is built on helping one another and progressing together. "Follow our yoga book. It contains many postures, and while we may incorporate different ones in between, our practice should stay on that path." "Practice, practice, practice as you can, but avoid laziness." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Merging into light
14:05 - 14:55 (50 min)
Recorded on
Every day is a new birth, a glorious occasion for devotion. We mark an anniversary of a great saint's Mahāsamādhi. Sadness arises from attachment to form, not from the immortal Ātmā. All creation reveals divine beauty; negativity originates within our own judgment. Objects touched by a holy personality hold value through that connection, not through material worth. Rituals aligned with natural cycles, like moon phases, support spiritual and physical well-being. Modern life often forgets this harmony. Great saints are immortal; their presence remains accessible through pure love and remembrance. The physical heart may feel longing, yet wisdom understands their eternal nearness. "Anything that is your Gurudeva’s, keep it. Because one day will come when he or she is not here." "O God Beautiful... In the forest, in the mountains, in the meadows and the deserts... everything is beautiful." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

A Divine Call and the Search for a True Guru
15:40 - 16:28 (48 min)
Recorded on
A divine call initiates the search for a true guru. A vision of Śrī Kṛṣṇa repeatedly requests kheer, compelling its preparation for a visiting saint's gathering. At that satsaṅg, the saint addresses a devotee by name, revealing profound awareness. When asked if one has a guru, the answer emerges from the heart: one is seeking a true guru. Following given addresses leads to an ashram in India. There, a phrase is heard in sleep: "There is nothing in the jīva, but go to the nitya." Travel continues to another ashram to meet the holy guru. An overwhelming energy is received upon meeting. A book is offered, and through grace, the ability to read Hindi is granted. Mantra-dīkṣā is received on a Thursday after offering fruit. Disregarding advice on travel days leads to immediate difficulties, demonstrating the importance of the guru's word. Returning home brings incessant tears and a longing for the ashram. The guru's loving permission allows return. Translations of sacred texts are undertaken as service, a gift enabled by the guru. Further travels and stays in ashrams follow, filled with divine experiences, protective grace, and deep seva. The guru's presence is ultimately felt permanently within the heart. "Have you got a guru? I have not got a guru, but I am looking for a true guru." "For a daughter to come to the father’s house, you don’t even have to get any permission. You can come whenever you want to come." Filming location: Wellington, New Zealand

Vegetarian cooking lesson 16, Indian Gunda and Sangri Sabji
17:00 - 17:19 (19 min)
Recorded on
Preparing guṇḍā and saṅgrī involves sourcing and cooking desert vegetables. These vegetables grow in Rajasthan and are harvested, cooked, dried, and prepared at specific ashrams. They are soaked overnight after this process. Cooking begins by tempering cumin seeds in oil, followed by onions and a wet spice mixture. The soaked vegetables are added and cooked until dry. Chapatis are prepared separately, with emphasis on proper rolling and cooking technique. The final dish is seasoned with souring agents like mango powder or yogurt, added carefully off the heat to prevent curdling. This dry preparation is practical for travel. "Always know where our food comes from, what we are eating, and through whose hands it has passed." "Guṇḍā Sabjī and Saṅgrī Sabjī are very good for traveling because they are dry sabjīs, not liquid." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
The way to the Light
17:25 - 18:29 (64 min)
Recorded on
Satsaṅg is the company of truth that leads to spiritual development. Truth is the unchanging reality, Brahman, while the changing world is temporary. The soul descends through various births, bound by past karma, to experience life on Earth. Humans possess intellect and freedom of choice, making them responsible for creating new karma. The soul is a mixture of the individual consciousness and the universal Self. Through human life, one can purify karma and realize the true Self. Education and company from childhood shape one's mentality and path. Good society, or satsaṅg, inspires positive development, while bad society, or kusaṅga, leads to distraction and suffering. Temptations like addiction appear attractive but ultimately ensnare. True friendship is a partnership walking the path of truth. One should seek the company that elevates consciousness and makes good resolutions. "Sat means truth, and that truth is what we call brahma satya, jagat mithyā." "Humans have a different law... that is called intellect, which has the capacity of saṅkalpa and vikalpa." Filming location: Moravske Toplice, Slovenia
Give up your Laziness
18:35 - 19:30 (55 min)
Recorded on
The golden hour of Brahmamūrta is the supreme time for spiritual practice. Those who wake early receive great fortune, like birds getting the best fruit. Laziness arrives with the sunrise. The train of time does not wait; you must catch it. This early period brings peace, harmony, and awakening energy. A cold shower dispels laziness. A company head who rises before the workers ensures prosperity. This practice yields a healthy body; lateness brings ill health. Do not confuse sleep with gold; both are necessary. Heaven and hell are constructs of our thinking; reality is oneness. Merge into that oneness like milk and water. "Early in the morning, the birds eat all the best food and fruit. Those who wake up early get great luck, and it is best for meditation or anything." "All suffering is by God, so there is no heaven and no hell. It is here, in our thinking, that we have done." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Sab Kuch Deve Data
19:35 - 20:37 (62 min)
Recorded on
Mahāsamādhi is a victory, not a departure. For the self-realized, leaving the body is a joyous return to cosmic light. For devotees, it initially feels like loss. Yet in satsaṅg, we cleanse ourselves and draw nearer to that state. The greatest tragedy is to die without self-realization. Saints are omnipresent, residing in the hearts of devotees. They endure great battles to bring eternal truth. After self-realization, the spiritual journey truly begins, requiring humility beyond initial awakening. "Everyone has a birthday—even animals have a birthday—but only a self-realized person has a Mahāsamādhi." "Tell me where I am not."
