Recorded on
Yoga in Daily Life is a system for holistic well-being and global harmony. It is practiced worldwide for physical, social, mental, and spiritual health. The organization engages in extensive humanitarian work locally, nationally, and internationally. It supports diverse communities, from those with special needs to multicultural events. International projects address crises like water scarcity and education for the poor. The work is rooted in principles of peace, tolerance, and interfaith dialogue. Lasting peace requires compassion, respect for all cultures, and recognition of our interconnectedness. "War arises out of greed for power or difference in religious beliefs. But no matter on what side of the wall someone dies, remember that a member of our human society has lost their life." "Peace requires peace within the human heart. Peace also requires compassion, a sense of connectedness with other humans and with other species." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Navaratri - Honoring the Divine Mother and speech on Kriya Yoga, Gold Coast
1:05 - 2:49 (104 min)
Recorded on
The Divine Mother is honored, and the holy name is the supreme path. The incarnation of God first worships the Divine Mother. The name of the Lord is infinite and auspicious, acting as a bridge between the attributeless reality and the form. In this age, the repetition of the holy name is the only way to attain freedom. Kriyā means action, the constant functioning of all elements, the body, and the mind. True spiritual Kriyā is a systematic path requiring a master's guidance and discipline. Do not attempt practices without proper technique. The relationship with the master is essential; breaking discipline severs the connection and leads to a fall. The mind cannot be stopped, only directed through devotion and concentration. Past karmas are stored in the subconscious. Kriyā yoga purifies this subconscious and can uplift consciousness beyond destiny. Preparation requires a pure life, mastery of posture, breath control, and dedicated practice. Follow the instructions precisely. "The name is a beautiful witness between the attributeless reality and the Lord with form." "In Kali Yuga... the only way to attain freedom from the cycle of birth and death is the repetition of His holy name." Filming location: Gold Coast, Australia

Birth of Lord Rama
4:15 - 5:06 (51 min)
Recorded on
The story of Rāma's birth reveals the glory of Ayodhyā and the fulfillment of divine promise. Ayodhyā, the unconquerable city of Dharma, was ruled by the righteous King Dasharatha. Despite his virtue, he remained without an heir due to a curse invoked by Rāvaṇa. Upon the advice of the sage Vasiṣṭha, the king performed a sacred Putra Kāmeṣṭi Yajña. From its sacred fire, a divine pudding was obtained. The king's three queens partook of it, leading to the births of Rāma, Bharata, Lakṣmaṇa, and Śatrughna. The brothers were raised and educated in dharma. When the sage Viśvāmitra arrived seeking protection for his sacrifices, Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa were entrusted to him. They received divine weapons and successfully defeated the demons Tārakā, Mārīca, and Subāhu, safeguarding the sage's rituals. "Inside of the city was great harmony. All the citizens lived in a good material standard... thanks to the wise rulership of the kings." "Guru Vasiṣṭha spoke to the king that Viśvāmitrājī surely knows what he is doing, and that actually it is for the benefit of Rāma also and for the benefit of the kingdom." Filming location: India
Build your intellect supportive
5:15 - 6:31 (76 min)
Recorded on
A clear aim is essential to prevent the intellect from becoming a destructive distraction. Without a definite purpose, the mind wavers among endless possibilities, changing direction with every new suggestion. This lack of clarity makes one susceptible to external influences and gossip, which act like poison, spoiling spiritual practice as lemon curdles milk. Negative talk and jealousy introduce destructive thoughts that can damage years of spiritual effort. One must therefore cultivate an intensive, unwavering aim and avoid all sources of negative influence. Protect your consciousness from harmful information that creates doubt and disturbs your peace. Spiritual progress requires guarding the mind and maintaining humility, allowing the intellect to become a supportive tool rather than an obstacle. "Your aim must be very clear, intensive, and good. Nothing should be able to change you." "One stupid thought, one stupid person, can destroy all your spiritual sādhanā." Filming location: Vép, Hungary DVD 180a

Purity in daily life
7:40 - 7:57 (17 min)
Recorded on
The soil of this land is sacred, and every child is divine. This body is a temple, and every person is a helper. Each child is an idol, a manifestation of the divine. All beings seek happiness; this universal principle is your true reality. Spirituality leads there through mantra, meditation, prayer, and satsaṅg. Without satsaṅg, happiness and spiritual development are impossible. Impulses to avoid satsaṅg arise from past karmas awakening. Spirituality means purity, happiness, forgiveness, clarity, and fearless action. Do not fear death. Human life is unique among 8.4 million life forms; humans are spiritual protectors. Do not declare yourself unhappy or unloved. Purify yourself through action, nourishment, good company, reading, meditation, mantra, prayer, and song. A spiritual family is built on harmony, not conflict; parents must love each other and raise children with great love. Spirituality resides at home in a tolerant, respectful family, not only in temples. Lead a life with pure thoughts and sattvic nourishment. "Every creature wishes to attain happiness and to overcome unhappiness." "Spirituality means pure thinking, pure thoughts, pure nourishment." Filming location: Perth, Australia

Enjoy the movement!
