Christmas Satsang with H.H. Vishwaguruji
0:15 - 1:09 (54 min)
Recorded on
We search for the divine source while trapped in human conflict. Our spiritual root is Ālagpurījī, connected to the Kailāśa mountain, the kingdom of Śiva. There have been countless Yugas. Divine figures like Śiva manifested; they were not born. Yet in this Kali Yuga, many religions and interpretations arose. People fight over "my God" versus "your God," but no one has truly seen God. If God were seen in form, like Jesus, that form might be rejected or crucified. We divide the earth into countries and houses, forgetting our shared humanity. The soul journeys through many bodies, like coal becoming a diamond through immense pressure and time. Our spiritual practice is this purification. But human jealousy pulls down anyone who rises, like crocodiles in a tale. We cling to titles and differences, forgetting the soul is one. Scriptures are like injections to prevent bad behavior, yet we still fight. Truth alone wins. Hold to your inner truth against all temptation. "Neither have you seen God, nor has anyone else seen God." "Kṛṣṇa did not say it, Rāma did not say it, and Allāh did not say it. All, nobody said, but it is we who are doing this." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
The five elements in the world and in our body
1:15 - 2:09 (54 min)
Recorded on
The union of consciousness and space is the primordial principle. Remember the divine at all times. The sun is a vital divine source. The body's intricate organs, like the lungs spanning a field, sustain life. Earth is a living being teeming with life. The goal is self-realization, to understand one is not the body or mind but the Ātmā. The five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—are living and essential. Space is primary, with consciousness within it. Their union is yoga, the harmony and balance existing before all else. What is called yoga practice is a technique for bodily purification and self-knowledge. All fires, from the digestive to the solar, are to be revered as Agni Dev. The story illustrates that many seek prosperity over the divine. True devotion rises above such attachment. "Yoga is that which unites the consciousness and space." "Without Agni Dev, no world creation is there." Filming location: Fiji Islands
How a hatha yogi can reach the aim of yoga
2:15 - 2:53 (38 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the singular union of the individual soul with the Supreme. It is Ādi Anādi, beginningless and endless. The eternal space contains consciousness, called cetan. Yoga is the harmonizing, balancing, and uniting of these principles into oneness. This union is between Jīvātmā, the individual soul, and Paramātmā, the Supreme Soul. The purpose of all yoga paths is to achieve this. Haṭha Yoga requires strict discipline, Kāyā Sādhana, to balance the body and mind. A true Haṭha Yogī forges their own path like a lion, not following the common road. They require purification, as energy transfers between people like an infection, disrupting meditation and clarity. The yogī must protect their energy and not change their determined course, even against opposing winds. Achieving this balance leads to liberation. "Yoga means the balance. Harmonizing, balancing, and uniting." "A Haṭha yogī doesn't walk only on that. It will make its own practice on sādhanā." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
The Path of Yoga for Universal Peace
3:00 - 3:23 (23 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the universal manual for achieving peace. It is far more than physical flexibility; it is the interconnection of body, mind, and spirit, extending from the individual to all humanity and nature. Lasting peace has not been found through material wealth or political philosophies alone. Yoga, founded on non-violence, provides the path. It is a way of life that harmonizes all faiths by directing one inward to know the self. Transforming the world begins with transforming oneself. This practice requires no money and can be started immediately. By investing in yoga education and making personal practice a priority, individuals become ambassadors of peace. The collective action of many yogis can change the world. "Yoga is the only practice that gives peace to everyone without harm, judgment, or discrimination." "To fix the world, you must fix your mind." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
Chakras in the human being
3:30 - 4:15 (45 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the science of the body, mind, consciousness, and soul. A chakra is a cycle revolving around a central point, like a drop within a fog, representing the soul. This central point is mirrored at the navel, a mighty circle. Life begins as a tiny drop of consciousness, developing from invisible to visible, holding all ancestral information as positive energy and light. Meditation awakens awareness of one's level of existence. Chakras are imaginative representations, but their reality is described in sacred texts. Two energies exist within a chakra: negative, painful darkness or positive, supreme light called Śabda Brahman. This sound, or nāda, is the essence. All is located along the spinal column, beginning from one bindu, containing the five elements. The human consists of five bodies: nourishment, energy, mind, knowledge, and the body of desire for action. The mind is a reflection of the senses, receiving all knowledge through five perceptual senses and influencing action through five active senses. Consciousness exists in states from unconscious to supreme, dormant within the chakras. One must simply become aware and limit worldly desires. All chakras lead to the fifth, the Viśuddhi cakra at the throat, connected to the thyroid gland. Negativity swallowed in life loads this center. In myth, Śiva drank poison but held it at his throat, purifying it, turning his throat blue. One should not swallow psychic problems. A purification technique exists, but one must first cleanse the three primary energy channels. Psychic problems are a cause of disease; purification addresses this. "Śabda, śabda is brahma, brahma śabda, śabda brahma." "Viśuddhi means to purify." Filming location: Vancouver, Canada
