Guru is eternal
0:10 - 0:52 (42 min)
Recorded on
The Guru principle is eternal, transcending the cyclical divine play of Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva. These deities change and serve each other across ages, but the Guru's seat, the Gāḍī, remains. This seat is not the individual but the eternal principle they temporarily represent. Humans originate from the Saptaṛṣis, creating lineages of saṃskāra, not hierarchy. Our spiritual practice seeks the answer to "Who am I?" within this eternal shelter. The physical lineage continues through specific seats and disciples. "Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva will change, but the Guru will remain." "One should not sit on that chair... that Gāḍī will take that one." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Trees also have karma

The ancient forest reveals profound truths through its life and stories. To understand it is to know everything. Sages walk there, and a solitary yogī lives among immense, ancient trees. We have such a forest in our ashram. There, a massive banyan tree, over 5,000 years old, stands. This reminds me of a story from another ashram. A young guru there spoke to a great tree, prophesying its death within two years. The tree, confident after millennia, asked who could kill it. The guru said its friends would, and that its enemy was in fire and iron. Later, a man with an axe came and felled the tree. The fallen tree later advised that one should not have enemies, and if someone is your enemy, be kind to them. There is a lesson in small things, like a needle that can kill. We should always be careful, happy, and kind. Then, their karma will affect them, not you. The trees are our best friends. We humans need the forests and should love them. "Ṛṣi, you take care of yourself. I am okay." "Therefore, we should always be careful and always be very happy and kind to others." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Spirituality in the heart
1:20 - 1:35 (15 min)
Recorded on
Our heart is a well of giving that must flow to remain pure. We are born from and abide within a vast spiritual ocean. Knowing "I am" and feeling God within, we are here not to sit idly but to help others. Helping flows from the heart, generating more power, peace, and love. Giving enlarges the heart; withholding causes stagnation. Just as a well gives fresh water the more it is drawn, the heart yields more peace and harmony through giving. We must not refuse to give, for in truth, you are everything. Our inner energy must be kept alive by giving what we like. Even when the body perishes, the heart becomes a vast space. We practice to attain this greatness, giving to all beings. This heart-based spirituality surpasses all books. We are ultimately one. "When we help one another, it comes from our heart: more power, more peace, more love, more of everything." "As much as is drawn, so much flows... when we draw water, then clean, fresh, very nice water flows out again and again." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