11:00 - 12:13 (73 min)
Recorded on
Foundational āsanas and breath awareness form the base of practice. Begin with Pavanamuktāsana to release the lower back, pressing the knee to the chest with the breath. Move into Daṇḍāsana, keeping the spinal column straight. Practice head movements initiated from the lower neck, coordinating with breath to avoid strain. Sarvahitā Āsanas teach correct movement patterns for all further practice. Engage muscles by imagining lifting a weight to build strength for postures like Viparīta Karanī Mudrā. Always be aware of breathing during āsana; conscious breathing activates the brain's cortex, calming the emotional limbic system. Complete yogic breathing combines abdominal, thoracic, and clavicular movement for full purification. Prāṇāyāma, like Nāḍī Śodhana, purifies the energy channels through all five layers of being. "Always be aware of your breathing. When you breathe with awareness—without changing the rhythm—we activate a center in the cortex of the brain." "Seventy percent of the body's purification comes through our breathing. That is why our breathing, especially complete yogic breathing, is so important." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We learned that we are human
12:20 - 13:22 (62 min)
Recorded on
The true human is defined by non-violence and purity, not merely physical form. A being that kills and consumes other creatures lives as an animal, not in the divine human consciousness. The practice of vegetarianism purifies the body and mind, aligning one with higher truth. This transformation is gradual but inevitable for those who listen. The disciple's nature is changed through proximity to the guru's wisdom, as sandalwood perfumes nearby trees. The teaching destroys base instincts. This wisdom must be shared universally to uplift all people. "Blessed is the family, blessed is the house, blessed is the village where Sadgurudev comes and we can have his darśan." "Like the sandalwood tree is transforming the bamboo tree... Slowly, our whole nature becomes transformed."
Collecting good energy
13:30 - 14:29 (59 min)
Recorded on
The gift of practice is constant application, not occasional effort. Regular practice brings control and perfection, while irregular effort leads to unease. The guru's grace flows through constant morning, evening, and night practice, not merely through physical proximity. Good intentions at retreat must translate to concentrated practice at home. This sustained effort is the true offering. Physical guidance follows: relax the body completely, focusing awareness on each part. Bend the legs and lift the feet, using the hands on the feet without forceful massage, only gentle touching. This directs energy. Finally, lie down, placing the right hand softly on the chest and the left on the navel. Focus only on these two points—the heart and the navel—feeling warmth and comfort, without letting the mind wander. Be entirely within the body. "Through constant practice—morning, evening, night—there is Guru Kṛpā." "Be in your body. Do not think about going out anywhere." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The Divine Unity of Practice and Grace
14:35 - 15:53 (78 min)
Recorded on
The spiritual journey unfolds within a unified field of practice, where all practitioners are together in one vessel. Individual conditions or levels of concentration are secondary to this shared immersion in the aura of sādhanā. The principle "I am not the doer; the Divine is the doer" is foundational. The path is likened to a divine classroom, a cosmic university distinct from worldly education. Truth is essential; one must hold to it completely and avoid speaking in half-measures, for truth alone leads to liberation. Every letter and word carries divine potential and must be used with reverence. The practice itself distinguishes the genuine seeker from the artificial, just as a butterfly naturally alights on real flowers. "Please, if I come back again on the earth, please, Gurujī, bring me to your holy feet." "Tell the word of the truth... speak the truth and nobody will kill you." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Gurudev bring us to your shelter
17:40 - 18:12 (32 min)
Recorded on
The mantra is a prayer glorifying the master and requesting his shelter. Oṁ is the universal beginning and end. "Namaḥ" offers salutations. "Śrī" conveys respect. "Prabhu" means God. "Dīpa" is the light. "Nārāyaṇa" is God's name, indicating the master is that divinity. The request follows: "We are all servants. O God, we are surrendered to your shelter." It seeks permanent protection and the highest happiness of self-realization, beyond temporary pleasures. The master is the pure giver of great joy and destroyer of all sorrow, protecting those who follow the teachings in daily life. "Oṁ is the beginning, the middle, and the end of the universe." "He is the giver of great happiness and the destroyer of all unhappiness." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Building the Ashram
18:20 - 18:55 (35 min)
Recorded on
This is our ashram, a place of being and bliss. We are all here together, sitting with sādhus and yogīs, and it is very good. The essence must be in our body. An ashram is our home. Understanding comes from above, from God to mother to human. It arrives directly, like from Akkar to Nābhi. Even a mother may not know how it comes, but it is our prophet. God is the only one and will become human. If humans belong to India, then all children are equal. That one will enter God, will enter the body. We must care for the human mind. We are here, and we will do the work. In construction, one must think about how people feel inside. A building is not just a roof; it should be pleasant. The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans. Materials modified by humans, like bricks and lime, are good. Stones like sandstone are neutral, but granite harms the body. Modern materials like steel and concrete are dead and not healthy. We follow Vāstu Śāstra, the science of building, so the earth supports everyone living there. We use lime, not just cement, for healthier buildings. Wood is the best material and can be used for multi-story buildings and large halls. "This is our ashram; this is our ashram. And when you see it, oh, it is very nice." "The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The materialized OM
