The disciple's nature is changed through proximity to the guru's wisdom, as sandalwood perfumes nearby trees. The teaching destroys base instincts. This is the day of oneness, the middle point in our sādhanā. We must practice every year and go forward, not back. Yoga in Daily Life began from Czechoslovakia and has spread worldwide; it is for all. Our sādhanā comes from Ālagpurījī and Devpurījī, through Holy Gurujī and Mahāprabhujī. Holy Gurujī gave me this chair, which is from God. Sitting here signifies oneness. We are to become gurus, but that happens only at life's end through true inner practice, not merely in time. A large-scale world peace monument shaped as the universal Oṃ symbol is being built. Since 1993, this structure has served humanity by teaching yoga, meditation, and philosophy to preserve Vedic wisdom. It will contain 108 residential compartments for visitors and students. The design originated from a yogi's vision, who developed the "Yoga in Daily Life" system for holistic health, now practiced globally. The site already functions as an active center with a free school, a college, and a hospital. To heal the local ecosystem, an artificial lake harvests monsoon rain, raising groundwater. Worldwide projects protect animals and plant millions of trees. This non-profit mission, born from one heart's vision, advocates for universal non-violence and protection for all cultures and creatures. Its full fruition requires everyone's contribution. The mantra is a prayer glorifying the Grandmaster and requesting his shelter. Oṁ is the universe's beginning, middle, and end. "Namaḥ" means "I offer respects," often sung as "namo." "Śrī" signifies respect. "Prabhu" means God. "Dīpa" means light. "Nārāyaṇa" is a name for God, specifically Viṣṇu. Thus, the first part greets the respected God, the light Nārāyaṇa. The second part is a request. "Hama saba" means "we all." "Dāsa" means servant. "Śaraṇa" means shelter, and "pārāyaṇa" means we come or are in that shelter. The full meaning is a greeting and a plea for protection. Additional lines praise him as the purest, the giver of great happiness, and the destroyer of all suffering. The highest happiness is self-realization, not fleeting pleasures. He is merciful and protects his devotees. Yoga was brought by Bhagwan Shiva for people to reach God. Nowadays many people eat meat and do similar bad things. People should not kill. But you already know and follow this. You should not eat meat. Because of an illness I cannot find the words but I am with you and I am very happy that you are not negative. The bhajans are very important, they tell people what is good and what is not.

The supreme devotion to the Guru is the only path across the ocean of worldly existence. Without the Guru's grace, liberation is impossible. The Guru is the imperishable supreme reality, the boat of the name that carries the soul to the other shore. Service to the Satguru destroys all obstacles and reveals the inner self. He who is opposed to the Guru is the worst of all; his work remains unfulfilled. Through the Guru's compassion, the soul attains fearless self-knowledge and infinite bliss. Intellect alone cannot achieve realization; it is like climbing a mountain without oxygen. That essential element is the Guru's grace. Practice is paramount, yet devotion without discernment can mislead. When intellect and devotion conflict, one becomes stuck. Intellect must surrender to genuine devotion, which is willpower. Changing one's promised path after receiving blessings leads to fragmentation, like religions splitting into countless branches. The mind, influenced by the ten senses, is unstable and cannot be followed. True practice requires discipline, vairāgya (dispassion), and viveka (discernment). Social health is foundational for spiritual and mental well-being. A teacher must be a vigilant guide, never closing their eyes to students, and must teach from a place of humility, recognizing the source of instruction beyond themselves. The teacher's role is to liberate others, becoming a conduit of pure wisdom. "Intellectually we can think we can achieve; we have many good words to speak, but to come to realization is not easy." The Guru's sandals are the vessel for crossing the ocean of worldly existence. The holy lineage flows from the source through all masters to the present. Sanskrit is a sacred language; its fifty letters reside within the human body's energy centers, making its recitation purifying. When asked for a guide after his departure, the master composed the Guru Pādukā Stotram. These sandals bestow the empire of dispassion and devotion. They are the sun that dispels the darkness of the threefold afflictions originating from celestial, material, and elemental forces. They dry up the ocean of delusion caused by impurity, distraction, and the veiling ego. The sandals subdue inner enemies like desire and anger, while granting discriminative intellect and dispassion.
