Keep your spirituality
0:15 - 1:04 (49 min)
Time's passage is inevitable, and the continuity of life proceeds regardless of human effort. The sunset symbolizes this natural progression into age and reflection. Youth is preoccupied with action, while age brings contemplation of legacy and what slips away. Society often dismisses the elderly, yet true value lies not in appearance but in accumulated wisdom. Gray hair signifies hard-earned insight, not something to disguise. The essential support in life's dusk is spiritual light and lineage, not worldly achievements. Having children continues a lineage of dignity, but its quality depends on spiritual purity, not mere birth. True continuity is found in authentic spiritual practice and association, not in crowds or mixed intentions.
"Let your reality come. In white or gray hair is the wisdom, my dear."
"No matter how strong you are or how much you practice, when that Kuśaṅga is in you, your body and everything will be destroyed."

Yoga brings balance between space and consciousness
2:05 - 2:54 (49 min)
The spiritual path is a rare journey from primordial void to pure consciousness. We exist in Kali Yuga, a dark age of sin and conflict, yet protected by unseen sages from Satyayuga, the age of truth. Spirituality is not ritual but crystalline purity without duality or negative thought. From the void (śūnyākāśa) arose a singular vibration—"I am one, I will multiply"—initiating creation. Human life is a precious chance among 8.4 million life forms. However, the human condition inherently accumulates karma like dust. True aspirants must purify continuously, as even a spot of criticism defiles the consciousness. The goal is to become desireless and awake, harmonizing consciousness and space. This awakening is not personal but universal and endless.
"Holy are they who will swallow this negative life, words, or subject, and it purifies—like you put your laundry in the washing machine."
"Spirituality means purity, pure, crystal clear. There is not any spot of darkness or gray."

Around The World - Vegetarianism and top sport, Part 1
3:10 - 3:34 (24 min)
Vegetarian nutrition fully supports elite athletic performance. A vegetarian diet based on non-injury provides complete nourishment. Properly prepared, it offers all necessary energy without burdening the body. The foundation is high-quality, organic ingredients. Whole grains like pasta provide sustained energy from complex carbohydrates. Tofu and legumes supply easily digestible protein for muscle development. Spices are essential medicines that enhance flavor, aid digestion, and improve nutrient absorption. Creativity in combining these elements is vital. Dairy products and healthy fats like olive oil and ghee complete the nutritional profile. This approach ensures athletes receive all required proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
"Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties; from some studies, it seems to be one of the most potent anticancer agents."
"Spices are truly medicines. Each spice has such a wide range of effects that simply by taking them, we can not only maintain our health but also significantly improve it."

Importance of the Full Moon
4:50 - 5:15 (25 min)
The moon's influence is central to yoga, governing the mind and emotions through its connection to the left nostril and the Iḍā Nāḍī. Its constant change mirrors the fluctuations of our thoughts and feelings. To balance this, one practices Chandra Bhedana Prāṇāyāma, using only the left nostril to purify the lunar channel and stabilize the mind. The full moon is a time of stabilized mental activity, making fasting beneficial for cultivating calmness. The solar principle, Sūrya, represents stable consciousness and intellect, purified through Sūrya Bhedana Prāṇāyāma. The ultimate practice is Nāḍī Śodhana, the purification of both channels, often achieved through Anuloma Viloma Prāṇāyāma, which prepares the mind for deep meditation by quieting restless thoughts. This science of balancing the lunar and solar flows, known as Svara Yoga, requires long discipline. Supporting practices like Śīrṣāsana direct energy to the brain and senses for clarity. Each prāṇāyāma has a specific effect and should be learned properly.
"Through the moonlight, I enter into the vegetation as nectar, the sweetness."
"Chandra Bhedana Prāṇāyāma is very gentle, very soft, very easy; anyone can do it."

Unity in spirituality
5:30 - 6:13 (43 min)
This is a time of global celebration and unity in divine praise. The message of oneness is spread through yoga, transcending all borders and divisions. Personal travels through many nations demonstrate this universal work. The essence of all religions is one God, though human ego creates conflict. The core spiritual truth is that creation emanates from a single consciousness. All souls originate from and return to one divine source, like drops to an ocean. Therefore, live in harmony, forgive, and do good.
"Religion means to realize your relation to God; this is called religion."
"Every soul is the same. From the ocean comes the fog... joined again into the ocean."

6:00 - 6:57 (57 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Auckland, New Zealand. Stress is created by our response to the outer world. Yoga is one of the best ways to live a happy and healthy life. Emotional problems and pollution can create diseases such as cancer. We need to concentrate on using Mantra in order to avoid stress. Vishwaguruji gives a demonstration and detailed instructions on how to practice Mantra and Meditation, which is able to remove restlessness, anxiety and fear. Pranayama is also good for this purpose.
Bhagwan Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji
7:05 - 8:12 (67 min)
Today is the day of Bhagavān Mahāprabhujī. Brahmalīna beings are embodiments of the supreme, everlasting Brahman, which merges within devotees as both nirguṇa and saguṇa. Obstacles like negative thinking block this divine flow, just as a stone blocks a water pipe. Siddhas, who are transparent to divine vibration, manifest for purification. Cheating others creates lifelong negative karmic reactions; it is better to be cheated. Backbiting steals negative energies but also affects the victim. Maintain humility and positive thoughts to keep your path clear, like an elephant ignoring barking dogs. Reading holy texts purifies daily consciousness. External possessions are like dust, but your inner self is an eternal treasure. The mantra "Om Prabhu Deep Niranjan Sab Dukha Bhanjan" removes all troubles. Masters can turn obstacles into fog for the faithful. Divine beings appear in visions to guide and bless. The described bhajan celebrates Mahāprabhujī as the radiant source and ocean of immortal nectar, whose glory resonates everywhere.
"Deep Niranjan means purities. Prabhu Deep Niranjan, Sab Dukha Bhanjan removes all troubles."
"On whom this nectar of immortality rained... who have drunk this with a full heart... his or her coming and going back is finished."