Pranayama and the five bodies
4:20 - 5:11 (51 min)
Recorded on
Health is founded on proper yoga practice, not mere postures. Yoga in Daily Life is a scientific system for physical, mental, social, and spiritual health. Many have been cured of disease through correct sādhanā. The most foolish approach is to begin with strenuous postures alone; health must be cultivated naturally. The body is sustained by five elements and composed of five sheaths. The first sheath is the physical body, nourished by food. The second is the energy body, sustained by fresh air and fresh, vital food. Dead, reheated food lacks prāṇa and creates illness. The third sheath is the mind, which cannot be killed because desire cannot be killed. Hope and longing are also immortal. Running after desires is like chasing a mirage; it destroys life. What is destined will come without frantic pursuit. Practice should be purposeful. Prāṇāyāma is more powerful than āsanas, but one must know which technique is for which benefit. "The first happiness is a healthy body." "Your mind will never die. Your desire will not die, and your mind also will not die." Filming location: Fiji Islands
Swara Yoga
6:10 - 6:47 (37 min)
Recorded on
Svara Yoga is a profound practice aligning breath with life's rhythms. For the sincere practitioner, it is a simple sadhana, yet difficult for the mere trier. This discipline reveals indications of past, present, and future. It involves understanding the flow of the Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna nadis. Daily actions—rising, stepping, eating, drinking—should harmonize with the active nostril. This alignment dispels anxiety and brings clarity. The moon's phases hold significance, connected to emotion and water. Practice cultivates automatic awareness, prolonging health and happiness. It requires sustained dedication, not short-term effort. "Svara Yoga gives indications about your whole life. It provides information about your past, what is happening in the present, and offers indications for the future." "Eat when the right nostril is flowing... When you drink water, let the left nostril flow." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Adoring the God
6:55 - 7:31 (36 min)
Recorded on
The beauty of nature mirrors the inner light of meditation. Observe creation's splendor—the dawn, sunset, ocean, and wind. This external beauty reflects the Chidākāśa, the inner space of consciousness, which can be illuminated. Practice satsaṅg, being together in truth. Practice the disciplines of yoga: good conduct, thoughts, food, and dwelling in joyful places. All creation is sacred. Recognize the one divine reality behind all forms. Human life is defined by compassion and reverence. Do not cause pain. Respect the earth as mother and all life. Do not waste resources. The sound Oṁ is the primordial vibration of all creation. It is Parabrahma, the supreme formless reality. Chanting Oṁ purifies and removes fear, connecting the individual to the universal resonance. "Sat means the truth, and saṅg means to be together. Be there with that society which speaks about God, about truth." "Oṁkāra is Parabrahma Rūpa. It means the form... Oṁkāra is nābhārūpa, like the sky." Filming location: Fiji Islands

Developing human qualities
8:15 - 9:12 (57 min)
Recorded on
Human life is distinguished by its understanding of dharma, karma, pāpa, and puṇya. Animals live by survival, but humans are given rules and the capacity to discern sin from piety. Karma is action, specific to human understanding. Pāpa, or sin, is not removed by brief rituals or holy water; it is deep within our existence and requires sustained practice. Puṇya comes from good actions that cause no pain to others. We must cultivate positive energy through kindness and mercy. Our associations matter: satsaṅga elevates, while kusaṅga spreads negativity like a disease. Modern life brings pollution and negative karma that manifest as illness. Human duty is to protect life, not destroy it, beginning with a sāttvic diet. We must purify all five layers of our being through awareness and righteous living. "Thou shalt not kill. He did not say whom you should not kill." "If you cannot help, do not destroy. If you cannot forgive, do not take the reactions." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Harmony unity and balance
9:20 - 10:15 (55 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Sri Devpuruji Ashram, Raumati Beach, New Zealand. Yoga is the science of harmony unity and balance in the universe. Love is God and God is love. First God is Mother. Space is the mother principle. The soul is the part of the universe. Consciousness is in the space but space is not in the consciousness. We should follow natures life. Allopathic medicine is not natural but sometimes can save our life. Cancer is in our body but if we do not go against nature it does not become aggressive. There are five elements which protect the soul. There are five koshas in us. Don't eat the dead body. Energy is in the natural things not in plastic. Say no to plastic. Uppranas are very powerful.

