The forms of God
0:35 - 1:09 (34 min)
The journey of the jīva and the nature of the divine is explored. Living beings exist only to consume and be consumed, trapped in a cycle. Humans initially lacked knowledge, living like animals until divine revelation provided guidance. Though divine figures like Rāma and Kṛṣṇa appeared, many fail to understand their stature. People create many idols, yet the one Bhagavān is not confined to a place. All beings, from trees to animals, are moving and will ultimately go to Bhagavān. A turn to meat-eating and alcohol represents a regression, tying one to lower realms and foreign influences. In our tradition, we do not eat animals; no being is harmed in the divine court. The physical body is temporary. When the soul departs, the body perishes but the ātman remains—one and the same, without labels of Hindu or Muslim. The subtle body's destination is unknown. One must educate the next generation correctly. Ultimately, we are servants devoted to the Lord, with no other refuge.
"They say, 'What will you do if you start eating meat and drinking alcohol?' This means, 'Go back, go with the insects.'"
"The ātman does not say, 'I am Hindu,' or 'I am Muslim'... The ātman is one and the same."

Body and intellect
1:15 - 1:54 (39 min)
The body is our most important instrument, yet we must understand what it serves.
We possess a body but are not the body itself. This possession creates attachment, which is not inherently negative but becomes a burden when it causes suffering. The body is a fragile instrument governed by the senses. Ancient wisdom compares it to a chariot: the senses are the horses, the mind the reins, the intellect the driver, and the soul the passenger. The intellect, the driver, is crucial. It must learn to control the mind and senses through discrimination and experience to carry the soul safely. While we care for the body through yoga and healthy living, the ultimate goal is to discover the passenger within. Attachment to comfort is natural, but wisdom teaches us its outcomes without needing personal suffering. The aim is to establish a relationship with the inner self.
"Nothing is really important in life. Only one thing: look for the Self."
"The body itself is only an instrument."

Protect Mother Earth
2:00 - 2:53 (53 min)
A prayer for the protection of Mother Earth.
Humans have destroyed the Earth by extracting oil, coal, and minerals, breaking her body. Mother Earth provides for all creatures, from ants to elephants, yet we live improperly and are often ill. The current age brings pandemics, war, and environmental turmoil. We must act now to protect all life and not kill the Mother. Previous generations respected the Earth, but now knowledge is lost. Do not waste food or water, for they are divine gifts and life itself. Throwing them away is a sin. Live happily and peacefully, keeping the inner light alive, and uplift others through prayer and mantra.
"From the little ant to the elephant, who is feeding them? Not us—Mother Earth."
"Throwing away food is a sin—a sin to destroy food."

Around the world - World peace in your hands
3:00 - 3:03 (3 min)
Peace is in your hands, and inner peace is the foundation for world peace. A practical yoga system was created to address modern life's problems, now practiced globally. This system is an accredited university course and a tool for hospital rehabilitation. The organization is a UN-affiliated non-profit working for human rights, environmental protection, and universal welfare. Humanitarian projects include a large educational institute in India shaped like the Om symbol, a school for handicapped children, and a planned hospital. In drought areas, it provides free fire services and a rainwater harvesting initiative. The founder has initiated international peace summits and a world peace forum, promoting interfaith dialogue for decades. His efforts have been recognized with awards from global leaders for advancing citizens' holistic health. The core message is that personal transformation is essential for global change.
"All elements are balanced in a perfect way, and that balancing principle, that is what I call yoga."
"Be the change you want to see."
Around the world - YIDL at he Sziget Festival Budapest 2011
3:10 - 3:15 (5 min)
Yoga is offered as a sanctuary within a large music festival. For eleven years, we provide a daily practice, showing festival-goers how to relax deeply. Many newcomers try yoga here for the first time. We adapt to the fast-paced environment by offering 20-25 minute sessions tailored to individual requests for rest, asana, or meditation. Initial interest often comes from seeing dynamic asana practice. We always begin with simple, grounding exercises, not advanced postures. We emphasize preserving the tradition's purity and spirituality, contrasting with the popular strength-based styles. Our presence in this community space is essential, as many might not seek out a dedicated center. People practice even amidst loud music, achieving a withdrawal of the senses. This demonstrates that deep relaxation is possible anywhere.
"Based on this, our prepared yoga instructors tailor the session accordingly."
"The astonishing experience we have is that at most they achieve pratyāhāra, the withdrawal of the senses, so that they are absolutely undisturbed by what is happening outside."

Around the world - YIDL at the Budapest Carfree Day
3:20 - 3:23 (3 min)
Yoga is practiced in the heart of the city on a car-free day. Our international system, Yoga in Daily Life, was founded by an Indian master and has been present here for over thirty years. We have a center that has continuously held classes from the same location. Today, we practiced with children of various ages. It is interesting to practice yoga on this normally busy avenue. The experience proves you can practice undisturbed even here; the curious onlookers inspire us. We welcome visitors to try this tomorrow.
"It’s a very interesting experience that you can practice yoga even in such a place, and nothing really disturbs you."
"Let them also try what it is like to exercise their right on one of Budapest’s busiest streets."

