0:30 - 2:00 (90 min)

We are in a lineage of great saints from the Satya Yuga
0:35 - 1:09 (34 min)
Recorded on
We are called to unite in the light of our spiritual lineage. Our tradition originates from Śrī Alakpurījī from the Satyugas. He produced many great yogīs, like Bhagavān Śrī Devapurījī, who performed sādhanā in a Himalayan cave at 4,000 meters and became a siddha. From him came Bhagavān Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇ Mahāprabhujī, who bestowed great knowledge. Our Sadguru Swami Mādhavānandajī received blessings from Mahāprabhujī from childhood, including a dream vision of Kṛṣṇa. My own lineage includes great saints, like an ancestor who manifested a full moon on a dark night. This saintly succession—through Śiva, Alakpurījī, Devpurījī, Mahāprabhujī, and our Sadguru—continues. Great saints work unseen, caring for all beings. When we find this path, the seed of light and peace awakens in our heart, though the restless mind must be controlled. Worldly wealth and the body are temporary; the soul departs instantly at death, leaving everything behind. We must practice oneness. Celebrate all faiths, like Christmas, which symbolizes God's presence. Study sacred texts like Līlā Amṛt for spiritual nectar. "Everything will remain here on the earth. All will, doesn’t matter how long you want to enjoy." "When the prāṇa goes out of the body... that jīva, he will go alone." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The Third Eye and the Awakening of the Mūlādhāra Cakra
1:15 - 1:53 (38 min)
Recorded on
The third eye symbolizes wisdom that burns all negativity to purity, and the awakening of the Mūlādhāra Cakra is the beginning of spiritual ascent. We have four eyes: in the heart, the Ājñā Cakra, and the two physical eyes. The Mūlādhāra is the seat of primal energy and our basic qualities. Its awakening feels like emerging from darkness, like a sprouting seed, bringing a pleasant, fearless, divine feeling as consciousness moves toward liberation. This cakra is a lotus, symbolizing creation and beauty, existing in the world but remaining above it. It has four petals representing the four ways life enters this world. An inverted triangle within symbolizes creative Śakti and the three guṇas. A seven-trunked elephant there symbolizes strength, prosperity, and the seven essential minerals; awakening balances the body. This elephant is Gaṇeśa, the remover of obstacles. Within the cakra is a Śiva Liṅga, representing supreme consciousness, around which a snake is coiled three times, symbolizing time. If not awakened, development goes down; when awakened, the snake rises, allowing one to see past, present, and future. This rising Kuṇḍalinī Śakti brings peace, prosperity, wisdom, and happiness. All these powers are within. "When the Mūlādhāra Cakra is awakening, like a child feels in the lap of the mother. Then there is a divine feeling, no fear, no negative feelings." "As the snake awaits and proceeds, she’s ascending, and that’s your wisdom. Your knowledge is awakening. It is the consciousness from the darkness coming out." Filming location: Umag, Croatia DVD 161a
Mala leads us to the Cosmic Self
2:00 - 2:44 (44 min)
Recorded on
The mala's thread binds all existence into one cosmic cycle. Each bead contains immense spiritual power from the universal Self. This power connects every creature, from humans to mosquitoes, all sharing the same eternal soul. A tiny spark of inner fire, dormant within all, holds immense potential, just as a small flame can burn a mountain. The mala represents the 8.4 million life forms across water, land, and sky. Our own breath and heartbeat are living malas within the body. True practice moves beyond limited physical yoga to connect with this boundless energy. Using a mala for mantra is not about counting beads but about progressing endlessly toward the Supreme. This journey requires lightness, achieved through moderate eating and a calm heart, aligning the inner and outer cycles. "Each bead of the mala is immense with powers from the cosmic Self." "In that one thread, all creatures on this earth are bound." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Hatha Yoga is in every kind of Yoga
4:35 - 4:58 (23 min)
Recorded on
Haṭha Yoga is the essential, foundational path encompassing all others. You cannot proceed without Haṭha Yoga. Bhakti Yoga is also Haṭha Yoga inside, for you must maintain unwavering devotion despite emotional waves. Most devotion is selfish and unstable, rising and falling with desires. True devotion must grow constantly, like an airplane ascending smoothly from the runway. It is a test of purity and constancy. The story of the crow and swan illustrates this: the noisy, changeable crow represents fickle devotion, while the silent, soaring swan represents steady ascent. Real devotion requires a pure heart and readiness to surrender completely. The tale of the young girl Karmabai demonstrates this forceful love: she insisted the deity eat her offering, and through her unwavering conviction, it did. Karma Yoga is similarly challenging. Thus, all paths are included within Haṭha Yoga. "Bhakti yoga cannot be successful without haṭha yoga. And then it must be what we call the real devotion." "God needs that kind of love... it is the love that is the oneness." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Christmas Time
