The Nāḍīs, Cakras, and the Mūlādhāra Foundation
1:00 - 1:57 (57 min)
Recorded on
The Mūlādhāra Cakra is the foundational center of human consciousness and destiny. The three primary channels are iḍā (mind), piṅgalā (intellect), and suṣumṇā (consciousness), which distribute cosmic energy. Suṣumṇā connects to the Ātmā and has key stations at the Manipūra, Anāhata, and Sahasrāra. Mūlādhāra, at the spine's base, is the root support. It holds Prārabdha—your past deeds and destiny—which shapes your life's conditions. This destiny is a powerful, subtle energy you cannot fight, but it provides the reason for living. To understand and work with this, practice svādhyāya (self-study), manana (contemplation), and abhyāsa (disciplined practice). These remove the three obstacles: mala (impurity), vikṣepa (disturbances), and āvaraṇa (the veil of ignorance). Purification leads to viveka (discernment). The divine energy within Mūlādhāra is Kuṇḍalinī Śakti, which can be directed positively or negatively. Awakening it through techniques like Kriyā Yoga and Prāṇāyāma brings wisdom and love. Mūlādhāra's red color symbolizes Śakti, the Mother Earth principle, in union with Śiva, consciousness. Honoring this foundation through a natural, yogic life purifies mental pollution and aligns you with your true nature. "Destiny is from the past. And so our destiny is dormant in the Mūlādhāra Cakra." "Svādhyāya, Manana, and Abhyāsa, these three principles will remove the other three qualities: Mala, Vikṣepa, and Āvaraṇa." Filming location: Umag, Croatia DVD 160b
The Hidden Powers in Humans
2:05 - 2:28 (23 min)
Recorded on
The hidden powers within humans, such as chakras and Kundalini, are realized through spiritual practice. Our global community maintained connection and practice during closures. I inquired among our members, excluding India, and found perhaps 95% maintained a vegetarian diet without alcohol. From this group, only about one to two percent contracted the virus mildly, with no deaths. These results come from sattvic living, meditation, and bhajans. Singing these spiritual songs creates vibrations that affect us, even without understanding the words. This leads to the knowledge in the book The Hidden Power in Man. This knowledge comes from saints and genuine inner exploration, not from compiling library books. The script describing these powers is Devanagari. Our letters can convey good or negativity, and through them we understand the chakras. To be sattvic is to be pure in action, speech, and diet, avoiding harm. We live in a time where the dust of negativity settles. We will explore the body's system in detail, starting from the toes. Practice, not mere appearance, is what matters. "From our group, about one to two percent got the coronavirus. They were mildly affected, but they did not die." "What matters is the practice—how we all were practicing." The most Important thing being in Unity
3:15 - 3:48 (33 min)
Recorded on
Morning program with Vishwaguruji from Villach, Austria. Come to this Ashram and be happy. Practice and bring good people here. I am very happy to spend two nights here. Now it is the time of holy festival here and in India. The tradition of holy days goes back a long time, without mantra and meditation we would not know what it means to be human.
Feel oneness and protect all creatures
3:55 - 4:25 (30 min)
Recorded on
The divine essence resides within the living body. God is present within us and has given us human form. The natural world involves creatures consuming one another, yet herbivores like cows, which eat only grass, are considered close to the divine. Humans, gifted with intellect and body, often choose a path contrary to this harmony by consuming meat, which involves killing and constitutes a sin. All beings feel pain, a profound experience understood even by those who inflict it. We meditate to seek happiness, peace, and oneness with God. Figures like Jesus embodied profound suffering, yet within such suffering resides a divine essence. The individual soul is a part of God, like a drop of water destined to return to the ocean. All traditions, from Jesus to Shiva, emphasize prayer, compassion, and reconciliation, as seen in practices like seeking forgiveness during Christmas. Our ultimate purpose is unity, transcending divisions to protect all creatures with peace and love. "Animals like dogs and many others eat each other as well—big dogs, little dogs, and so many." "If we think with our brain, we can see it is not good—oh my God, a living being, and how we are killing it." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Our life is a chance
4:30 - 5:20 (50 min)
Recorded on
The human birth is a rare chance to avoid the endless cycle of animal existence. Brahmaloka contains all duality, heaven and hell. Time is a human construct; animals do not count days. All creatures possess consciousness and remember God in their own way, but they act primarily to fill their bellies. Humans uniquely possess discernment and intellect. Life is sustained by life eating life across 8.4 million species. Humans, however, should not consume living animals, as this creates severe karmic debt requiring rebirth into those same species to suffer the same fate. Every action, good or bad, is karma. Animals are mute beings who must endure their suffering without protest. This human life is a single opportunity to break this cycle through righteous conduct. You are the king governing the kingdom of your own body; do not let bad habits destroy it. "Khānā, pīnā, bhogṇā, paśu bhī sūjān. Eating, drinking, and enjoying, animals can also do. Oh, man, men, humans. If you are doing only this, then what is the difference between you and animals?" "Therefore, jīva jīva bhakṣati. Life will eat life. A dog will eat another animal. Other animals will eat animals. But one animal is a human, and they should not eat that living animal." Filming location: Fiji Islands

