The real disciple
0:30 - 1:09 (39 min)
Recorded on
The essence of Sanātana Dharma is Śaṅkarācārya, who restored truth from a young age. He sought to become a sannyāsī despite his mother's initial refusal, later fulfilling his promise to perform her funeral rites against convention. He established four monasteries across India, providing different spiritual paths for different natures. Becoming a true disciple requires immense dedication, as illustrated by the tale of Upamanyu. The young boy endured severe tests from his guru, including starvation, blindness, and falling into a well, yet maintained his devotion. His unwavering faith ultimately invoked divine vision and strength. Modern disciples often lack such steadfastness, distracted by the temptations of the current age. "Mother, I will be there for you, but I must also go forth to restore reality and truth." "Gurudev, I cannot eat without first offering food to someone." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Clear your mind
1:15 - 1:51 (36 min)
Recorded on
To change the world, you must first change yourself. Look within to see your anger, hatred, love, and devotion. Change comes through sitting with a guru, meditating, praying, and asking for forgiveness. The guru forgives and guides you to the Supreme Self. Do not blame others; first fix the bad within you. Never doubt the guru's decisions, even if they seem illogical, for his will is for your betterment. His grace alone ensures the disciple's welfare. A story illustrates this: disciples testing a guru with a bird asked if it was alive or dead. The guru said, "This is in your hands," showing our karma is our own. Another story tells of a marital misunderstanding over bread that lasted fifty years, highlighting how unspoken resentments cause lifelong suffering. Clear your mind through communication and forgiveness. "Guru kṛpā he kevalaṃ śiṣya kalyāṇamaṅgalam." "This is in your hands." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Webcast from Jadan Ashram
1:55 - 2:38 (43 min)
Recorded on
The heart's plea is for the Guru's grace to reveal the true experience and provide refuge. When the Guru draws near, hope becomes possible; when distant, one is lost, not knowing where to turn. Worldly illusion holds no appeal, for nothing else is desired. Taking refuge in the Guru eradicates all deceit and the cycle of eighty-four. Through true association, one seeks freedom from the world. By meditating on the spotless, bondage is destroyed. If entangled in the consequences of worldly actions, one prays not to be drowned. The Self reveals the secret: why does this cage of five elements cause such anguish? This Self, the inner guide, explains the reality beyond mother, father, and family. "Kripa Karo Guru Deva Janan Hṛdaya Karo Nihivāsa." "Toya ātmā bheda batāvata hai." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Yoga in Daily Life: Health Promotion in the Czech Republic
3:00 - 3:13 (13 min)
Recorded on
Yoga in Daily Life systematically promotes health in the Czech Republic. The system began here in 1973, based on the traditional concept of Vedānta. It offers training on four levels: physical, mental, social, and spiritual, for everyone regardless of background. This aligns with the national health strategy, which now explicitly includes spiritual health. New government action plans until 2020 target areas where yoga can directly contribute: promoting physical activity, proper nutrition, mental health, reducing risky behaviors, and mitigating environmental stress. The system's sophisticated, methodology-unique techniques make it suitable for research and intervention programs, with publications available for specific health groups. The association has grown to become the largest in the country, with a widespread network of centers offering lessons. "The state belongs to those that allow and highly appreciate cooperation with public, private, and non-governmental organizations." "This harmonizing of the physical, mental, social, and spiritual level, is truly the only chance to keep peace and development in our society." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
The forms of God
3:20 - 3:54 (34 min)
Recorded on
The journey of the jīva and the nature of the divine is explored. Living beings exist only to consume and be consumed, trapped in a cycle. Humans initially lacked knowledge, living like animals until divine revelation provided guidance. Though divine figures like Rāma and Kṛṣṇa appeared, many fail to understand their stature. People create many idols, yet the one Bhagavān is not confined to a place. All beings, from trees to animals, are moving and will ultimately go to Bhagavān. A turn to meat-eating and alcohol represents a regression, tying one to lower realms and foreign influences. In our tradition, we do not eat animals; no being is harmed in the divine court. The physical body is temporary. When the soul departs, the body perishes but the ātman remains—one and the same, without labels of Hindu or Muslim. The subtle body's destination is unknown. One must educate the next generation correctly. Ultimately, we are servants devoted to the Lord, with no other refuge. "They say, 'What will you do if you start eating meat and drinking alcohol?' This means, 'Go back, go with the insects.'" "The ātman does not say, 'I am Hindu,' or 'I am Muslim'... The ātman is one and the same." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Water Is Life
4:00 - 4:17 (17 min)
Recorded on
