Our heart is very great
0:35 - 1:08 (33 min)
The primordial sound Oṁ connects all humanity through its varied pronunciations across traditions. Scriptures state the universe began with this sound. As it traveled, the vibration transformed into "Amen" and "Āmīn" in other faiths, revealing a universal connection. This symbol is a gift for all mankind.
A restless mind is like a monkey snatching a banana. The struggle continues as long as one holds on. The teaching is to let go. Place the banana down; the monkey takes it peacefully and calms down. Similarly, stop wrestling with thoughts. Surrender them. Practices like meditation and devotion slow the mind. A peaceful mind resides in the present, reducing stress and increasing bliss. True peace comes from surrendering all expectations to the Master.
"The easiest option is to let go, put it down, and allow the mind to become peaceful."
"Gurudev, you do what you are doing."

Live in a natural way
1:15 - 1:57 (42 min)
This place is a sanctuary of purity and spiritual well-being. It is full of prāṇa and very good for health, as our environment here is clean and free from chemicals. The natural water flows, the healthy trees, and the pure air create a healing atmosphere. People recover from ailments and stress through meditation, prāṇāyāma, and satsaṅg. This is a retreat from the modern world's pollution and materialism. We observe that modern comforts and money often lead to loss and dissatisfaction, unlike the simple, pure life here. The ashram fosters positive community, spiritual practice, and a return to natural living. It is a place for healing, happiness, and reconnecting with essential purity.

The spiritual family
2:05 - 2:56 (51 min)
The quality of our era is determined by our inner state. While some lament this age, it offers unique tools like rapid travel and distant connection. The key is to extract only the nourishing essence from the vast information, like the swan separating milk from water. Our experience of time depends on our inner qualities. This gathering is a timeout to calm our inner dialogue, not to escape life but to gain clarity before re-engaging. We require the support of our spiritual family for strength. Utilize this time for serious practice, particularly prāṇāyāma to settle the agitated mind and prāṇa. Calm the body through deliberate movement to quiet mental disturbances. Simplify your environment and focus intently, avoiding distractions like constant drinking which disrupts inner fire and focus. Move from mere belief to direct understanding.
"Take the pearls, take the milk, and leave the water."
"Our meditation and practice are not about running away but about taking a timeout before returning to the game."

Live Balanced Life
6:05 - 6:54 (49 min)
We are in a time of global change requiring balance and discernment. The lunar cycle moves from darkness to light, affecting all nature. This is Kali Yuga, an age of division where hidden negativity surfaces. All previous ages contained both good and bad. People often claim their path is the only good one, like children arguing. The current era sees increasing negativity across the world, manifesting as conflict and disease. This signals a necessary purification and the rising influence of Śiva, the balancing power born from the elements. Spiritual practice, like yoga or chanting, cultivates inner balance amidst external turmoil.

Repeat the name of Gurudev
7:55 - 8:22 (27 min)
The human birth is a rare and urgent opportunity. The scriptures and all aspects of existence point to a single imperative. The sole necessity is to fix the mind upon the Guru's name. This precious human form is exceedingly difficult to obtain again. One must become truly human in this very moment. By being steadfast in this practice, the vision of the true Self is attained. Do not waste this fleeting chance.
"Oh lamp of qualities, Hari, fix your mind on the Guru’s name. This opportunity will not come again; be human."

Bhajan singing in the presence of the Master
8:30 - 9:17 (47 min)
The sacred syllable Om is the primal vibration from which this three-qualitied illusion of the world is projected. From Om, all knowledge and the Vedas themselves emerged. The true knower, realizing this, finds bliss. The Guru's grace is essential for this realization. Without the Guru's guidance, one remains lost, not knowing what to do with worldly or spiritual wealth. The Guru's feet are the ultimate pilgrimage, praised by the Vedas and Purāṇas. The divine sound, Śabda, is the ultimate power; it does not kill but slays limitation. Through the Guru's arrival at the eternal door, the soul finds liberation.
"From Om, the three-qualitied Maya created this world."
"The Vedas and Purāṇas sing, 'Guru’s feet are the sacred pilgrimage.'"

Guru bhakta jagata me na rahe
9:25 - 10:08 (43 min)
The divine reality is one, formless, and present everywhere within all beings.
Rāma, meaning God or the Guru, lives in every heart. Inside and outside are the same vast oneness. The whole world resides within you. This reality is not born and does not die. It is completely fearless. It has no color, shape, or boundaries. It is indescribable and beyond name. Without the Guru, one cannot understand this truth. The devotee who realizes this has nothing to fear from the world.
"Looking up or looking down, I only have your darśan, and there is no need to go anywhere."
"Without the guru, you cannot understand this."

Death is a transition
10:15 - 11:16 (61 min)
Death is a transition, not an end, for those on the spiritual path. The fear of death arises from thought, but it is a universal law. The Guru prepares the devotee, freeing them from the cycle of death and rebirth through grace and devotion. Surrender to the Guru, without ego or expectation, opens the heart to become one with the Supreme. Spiritual growth is like climbing a mountain; do not give up, but pause and seek the Guru's strength to continue. Utilize spiritual gifts wisely, not wastefully, to sustain your journey. The ultimate goal is liberation and union.
"For those who follow the spiritual path, for those who have Guru Bhakti... the Guru prepares them, and then they know there is nothing to be worried about."
"The Guru is the one who actually frees us from that cycle. Gurudev is the one who frees us from this cycle."

