Satsaṅg is the company of truth and spiritual association, while kusaṅg is negative company. A disciple wished to attend a festival, but his Gurujī gave him a peacock feather to view the crowd. Through it, he saw the gathering as a mass of fighting animals, except for a small group who remained human in appearance. He realized the crowd's internal qualities were base, though their external forms were human. He immediately returned to the pure company of his teacher. The body may appear human, but the inner quality defines one's nature. Therefore, seek satsaṅg. Do not outwardly declare others as not good, but regard all with good heart and thought. Positive energy may then flow, potentially leading them to good company in time. "Through the feather, he saw only animals in the crowd, but when he looked without it, they appeared as humans." "Therefore, satsaṅg. Satsaṅg is good things." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

We are the essence of Śiva, Śakti, and the Guru. From primordial space emerged three elements: space, air, and fire, associated with Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva. Śiva and Śakti are one unified power, with Śakti as the dynamic force and Śiva as the conscious principle, manifesting as duality within a single body. This power is in all things. The five elements—water, earth, fire, air, and space—are alive and conscious. Our individual ātmā is like a drop from the ocean of universal consciousness; we are never separate. Everyone is a guru, as a guru is one who imparts knowledge, from a parent to a teacher. All spiritual paths and rituals, like holy water, connect to this one power. Do not reject helpers like doctors, for we may need them. True knowledge unites the scientist and the spiritual guru. "Śiva and Śakti, Śakti is the power, great, everything, and the other is that Śiva." "We are all one, and we have one heart here and our ātmā here." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

A new consciousness is dawning through veganism and spiritual unity. Ālakpurījī's presence is growing worldwide, not just in India, like a seed becoming a beautiful flower. Many are realizing the divine within without formal yoga. A global shift is occurring: young people are adopting veganism, understanding we must not torture or kill life. This marks the converging ages; Kali Yuga's darkness is receding as Satya Yuga's light rises. We must survive by choosing non-violence. The soul suffers immensely when life is taken, creating negative karma. Our time is to protect animals, showing the love we give to pets to all creatures. This creates a new world of peace. Human intelligence can achieve great good, recognizing God within all. Life is short; hold to God and help all beings. Equality is essential; the soul has no gender. The current strife over possessions is Kali Yuga's darkness. We must bring light and realize Brahman. "Now veganism has begun around the whole world. And year by year, the young people, they brought in their brain that yes, we should not kill life." "Our life is not our body, but in our soul... And that is feeling very terrible things. And with this, they die. The soul goes out very torturing." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Spirituality in the heart
2:35 - 2:50 (15 min)

Our heart is a well of giving that must flow to remain pure. We are born from and abide within a vast spiritual ocean. Knowing "I am" and feeling God within, we are here not to sit idly but to help others. Helping flows from the heart, generating more power, peace, and love. Giving enlarges the heart; withholding causes stagnation. Just as a well gives fresh water the more it is drawn, the heart yields more peace and harmony through giving. We must not refuse to give, for in truth, you are everything. Our inner energy must be kept alive by giving what we like. Even when the body perishes, the heart becomes a vast space. We practice to attain this greatness, giving to all beings. This heart-based spirituality surpasses all books. We are ultimately one. "When we help one another, it comes from our heart: more power, more peace, more love, more of everything." "As much as is drawn, so much flows... when we draw water, then clean, fresh, very nice water flows out again and again." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Around The World - Vegetarianism and top sport, Part 1
3:00 - 3:24 (24 min)

Vegetarian nutrition fully supports elite athletic performance. A vegetarian diet based on non-injury provides complete nourishment. Properly prepared, it offers all necessary energy without burdening the body. The foundation is high-quality, organic ingredients. Whole grains like pasta provide sustained energy from complex carbohydrates. Tofu and legumes supply easily digestible protein for muscle development. Spices are essential medicines that enhance flavor, aid digestion, and improve nutrient absorption. Creativity in combining these elements is vital. Dairy products and healthy fats like olive oil and ghee complete the nutritional profile. This approach ensures athletes receive all required proteins, vitamins, and minerals. "Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties; from some studies, it seems to be one of the most potent anticancer agents." "Spices are truly medicines. Each spice has such a wide range of effects that simply by taking them, we can not only maintain our health but also significantly improve it." Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia
Earth Day Summit
3:00 - 4:45 (105 min)
The Sacredness of Nature and the Web of Life. We, humans, are blessed to call the beautiful planet Earth our home. We claim to be the most intelligent species. Yet we pollute our environment and recklessly exploit its natural resources, endangering our own survival. “The worst kind of pollution is mental pollution,” says Vishwaguruji, founder of the Yoga In Daily Life System. Mental pollution is the cause of all other pollution. We have forgotten our ancestral wisdom, teaching us about the interconnectedness of all existence. The only way to change our actions is to change our mindset. Yoga in Daily Life offers practical tools for awakening human consciousness and taking responsibility for our actions.

Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. There are holy books like Siva Purana or Bhagawad Gita that we should read every day to get knowledge from them. We should be humble to the knowledge. We should feel that knowledge in our bodies and our minds. Female shakti is very pure. Shakti and bhakti can become one. If you have a child you should do seva of him. Never separate from your children and the family. Mother is shakti bhakti adanda and gyana. Father is like Siva. Our kitchen and our bathroom should be always clean. We shouldn't let so much dirt behind us if we leave a hotel or an ashram in the morning. We should keep clean our thoughts without any negative vibration.
Water Is Life
5:15 - 5:32 (17 min)
Recorded on
Water is divine essence and life itself. Where water exists, divinity is present. It constitutes our physical form and emotional expressions, like tears of sorrow or joy. Without water, the body fails and disease follows. It flows within our nerves and blood. The ocean's salt is vital, and its evaporation forms clouds that bring rain, sustaining all life. Yogis harness this essence through breath. Human pollution has contaminated many water sources, yet nature's cycle continues to purify it. Our existence is fundamentally aqueous; every cell requires this stream. Life is inseparable from water. "Where there is water, there is God. Where there is God, there is water." "Water is life. Life is the water." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

The soul's journey is from individuality to unity with the divine. Our tradition sees all with love. Historical forces, from Muslim rulers to the British, have tested this unity, yet the essence remains. God is not present in only one place; God is omnipresent. The soul enters the human body after passing through many life forms. The human birth is a rare opportunity. The relationship between the individual soul and the supreme is like a drop and the ocean; they are ultimately the same substance. Upon death, the pure soul merges with the supreme consciousness, while others return to the cycle. Every helper in life, from a parent to a driving instructor, can be considered a guru guiding us. Our duty is to raise children in righteousness and to show compassion to all creatures, great and small. "God is not there only once. God is not there only once." "A drop of water and the whole ocean are the same inside." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Clear your mind
6:20 - 6:56 (36 min)
Recorded on
To change the world, you must first change yourself. Look within to see your anger, hatred, love, and devotion. Change comes through sitting with a guru, meditating, praying, and asking for forgiveness. The guru forgives and guides you to the Supreme Self. Do not blame others; first fix the bad within you. Never doubt the guru's decisions, even if they seem illogical, for his will is for your betterment. His grace alone ensures the disciple's welfare. A story illustrates this: disciples testing a guru with a bird asked if it was alive or dead. The guru said, "This is in your hands," showing our karma is our own. Another story tells of a marital misunderstanding over bread that lasted fifty years, highlighting how unspoken resentments cause lifelong suffering. Clear your mind through communication and forgiveness. "Guru kṛpā he kevalaṃ śiṣya kalyāṇamaṅgalam." "This is in your hands." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

The Satguru is the supreme reality and the sole means to liberation. The true Guru is the very form of bliss and knowledge, transcending all duality and qualities. Devotion to the Guru is the essential practice. Perform the loving worship of the Satguru. The disciple's joy depends solely on the Guru's grace. One must never abandon the Guru, for the Guru is the living Sanātana Dharma. In this age, many falsely claim to be gurus without lineage. Do not lose connection to the mother, father, and Guru. Modern exercises called yoga are not the true path. The Guru's lineage is paramount. "Full of bliss, bestowing supreme joy, the very form of knowledge, transcending duality... To that Sadguru, I bow." "Guru Kṛpā Hi Kevalam, Śiṣye Ke Ānanda Maṅgalam. If you are a disciple of that Gurudev, then it doesn’t matter if you are the highest of the high, but for your Gurujī, you are a disciple." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
We are that drops
8:25 - 9:54 (89 min)