We have to become united in Oneness
6:00 - 7:17 (77 min)
Recorded on
Evening program with Vishwaguruji from Szeged, Hungary. We have our destiny in which it is written when and where we are. The story of a boat in the ocean and a bird. It is in our fate that we want to reach God. We are like a bird coming and going. Life is only temporary. Every living creature has its fate and life. Become one with all. At the end, a drop of water arrives at the ocean and becomes one with it. When we die, our soul goes from the body, which is like a stone falling down. Some of us go towards the pure Light and others come back again. There is only one door when we leave our bodies. Nowadays children don't accept the advice of their parents. Don't kill anyone and don't speak negative words. Practising AUM chanting, bhramari pranayama and some simple asanas.
Where can we see God?
7:25 - 8:36 (71 min)
Recorded on
We seek God but often fail to see the divine within creation and ourselves. We acknowledge a supreme creator, yet God remains unseen directly in the sky or in human form, though evident in all living things like water, which is life itself. Humans possess intellect but often disappoint, harming creation and failing to understand the life force in all beings, including vegetation. Self-realized masters guide us, but we remain obscured by layers of ego, pride, and cruelty, much like the bamboo in a story that allowed itself to be shaped by God to help others. True devotion requires trust, as shown when a doubting climber refused to let go despite begging for salvation. God resides within every creature and within our own bodies, a complex system of nerves and energy channels. Our physical form, governed by elements and prāṇa, or life force, requires balance through practices like prāṇāyāma to purify nerves and harmonize chakras. This yoga is a safe science for health, not about forced arousal of energy. Health suffers from poor nourishment, emotional toxins like swallowed anger, and a lack of forgiveness. Practice gently, avoid extremes, and seek natural harmony for well-being. The ultimate knowledge lies in understanding these inner divine mechanisms. "God is within us. God is within us and in every creature." "If you trust in me, then leave your hands free." Filming location: Raumati Beach, New Zealand
Eat healthy food and live as a human
8:40 - 9:23 (43 min)
Recorded on
The simplicity of spiritual practice lies in daily remembrance and conscious living. Historically, people across faiths integrated prayer into daily life, like family meals. Now, such observance has declined, correlating with modern negativity. Dietary choices reflect this shift; some move away from traditional vegetarianism, while others adopt veganism from compassion for animals. Health requires mindful eating and periodic fasting, not constant consumption. Simple morning affirmations ground us: acknowledge your humanity, honor Mother Earth, and revere water as life. Modern challenges like pollution and industrial agriculture show our disconnection from these elements. Returning to conscious basics fosters well-being. "First, when we open our eyes, then tell, 'I am human.'" "Water is life... Water is God." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Christmas Time
9:30 - 10:37 (67 min)
Recorded on
This is a time for joy, well-being, and spiritual gathering. After the harvest, people have a natural need to come together in celebration, as seen in festivals like Holi and Christmas. This period is divinely appointed for happiness; to be unhappy then is to invite negative energies. We must use this time to forgive, heal relationships, and create a sacred atmosphere. True well-being begins with personal health, as taught in Āyurveda. The first happiness is a healthy body, the second is harmony and wealth at home, followed by a good partner, obedient children, good neighbors, and nourishment from the earth. Discipline in eating is crucial, as our tongue—through speech and taste—can destroy us. Practice prāṇāyāma to cleanse the body. Make a gradual resolution to improve your habits. "Rejoice, and I think there is a wonderful song. Rejoice, rejoice, yes." "Pehla sukha nirogī kāyā, dujā sukha, ghar meṁ māyā. That means, the soul's bold stand haben." Filming location: Salzburg, Austria
Be vegetarian or vegan
10:45 - 11:55 (70 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Maribor, Slovenia. We should practise continuously so God will see that we want to reach the cosmic self. Yoga is not only an exercise but a spiritual thing. There is more water on the earth than land. Water is life. Many creatures are living in the water in the earth and in the air. In Kali Yuga humans are suffering. Yoga in Daily Life people is not affected too much by corona. The karma of killing many animals is coming back to the human. Many cancers are because by chemicals. All the meals that we have are not healthy. We do bad things with the calves and bees also. The centre of our life is the navel. Practising OM chanting and bhramari pranayama.

