Recorded on
Two consecration ceremonies are to be performed. The first is the Kalasha puja for the large vessel to be placed atop the shikhara. The second is the Prasada Puja or Vastu Purusha Puja, performed at the summit to please the deity of the site. Pandits will perform the puja for the other kalashas. The ceremonies are scheduled between 11:15 and 12:40. A team will ascend to prepare, followed by the main participants for the second ritual. The assembly is advised to seek shade during the approximately half-hour interim. "The next puja is called Prasada Purusha Puja or Vastu Purusha Puja." "It means to please the Vastu deity, Vastu Purusha, that he will bless the ashram, the temple." Filming location: Rajasthan, India
The first sound came from the ocean
0:55 - 1:31 (36 min)
Recorded on
The primordial sound, Nāda, is the resonant form of the Absolute. This resonance permeates all existence, originating from the cosmic source. The mother of this world is the ocean, the source of life and this foundational sound. Within all beings are dual principles, male and female, which seek balance. The horse symbolizes the complete male principle, revered in sacred rites. A story illustrates this: King Sāgar performed a horse sacrifice, and his sons disturbed the meditating sage Kapila Muni. The sage's wrath turned them to ashes, but through penance, they were restored. This sound from the ocean is used in worship and connects all cycles of time. "The mother of this our world is the ocean. Voda, and life begins from there." "The horse is the complete male. That is the one which you cannot find anywhere." The Divine Unity of Practice and Grace
1:35 - 2:53 (78 min)
Recorded on
The spiritual journey unfolds within a unified field of practice, where all practitioners are together in one vessel. Individual conditions or levels of concentration are secondary to this shared immersion in the aura of sādhanā. The principle "I am not the doer; the Divine is the doer" is foundational. The path is likened to a divine classroom, a cosmic university distinct from worldly education. Truth is essential; one must hold to it completely and avoid speaking in half-measures, for truth alone leads to liberation. Every letter and word carries divine potential and must be used with reverence. The practice itself distinguishes the genuine seeker from the artificial, just as a butterfly naturally alights on real flowers. "Please, if I come back again on the earth, please, Gurujī, bring me to your holy feet." "Tell the word of the truth... speak the truth and nobody will kill you." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Yoga, Faith, and Integration: A Personal Journey and Panel Discussion
3:00 - 4:04 (64 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a faith-based system for wellness and healing, integrating consciousness with the body. A personal testimony describes overcoming a cancer diagnosis by refusing conventional treatment and rewriting one's mental blueprint. The individual believed revised thoughts would communicate with cells and DNA to halt disease progression, attributing survival solely to yoga practiced with faith and discipline. This illustrates yoga's potential beyond physical postures, focusing on divine energy and consciousness. Panelists discuss integrating traditional Āyush systems like Homeopathy, Āyurveda, and Siddha with yoga and modern medicine. Homeopathy treats the whole person mind-body-intellect economically. Āyurveda and yoga share principles of removing prāṇic blockages through detoxification and lifestyle. Siddha medicine inherently includes yoga and varma therapy. All emphasize a holistic, health-centric approach over a disease-centric model, addressing root causes like stress and suppressed urges. The World Health Organization supports developing evidence-based yoga modules for non-communicable diseases and exploring integrative service delivery. The spiritual core of yoga is to raise human consciousness, with health benefits being natural side effects. "If you allow God’s energy to run into your system by removing the ignorance that blocks it, God will provide the miracles." "Yoga and Āyurveda are like the two faces of the same coin. If we can integrate both concepts, probably we can render wonderful results." Filming location: Delhi, India

Awakening of muladhar
