The Divine Unity of Practice and Grace
3:30 - 4:48 (78 min)
The practice of yoga is a collective journey where individual effort merges with divine grace. We gather like passengers on one airplane or sailors in one boat, all moving together within the same spiritual aura. The core teaching is "Nāhaṁ kartā, Prabhuḥ kartā"—I am not the doer, the Divine is the doer. Our ashram functions as two universities: the worldly and the cosmic. True spiritual progress requires discerning the real from the unreal, just as a butterfly lands only on real flowers. Our practice must be sincere, not dry or artificial. Hold firmly to truth and complete devotion; do not speak in half-truths. Every letter and word we use carries divine potential and must be used with care. Spiritual attainment comes from unwavering dedication to truth and the Guru's guidance.
"Whatever we do is not what we have done. Mahāprabhujī has done it. So nāhaṁ kartā—I am not the doer."
"Without truth, you will not get mokṣa. Hold this... do not say half talks."

How to keep our purity
10:05 - 10:29 (24 min)
The human being contains a fundamental purity. We are diverse and cannot all become one, yet we are ourselves. Many people eat meat and are going down, but here we are pure. Open your eyes in the morning and see only "I am human." The earth is pure, and pure water comes from above. Within the vast ocean of existence, something very pure comes from within us, like a crystal. In sleep, we travel far from ourselves, yet return quickly. This inner experience is the purity we call a yogī. Our eyes are very powerful; we must be clear and controlled with them. Those who eat purely are very good. You do not need to know my name; it is inside. We have done work to maintain purity so others may not spoil it.
"Open your eyes in the morning, so when we are just open. And so, when we open our eyes, then we see only, 'I am human.'"
"And so, whatever it is with us, it is your beautiful best, all that is the purity. So that is what we call a yogī."

Gurudev bring us to your shelter
10:35 - 11:07 (32 min)
The mantra is a prayer glorifying the Grandmaster and requesting his shelter. Oṁ is the universe's beginning, middle, and end. "Namaḥ" means "I offer respects," often sung as "namo." "Śrī" signifies respect. "Prabhu" means God. "Dīpa" means light. "Nārāyaṇa" is a name for God, specifically Viṣṇu. Thus, the first part greets the respected God, the light Nārāyaṇa. The second part is a request. "Hama saba" means "we all." "Dāsa" means servant. "Śaraṇa" means shelter, and "pārāyaṇa" means we come or are in that shelter. The full meaning is a greeting and a plea for protection. Additional lines praise him as the purest, the giver of great happiness, and the destroyer of all suffering. The highest happiness is self-realization, not fleeting pleasures. He is merciful and protects his devotees. Being a devotee is not blind following; it means practicing the teachings, like yoga in daily life.
"Oṁ, greetings to the respected God, the light Nārāyaṇa. We are all servants of God; we take shelter in you."
"He is so merciful that he helps us emerge from the mess we create with our countless desires."

The first sound came from the ocean
14:35 - 15:11 (36 min)
The primordial sound, Nāda, is the resonant form of the Absolute. This resonance permeates all existence, originating from the cosmic source. The mother of this world is the ocean, the source of life and this foundational sound. Within all beings are dual principles, male and female, which seek balance. The horse symbolizes the complete male principle, revered in sacred rites. A story illustrates this: King Sāgar performed a horse sacrifice, and his sons disturbed the meditating sage Kapila Muni. The sage's wrath turned them to ashes, but through penance, they were restored. This sound from the ocean is used in worship and connects all cycles of time.
"The mother of this our world is the ocean. Voda, and life begins from there."
"The horse is the complete male. That is the one which you cannot find anywhere."

What does Yoga in Daily Life mean?
15:15 - 15:41 (26 min)
This is the day of oneness, the middle point in our sādhanā. We must practice every year and go forward, not back. Yoga in Daily Life began from Czechoslovakia and has spread worldwide; it is for all. Our sādhanā comes from Ālagpurījī and Devpurījī, through Holy Gurujī and Mahāprabhujī. Holy Gurujī gave me this chair, which is from God. Sitting here signifies oneness. We are to become gurus, but that happens only at life's end through true inner practice, not merely in time. I work with Mahāprabhujī. We are all together in this. The Nandi statue sees Holy Gurujī's samādhi and Śiva; offering to it brings blessings. We must continue every year.
"All will be only one. It doesn't matter who, what will be. One in all, and all in one."
"This chair is from God, Bhagavān... then you become the Parabrahma, Paramatmā."

Chanting divine mantras
15:45 - 16:18 (33 min)
The Guru is the supreme grace and the sole means to liberation.
Without the Guru's grace, no being can cross the ocean of worldly existence. The Guru bestows self-knowledge, making one fearless. By listening to the Guru's verses, one attains all perfections and happiness. The Guru is the indestructible supreme reality, a boat of divine name carrying souls to the other shore. No one is a greater benefactor than the Guru. When a soul comes before the Guru, sins of countless ages are erased. Where the Guru's grace falls, no desire remains. Service to the Guru destroys all obstacles and reveals the light of the supreme self. One who serves the Guru is rare. The Guru's enemy is the worst; their work is never fulfilled. The Guru is Vishnu, the Guru is Shiva; the Guru is verily the supreme reality. The root of meditation is the Guru's form; the root of liberation is the Guru's grace.
"Guru samāna dātā koī nahīṁ, rājā barṣa āśa karai."

Science of chakras
20:40 - 21:56 (76 min)
Yoga is the union of individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness, achieved through harmony and balance. The cosmic energy governs the universe, and this principle of union was discovered by ancient yogis. The individual soul is a spark of the divine light, present in all life. We originate from the cosmic sound and are composed of the five elements. Our journey involves many births, guided by karma, as the soul moves through forms and relations. The human body contains dormant energy centers called chakras, connected by 72,000 channels. Three primary channels—Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna—regulate energy, mind, and activity, converging at key points to form the chakras. These centers correspond to the elements and levels of consciousness, from the earthly Muladhara to the divine Sahasrara. Activating these centers through practice leads toward liberation.
"Yoga means union—the union of the individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness."
"What is existing in the universe is existing in your body."
