Chakras are the source of koshas
0:34 - 1:49 (75 min)
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. God has given us everything to awakening the kundalini. We should maintain these capabilities. Story of a man who made pots by clay. Whatever you do the karma comes back to you good or bad. Story of Gandhi and a child who ate too much sugar. Best samadhi is the fire samadhi. The hair and the nail are in the akasha. Yoga is a human science. Energy is more than the physical body. We need living prana. Prana is life and life is the soul. Do not eat junk food.
Speech from Brisbane, Australia
1:50 - 1:57 (7 min)
Ancient wisdom and modern action share a common inspiration.
The world and every being in it are imbibed by God. Realizing this oneness removes jealousy, as another's happiness or suffering is your own. For the magnanimous, the entire universe is one family. Our earthly family is suffering, and we must act, which is the purpose of the Earth Charter. We teach its principles through play and song. As your company, so is your character; we affect each other. There is a beautiful joy within each person. When we find it, we can affect others. We must not just do what the Charter says, but be it, letting it rub off on everyone around us. An inspiration from Rajasthan shows what's possible: they banned plastic bags. People adapted quickly, using newspaper and cloth bags. If they can do it, why can't we? Everything is possible if we believe it from within. We must develop global harmony.
"this whole world, everyone in it, every being, every creature, every drop of water, every grain of sand is imbibed by God."
"for the magnanimous, however, the whole world is one family."

Presentation of Yoga In Daily Life from the city of Presov, Slovak Republic.
Yagya
3:15 - 4:14 (59 min)
The sacred union of marriage is a spiritual dharma that establishes an eternal bond. Husband and wife will reunite through their astral bodies in the astral world after death; the soul waits and calls for this merging. For a yajña, a sympathetic couple is required, as disharmony prevents the sacred work. Dharma, or cosmic justice, is personified by Dharmarāja, the king of righteousness, and Yamarāja, the king of death, both overseen by Śiva. Marriage makes two individuals like a single bird with two wings; a broken marriage through divorce results in broken wings and a broken path. The promise made during the wedding is sacred, given upon a holy book, and is recorded by dharma itself; breaking it invokes justice. A couple may mutually agree to live in brahmacharya, focusing on dharma without the marital relation, and both may then progress spiritually. The ceremonial yajña involves mantras from the Vedas, such as the Gāyatrī mantra, and requires purity, donation, and sincere participation. Spiritual initiation from a guru is a lifelong bond; one should not seek another master, just as a child has one true mother. The path demands discipline and loyalty to one's chosen spiritual lineage.
"Your soul waits for that, calls to you, and longs to merge and come to you."
"Promise—it does not matter which religion. In every religion there is the promise, and you cannot break your promise."

Self is happiness
4:15 - 4:53 (38 min)
The sense of life is to become happy and free from past suffering and karma. Satsaṅg is the best way to attain this peace. Our inner self, which seeks happiness, is a part of God. We often search for this self externally, but it cannot be found that way. To understand God and oneself, one must attend satsaṅg and study the scriptures. Yoga is the union of the self with the Cosmic Self. All who take physical form, even God, must endure certain sufferings according to cosmic law. We are here due to our karma, while God incarnates by free decision, yet He too must accept difficulties, sometimes due to curses. Even a great devotee like Nārada once cursed Viṣṇu, causing Him to incarnate again. This occurs when one's intellect becomes confused. We must always pray for positive intellect.
"If the self is searching for the self somewhere, we will never find it anywhere."
"The difference between us and God is that we came to the world because of our karma, and He came according to His own decision."