5:15 - 5:57 (42 min)
Recorded on
Chakras are energy centers where consciousness resides, defining character and problems. Your destiny (prārabdha) is created by past karma before your body forms. You control your present karma through action, speech, thought, and influence, but once acted upon, deeds become destiny governing future life and all current problems. The Mūlādhāra Chakra is the root foundation of consciousness based on that karma. It is the earth element, colored red for energy and Mother Consciousness. Its awakening brings safety, wisdom, and pleasurable energy, not physical sensations. The chakra's symbols include a four-petaled lotus representing the four ways life enters the world, an elephant symbolizing wisdom and prosperity, an inverted triangle for energy flow, and a coiled snake representing past, present, and future karmas—the dormant Kuṇḍalinī Śakti. Śiva (consciousness) and Śakti (nature) seek union here. Exercises like Bhujaṅgāsana and Śalabhāsana activate this chakra, strengthening the back and influencing the root center for physical and mental balance. "As long as you are not doing anything, it is still under your control." "The awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī means wisdom. You become very wise, you become self-confident." The power of Gurudev's blessing
6:05 - 6:35 (30 min)
Recorded on
The great fortune is to be in satsaṅg, not entangled in the distractions of the age. This gathering provides rich spiritual food, not the mental fast food many consume. To digest this requires strong inner fire and practice. Simply being in this atmosphere purifies energy and grants strength. The most vital part is the personal connection—greeting the teacher and receiving prasāda. This act releases karma and provides sustenance felt long after. Prasāda is the holy essence capable of transforming a life, as is true darśana. "Prasāda is the essence." "That Prasāda is completely able to change our life if we know what Prasāda is." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Advaita
6:40 - 7:37 (57 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Yoga retreat in Dungog, Australia. There are 64 different kinds of kriyas but it was chosen only a few of them for Yoga in Daily Life. The teaching of the Masters says that the quality of the Jivatama, Atma and Paramatma is the same. That called non-duality, Advaita. Practicing Asanas.
Collecting good energy
7:45 - 8:44 (59 min)
Recorded on
The gift of practice is constant application, not occasional effort. Regular practice brings control and perfection, while irregular effort leads to unease. The guru's grace flows through constant morning, evening, and night practice, not merely through physical proximity. Good intentions at retreat must translate to concentrated practice at home. This sustained effort is the true offering. Physical guidance follows: relax the body completely, focusing awareness on each part. Bend the legs and lift the feet, using the hands on the feet without forceful massage, only gentle touching. This directs energy. Finally, lie down, placing the right hand softly on the chest and the left on the navel. Focus only on these two points—the heart and the navel—feeling warmth and comfort, without letting the mind wander. Be entirely within the body. "Through constant practice—morning, evening, night—there is Guru Kṛpā." "Be in your body. Do not think about going out anywhere." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We learned that we are human
8:50 - 9:52 (62 min)
Recorded on
The true human is defined by non-violence and purity, not merely physical form. A being that kills and consumes other creatures lives as an animal, not in the divine human consciousness. The practice of vegetarianism purifies the body and mind, aligning one with higher truth. This transformation is gradual but inevitable for those who listen. The disciple's nature is changed through proximity to the guru's wisdom, as sandalwood perfumes nearby trees. The teaching destroys base instincts. This wisdom must be shared universally to uplift all people. "Blessed is the family, blessed is the house, blessed is the village where Sadgurudev comes and we can have his darśan." "Like the sandalwood tree is transforming the bamboo tree... Slowly, our whole nature becomes transformed."