The living God is known through reverence for all life. Yoga spread from its source to many lands. Teachings and blessings from the great masters are present, as if God is with us. A divine presence has been brought forth through devotion. The essence is received through hymns and words. The living God is not merely a name or a historical form, but the present life force in all creation. This divine principle is within every being and element. All life, from humans to creatures in the ocean and air, shares this sacred essence. True spirituality involves seeing this living God in everything. Therefore, practice non-violence and reverence. Do not harm any living being, as seen in the conduct of those who walk carefully to avoid injury. This reverence is the foundation. Prayer is offered to all gurus and divine forms, not just one. It is an expression of gratitude for life itself. The path requires care for the body and all beings, avoiding harm and conflict. Ultimately, life is to be lived in full awareness of this divine presence. "God is living; that living God." "Life is the life. Life is that life." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Bhajan evening in Jadan Ashram
2:00 - 2:39 (39 min)
Recorded on
The yogic sleep of the realized being is a state of wakeful awareness. In that sleep, one knows wakefulness and makes the night bright as day. The senses are withdrawn yet perceiving, unattached like a white lotus in muddy water. One abides in the self, radiant on the throne of the heart. Wherever one looks or hears, there is no ordinary thought or sight. This is the sleep known to saints and sages, where consciousness remains fully conscious. "In that sleep, one knows wakefulness and makes the night bright as day." "Wherever one looks or hears, there is no ordinary thought or sight." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Bhajans help us to find our path
3:45 - 4:49 (64 min)
Recorded on
The master is the guiding principle within all existence. This guidance begins with parents and extends through teachers and saints, leading the soul toward knowledge. A separate, internal master exists from the womb, directing each unique life's path. Humans are granted superior capacity but often choose negativity, forgetting their divine origin. This forgetfulness leads to conflict and suffering, a descent away from the cosmic Self. The corrective path is humility, kindness, and non-violence, aligning with divine will. Spiritual practice, like bhajan, unites the heart in worship and harmony. One must nurture goodness within, like tending a cow for milk, and avoid spoiling it with the negativity of ego and conflict. "O human, do not kill, do not do bad things. If you love me as God, I will receive you to God." "Do not put lemon in your milk. What will make it not good? So if you think, 'I am,' and then you put something onto others, then you have spoiled everything." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Come here to practice yoga
4:55 - 5:09 (14 min)
Recorded on
The ashram's sanctity is preserved by its pure elements and dedicated practice. This land receives only divine water, ensuring the air, fruits, and vegetation remain uncontaminated and wholesome. It is a place for meditation, exercise, and walking among holy trees. One should visit often to partake in this purity, offer prayers, and enjoy the simple, good food. The environment is cool and refreshing, akin to the Himalayas outside of winter. A warm room is maintained for all who come to pray. Our collective work extends beyond the ashram through established councils and yoga programs, operating under United Nations principles to aid people, animals, and nature globally. This duty requires unified action, not individual effort alone. "From the other side, water comes, but water is already flowing in the other direction, so it does not enter." "The United Nations doesn’t give the money. But they gave us that we can do something." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Everything is in your hands
5:15 - 5:50 (35 min)
Recorded on
The initiation of eight sannyāsīs was a highlight. The Master decides readiness; these were not easy individuals, each a long effort to guide. One is profoundly honest, immediately embodying the role. Another prepared for decades through hardship. Three were from Australia, one from Israel, and one Indian who left too quickly. The final one is a devoted and humble soul. Your spiritual progress is ultimately in your own hands. Teachers and masters can only support you; the decisive action is yours. A story illustrates this: disciples, jealous of their Master, trap a bird and ask if it is alive or dead. The Master replies its fate is in their hands. Your liberation, like the bird's life, depends on your decisions. Do not delay in good actions. Regarding dress, disciples should wear white; sannyāsīs wear orange. Becoming a sannyāsī is serious, not a fashion; it helps carry the spiritual light but requires true readiness and independence. "Master, if you know everything, then tell us what is in my hand." "My son, whether this bird is alive or dead depends on your hands." Filming location: Vép, Hungary DVD 180b

The science of connection is a real, transmissible technique beyond ordinary thought. Ancient seers mastered direct communication without instruments, a capacity inherent in all beings for good or ill. Modern learning is left behind at death, but this yogic science travels with the soul. Our mortal body contains not one soul, but a multiplicity of souls within each cell, led by a primary soul like a honeybee queen. From this collective arises our individual character, which can manifest as spiritual humility or conflict. We must care for the body as our necessary vehicle until realizing the cosmic self. All life, like trees bearing identical fruit, shares this fundamental unity. We are interconnected parts of a single tree across the world. The current age presents challenges, but through steadfast practice and the guru's grace, we must persist on the path without giving up. "To see you all, I know, is a matter of science. It doesn't matter what we think; it is about techniques—the techniques, the science." "Our body is mortal, and our body will die. In our body, we have our ātmā, our soul. But in our body, there is not only one soul." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
The sounds of the bhajans are the light of God
7:20 - 8:14 (54 min)
Recorded on
A call for inner reflection and universal harmony. This is a time to alert ourselves within. A negative air has come, affected by human actions. Humans have made immense use of science but sometimes go too far in thought and spirit. We are also far from what we hold within our heart. Whether you believe or not, there is a God, whose energy dwells within our body and soul. Our body is important, nearly like a god. Many people are killing animals and fighting, country to country. We should worship our inner self and take care of all beings. Everywhere, different kinds of war are coming, indicating something wrong in this age. We must learn to be good and pleased. We should be humble everywhere, with no war or fighting. Offer bread and salt, symbolizing God's food and Mother Earth, to create friendship. The sound of bhajans is the light of the gods. "Whether you believe or not, there is a God." "Throw away war, the warrants, and bring the fruits." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Shivaratri Satsang with Vishwaguruji
9:10 - 9:45 (35 min)
Recorded on
We are the essence of Śiva, Śakti, and the Guru. From primordial space emerged three elements: space, air, and fire, associated with Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva. Śiva and Śakti are one unified power, with Śakti as the dynamic force and Śiva as the conscious principle, manifesting as duality within a single body. This power is in all things. The five elements—water, earth, fire, air, and space—are alive and conscious. Our individual ātmā is like a drop from the ocean of universal consciousness; we are never separate. Everyone is a guru, as a guru is one who imparts knowledge, from a parent to a teacher. All spiritual paths and rituals, like holy water, connect to this one power. Do not reject helpers like doctors, for we may need them. True knowledge unites the scientist and the spiritual guru. "Śiva and Śakti, Śakti is the power, great, everything, and the other is that Śiva." "We are all one, and we have one heart here and our ātmā here." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