The mercy of Bhagavan Shiva
4:55 - 5:25 (30 min)
Śiva is the eternal source and protector beyond birth and form.
He is Ādi, the beginningless source from which all emerges. Śiva manifested Brahmā and Viṣṇu, assigning them roles: Brahmā creates, Viṣṇu preserves, and Śiva ultimately protects and dissolves. He maintains balance between all forces. The holy night of Mahāśivarātri commemorates his grace. A desperate hunter, failing to find food, climbed a Bīlva tree. Water from his vessel and leaves he dropped fell onto a Śiva Liṅga below, unknowingly performing worship. Throughout the night, he was moved to compassion and spared the lives of pleading deer. By dawn, Śiva, pleased with this inadvertent devotion, blessed the hunter and his family with sustenance, forbidding further killing. Śiva is Bholenāth, the easily pleased lord who grants boons to simple, sincere hearts, turning even accidental or flawed actions into devotion.
"Śiva is not born; he has no mother, no son, and no father. He is the father; it is he who manifests himself."
"So when man was there and Śiva came and Śiva said, 'I will protect these deer and I protect your families.'"

The speech of the Ambassador of India to Hungary Mr. Kumar Tuhin. It is important to keep the original message of the Yoga. It is Sanatana Dharma, India is the cradle of culture. The duty of the human
8:15 - 8:56 (41 min)
The foundation of life is honoring the divine within relationships and recognizing our shared humanity. First, honor the mother, for she gives life and protection. Second, honor the father. Both parents must prioritize their child over work, or the child loses connection and respect. Humanity is one, beyond caste, color, or origin. The first worship is to the mother. If all women stand to educate children, there will be no war. Next, honor the teacher for worldly knowledge, then the ancestors, and finally the spiritual guide for soul knowledge. Humans must seek more than eating and sleeping; we must ask "Who am I?" We must love all creatures. Modern life, with its distractions like laptops, pushes the child from the parent's lap. Centers like this bring people together. Even the vegan movement points to this unity, recognizing that milk is a mother's love. Our inner space is vast. We are all one soul, like separate drops from the same water. Do not seek meditation far away; go within through the chakras and Kuṇḍalinī.
"First worship is to the mother. First adoration is to the mother."
"O human, if one is doing only eating, creating children, and sleeping, all creatures can do. What is our duty as humans to come?"

The reflection of the Self
9:00 - 10:12 (72 min)
The light of the Self is realized through grace and alert practice. Time is a human construct; only the Supreme is unchanging. We are bound in saṃsāra, coming and going due to karma. The body is a temporary bag discarded at death, but the soul remains. Do not depend on others for your spiritual work; you must eat the food yourself. Holy books and teachings are like injections of wisdom to awaken us. Practice sādhanā and ātmācintan—thinking deeply on the Self. This reflection, or 'chilka', of consciousness is glimpsed through repetition like in bhajan. Remain alert and awakened, using tools like the mālā to maintain this awareness. The five sheaths of the body are temporary; you are not these layers. The soul is one in all. Do not become overly attached to worldly life and sorrow. The work is to realize and spread this inner light.
"Guru Kripa Hi Kevalam." "Don't depend on someone to do it for you."

Kundalini, chakras, and consciousness
18:15 - 19:16 (61 min)
We explore the soul, chakras, and the oneness of consciousness. Every creature has chakras and an effect on nature. Our skin is a vital protective layer connected to these energy centers. Misusing chemicals on our skin or harming animals creates negative karmic effects. The individual soul, or jīva, is like a drop of water. All drops originate from and return to the one ocean, which is the universal soul or paramātmā. Our bodies are mostly water, circulating like rivers seeking the ocean. The chakras are round energy centers, like the symbol of the sun. All major religions point to the same divine principle, often expressed through sacred sound like Oṃ. Our nervous system contains thousands of channels connecting these centers. Kundalini awakening is the conscious vibration of energy through every gland in the body, not a physical ascent. You already possess this divine consciousness. Realization comes from understanding you are part of the one ocean, not a separate drop.
"All this living jīva is only one. We are all one, but we are separated."
"Everything begins with sound. In the beginning, there was sound."

Clean your body inside with proper food, practising asanas and pranayama. Do not go to restaurants too often. Vishwaguruji invites everyone to Sri Alakhpuriji's cave in the Himalayas.

Real yoga is to love and understand the body, like when we are practicing Yoga in Daily Life.