19:00 - 19:22 (22 min)
Recorded on
A refreshing wind signals progress as we prepare for the temple's opening in four months, a short time when busy. The leader's presence accelerates the work, though daily changes are subtle until seen from afar. This completion is a divine achievement of a great vision, yet it is not an end but a step in perpetual creation. Our role is to participate and support, for every small action has effect. This place transforms the land and society, carrying a universal vibration. We must invite skilled helpers to share in this work for future generations, a gift for all humanity to draw nearer to the divine. "Time seems to run more quickly when we are busy, when we engage ourselves in activities." "This area will never be completed. It is like the universe." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Guru can take you across the ocean
19:30 - 19:55 (25 min)
Recorded on
The Guru is the foremost principle and the essential guide for liberation. All beings require a Guru, as even divine incarnations followed their teachers. The Guru alone ferries the soul across the ocean of worldly existence to God. Initiation can be received at any time, though Guru Purnima is most auspicious. With complete devotion and dedication to the Guru, all difficulties cease and supreme attainment is reached. The Guru's grace makes everything in life possible and leads to success. Through the Guru's blessings, one is united with the divine. "Without a Guru, nothing can happen in this world. Our only helper is the Guru." "Guru Kṛpā. So when you have full devotion and dedication towards your Guru, you will always be happy." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

We are one family
20:50 - 21:07 (17 min)
Recorded on
This spiritual home is our family, connected not by worldly karma but by surrender to the Guru. Worldly family ties are temporary bonds of past karma. Here, we form a lasting spiritual family under our Gurudeva. True connection requires complete faith and surrender from the heart, not half-hearted belief. Personal effort is essential: we must purify our inner vessel through sādhanā, mantra, and prayer to receive grace. Satsaṅg, whether in person or virtual, sustains this connection within the lineage. The Guru embodies the entire lineage; we cannot hide from this compassionate presence. Surrender your ego through devotion and let the Guru's light guide you. "Our own family—father and mother—are connected by our karma, so we eventually part." "If you have complete faith, just that faith, and the number one rule of that faith is surrendering." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Chanting divine mantras
22:20 - 22:53 (33 min)
Recorded on
The supreme devotion to the Guru is the only path across the ocean of worldly existence. Without the Guru's grace, liberation is impossible. The Guru is the imperishable supreme reality, the boat of the name that carries the soul to the other shore. Service to the Satguru destroys all obstacles and reveals the inner self. He who is opposed to the Guru is the worst of all; his work remains unfulfilled. Through the Guru's compassion, the soul attains fearless self-knowledge and infinite bliss. Reciting the Guru's name is the eternal companion across all lifetimes. "Without your grace, not even sages or saints can cross existence; the soul attains self-knowledge and becomes fearless." "The Guru is the supreme, imperishable Brahman, of pure form and an abode of constant bliss." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
How to keep our purity
23:00 - 23:24 (24 min)
Recorded on
The human being contains a fundamental purity. We are diverse and cannot all become one, yet we are ourselves. Many people eat meat and are going down, but here we are pure. Open your eyes in the morning and see only "I am human." The earth is pure, and pure water comes from above. Within the vast ocean of existence, something very pure comes from within us, like a crystal. In sleep, we travel far from ourselves, yet return quickly. This inner experience is the purity we call a yogī. Our eyes are very powerful; we must be clear and controlled with them. Those who eat purely are very good. You do not need to know my name; it is inside. We have done work to maintain purity so others may not spoil it. "Open your eyes in the morning, so when we are just open. And so, when we open our eyes, then we see only, 'I am human.'" "And so, whatever it is with us, it is your beautiful best, all that is the purity. So that is what we call a yogī." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The power of Gurudev's blessing
23:30 - 0:00 (30 min)
Recorded on
The great fortune is to be in satsaṅg, not entangled in the distractions of the age. This gathering provides rich spiritual food, not the mental fast food many consume. To digest this requires strong inner fire and practice. Simply being in this atmosphere purifies energy and grants strength. The most vital part is the personal connection—greeting the teacher and receiving prasāda. This act releases karma and provides sustenance felt long after. Prasāda is the holy essence capable of transforming a life, as is true darśana. "Prasāda is the essence." "That Prasāda is completely able to change our life if we know what Prasāda is."