Compassion for all creatures defines the human journey. The divine gift of human life carries the responsibility to bless and protect all beings. Humans alone possess this understanding, yet often fail to act upon it. Killing animals or harming any creature contradicts this sacred duty. All life is interconnected, just as a single drop is one with the vast ocean. The individual soul is a drop from the ocean of the supreme soul. At death, the body is surrendered, and the soul returns to its source, taking nothing material. One must move beyond the cycles of earthly and heavenly existence to realize this eternal oneness. In this age, inner strength is needed to turn from harm and realize the divine unity within all. "God has given us, and therefore we should not kill anyone." "The individual soul is a drop from the ocean of the supreme soul." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

The living God is known through reverence for all life. Yoga spread from its source to many lands. Teachings and blessings from the great masters are present, as if God is with us. A divine presence has been brought forth through devotion. The essence is received through hymns and words. The living God is not merely a name or a historical form, but the present life force in all creation. This divine principle is within every being and element. All life, from humans to creatures in the ocean and air, shares this sacred essence. True spirituality involves seeing this living God in everything. Therefore, practice non-violence and reverence. Do not harm any living being, as seen in the conduct of those who walk carefully to avoid injury. This reverence is the foundation. Prayer is offered to all gurus and divine forms, not just one. It is an expression of gratitude for life itself. The path requires care for the body and all beings, avoiding harm and conflict. Ultimately, life is to be lived in full awareness of this divine presence. "God is living; that living God." "Life is the life. Life is that life." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Practicing of the system 'Yoga in Daily Life', Level 1 - Part 5
16:00 - 17:06 (66 min)
Recorded on
Welcome to the practice of Yoga in Daily Life, a complete system for health and spiritual development. This system originates from an authentic Himalayan lineage. It is presented in a book of eight levels, each containing physical, breathing, and mental exercises, including purification techniques and meditation. A core principle is Karma Yoga, the practice of selfless service and love for all beings. The practice also advocates a vegetarian lifestyle. Today's session continues from Level One. The practice integrates postures, breath control, and deep relaxation to harmonize body and mind. "The light and teaching of this yoga science passed through an authentic and uninterrupted stream of wisdom." "Prāṇāyāma not only influences the physical body but also the brain centres, balancing both hemispheres to regain the harmony that is the aim of a yoga life." The duty of the human
17:10 - 17:51 (41 min)
Recorded on
The foundation of life is honoring the divine within relationships and recognizing our shared humanity. First, honor the mother, for she gives life and protection. Second, honor the father. Both parents must prioritize their child over work, or the child loses connection and respect. Humanity is one, beyond caste, color, or origin. The first worship is to the mother. If all women stand to educate children, there will be no war. Next, honor the teacher for worldly knowledge, then the ancestors, and finally the spiritual guide for soul knowledge. Humans must seek more than eating and sleeping; we must ask "Who am I?" We must love all creatures. Modern life, with its distractions like laptops, pushes the child from the parent's lap. Centers like this bring people together. Even the vegan movement points to this unity, recognizing that milk is a mother's love. Our inner space is vast. We are all one soul, like separate drops from the same water. Do not seek meditation far away; go within through the chakras and Kuṇḍalinī. "First worship is to the mother. First adoration is to the mother." "O human, if one is doing only eating, creating children, and sleeping, all creatures can do. What is our duty as humans to come?" Filming location: Auckland, New Zealand
Relaxation and Bari Khatu Pranam
17:55 - 18:52 (57 min)
Recorded on
The practice is to realize oneself as the bliss of Ānanda. Begin by lying down and relaxing the entire body completely. Systematically feel and release each part, from the toes to the head. This state of deep relaxation and awareness is Ānanda Āsana. In this posture, one feels peaceful, joyful, and free from pain. Recognize that every cell of the body is in a state of bliss. This Ānanda is not temporary joy but your true nature as part of the divine. Carry this awareness into all activities—walking, sitting, or being with others. You are that blissful essence, like a star of light within. Conclude by slowly stretching and sitting up, maintaining the feeling of Ānanda. "Feel your whole body from the toes to the top of the head, and from the top of the head to the toes." "Each and every cell in your body is in ānanda." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Iyengar Yoga During Pregnancy: A Synthesis of Tradition and Experience
19:00 - 20:42 (102 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a unified science of experience, transmitted through specific methodologies for application in life. The term "Iyengar Yoga" refers to one such tradition, emphasizing precision and the use of props to make the experience of āsanas accessible to all, regardless of condition. This approach allows for stability and comfort in any circumstance. The practice is supported by both long-term observation and formal research, which shows physiological changes, such as increased GABA levels, correlating with reduced anxiety and depression. Applying this methodology to pregnancy involves strengthening the body and mind to manage stress and physiological changes. Specific, supported āsanas can address common issues like back pain and prepare for delivery. Crucially, practice must be guided by an experienced teacher within a framework of safety, collaborating with modern medicine rather than opposing it. The same principles apply in managing conditions like cancer, where yoga practices modulate stress responses, improve immune function, and help manage treatment side effects, contributing to better quality of life. The goal is always balance and integration. "Āsanas are descriptions, not prescriptions." "Samatvaṁ yoga ucyate. Balance is yoga." Filming location: Delhi, India