The Essence of the Vedas and the Generosity of Nature
11:20 - 12:17 (57 min)
Recorded on
The essence of all spiritual teaching is to live in harmony with all creation. Time and karma are certain. The Vedas, studied for many years, distill into a simple law: give good to every creature and love them as yourself, and good returns. Cause trouble to any being or the environment, and trouble returns. Nature embodies this generosity without asking for thanks. A lake gives water to all. A tree gives fruit and shade without retaliation. A saint gives blessings without anger. Rain falls everywhere without discrimination. Every plant holds unknown power for good. Therefore, do nothing harmful. The practices learned here require personal experience and full knowledge before guiding others. Maintain the peace and clarity gained. "Give good things—comfort, pleasure, help in every aspect—to every creature... then good will return to you." "If you cause trouble to anyone—animals, humans, the forest, vegetation, or the environment—it will come back to you." Filming location: Fiji Islands
Vishuddhi chakra and stress
12:25 - 13:19 (54 min)
Recorded on
Morning program with Vishwaguruji from Vancouver, Canada. Yoga practice and Guru kripa are like a highway to our destination. All the emotional problems are blocked at the vishuddhi chakra. If we have a problem but we are trying to hide it, this affects the vishuddhi chakra. There are certain steps to do in order to solve psychic problems. If you are always changing the method, time will pass without success.
Resonance is God
13:25 - 14:21 (56 min)

The human body is a network of prāṇa, nerves, and glands, best maintained through natural harmony. An anecdote tells of women painted gold who died because their skin could not breathe; this illustrates that our entire skin breathes prāṇa. Tight clothing like jeans restricts this flow. The body has 72,000 nerves, a network where blockages cause disease. Natural treatments from Prakṛti, unlike altered chemicals, heal without side effects by becoming one with the body. Marriage symbolizes a sacred merger, a knot or gland from which new life emerges, aligning with natural cycles. Lineage and tradition preserve this purity. Sound originates from the navel; conscious speech creates positive or negative vibrations affecting our nerves and organs. Practices like Vajrāsana activate the Vajra Nāḍī, promoting digestion and energy flow by awakening awareness in the body. "Prakṛti, the nature, is slowly, but this nature accepts our body. This will turn into our body, as our body." "Sound is sound, but which kind of sound? How does it appear? So from here, you still have control of the heart, and you still have control of the vocal cords." Filming location: Wellington, New Zealand
The Divine Lineage of Alakpurījī: Saints, Siddhas, and the Eternal Guru
14:25 - 14:55 (30 min)
Recorded on
The divine lineage flows from the Himalayan Siddha Pīṭha of Alakpurījī. This holy place in the high valleys near Badrināth is where Alaknandā and another river meet. Great beings incarnate in every yuga to protect dharma and liberate souls. These are the Nityāvatāra, the eternal gurus embodying the creator, sustainer, and dissolver principles. They often move hidden in the world. A seeker named Devapurījī received Alakpurījī's light and blessings, gaining great siddhis. He later bestowed this light upon Bhagavān Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī, an incarnation of Viṣṇu. Mahāprabhujī's dear disciple was Śrī Svāmī Madhavānandapurījī, whose divine birth we commemorate. The path requires complete surrender, not a desire for quick miracles. When God calls, one must be ready to go. "O Arjuna, from time to time I incarnate in every yuga to protect the dharma, to liberate all the pure souls." "Guru Brahma, Guru Viṣṇu, Guru Devo Maheśvara, Guru Sākṣāt Para Brahma, Tasmai Śrī Guruve Namaha." Filming location: Alakhpuriji Vasudhara Himalaya, India

A morning practice integrates physical postures with breath awareness to prepare the body and mind. Begin by lying down, interlocking fingers behind the head, and lifting the upper body with an exhalation to feel the back stretch. Move through sequences to stretch the shoulders, back, and legs, coordinating each movement with the breath. Practice lateral bends and forward folds with a straight spine. Engage the abdominal muscles with controlled leg lifts. Conclude with seated prāṇāyāma, focusing on alternate nostril breathing without counting cycles. Observe the natural breath flow and use a mantra to maintain focus, allowing thoughts to pass without analysis. Feel peace filling the heart with each breath. "With every exhalation, try to deepen the position a little." "Just enjoy the prāṇāyāma. We don’t have to count the cycles; we just relax and do prāṇāyāma." Filming location: Umag, Croatia