The Nabhi
3:30 - 4:25 (55 min)
The many paths of yoga converge like rivers into one ocean. Respect all ways of practice. The science of yoga is vast, yet we must understand our own body. The navel, or Nābhi, is the root. A problem there affects the whole system. To progress, one must bring the body under control through proper diet and awareness. Overweight individuals should eat lightly, focusing on salads and seeds, to achieve balance over time. Practice feeling the movement and vibration at the navel. This awareness is the foundation for meditation and self-knowledge. True practice begins from this root, balancing the physical to access deeper states. The sound of OM originates from the navel, rising through the channels to the crown. Balance in the body leads to balance in consciousness.
"Yoga is yoga, but which kind of yoga? It is like this gathering: some have come from the East, some from the West, and all who have come via different paths have seen many different things."
"The navel is the root. Everything is there. When there is a problem with the navel, the whole body will die."

Water Is Life
4:30 - 4:47 (17 min)
Water is divine essence and life itself. Where water exists, divinity is present. It constitutes our physical form and emotional expressions, like tears of sorrow or joy. Without water, the body fails and disease follows. It flows within our nerves and blood. The ocean's salt is vital, and its evaporation forms clouds that bring rain, sustaining all life. Yogis harness this essence through breath. Human pollution has contaminated many water sources, yet nature's cycle continues to purify it. Our existence is fundamentally aqueous; every cell requires this stream. Life is inseparable from water.
"Where there is water, there is God. Where there is God, there is water."
"Water is life. Life is the water."

Seva And Ahimsa Is Love
4:50 - 5:12 (22 min)
Service, or Karma Yoga, is the holistic practice that purifies all five sheaths of being. It requires integrating Jñāna, Bhakti, and Rāja Yoga. Merely being vegetarian is insufficient for the Annamaya Kośa; true ahiṃsā is love for all creatures and extends to protecting nature from human destruction like deforestation, pesticides, and pollution. Our disconnected actions harm the earth, its creatures, and our own physical sheath. Purification requires knowledge: using discernment to understand our impact and choose protection. It equally requires devotion: selfless love for all beings is the motive force for true service. Without this love, action is empty. Service also demands discipline to perform duties carefully and humility to endure difficulties without expectation. Greed and selfishness pollute the intellect and manifest as violence. All yoga paths unite in selfless action to purify each layer of the self.
"Without Bhakti Yoga, the NGOs you establish have no sense. Without Bhakti Yoga, your work for environmental protection will not function."
"Vaśīkaraṇa mantra ek yahī hai, taj de bachan kaṭhora. The one best mantra... is to give up harsh words."

Don't kill and understand everybody
6:15 - 7:08 (53 min)
The path is the journey of the individual soul back to the universal source. All beings are part of a cycle of consumption and rebirth. The human birth is a unique opportunity to transcend this cycle. The goal is to realize one's true nature as divine, beyond earthly identifications. This realization is the merging of the drop with the ocean. All religious paths are ultimately seeking this truth. The practices of yoga, including mantra and meditation, are tools for this inner journey. One must live ethically, causing no harm, and respect all life and teachers.
A teacher is anyone who provides knowledge, from a parent to a driving instructor. The ultimate Guru is the inner divine principle. Spiritual progress requires humility, as claiming perfection is a sign of incompletion. Practice diligently for health, concentration, and self-realization.
"All creatures are eating each other, killing each other. But it is said, you can say of God, Parabrahma, Paramatmā, that whatever you will see, we will come out of that."
"Everything that someone has given us, that is our Guru."

The duty of the human
7:15 - 7:56 (41 min)
The foundation of life is honoring the divine within relationships and recognizing our shared humanity. First, honor the mother, for she gives life and protection. Second, honor the father. Both parents must prioritize their child over work, or the child loses connection and respect. Humanity is one, beyond caste, color, or origin. The first worship is to the mother. If all women stand to educate children, there will be no war. Next, honor the teacher for worldly knowledge, then the ancestors, and finally the spiritual guide for soul knowledge. Humans must seek more than eating and sleeping; we must ask "Who am I?" We must love all creatures. Modern life, with its distractions like laptops, pushes the child from the parent's lap. Centers like this bring people together. Even the vegan movement points to this unity, recognizing that milk is a mother's love. Our inner space is vast. We are all one soul, like separate drops from the same water. Do not seek meditation far away; go within through the chakras and Kuṇḍalinī.
"First worship is to the mother. First adoration is to the mother."
"O human, if one is doing only eating, creating children, and sleeping, all creatures can do. What is our duty as humans to come?"