We need to educate our children properly
10:00 - 11:12 (72 min)
The subject is satsaṅg, the true company that guides us from darkness to light. The first education comes from the mother, then from both parents, as taught in the Upaniṣads. Modern education often fails the youth, who lack direction. Children lose the lap of their parents to kindergartens and toys, which cannot provide true education. This leads to patan, or destruction, seen in drug use and disrespect. Utthān, or development, comes from humility and spirituality. We must distinguish between satsaṅg (good society) and kusaṅg (bad society). Many modern diseases stem from junk food and swallowed emotional problems like fear and anxiety, which affect specific organs. Yoga is a science for health, not sport. We all come from the Sun, and the soul is on an eternal journey dictated by destiny. Practice chanting "Aum" to channel solar energy from the navel through the chakras to heal and awaken the brain.
"Sat means the truth, and saṅg means to be together. In good company, with good friends, we learn good things."
"Hope is the walking stick from the cradle to the grave."

Satsang will bring us to the Aim
11:20 - 12:34 (74 min)
The path requires following an authentic spiritual lineage under a perfected master. Different traditions have their successions, like the papal lineage. One must remain within this paramparā; leaving it is like jumping from a moving train. The masters are Siddhas, perfect beings connected to the divine source. Their words are Guru Vākya, divine speech that manifests as truth. Total renunciation is the ideal, but progress requires patience and steady practice. The disciple's perception must mature to see the divine reality within the master, beyond physical appearance. The grace of the lineage is like nectar raining down, purifying the practitioner's inner turmoil. This blessing is equally available to all who faithfully follow the path.
"The perfected ones are the Siddhas."
"Guru Vakya is only for them who follow the Guru Vakya, not temporarily."

Holy places in the Himalayas
12:40 - 13:53 (73 min)
A pilgrimage reveals grace and the nature of karma. My role is often to avoid being an obstacle to what is already divinely orchestrated. The Himalayan land itself is 'Dev Bhūmi,' the divine land, whose air enters every cell regardless of belief. The holy lake Mānasarovar represents the mind's expansive lake, where the true Paramahaṁsa, the supreme soul, resides on pearls of wisdom. This consciousness is likened to Mount Kailāśa, the seat of Śiva. All life, across 8.4 million forms, shares the same essence—the jīva, or life force, which does not die. Humans, however, possess unique freedom and intellect, binding us to karma through four avenues: body, mind, word, and wealth. We consciously create karma, unlike other creatures. Actions like killing for business create severe karmic debt, recycling one through suffering. The law of karma operates irrespective of belief.
"All I have to do is be a bigger or lesser obstacle to things that are already done."
"If you believe or not, the poison will affect. So, Himalayan holy air, if you believe or not, it goes into every cell of your body."

Stress comes from emotional problems

Practicing of the system 'Yoga in Daily Life', Level 1 - Part 2
16:00 - 17:04 (64 min)
A morning yoga practice guides the body and breath toward relaxation and awareness. Begin by lying down, consciously relaxing each part of the body from the toes to the head. Observe the natural breath, then consciously deepen it into a full yogic wave moving from abdomen to chest. Coordinate simple stretches with inhalation and exhalation, feeling tension and release. Progress through poses that stretch the spine diagonally and twist it, always keeping the lower back close to the floor. Move into seated postures for flexion and extension of the spine, coordinating each movement with the breath. Conclude with deep relaxation, breath awareness, and a simple prāṇāyāma technique. "Feel your body becoming heavier with each exhalation." "Harmonize your movement with your breath." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Every soul is pure
17:10 - 18:03 (53 min)
The truth is unchanging reality, while the world is temporary illusion. From childhood, we inquire into our nature, yet remain in ignorance, claiming superiority over others. Only Brahman is real; this world is like a soap bubble. Our inner instrument, the antaḥkaraṇa, consists of mind, intellect, awareness, and ego. When purified, it leads to liberation. Every soul is pure but coated by karma and destiny. We must love all beings, for a tiny soul contains immense power. Social education requires understanding time and place, acting with positive intention. In the end, we face truth alone; our worldly companions and fears fall away. What is everlasting is real.
"Brahma satyaṁ, jagan mithyā. Only Brahman is the truth. And this jagat is mithyā."
"Every soul is coated by karma. The soul is pure, but coated by that destiny. And that destiny is what we are creating."

Let me be the dust on Your feet
21:15 - 21:51 (36 min)
Ego is a perilous force that elevates only to cast down. It is a hidden boulder one cannot move, blocking the path even after self-realization. Ambition for greatness or perfection leads one onto dangerous side paths, resulting in destruction. Pure devotion, not desire for achievement, leads to understanding. Many great beings have been destroyed by ego. Safety lies in following the Gurudeva's footprints, not accepting worship for oneself. One must serve, surrendering all sense of personal greatness. The tongue and passions are powerful senses that can destroy spiritual practice if not surrendered.
"Gurudeva, if You will not accept my service to You directly, then let me serve Thy servants."