Water is divine essence and life itself. Where water exists, divinity is present. It constitutes our physical form and emotional expressions, like tears of sorrow or joy. Without water, the body fails and disease follows. It flows within our nerves and blood. The ocean's salt is vital, and its evaporation forms clouds that bring rain, sustaining all life. Yogis harness this essence through breath. Human pollution has contaminated many water sources, yet nature's cycle continues to purify it. Our existence is fundamentally aqueous; every cell requires this stream. Life is inseparable from water. "Where there is water, there is God. Where there is God, there is water." "Water is life. Life is the water." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The wish-tree Puja
4:00 - 4:08 (8 min)
Recorded on
A ceremony invokes peace and blessings for all existence. The divine mother is the fundamental creator. Invocations call for peace in the celestial realms, the earth, the dawn, the plants, and for all beings. Practical instructions are given amidst these blessings. The act of fetching water is consecrated and declared to become an offering. The ceremony concludes with repeated divine blessings and praises. "Gauṁ śānti pṛthivī śāntira vā śāntira uṣadayā śāntira vanaspati śānti viśvedi vā śāntira brahma śānti sarvau gauṁ śānti." "This will also become a garland." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Practical guide to meditation (6/11)
6:30 - 7:45 (75 min)
Recorded on
Meditation is the practice of turning inward to answer life's fundamental questions and realize one's divine nature. Humans possess a higher purpose beyond basic animal functions. One must regularly ask: What does it mean to be human? What good qualities define humanity? What is my life's mission? Modern life often lacks this ethical education, leading to depression and aimlessness. Meditation provides answers, motivation, and a direct connection to the self. It reduces stress, recharges energy, and clarifies one's situation. The technique requires proper posture, a personal mantra, and a meditation shawl for protection and focus. By withdrawing the senses and observing the breath, one accesses inner peace and cosmic energy. "Meditation is an answer to thyself. All thy questions, the meditation will give the answers." "Meditation is a way to thyself, means to God. It doesn’t matter which God you believe... Only one thing remains: divine love." Filming location: Bratislava, Slovakia

The Satguru is the supreme reality and the sole means to liberation. The true Guru is the very form of bliss and knowledge, transcending all duality and qualities. Devotion to the Guru is the essential practice. Perform the loving worship of the Satguru. The disciple's joy depends solely on the Guru's grace. One must never abandon the Guru, for the Guru is the living Sanātana Dharma. In this age, many falsely claim to be gurus without lineage. Do not lose connection to the mother, father, and Guru. Modern exercises called yoga are not the true path. The Guru's lineage is paramount. "Full of bliss, bestowing supreme joy, the very form of knowledge, transcending duality... To that Sadguru, I bow." "Guru Kṛpā Hi Kevalam, Śiṣye Ke Ānanda Maṅgalam. If you are a disciple of that Gurudev, then it doesn’t matter if you are the highest of the high, but for your Gurujī, you are a disciple." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The duty of the human
9:15 - 9:56 (41 min)
Recorded on
The foundation of life is honoring the divine within relationships and recognizing our shared humanity. First, honor the mother, for she gives life and protection. Second, honor the father. Both parents must prioritize their child over work, or the child loses connection and respect. Humanity is one, beyond caste, color, or origin. The first worship is to the mother. If all women stand to educate children, there will be no war. Next, honor the teacher for worldly knowledge, then the ancestors, and finally the spiritual guide for soul knowledge. Humans must seek more than eating and sleeping; we must ask "Who am I?" We must love all creatures. Modern life, with its distractions like laptops, pushes the child from the parent's lap. Centers like this bring people together. Even the vegan movement points to this unity, recognizing that milk is a mother's love. Our inner space is vast. We are all one soul, like separate drops from the same water. Do not seek meditation far away; go within through the chakras and Kuṇḍalinī. "First worship is to the mother. First adoration is to the mother." "O human, if one is doing only eating, creating children, and sleeping, all creatures can do. What is our duty as humans to come?" Filming location: Auckland, New Zealand
Don't kill and understand everybody
10:00 - 10:53 (53 min)
Recorded on
The path is the journey of the individual soul back to the universal source. All beings are part of a cycle of consumption and rebirth. The human birth is a unique opportunity to transcend this cycle. The goal is to realize one's true nature as divine, beyond earthly identifications. This realization is the merging of the drop with the ocean. All religious paths are ultimately seeking this truth. The practices of yoga, including mantra and meditation, are tools for this inner journey. One must live ethically, causing no harm, and respect all life and teachers. A teacher is anyone who provides knowledge, from a parent to a driving instructor. The ultimate Guru is the inner divine principle. Spiritual progress requires humility, as claiming perfection is a sign of incompletion. Practice diligently for health, concentration, and self-realization. "All creatures are eating each other, killing each other. But it is said, you can say of God, Parabrahma, Paramatmā, that whatever you will see, we will come out of that." "Everything that someone has given us, that is our Guru." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Bhajan evening in Jadan Ashram
11:00 - 11:39 (39 min)
Recorded on