The forms of God
21:10 - 21:44 (34 min)

The journey of the jīva and the nature of the divine is explored. Living beings exist only to consume and be consumed, trapped in a cycle. Humans initially lacked knowledge, living like animals until divine revelation provided guidance. Though divine figures like Rāma and Kṛṣṇa appeared, many fail to understand their stature. People create many idols, yet the one Bhagavān is not confined to a place. All beings, from trees to animals, are moving and will ultimately go to Bhagavān. A turn to meat-eating and alcohol represents a regression, tying one to lower realms and foreign influences. In our tradition, we do not eat animals; no being is harmed in the divine court. The physical body is temporary. When the soul departs, the body perishes but the ātman remains—one and the same, without labels of Hindu or Muslim. The subtle body's destination is unknown. One must educate the next generation correctly. Ultimately, we are servants devoted to the Lord, with no other refuge. "They say, 'What will you do if you start eating meat and drinking alcohol?' This means, 'Go back, go with the insects.'" "The ātman does not say, 'I am Hindu,' or 'I am Muslim'... The ātman is one and the same." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Devotion manifests through repetitive praise and ecstatic song. The core practice is the invocation of divine names and gurus. This chanting is a phonetic rendering of a live devotional session. Its repetitive phrases are musical refrains, not discursive arguments. The varying epithets for deities are typical of invocation. The text is a record of spiritual expression, not logical exposition. Its primary function is celebratory praise. The content is an aural and devotional experience. "Guru Viśva Bādaśā, Arāja Sūno Sarkā." "Śiro maṇi manuṣya tā na dhārī huvā." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Hatha Yoga is in every kind of Yoga
23:00 - 23:23 (23 min)
Recorded on
Haṭha Yoga is the essential, foundational path encompassing all others. You cannot proceed without Haṭha Yoga. Bhakti Yoga is also Haṭha Yoga inside, for you must maintain unwavering devotion despite emotional waves. Most devotion is selfish and unstable, rising and falling with desires. True devotion must grow constantly, like an airplane ascending smoothly from the runway. It is a test of purity and constancy. The story of the crow and swan illustrates this: the noisy, changeable crow represents fickle devotion, while the silent, soaring swan represents steady ascent. Real devotion requires a pure heart and readiness to surrender completely. The tale of the young girl Karmabai demonstrates this forceful love: she insisted the deity eat her offering, and through her unwavering conviction, it did. Karma Yoga is similarly challenging. Thus, all paths are included within Haṭha Yoga. "Bhakti yoga cannot be successful without haṭha yoga. And then it must be what we call the real devotion." "God needs that kind of love... it is the love that is the oneness." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Protect Mother Earth
23:30 - 0:23 (53 min)
Recorded on
A prayer for the protection of Mother Earth. Humans have destroyed the Earth by extracting oil, coal, and minerals, breaking her body. Mother Earth provides for all creatures, from ants to elephants, yet we live improperly and are often ill. The current age brings pandemics, war, and environmental turmoil. We must act now to protect all life and not kill the Mother. Previous generations respected the Earth, but now knowledge is lost. Do not waste food or water, for they are divine gifts and life itself. Throwing them away is a sin. Live happily and peacefully, keeping the inner light alive, and uplift others through prayer and mantra. "From the little ant to the elephant, who is feeding them? Not us—Mother Earth." "Throwing away food is a sin—a sin to destroy food." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