Birth of Lord Rama
10:00 - 10:51 (51 min)
Recorded on
The story of Rāma's birth reveals the glory of Ayodhyā and the fulfillment of divine promise. Ayodhyā, the unconquerable city of Dharma, was ruled by the righteous King Dasharatha. Despite his virtue, he remained without an heir due to a curse invoked by Rāvaṇa. Upon the advice of the sage Vasiṣṭha, the king performed a sacred Putra Kāmeṣṭi Yajña. From its sacred fire, a divine pudding was obtained. The king's three queens partook of it, leading to the births of Rāma, Bharata, Lakṣmaṇa, and Śatrughna. The brothers were raised and educated in dharma. When the sage Viśvāmitra arrived seeking protection for his sacrifices, Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa were entrusted to him. They received divine weapons and successfully defeated the demons Tārakā, Mārīca, and Subāhu, safeguarding the sage's rituals. "Inside of the city was great harmony. All the citizens lived in a good material standard... thanks to the wise rulership of the kings." "Guru Vasiṣṭha spoke to the king that Viśvāmitrājī surely knows what he is doing, and that actually it is for the benefit of Rāma also and for the benefit of the kingdom." Filming location: India
Navaratri - Honoring the Divine Mother and speech on Kriya Yoga, Gold Coast
10:55 - 12:39 (104 min)
Recorded on
The Divine Mother is honored, and the holy name is the supreme path. The incarnation of God first worships the Divine Mother. The name of the Lord is infinite and auspicious, acting as a bridge between the attributeless reality and the form. In this age, the repetition of the holy name is the only way to attain freedom. Kriyā means action, the constant functioning of all elements, the body, and the mind. True spiritual Kriyā is a systematic path requiring a master's guidance and discipline. Do not attempt practices without proper technique. The relationship with the master is essential; breaking discipline severs the connection and leads to a fall. The mind cannot be stopped, only directed through devotion and concentration. Past karmas are stored in the subconscious. Kriyā yoga purifies this subconscious and can uplift consciousness beyond destiny. Preparation requires a pure life, mastery of posture, breath control, and dedicated practice. Follow the instructions precisely. "The name is a beautiful witness between the attributeless reality and the Lord with form." "In Kali Yuga... the only way to attain freedom from the cycle of birth and death is the repetition of His holy name." Filming location: Gold Coast, Australia
Sri Ram Jaya Ram, Ramayana
12:45 - 13:13 (28 min)
Recorded on
The Rāmāyaṇa's eternal truth uplifts every soul through its simplicity and wisdom. Its stories provide solutions to life's problems, illustrating ideal dharma for all human roles. This combination of beauty and wisdom made it a cultural pillar, read in homes for generations. Modern decline was reversed by a television series that captivated the nation, demonstrating the story's enduring power. The epic's origin lies with Vālmīki, who was moved by a scene of nature and tragedy. From his spontaneous poetic curse, the first verse emerged, which Lord Brahmā then sanctioned as the foundation for the entire work. Vālmīki was instructed to compose the story for humanity's future. "The truth written in the Rāmāyaṇa is eternal; it was valid thousands of years ago and is valid now." "Everyone can find there the solution to their own life problems." The Awakening of Inner Potential
15:50 - 15:55 (5 min)
Recorded on
Humans possess a unique intellectual capacity and an even more miraculous inner potential, hidden from most. Awakening this potential—the Kuṇḍalinī—means awakening inner knowledge and consciousness. This occurs when the cosmic energy within the body is purified and directed upward. This same energy pervades the cosmos and accumulates in the body at vortices called chakras. While thousands exist, eight are primary in Kuṇḍalinī yoga: five along the spine for normal existence and three above for spiritual development. Through yoga, prāṇāyāma, meditation, kriyā, and mantra, we can harmonize these centers. However, the guidance of a spiritual master, a guru who removes ignorance, is essential on this path to enlightenment, which is the ultimate aim of human life. "Awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī means to awaken one’s inner knowledge, that innate potential which exists in each and every person as our birthright." "The Sanskrit word guru means the remover of darkness. It is that one who removes the darkness of our ignorance and kindles in us the light of wisdom."
Practicing Yoga Asanas
16:00 - 16:41 (41 min)
Recorded on
We practice Vajrāsana and Vīrāsana for the nāḍī systems. Vajrāsana activates the Vajra Nāḍī, which begins between the big and second toe, connects to the base of the spine, and guides energy to the navel. Sitting in it after eating aids digestion and can help with constipation by relaxing the stomach and straightening the spine. It also balances the sciatic nerve. Vīrāsana, the hero's posture, involves sitting on the heels with toes standing. It warms the body, increases alertness, and with practice, can help repair digestion and headaches. These postures strengthen the lower centers and foot soles, which connect to the body's organs. They develop leg strength, balance, and concentration. Practice must be held steadily to awaken the nerves. "This Vajrāsana is designed especially to strengthen or to activate that Vajra Nāḍī." "This will repair our digestion. This will repair our headache problems, also many, many things." Filming location: USA