The yogic sleep of the realized being is a state of wakeful awareness. In that sleep, one knows wakefulness and makes the night bright as day. The senses are withdrawn yet perceiving, unattached like a white lotus in muddy water. One abides in the self, radiant on the throne of the heart. Wherever one looks or hears, there is no ordinary thought or sight. This is the sleep known to saints and sages, where consciousness remains fully conscious. "In that sleep, one knows wakefulness and makes the night bright as day." "Wherever one looks or hears, there is no ordinary thought or sight." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Go to the Satsang
11:45 - 12:36 (51 min)
Recorded on
Satsaṅg is the company of truth and spiritual association, while kusaṅg is negative company. A disciple wished to attend a festival, but his Gurujī gave him a peacock feather to view the crowd. Through it, he saw the gathering as a mass of fighting animals, except for a small group who remained human in appearance. He realized the crowd's internal qualities were base, though their external forms were human. He immediately returned to the pure company of his teacher. The body may appear human, but the inner quality defines one's nature. Therefore, seek satsaṅg. Do not outwardly declare others as not good, but regard all with good heart and thought. Positive energy may then flow, potentially leading them to good company in time. "Through the feather, he saw only animals in the crowd, but when he looked without it, they appeared as humans." "Therefore, satsaṅg. Satsaṅg is good things." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Protect Mother Earth
15:00 - 15:53 (53 min)
Recorded on
A prayer for the protection of Mother Earth. Humans have destroyed the Earth by extracting oil, coal, and minerals, breaking her body. Mother Earth provides for all creatures, from ants to elephants, yet we live improperly and are often ill. The current age brings pandemics, war, and environmental turmoil. We must act now to protect all life and not kill the Mother. Previous generations respected the Earth, but now knowledge is lost. Do not waste food or water, for they are divine gifts and life itself. Throwing them away is a sin. Live happily and peacefully, keeping the inner light alive, and uplift others through prayer and mantra. "From the little ant to the elephant, who is feeding them? Not us—Mother Earth." "Throwing away food is a sin—a sin to destroy food." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

During times of crisis, aid is organized and distributed directly to those in need, providing essentials like food and water. The practice of yoga and a disciplined lifestyle are seen as protective. Specific practices like Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma generate beneficial vibrations and concentration. Natural remedies and Ayurvedic treatments are also valued. Consistent personal practice and prayer are foundational, with prayer being the most important element for a correct and good life. "Everything, everything the government gave, and now still always. Live as a Yogi
18:15 - 18:51 (36 min)
Recorded on
A yogic life honors the body as divine through natural nourishment and disciplined practice. Modern disease arises from unnatural living, improper eating, and environmental harm. While doctors are a boon, true health returns to the natural way, like nourishment from a grandmother's kitchen. Constant eating and artificial habits shorten life. Past generations lived long through natural sustenance. The body is our temple and primary religion. One must live with consistency, avoiding contradictions like practicing yoga then consuming harmful substances. Begin each day mindfully, acknowledging our human form and connection to elements like water. The aim is for all to become yogis—healthy, peaceful, and devoted to the living God within this body. "The best medicine is the kitchen of our grandmothers." "Our body is our God. It is our holy place." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Try to be nirmohi
20:20 - 20:56 (36 min)
Recorded on
The Earth suffers from human exploitation, and our food has been destroyed by the loss of natural seeds and chemical pollution. We have dug coal, diverted water, and injected chemicals, making the mother suffer. Seeds that once lasted for generations now must be bought anew, and our vegetables are tasteless and dangerous. Educated people have ruined everything. Many diseases arise from this corrupted food. Yet, some are returning to cultivate good seeds at home. We must detach from worldly attachments to move toward the Supreme. Attachment, or moha, is the heaviest obstacle to self-realization. Discipline and satsang are the paths to remove this attachment. A story of a detached king illustrates that true renunciation means no attachment, even to family. Our senses and mind constantly seek more, but we must direct the mind through satsang and wisdom to control attachment while in the body. "Holy Gurujī used to say that Bhagavān Viṣṇu put seva and mokṣa in a scale. And the scale of seva was much heavier than mokṣa." "Attachment will always be as long as we have this physical body, as long as the indriyas are active. There will always be. But we should know this: that we wake our wisdom to know and to decide." The true Guru and true fellowship are the sole support for the soul. Without them, the life force departs, wandering aimlessly. The world and the ocean offer no refuge. The mind, left to its own devices, knows nothing and achieves nothing. Only through this divine connection is there blessing and grace. The tradition is honored from Sadāśiva through Śaṅkarācārya to the present teachers. The ultimate state is attained not by ritual, progeny, or wealth, but by renunciation and the knowledge of Vedānta. "What will happen if you listen to me?" "There is no support for me in this world, and the ocean." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
