What does Yoga in Daily Life mean?
2:45 - 3:11 (26 min)
This is the day of oneness, the middle point in our sādhanā. We must practice every year and go forward, not back. Yoga in Daily Life began from Czechoslovakia and has spread worldwide; it is for all. Our sādhanā comes from Ālagpurījī and Devpurījī, through Holy Gurujī and Mahāprabhujī. Holy Gurujī gave me this chair, which is from God. Sitting here signifies oneness. We are to become gurus, but that happens only at life's end through true inner practice, not merely in time. I work with Mahāprabhujī. We are all together in this. The Nandi statue sees Holy Gurujī's samādhi and Śiva; offering to it brings blessings. We must continue every year.
"All will be only one. It doesn't matter who, what will be. One in all, and all in one."
"This chair is from God, Bhagavān... then you become the Parabrahma, Paramatmā."

The Divine Unity of Practice and Grace
5:30 - 6:48 (78 min)
The practice of yoga is a collective journey where individual effort merges with divine grace. We gather like passengers on one airplane or sailors in one boat, all moving together within the same spiritual aura. The core teaching is "Nāhaṁ kartā, Prabhuḥ kartā"—I am not the doer, the Divine is the doer. Our ashram functions as two universities: the worldly and the cosmic. True spiritual progress requires discerning the real from the unreal, just as a butterfly lands only on real flowers. Our practice must be sincere, not dry or artificial. Hold firmly to truth and complete devotion; do not speak in half-truths. Every letter and word we use carries divine potential and must be used with care. Spiritual attainment comes from unwavering dedication to truth and the Guru's guidance.
"Whatever we do is not what we have done. Mahāprabhujī has done it. So nāhaṁ kartā—I am not the doer."
"Without truth, you will not get mokṣa. Hold this... do not say half talks."

Om Ashram
6:50 - 6:59 (9 min)
A large-scale world peace monument shaped as the universal Oṃ symbol is being built. Since 1993, this structure has served humanity by teaching yoga, meditation, and philosophy to preserve Vedic wisdom. It will contain 108 residential compartments for visitors and students. The design originated from a yogi's vision, who developed the "Yoga in Daily Life" system for holistic health, now practiced globally. The site already functions as an active center with a free school, a college, and a hospital. To heal the local ecosystem, an artificial lake harvests monsoon rain, raising groundwater. Worldwide projects protect animals and plant millions of trees. This non-profit mission, born from one heart's vision, advocates for universal non-violence and protection for all cultures and creatures. Its full fruition requires everyone's contribution.
"Modern science now affirms the benefits of yoga on the human condition."
"You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a single drop."

When I was a child
9:10 - 10:01 (51 min)
The path requires personal action and grace, not passive waiting. We strive to connect and become better, yet many seek partnership without result. My own journey began with family predictions and a restless spirit. I ran from school, met my Guruji, and vowed to stay with him despite pressures to study. I traveled to forests and was later invited to Europe to teach yoga. I insisted on vegetarianism, which many adopted, forming communities. From small beginnings in Vienna, ashrams grew as I traveled to many countries. You must actively engage through karma yoga and satsang. Doing creates the conditions for destiny to unfold; waiting leaves you stagnant. Clean your inner self, contribute to the ashram, and prepare for what is to come.
"Take life in your own hands. If you sit and wait for something, you will be all the life in the waiting room."
"Do something, and in that moment, something is able to happen in your destiny."

Gurudev bring us to your shelter
10:05 - 10:37 (32 min)
The mantra is a prayer glorifying the Grandmaster and requesting his shelter. Oṁ is the universe's beginning, middle, and end. "Namaḥ" means "I offer respects," often sung as "namo." "Śrī" signifies respect. "Prabhu" means God. "Dīpa" means light. "Nārāyaṇa" is a name for God, specifically Viṣṇu. Thus, the first part greets the respected God, the light Nārāyaṇa. The second part is a request. "Hama saba" means "we all." "Dāsa" means servant. "Śaraṇa" means shelter, and "pārāyaṇa" means we come or are in that shelter. The full meaning is a greeting and a plea for protection. Additional lines praise him as the purest, the giver of great happiness, and the destroyer of all suffering. The highest happiness is self-realization, not fleeting pleasures. He is merciful and protects his devotees. Being a devotee is not blind following; it means practicing the teachings, like yoga in daily life.
"Oṁ, greetings to the respected God, the light Nārāyaṇa. We are all servants of God; we take shelter in you."
"He is so merciful that he helps us emerge from the mess we create with our countless desires."

Chanting divine mantras
12:05 - 12:38 (33 min)
The Guru is the supreme grace and the sole means to liberation.
Without the Guru's grace, no being can cross the ocean of worldly existence. The Guru bestows self-knowledge, making one fearless. By listening to the Guru's verses, one attains all perfections and happiness. The Guru is the indestructible supreme reality, a boat of divine name carrying souls to the other shore. No one is a greater benefactor than the Guru. When a soul comes before the Guru, sins of countless ages are erased. Where the Guru's grace falls, no desire remains. Service to the Guru destroys all obstacles and reveals the light of the supreme self. One who serves the Guru is rare. The Guru's enemy is the worst; their work is never fulfilled. The Guru is Vishnu, the Guru is Shiva; the Guru is verily the supreme reality. The root of meditation is the Guru's form; the root of liberation is the Guru's grace.

Around the world - Holy Sandals of the Guru
18:00 - 18:35 (35 min)
The Guru's sandals are a vessel for grace and liberation. We begin by honoring the divine lineage and the Guru, who embodies the supreme reality. Sanskrit, the language of the inner divine citizens within our chakras, carries transformative power. When his disciples feared his departure, Ādi Śaṅkara composed the Guru Pādukā Stotram to the holy sandals. The first verse salutes them as the boat to cross the endless ocean of rebirth, granting the empire of dispassion. The second verse addresses the three fires of suffering and the ocean of delusion caused by impurities, distractions, and ego; the sandals can dry this ocean. The third verse describes how the sandals destroy afflictions like desire and anger, bestowing discrimination, dispassion, and the liberating knowledge of the Self. These principles are echoed in the devotional songs of other saints.
"Salutations to the holy sandals of the Guru. These sandals help us cross the endless ocean of repeated births and deaths."
"Praying to the Guru's sandals can dry up this entire ocean of delusion."