The practice of Sarvahitāsana integrates physical discipline with inner spiritual energy. The journey is internal, anchored in consistent practice and personal experience. True progress comes from slow, dedicated effort, not from haste. Many techniques exist, but their transmission depends on sincere reception and sharing. The core energy originates from the navel, the source of vital vibration. Physical exercises, like specific hand positions, channel this energy throughout the entire body. Using elements like water or snow can intensify this energetic awareness. The goal is to purify the nerve systems and achieve a state of holistic health and peace. This integrated practice is for the benefit of all aspects of one's being. "Everything that is going on with me, our spiritualities, our inner life, and what I do, I do, and I really come to myself again and sarvahitāsana." "And so it is that our servitas, and the servitas, what I said now, but it’s not just here, but it will also be another movement, where we do, in this also, slowly, not so." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Relaxation and Bari Khatu Pranam
11:30 - 12:27 (57 min)
Recorded on
The practice is to realize oneself as the bliss of Ānanda. Begin by lying down and relaxing the entire body completely. Systematically feel and release each part, from the toes to the head. This state of deep relaxation and awareness is Ānanda Āsana. In this posture, one feels peaceful, joyful, and free from pain. Recognize that every cell of the body is in a state of bliss. This Ānanda is not temporary joy but your true nature as part of the divine. Carry this awareness into all activities—walking, sitting, or being with others. You are that blissful essence, like a star of light within. Conclude by slowly stretching and sitting up, maintaining the feeling of Ānanda. "Feel your whole body from the toes to the top of the head, and from the top of the head to the toes." "Each and every cell in your body is in ānanda." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

A new consciousness is dawning through veganism and spiritual unity. Ālakpurījī's presence is growing worldwide, not just in India, like a seed becoming a beautiful flower. Many are realizing the divine within without formal yoga. A global shift is occurring: young people are adopting veganism, understanding we must not torture or kill life. This marks the converging ages; Kali Yuga's darkness is receding as Satya Yuga's light rises. We must survive by choosing non-violence. The soul suffers immensely when life is taken, creating negative karma. Our time is to protect animals, showing the love we give to pets to all creatures. This creates a new world of peace. Human intelligence can achieve great good, recognizing God within all. Life is short; hold to God and help all beings. Equality is essential; the soul has no gender. The current strife over possessions is Kali Yuga's darkness. We must bring light and realize Brahman. "Now veganism has begun around the whole world. And year by year, the young people, they brought in their brain that yes, we should not kill life." "Our life is not our body, but in our soul... And that is feeling very terrible things. And with this, they die. The soul goes out very torturing." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Devotion manifests through repetitive praise and ecstatic song. The core practice is the invocation of divine names and gurus. This chanting is a phonetic rendering of a live devotional session. Its repetitive phrases are musical refrains, not discursive arguments. The varying epithets for deities are typical of invocation. The text is a record of spiritual expression, not logical exposition. Its primary function is celebratory praise. The content is an aural and devotional experience. "Guru Viśva Bādaśā, Arāja Sūno Sarkā." "Śiro maṇi manuṣya tā na dhārī huvā." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Mahaprabhuji is endless joy

Worldly joy is fleeting and contains hidden sorrow, but divine joy is endless. Human happiness is brief and intertwined with suffering, for every gain conceals equal or greater pain. Only the Supreme One's joy is boundless. An incarnate liberator provides a living refuge beyond scriptures. Merely reading teachings without following them brings no solution. True peace is found not in escape but in unwavering devotion to that divine source. "Blessed is the land where the Divine Soul incarnates, Satguru Dev." "We are those birds. We want to fly away... Again, only in God can we come and rest." Filming location: Vép, Hungary DVD 183b

If you have a child you should do seva of him. Never separate from your children and the family. Mother is shakti bhakti adanda and gyana. Father is like Siva. Our kitchen and our bathroom should be always clean. We shouldn't let so much dirt behind us if we leave a hotel or an ashram in the morning.