Webcast from Jadan Ashram
13:25 - 14:31 (66 min)
The true Guru and true fellowship are the sole support for the soul. Without them, the life force departs, wandering aimlessly. The world and the ocean offer no refuge. The mind, left to its own devices, knows nothing and achieves nothing. Only through this divine connection is there blessing and grace. The tradition is honored from Sadāśiva through Śaṅkarācārya to the present teachers. The ultimate state is attained not by ritual, progeny, or wealth, but by renunciation and the knowledge of Vedānta.

Follow the path
14:35 - 15:52 (77 min)
The Satguru is the supreme reality and the sole means to liberation. The true Guru is the very form of bliss and knowledge, transcending all duality and qualities. Devotion to the Guru is the essential practice. Perform the loving worship of the Satguru. The disciple's joy depends solely on the Guru's grace. One must never abandon the Guru, for the Guru is the living Sanātana Dharma. In this age, many falsely claim to be gurus without lineage. Do not lose connection to the mother, father, and Guru. Modern exercises called yoga are not the true path. The Guru's lineage is paramount.
"Full of bliss, bestowing supreme joy, the very form of knowledge, transcending duality... To that Sadguru, I bow."

Morning Yoga practice, Umag, Croatia (4/9)
16:00 - 17:26 (86 min)
A morning practice integrates physical postures with breath awareness to prepare the body and mind. Begin by lying down, interlocking fingers behind the head, and lifting the upper body with an exhalation to feel the back stretch. Move through sequences to stretch the shoulders, back, and legs, coordinating each movement with the breath. Practice lateral bends and forward folds with a straight spine. Engage the abdominal muscles with controlled leg lifts. Conclude with seated prāṇāyāma, focusing on alternate nostril breathing without counting cycles. Observe the natural breath flow and use a mantra to maintain focus, allowing thoughts to pass without analysis. Feel peace filling the heart with each breath.
"With every exhalation, try to deepen the position a little."
"Just enjoy the prāṇāyāma. We don’t have to count the cycles; we just relax and do prāṇāyāma."

Try to be nirmohi
18:15 - 18:51 (36 min)
The Earth suffers from human exploitation, and our food has been destroyed by the loss of natural seeds and chemical pollution. We have dug coal, diverted water, and injected chemicals, making the mother suffer. Seeds that once lasted for generations now must be bought anew, and our vegetables are tasteless and dangerous. Educated people have ruined everything. Many diseases arise from this corrupted food. Yet, some are returning to cultivate good seeds at home. We must detach from worldly attachments to move toward the Supreme. Attachment, or moha, is the heaviest obstacle to self-realization. Discipline and satsang are the paths to remove this attachment. A story of a detached king illustrates that true renunciation means no attachment, even to family. Our senses and mind constantly seek more, but we must direct the mind through satsang and wisdom to control attachment while in the body.
"Holy Gurujī used to say that Bhagavān Viṣṇu put seva and mokṣa in a scale. And the scale of seva was much heavier than mokṣa."
"Attachment will always be as long as we have this physical body, as long as the indriyas are active. There will always be. But we should know this: that we wake our wisdom to know and to decide."

Bhajan evening in Jadan Ashram
19:40 - 20:19 (39 min)
The yogic sleep of the realized being is a state of wakeful awareness. In that sleep, one knows wakefulness and makes the night bright as day. The senses are withdrawn yet perceiving, unattached like a white lotus in muddy water. One abides in the self, radiant on the throne of the heart. Wherever one looks or hears, there is no ordinary thought or sight. This is the sleep known to saints and sages, where consciousness remains fully conscious.

Devotion manifests through repetitive praise and ecstatic song. The core practice is the invocation of divine names and gurus. This chanting is a phonetic rendering of a live devotional session. Its repetitive phrases are musical refrains, not discursive arguments. The varying epithets for deities are typical of invocation. The text is a record of spiritual expression, not logical exposition. Its primary function is celebratory praise. The content is an aural and devotional experience.

Go to the Satsang
23:35 - 0:26 (51 min)
Satsaṅg is the company of truth and spiritual association, while kusaṅg is negative company. A disciple wished to attend a festival, but his Gurujī gave him a peacock feather to view the crowd. Through it, he saw the gathering as a mass of fighting animals, except for a small group who remained human in appearance. He realized the crowd's internal qualities were base, though their external forms were human. He immediately returned to the pure company of his teacher. The body may appear human, but the inner quality defines one's nature. Therefore, seek satsaṅg. Do not outwardly declare others as not good, but regard all with good heart and thought. Positive energy may then flow, potentially leading them to good company in time.
"Through the feather, he saw only animals in the crowd, but when he looked without it, they appeared as humans."
"Therefore, satsaṅg. Satsaṅg is good things."