8:25 - 9:32 (67 min)
Recorded on
This is a time for joy, well-being, and spiritual gathering. After the harvest, people have a natural need to come together in celebration, as seen in festivals like Holi and Christmas. This period is divinely appointed for happiness; to be unhappy then is to invite negative energies. We must use this time to forgive, heal relationships, and create a sacred atmosphere. True well-being begins with personal health, as taught in Āyurveda. The first happiness is a healthy body, the second is harmony and wealth at home, followed by a good partner, obedient children, good neighbors, and nourishment from the earth. Discipline in eating is crucial, as our tongue—through speech and taste—can destroy us. Practice prāṇāyāma to cleanse the body. Make a gradual resolution to improve your habits. "Rejoice, and I think there is a wonderful song. Rejoice, rejoice, yes." "Pehla sukha nirogī kāyā, dujā sukha, ghar meṁ māyā. That means, the soul's bold stand haben." Our life is a chance
9:40 - 10:30 (50 min)
Recorded on
The human birth is a rare chance to avoid the endless cycle of animal existence. Brahmaloka contains all duality, heaven and hell. Time is a human construct; animals do not count days. All creatures possess consciousness and remember God in their own way, but they act primarily to fill their bellies. Humans uniquely possess discernment and intellect. Life is sustained by life eating life across 8.4 million species. Humans, however, should not consume living animals, as this creates severe karmic debt requiring rebirth into those same species to suffer the same fate. Every action, good or bad, is karma. Animals are mute beings who must endure their suffering without protest. This human life is a single opportunity to break this cycle through righteous conduct. You are the king governing the kingdom of your own body; do not let bad habits destroy it. "Khānā, pīnā, bhogṇā, paśu bhī sūjān. Eating, drinking, and enjoying, animals can also do. Oh, man, men, humans. If you are doing only this, then what is the difference between you and animals?" "Therefore, jīva jīva bhakṣati. Life will eat life. A dog will eat another animal. Other animals will eat animals. But one animal is a human, and they should not eat that living animal." Filming location: Fiji Islands

At the end, a drop of water arrives at the ocean and becomes one with it. When we die, our soul goes from the body, which is like a stone falling down. Some of us go towards the pure Light and others come back again. There is only one door when we leave our bodies. Nowadays children don't accept the advice of their parents. Feel oneness and protect all creatures
16:20 - 16:50 (30 min)
Recorded on
The divine essence resides within the living body. God is present within us and has given us human form. The natural world involves creatures consuming one another, yet herbivores like cows, which eat only grass, are considered close to the divine. Humans, gifted with intellect and body, often choose a path contrary to this harmony by consuming meat, which involves killing and constitutes a sin. All beings feel pain, a profound experience understood even by those who inflict it. We meditate to seek happiness, peace, and oneness with God. Figures like Jesus embodied profound suffering, yet within such suffering resides a divine essence. The individual soul is a part of God, like a drop of water destined to return to the ocean. All traditions, from Jesus to Shiva, emphasize prayer, compassion, and reconciliation, as seen in practices like seeking forgiveness during Christmas. Our ultimate purpose is unity, transcending divisions to protect all creatures with peace and love. "Animals like dogs and many others eat each other as well—big dogs, little dogs, and so many." "If we think with our brain, we can see it is not good—oh my God, a living being, and how we are killing it." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

The Interconnection of Yoga and Āyurveda: A Discourse on Mind, Body, and Soul
19:00 - 20:04 (64 min)
Recorded on
Yoga and Āyurveda are interconnected sciences for controlling the mind to achieve health and liberation. Yoga is the instrument to control the fluctuations of the mind. Āyurveda is the knowledge of life, comprising body, senses, mind, and soul. Maharṣi Caraka's philosophy states disease cannot occur without a distortion in the mind; therefore, controlling the mind is essential for health. The process for this is yoga. The soul is the conscious sovereign, while the mind is the active doer. To stop the mind, the soul must command it through techniques culminating in samādhi. The eightfold path of yoga begins with Yama and Niyama. One must control the guṇas, cultivating sāttvic feelings. Stabilizing the mind in the soul yields attainments and is the aim. From the Āyurvedic view, yoga requires a body. Even with a controlled mind, one experiences results of past actions, as unexperienced karma is not destroyed. Yoga's techniques to control mind and body are found within Āyurveda. By controlling duality through yoga and achieving samādhi, the cycle of birth and death ceases. "Yoga is an instrument to control your cittavṛtti—the fluctuations of the mind." "Ātmā sthe manasi sthire: when the mind is stable and controlled in the Ātmā. This is Yoga." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Eat healthy food and live as a human