We should colour our heart as clean as the sky
20:45 - 21:46 (61 min)
Recorded on
Our origin is a subtle essence from the divine source, and our nature is to merge with the infinite sky of consciousness. We are a minute part of the whole sky, the first element. Our true nature is that vast, spotless sky, yet we do not know how we took form from the five elements. We must become one with this sky, without any blemish. Our earthly life is temporary; we come from the universe and return like a fleeting fly. Our karma pulls us down, yet we strive to rise. Through layers of being—waking, dreaming, and deep sleep—we navigate our karmic impressions. The key to self-knowledge and liberation is found through authentic spiritual guidance and practice within a genuine lineage. Ultimately, we must realize our true nature as that pure, boundless consciousness. "Who am I? From where am I? But still, we know. We don’t know, but we know." "We have to become one with this sky. There should not be any spot." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The power of sound and words
21:50 - 22:52 (62 min)
Recorded on
Words possess immense power, shaping reality and carrying consequences across time. Ancient knowledge reveals sound as a fundamental force. A spoken word can pierce the heart like an unhealable arrow, destroying relationships and sparking great conflicts, as illustrated in ancient epics. Once released, a word cannot be recalled, just as a fired bullet cannot return. This power extends beyond human interaction; even animals are said to remember the resonance of harm. The science of sound is mirrored within the human body through its energy centers and nerves. Each chakra resonates with specific seed sounds, beginning with 'A' from the navel. Practicing these resonant sounds, such as through controlled breath, is presented as a therapeutic tool for healing and balancing the body's energies, connecting the inner gaze of ancient practice with outer observations. "One harsh word can pierce someone's heart and destroy everything." "Measure what you speak, what you promise, what you feel. Do not change." Filming location: Ljubljana, Slovenia
Mahaprabhuji felt that Devpuriji passed away
23:00 - 0:14 (74 min)
Recorded on
The observance of samādhi connects to ancient lunar cycles and the foundational numbers of existence. The system of nine numbers and zero underpins all counting, reflected in the 108 beads of the mālā. Human life is governed by such cycles and the guidance of Jyotiṣa, yet human counting is ultimately a limited construct. The bond of shared salt signifies sacred trust, a principle often broken in the current age. The Guru's grace is absolute and transcends physical departure, as demonstrated by the divine communion between Guru and disciple. The Guru's power is complete and beyond ordinary understanding. "Jala Dari Aab, Aṭhaṅga Jala Bhariya, Adh Bicha Chalarei Jaj, O Gurudev, my boat is in the middle of the ocean, and you left me. What will happen now?" "Guru is a guru. Guru can do anything." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Life Is A Kriya
23:45 - 0:14 (29 min)
Recorded on
Life is a sacred process of purification through prescribed rites. Earth is a realm of action where the soul comes to work towards Brahman-knowledge. The body is alive through action; its cessation is the final act. Vedic tradition outlines sixteen saṃskāras for the human soul, serving as initiations to overcome past karma. These begin at birth, with rites like writing Om on the infant's tongue to bless its speech. Subsequent ceremonies mark key developments: the first solid food, symbolized by immortal rice, and the first haircut. The Upanayana ceremony initiates the student into wisdom near a master, receiving symbolic threads. For a girl, a different saṃskāra honors her as a goddess of prosperity and wisdom. Each rite purifies a karmic layer, much like a snake shedding old skin to move freely. Possessing sixteen kalās (attributes) is likened to being an incarnation. The final rites after death vary, with cremation considered best to release the soul. Other methods, like exposure to elements as in Zoroastrian tradition, are also described. All these rites are a human science for the soul's journey, aiming for true birth into Brahman, beyond the cycle of wandering through various realms and problems. "My words should be sweet like honey, not bitter like poison." "Each ceremony is like... the snake liberates itself from the dead skin." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