We can change the world together
13:05 - 14:01 (56 min)
Recorded on
Awareness of what we consume is crucial for health and unity. Many are unknowingly eating insects, which is harmful. This is not just a local issue but a global one, spreading even to places like India. Consuming such things can cause serious health problems, including blockages in the body, as we lack the enzyme to break them down. It can lead to diseases like cancer. Regulations may require labeling, but loopholes exist, especially in restaurants. The best defense is to cook at home using known, raw ingredients. We must be vigilant about what enters our bodies, as foreign substances, even from food, can influence our system. Our collective strength lies in unity and enduring commitment to sattvic living. By making conscious choices and supporting each other, we can protect our health and effect change. "Eating these worms is not bad only for our spiritual path. But it can cause serious health problems." "The best food for our health is no-label food. Prepare your bread, prepare your chapati." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Practise every morning
18:40 - 19:21 (41 min)
Recorded on
The human being is a morning realization. Everyone is a gift from God, seeking something through practice. All religions have prayers and mantras for cleansing; Muslims are very dedicated. In the morning, upon waking, open your eyes inside. The first realization is "I am human." What does that mean? We were sleeping, unaware, and now we are. Animals exist, like birds that mourn, but they do not understand as we do. Women are very spiritual in their daily practices. Among creatures, it is said the horse is uniquely "the man." Do not kill hope. Our practice is to open our eyes, say "I am human," and place hands on the earth, our mother. We must not harm the earth with chemicals. We have many problems and doctors now because of our actions. We must return to being human. Think: if I am human, will I kill or eat meat? That is not human. Practice this each morning. "Early in the morning, they also give mantra. Among them, there are those who can do it and those who should not." "In the morning, when we first get up, you open the eyes inside... I am human. Yes, I'm human." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

The Inner States: Jagrat, Svapna, Suṣupti, and Beyond
22:45 - 22:59 (14 min)
Recorded on
We explore the inner states of waking, dream, and deep sleep. Our activities with open eyes for the outer world constitute the waking state, Jagrat. In sleep, we are within ourselves. Deep sleep, Suṣupta, is a state of full awareness of the Self, offering comfort and peace. The dream state, Svapna, contains inner impressions, both good and bad. A constant alertness exists within and between these states. Sleep is a divine gift for turning inward toward the Ātmā. Beyond these is Yoga Nidrā, a higher sleep described by sages where practitioners are awake in the dark night, conscious of the Supreme. This understanding strengthens our spiritual practice. "From sunrise to sunset, we are Jagrat, and for that, God has given the light." "Deep sleep... means we are 100% aware about our Self, and so it is very comfortable, relaxed, and peaceful." Around The World - Vegetarianism and top sport, Part 2
23:00 - 23:33 (33 min)
Recorded on
Vegetarian athletes discuss overcoming cultural skepticism to achieve high performance through plant-based diets. Initial motivations differ, with one citing yoga's ethical principle of non-violence and the other seeking a competitive edge in sports. Both faced doubt, especially regarding protein for muscle development or endurance. They explain that plant foods provide all necessary nutrients, but require specific knowledge to combine ingredients like legumes and grains for complete proteins. The environment presents a mental barrier, with a prevailing belief that meat is essential for strength, which they counter with personal results. Diet is highly tailored to their sports: bodybuilding focuses on muscle mass, while endurance sports like triathlon prioritize efficient energy use and recovery. They emphasize mindful eating, noting how food affects acidity, energy, and digestion during training. Discipline and listening to the body are crucial, as is the mindset that transforms training into a joyful, inspired practice beyond mere competition. "Vegetarian nutrition was simply a continuation. That ethical aspect of vegetarianism, non-violence, developed later." "People have a kind of sneer, like, 'No, well, look, after all, if you are vegetarian, then you won’t be able to reach that level.'" Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia
