Eat healthy food and live as a human
0:30 - 1:13 (43 min)
Recorded on
The simplicity of spiritual practice lies in daily remembrance and conscious living. Historically, people across faiths integrated prayer into daily life, like family meals. Now, such observance has declined, correlating with modern negativity. Dietary choices reflect this shift; some move away from traditional vegetarianism, while others adopt veganism from compassion for animals. Health requires mindful eating and periodic fasting, not constant consumption. Simple morning affirmations ground us: acknowledge your humanity, honor Mother Earth, and revere water as life. Modern challenges like pollution and industrial agriculture show our disconnection from these elements. Returning to conscious basics fosters well-being. "First, when we open our eyes, then tell, 'I am human.'" "Water is life... Water is God." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. When Vishwaguruji in his young age first time arrived in Europe very few people heard about yoga and many people ate meat. At that time Vishwaguruji went back to India. But some Austrian people invite him again to come to Europe. The story of Vishwaguruji's first visit tö Czechoslovakia. Many Czech people are with Vishwaguruji from that time till now. The story of a grandmother in Czechoslovakia who didn't want that her grandchild becomes a vegetarian. Satsang bhajans and prayer were also very new for people at that time. We have to take care of our family. At that time people prayed before eating but now they do not.

The terms student, teacher, and master describe the same essential relationship. Everyone is a student learning from a master. The word 'guru' is simply our term for this. Students come from all directions—east, west, north, south—but all paths descend to the same summit. Do not criticize another's teacher. However, many now study extensively yet diverge, learning everything except spirituality. They may be lost, not knowing God. Formal study is not the sole path. A story tells of two brothers: one studied extensively, while the other lived simply by a river, performing pūjā for Śiva with only a mantra. The educated brother came to instruct him on proper ritual. As the elder prepared to leave, the younger brother, having forgotten a point, walked on water to reach him. The learned brother realized, "I learned everything, but I could not walk on water." I respect all learning and science. We need both medicine and spirituality. Yet we must remember our humanity. Upon waking, declare "I am human" and resolve not to kill. Honor the earth as your mother. We are like a single drop and the vast ocean—they are the same. All religions and people will ultimately merge into one. Do not cling to divisions. Give love to everybody. "Students come from all directions—east, west, north, south—but all paths descend to the same summit." "I learned everything, but I could not walk on water." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

We prepare two distinct meals for athletes. The first is whole wheat pasta with sauce and a green salad for endurance. The second is vegetables with fava beans and tofu for muscle building. Both include a milkshake. For athletes, avoid sugar; use raisins or dried fruit. Use minimal water and oil. Start cooking harder vegetables first. Season lightly with Himalayan salt, tamari, and spices like cumin and turmeric for digestion. Add leafy herbs at the end to preserve aroma. The milkshake combines nuts, cottage cheese, milk, and natural sweeteners. It serves as a protein-rich energy source. Brewer's yeast can be added for B12. "A key principle in cooking is to never use too much water." "Sports food should not be overly spiced or heavily fried, but it should not be tasteless either." Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia

How to Practice Anusthan
4:20 - 5:06 (46 min)
Recorded on
Anuṣṭhāna is a disciplined spiritual practice requiring strict adherence, not a casual activity. It is like recovering from major surgery where you must follow all instructions without deviation. Here, the Saṅgam hall is your operating theater. You receive precise techniques—posture, relaxation, concentration, and specific prāṇāyāmas like Anulom Vilom for purifying the Iḍā and Piṅgalā nāḍīs. This purification is not forcing air into nerves but cleansing the pathways with good breath. A true anuṣṭhāna demands a secluded, structured routine for weeks, with about nine hours of daily sādhanā including breathwork, chakra meditation, and chanting. During practice, maintain dietary discipline and minimize distractions. The goal is purification and health, not instant siddhis. Short retreats are an introduction; real progress requires sustained, serious training at home. "Forget your eating. Forget your coffee. Forget your fruits. Just come, drink water, eat whatever is given to you, and meditate." "We cannot put any air in our nerves. Even doctors cannot do it, even with an injection. Be careful." The Third Eye and the Awakening of the Mūlādhāra Cakra
5:15 - 5:53 (38 min)
Recorded on
The third eye symbolizes wisdom that burns all negativity to purity, and the awakening of the Mūlādhāra Cakra is the beginning of spiritual ascent. We have four eyes: in the heart, the Ājñā Cakra, and the two physical eyes. The Mūlādhāra is the seat of primal energy and our basic qualities. Its awakening feels like emerging from darkness, like a sprouting seed, bringing a pleasant, fearless, divine feeling as consciousness moves toward liberation. This cakra is a lotus, symbolizing creation and beauty, existing in the world but remaining above it. It has four petals representing the four ways life enters this world. An inverted triangle within symbolizes creative Śakti and the three guṇas. A seven-trunked elephant there symbolizes strength, prosperity, and the seven essential minerals; awakening balances the body. This elephant is Gaṇeśa, the remover of obstacles. Within the cakra is a Śiva Liṅga, representing supreme consciousness, around which a snake is coiled three times, symbolizing time. If not awakened, development goes down; when awakened, the snake rises, allowing one to see past, present, and future. This rising Kuṇḍalinī Śakti brings peace, prosperity, wisdom, and happiness. All these powers are within. "When the Mūlādhāra Cakra is awakening, like a child feels in the lap of the mother. Then there is a divine feeling, no fear, no negative feelings." "As the snake awaits and proceeds, she’s ascending, and that’s your wisdom. Your knowledge is awakening. It is the consciousness from the darkness coming out." Buddha

The present moment is the only reality we possess. Every second is irretrievably gone, so we must leave the past behind. The future is unknown. We can only truly be with the present. This awareness applies to simple acts, like eating; we must chew thoroughly to experience the taste, for once swallowed, the experience is gone. Spiritual practice, like using prayer beads, anchors us in this now. A story illustrates this: a great queen, devoted to Buddha's path, disfigured her own beautiful face so people would come to her satsang for the teaching, not her appearance. Buddha himself embodied mindfulness, moving with such care that he harmed no living thing. His legacy, like a banyan tree, has spread across the world from its origin. True spiritual guidance comes from such mindful presence, not from mere activity. "Every second is irretrievably gone. So it is that we should always... be now with ourselves." "And she really became a great queen... she was going to become a disciple for that. By this she managed that everyone at their satsaṅgs became Buddha's disciples." Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. During last year people could practise yoga individually. Meditation without mala and mantra is not good. We should follow our path. There are many paths but all comes together. Every creature have a path and they know that God has given them everything. Our yoga path is very clear. God gave everything to humans but we lost it. God is sitting in us. We should become one with God. We are human but we completely confused and don't know clearly our path. Mantra is very important which is always with us and show our path

The soul's journey is from creation to liberation, moving beyond heaven and hell to merge with the Supreme. All beings exist in water, earth, and sky. Humans are given a unique capacity to know. It is said we originate from God and return to the Supreme Reality, Parabrahman, not merely to heaven or hell. Our true nature is vast, like a drop from the ocean. Judging others as 'not good' first indicates our own impurity; the tongue creates negativity. To clear the heart, offer peace and good words instead of conflict. Our spiritual practice, or sādhanā, purifies us daily, like washing a dirty garment. True renunciation, as seen in some sādhus, involves profound sacrifice, but such intense tapasyā is difficult. Many paths and teachers exist, each offering guidance. Ultimately, through yoga and devotion, the aim is to realize our divine essence and merge with the Supreme, beyond all dualities. "If I tell about someone else that they are not good, it means first, I am not good." "When you were born, you brought it, and when you will go, your hand is open, nothing is there." To progress, integrate spiritual practice into daily life with devotion. Holī Gurujī said having children is important for progress; be good to them. Practice is not just for gatherings but must continue at home with your family through prayer and pūjā. You must learn and practice consistently, not only for a few days. The recent years made group practice difficult, but many continued individually. During the pandemic, our yoga practitioners largely remained healthy due to clean living and practice, though we must stay careful. My work has spread yoga widely, creating a community like a flowering tree. A devoted disciple of Mahāprabhujī recently passed, demonstrating ideal devotion by consciously leaving for his guru. We must aspire to such steadfast practice and devotion until our final moments, merging with the divine. "Your families are all yoga, our yoga. Then it is very good; you can do it at home too." "I told you always, that until the last, until the last time, when you will be in your guru and in your sādhanā, then in the last minutes, then you will go as into Paramatmā." How did yoga begin in Czechoslovakia?

Understand the meaning within the bhajan, not just its sound. If you know the meaning, it becomes a reality in your heart and mind. When I first arrived, people did not truly understand yoga or the bhajans. We sang to each other without comprehension. The authorities were curious but generally permissive, valuing yoga for health. I recall a cold winter journey through Czechoslovakia, sharing tea and bread with students late into the night, always welcomed despite police formalities. The environment was safe and sincere. The only rules given to me were to avoid moving currency, religious discourse, and politics—principles that align naturally with a yogi's life. Practice grew steadily from small groups. The focus was always on health and harmony, free from politics or dogma. "Because if we can’t understand—okay, good melodies, okay—this is a bhajan in Sanskrit or in Hindi or something. But if we know exactly what it means, then we have in our heart, in our brain, in our mind, it is the reality." "And so I said, 'But what should I not do?'... Don’t take anything out of our country’s movable money, gold, some letters, etc... No talking, religious. Be as it is... and not any politics." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Satsang for Holiguruji's birthday

Our destiny, or kismat, is shaped by past, present, and future, governed by cosmic law. The positions of the moon and sun create different constellations, making a day good for one person and bad for another. Jyotiṣ calculates these influences, focusing on the moon, which affects our experiences. Our origin is not from our parents alone but traces back through elements to space and ultimately to God. However, God's grant of freedom is overseen by Dharmarāja, who ensures every detail of our destiny from past lives is accounted for before we are sent forth. Even divine figures like Rāma and Kṛṣṇa endured suffering dictated by their kismat. A jyotiṣī can assess this destiny by examining one's birth details and even the land for a house, seeing imbalances that lead to future troubles. We may believe we have free will, but God holds the final key. Great saints like Ramakrishna accepted their destined suffering rather than avoid it, understanding that escaping it would only postpone the inevitable. Therefore, we must remain humble and perform selfless service, recognizing that our unseen destiny is always in motion. "God sent us, but it is said, no. First, they gave everything. They came and they cleaned it all up." "My dear, kismat will not let anyone free. So, something which is in your luck, you will get that." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

How to practise mantra and kriya
14:45 - 15:54 (69 min)
Recorded on
The path of mantra and kriyā is a practical yogic science. We received mantra initiation, which is not magic but a disciplined practice. First, write your mantra exactly each day; this is Likhita Japa. Then, pronounce it correctly, as mispronunciation changes meaning. Next, chant it mentally, then reach Udāsī, where it is silent within. Finally, it becomes Ajapa, flowing spontaneously with the breath. This process purifies the mind. Similarly, Kriyā is the science of inner energy. Practice involves guiding breath through the chakras from Mūlādhāra to Sahasrāra, a minimum of 27 minutes daily without interruption. This is not a miracle but a systematic sādhanā. Do not teach these techniques lightly, as they require personal commitment and purity. Avoid fear and ignorance; instead, cultivate alertness and knowledge. True practice brings quality and joy, distinct from distorted teachings. "First, write down your mantra. That is called Likhita Mantra. If you do not write and pronounce it exactly, then your mantra will not be powerful." "Practice involves guiding breath through the chakras... a minimum of 27 minutes daily without interruption. This is not a miracle but a systematic sādhanā." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Practicing of the system 'Yoga in Daily Life', Level 2 - Part 2
16:00 - 17:11 (71 min)
Recorded on
We continue the systematic practice of Yoga in Daily Life, Level Two. Begin seated, chanting Oṁ three times. Lie in Ānanda Āsana for relaxation, progressively releasing tension from toes to head. Observe the natural breath, then practice the full yoga breath in three parts: abdomen, chest, and clavicles. Add arm movements synchronized with this breath wave. Proceed to stretching exercises, extending each side of the body and then the entire body with inhalation, relaxing completely with exhalation. Resume the Level Two sequence from Meru Pṛṣṭhāsana, a standing twist that energizes the body and increases spinal flexibility. Practice Catuṣpada Āsana, a forward bend that strengthens the back and legs. Perform Cakrāsana, a side-bending rotation that improves posture and digestion. Practice Dvikoṇāsana, a forward bend with hands clasped behind the back to open the shoulders. Move through Bhūta Āsana, a squatting posture that strengthens the pelvic floor. Perform Setu Āsana, the bridge pose, to strengthen major muscle groups. Practice Hastapādāṅguṣṭhāsana, a side-lying leg lift that improves balance and kidney function. Execute Sumeru Āsana from a kneeling position to stretch the calves and soles. Conclude the āsanas with Meruvakrāsana, a seated twist preparing for deeper postures. End with final relaxation in Ānanda Āsana, scanning and releasing the entire body. Sit for Prāṇāyāma, practicing alternate nostril breathing to prepare for meditation. Close with Oṁ and Śānti chants, then gently return awareness to the external environment. "Āsana should be a comfortable position. You should feel relaxed and good in the position." "After exhalation, in the holding of the breath, you can feel complete relaxation and peace within the whole body." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