20:10 - 20:53 (43 min)
Recorded on
The simplicity of spiritual practice lies in daily remembrance and conscious living. Historically, people across faiths integrated prayer into daily life, like family meals. Now, such observance has declined, correlating with modern negativity. Dietary choices reflect this shift; some move away from traditional vegetarianism, while others adopt veganism from compassion for animals. Health requires mindful eating and periodic fasting, not constant consumption. Simple morning affirmations ground us: acknowledge your humanity, honor Mother Earth, and revere water as life. Modern challenges like pollution and industrial agriculture show our disconnection from these elements. Returning to conscious basics fosters well-being. "First, when we open our eyes, then tell, 'I am human.'" "Water is life... Water is God." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We can change the world together
21:00 - 21:56 (56 min)
Recorded on
Awareness of what we consume is crucial for health and unity. Many are unknowingly eating insects, which is harmful. This is not just a local issue but a global one, spreading even to places like India. Consuming such things can cause serious health problems, including blockages in the body, as we lack the enzyme to break them down. It can lead to diseases like cancer. Regulations may require labeling, but loopholes exist, especially in restaurants. The best defense is to cook at home using known, raw ingredients. We must be vigilant about what enters our bodies, as foreign substances, even from food, can influence our system. Our collective strength lies in unity and enduring commitment to sattvic living. By making conscious choices and supporting each other, we can protect our health and effect change. "Eating these worms is not bad only for our spiritual path. But it can cause serious health problems." "The best food for our health is no-label food. Prepare your bread, prepare your chapati." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Around The World - Vegetarianism and top sport, Part 1
23:00 - 23:24 (24 min)
Recorded on
Vegetarianism is fully compatible with elite athletic performance when the diet is properly planned. Our primary reason is non-injury, but the diet also supports robust health. A proper vegetarian diet improves health generally, though any diet can be done poorly. For athletes, food must provide energy without causing digestive burden. The foundation is quality, organic ingredients, but cooking method is critical; poor preparation ruins good food. Key components include whole-grain carbohydrates for energy and easily digestible proteins like tofu and legumes. Spices are essential as flavor and medicine; turmeric aids protein absorption and reduces inflammation, while cumin aids legume digestion. Use fresh, hand-ground herbs like oregano and basil to enhance flavor and digestion. Base your diet on traditional, local foods like fava beans for better digestibility. A complete athletic diet includes dairy for vitamins like B12, all vegetables, fruits, healthy fats like olive oil, and ghee for mental and physical energy. This approach breaks the taboo that vegetarians lack strength. "Generally, everyone's health improves if they eat properly in a vegetarian way." "Turmeric also facilitates protein absorption from legumes and helps remove uric acid from the body." Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia
Practise every morning
23:30 - 0:11 (41 min)
Recorded on
The human being is a morning realization. Everyone is a gift from God, seeking something through practice. All religions have prayers and mantras for cleansing; Muslims are very dedicated. In the morning, upon waking, open your eyes inside. The first realization is "I am human." What does that mean? We were sleeping, unaware, and now we are. Animals exist, like birds that mourn, but they do not understand as we do. Women are very spiritual in their daily practices. Among creatures, it is said the horse is uniquely "the man." Do not kill hope. Our practice is to open our eyes, say "I am human," and place hands on the earth, our mother. We must not harm the earth with chemicals. We have many problems and doctors now because of our actions. We must return to being human. Think: if I am human, will I kill or eat meat? That is not human. Practice this each morning. "Early in the morning, they also give mantra. Among them, there are those who can do it and those who should not." "In the morning, when we first get up, you open the eyes inside... I am human. Yes, I'm human." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
