In India unfortunately, many people begin to eat meat and drink alcohol. Yoga people are very pure in every country. Some people begin to eat meat but it is very bad. Sometimes young couples are not happy with each other. We should decide to marry or not. People in India many people are married according to astrology. To be happy with your partner is also yoga. The practice of yoga is a collective journey where individual effort merges with divine grace. We gather like passengers on one airplane or sailors in one boat, all moving together within the same spiritual aura. The core teaching is "Nāhaṁ kartā, Prabhuḥ kartā"—I am not the doer, the Divine is the doer. Our ashram functions as two universities: the worldly and the cosmic. True spiritual progress requires discerning the real from the unreal, just as a butterfly lands only on real flowers. Our practice must be sincere, not dry or artificial. Hold firmly to truth and complete devotion; do not speak in half-truths. Every letter and word we use carries divine potential and must be used with care. Laksmi is the prosperity which means knowledge. All other living beings were created by Brahma. We shall adore our Guru if he is in living form or not. Everybody who teaches something is a Guru. The mantra is a prayer glorifying the Grandmaster and requesting his shelter. Oṁ is the universe's beginning, middle, and end. "Namaḥ" means "I offer respects," often sung as "namo." "Śrī" signifies respect. "Prabhu" means God. "Dīpa" means light. "Nārāyaṇa" is a name for God, specifically Viṣṇu. Thus, the first part greets the respected God, the light Nārāyaṇa. The second part is a request. "Hama saba" means "we all." "Dāsa" means servant. "Śaraṇa" means shelter, and "pārāyaṇa" means we come or are in that shelter. The full meaning is a greeting and a plea for protection. Additional lines praise him as the purest, the giver of great happiness, and the destroyer of all suffering. The highest happiness is self-realization, not fleeting pleasures. He is merciful and protects his devotees. Being a devotee is not blind following; it means practicing the teachings, like yoga in daily life. "Oṁ, greetings to the respected God, the light Nārāyaṇa. The supreme reality is the form of primordial sound. Nāda, or resonance, permeates all existence from the Brahma-randhra. The ocean is the mother of the world, the source of life and this sound. Kundalini and the chakras represent an eternal process, not an end. In creation, two principles exist: male and female. Within each individual, there is a balance of these opposing energies; males contain female feelings and females contain male feelings, causing them to seek completion in each other. This union is the seed, composed of prāṇa and the elements. The horse is considered a complete male, a holy being without certain symbolic attributes. A king's relationship to his people is that of a father to his children. In the story, King Sāgar performed a horse sacrifice. The horse entered the hermitage of the meditating sage Kapila Muni. Sāgar's sons disturbed the sage, who opened his eyes and burned them to ashes with his gaze. The king begged for their lives, and the sage granted his blessing. These divine narratives recur across the ages. "The mother of this our world is the ocean." "In our whole body, as a man, we have more feelings than females inside. The Guru is the supreme grace and the sole means to liberation. Without the Guru's grace, no being can cross the ocean of worldly existence. The Guru bestows self-knowledge, making one fearless. By listening to the Guru's verses, one attains all perfections and happiness. The Guru is the indestructible supreme reality, a boat of divine name carrying souls to the other shore. No one is a greater benefactor than the Guru. When a soul comes before the Guru, sins of countless ages are erased. Where the Guru's grace falls, no desire remains. Service to the Guru destroys all obstacles and reveals the light of the supreme self. One who serves the Guru is rare. The Guru's enemy is the worst; their work is never fulfilled. The Guru is Vishnu, the Guru is Shiva; the Guru is verily the supreme reality. The root of meditation is the Guru's form; the root of liberation is the Guru's grace. This is the day of oneness, the middle point in our sādhanā. We must practice every year and go forward, not back. Yoga in Daily Life began from Czechoslovakia and has spread worldwide; it is for all. Our sādhanā comes from Ālagpurījī and Devpurījī, through Holy Gurujī and Mahāprabhujī. Holy Gurujī gave me this chair, which is from God. Sitting here signifies oneness. We are to become gurus, but that happens only at life's end through true inner practice, not merely in time. I work with Mahāprabhujī. We are all together in this. The Nandi statue sees Holy Gurujī's samādhi and Śiva; offering to it brings blessings. We must continue every year. "All will be only one.