This sacred grove is a place of satsaṅg, established through great effort, where one must enter with clean hands and feet and without shoes. It is a beautiful, peaceful forest for prayer. Our ashram is a holy place where many have lived peacefully, having given up things like meat and alcohol. Devotees from around the world come, though some stay only briefly. This path led to the rediscovery of the ancient principle of Alak Purījī, connected to Śiva. After the era of Śiva and Shakti, Pārvatī arose, though she was initially unaware. "This is our satsaṅg, our samāj. This is what we are for everyone." "Anytime, if you desire something... you should come to this place and pray with our mantra. Everything will return to peace and harmony." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The Layer Of Spirituality
20:30 - 21:17 (47 min)

We explore the sacred nature of prāṇa and the saints within creation. Prāṇa is the cosmic life energy. Our Earth uniquely holds the water element, which is life and the presence of the divine. Creation began with sound, which manifested the elements, with water enabling life. We are one with nature. A tree is a conscious, selfless giver, providing from cradle to grave, and is thus considered a saint. The first category of saint is Sarovar, a lake that gives water freely and does not return the stones thrown into it, unlike the mind's lake which can return disturbance. The tree, or Tarvar, is the second, a lifelong companion. The third is Santajan, the true saint who calms the fires of negativity without cursing others. The fourth is rain, essential for life. This prāṇa creates a protective radiance around the Earth, like an aura or ozone layer, and similarly around a spiritual embryo in satsaṅg. When this layer is damaged by negative thoughts or a teacher's partiality, it causes spiritual miscarriage. We must repair our planet's aura by limiting greed and managing waste mindfully. Satsaṅg purifies collective prāṇa. Without it, we lose jñāna, dhyāna, and bhakti. True authority to speak comes from inner realization, not title. "The tree gives you the beautiful frames for doors and windows. The tree gives you a beautiful shelter to make a hut." "In every heart is my Lord. God dwells in each and every creature." Navel is the centre of our body
21:20 - 22:04 (44 min)
Recorded on
The human body is the temple made by God, containing profound insights and requiring care through pure living and spiritual practice. Within this temple, the divine resides and plays. Our consciousness and soul are of God, though the body is temporary. We must first help ourselves to effectively help others, akin to securing one's oxygen mask before assisting a child. The path to the Cosmic is through the body, ascending step by step. The key point is the navel, the center from which the sound vibration, Nāda, originates and connects us to Parabrahma. This Nāda, synonymous with Om, is the essence. At death, all vibrations return to the navel. True practice involves awakening this resonance from the navel through the chakras, not merely vocalizing in the head. The complete journey of sound moves from the navel to the vocal cords, through the nostrils, and to the crown chakra, leading to samādhi. "One is made by humans. The second temple is that which God made. As I told yesterday, our body is our temple." "Nāda, the sound. Nāda, the form of Parabrahma. That is Parabrahma. That is the sound, Parabrahma, Puruṣottam Bhagavān. That we come to." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Respect the life of other creatures
22:55 - 23:43 (48 min)
Recorded on
Satsaṅg is the gathering in truth, and its essence is universal compassion for all living beings. 'Sat' means truth, peace, and harmony. We are all in satsaṅg now, together. All creatures possess the same soul, the same ātmā, given by God. We are like passengers on one ship or one aeroplane; our fates are shared. In nature, one creature eats another, but humans have been given a higher responsibility by the Paramātmā. Great teachers and deities have taught that we should not kill creatures. We should not eat them. In this Kali Yuga, there is much unnecessary killing, which creates a cycle of violence. It does not matter what country you are from; the principle is the same. We must love and protect all life, including animals in our homes. Some people practice yoga but do not speak against alcohol and meat; we must speak. Our human nature should be one of non-violence. If we knowingly cause harm, we must seek forgiveness. We must return to the principles of Sanātana Dharma, living together in truth and peace. "All creatures possess the same soul, the same ātmā, given by God." "Great teachers and deities have taught that we should not kill creatures." Filming location: Salzburg, Austria