Incarnation Day Of Holy Guruji
11:20 - 12:17 (57 min)
The grace of the holy feet is bestowed through divine compassion. This gathering honors the incarnation day of a beloved Gurudev. The world requires divine incarnations to uphold Dharma. There are two types: Nitya, the eternal principle, and Naimittika, those who manifest in specific ages. To recognize a saint, one must open the heart, for divinity resides where devotees sing with love. Outer appearance or robes do not define a saint; it is the inner color of devotion and consciousness. Doubt spoils spiritual progress like a drop of sourness in milk. True spiritual wealth is passed from Guru to disciple through strict discipline, immense love, and unwavering dedication to pure teaching. The Guru's grace is vivid and protective even beyond the physical form.
"‘Avatāra’ means one who comes into this world to uplift Yogamāyā."
"I live there where my bhaktas sing my name with love, with devotion."
What Incarnation means
12:25 - 13:19 (54 min)
The one soul is our origin and destination, and Śiva is its unmanifest source. There is one who was not born from mother or father; that self-manifested one is Śiva. From the endless sound of "Eko'haṁ bahusyām"—I am one, I will multiply—the creation unfolded. First came sound, then light, then air, water, and earth: the five elements. All life, movable and unmovable, emerged from these. We are all of one origin, one soul, like waves are of the ocean. This soul is within all beings and even within each cell of our body. It is genderless and unified. Our individual lives are like water droplets: evaporating, forming clouds, and returning as rain to the ocean of the one soul. Our karma influences this journey. The body is a kingdom of many lives, and the soul is its king. At death, the central soul departs, and the destiny of the smaller lives within follows it. We must care for creation, like water, which is life itself. Do not block its flow. The tongue has great power to bless or curse, to enjoy or bring disease. Master it. You are that Svayambhū. Realize your oneness through meditation.
"Eko'haṁ bahusyām: I am one, and I will multiply."
"Water is life, and life is water."

The day I met Holy Guruji
13:25 - 14:20 (55 min)
A soul's descent into this world is a divine selection based on past spiritual discipline, not personal choice. The practice of yoga burns the seeds of karma, preventing rebirth. A self-realized being acts in the world without generating new karma, as darkness cannot touch light. Such a soul may be destined to return for service. The disciple is like raw stone shaped by the master into a sacred statue through humble submission. The initial longing for the guru must remain unwavering until the goal is achieved. Worldly life is a prison of disappointment compared to divine love.
"Every soul, when descending from the astral world to this mortal world, must be chosen by some higher hierarchies."
"The master turns the disciple into the master."

Examples of yogic power and awareness
14:25 - 15:19 (54 min)
Spirituality is one, transcending all nations and forms. Many great yogis and spiritual masters exist in all countries, not only in India. A story illustrates this: a yogi in Czechoslovakia healed a deep cut on a disciple's hand instantly through yogic power. Spiritual power is universal. One must be fully aware and conscious in all moments, like a vigilant driver. The world should be seen as one. Different religions and customs are outer garments; the inner truth is one. All paths ultimately lead to the same Brahman. Respect all dharmas, and your dharma will protect you. Do not be proud of your own country alone. True spirituality is found in conscious awareness and seeing the divine unity in all.

Message of the Deepak
15:25 - 15:55 (30 min)
The light of Diwali is the light of Brahman, the supreme truth. Bhagavan Sri Rama established a system of spirituality and satsang. His return to Ayodhya after fourteen years is celebrated as Diwali. This light is lit in every heart through forgiveness and acceptance. It destroys negative thoughts and enemies within, turning them to the positive. The festival is a message of love, understanding, and peace for all beings, not violence. The lamp's oil, wick, and flame symbolize prana, the self, and the atma. This inner light, the Jivanjyoti, must be maintained through good practices. Diwali is not for one day; it is whenever one perceives beauty and light, dispelling ugly thoughts.

We Cannot Deny Guru Principle
17:10 - 17:48 (38 min)
Guru Pūrṇimā has two explanations. The first is the day the earth first experienced the complete light of sun and moon directly, symbolizing the union of Śiva’s power and the earth. The second is the birthday of Vedavyāsa, who preserved the spoken wisdom into written Vedas to sustain it.
The guru principle is eternal and undeniable, like nature's existence. All learning systems, from kindergarten professors to animal parents, rely on this paramparā. This wisdom awakens hidden potential through the interaction of master and disciple. Authentic knowledge flows from Śruti, the heard scriptures, into Smṛti, remembered tradition, conveyed by a Śrotriya to a listener. The qualified guru, a Śrotriya Brahmaniṣṭha, imparts Brahmavidyā beyond gender. Vedavyāsa, foreseeing humanity's fading memory, transcribed the Vedas with Gaṇeśa's aid under a strict pact of uninterrupted speech. This act preserved Sanātana Dharma, the eternal universal law inherent in life itself, which continues regardless of personal belief.
"One person came to Mahāprabhujī and said, 'I don’t believe in God.' Mahāprabhujī said, 'And why? Does God lose? We need God; God doesn’t need us.'"
"Ved Vyāsa said, 'I will not wait for one second. Whatever I speak must be written immediately.' Gaṇeś said, 'Done. But if you stop just for half, five seconds, to overthink, I will not write anymore.'"

Om Ashram
17:50 - 17:59 (9 min)
A large-scale world peace monument shaped as the universal Oṃ symbol is being built. Since 1993, this structure has served humanity by teaching yoga, meditation, and philosophy to preserve Vedic wisdom. It will contain 108 residential compartments for visitors and students. The design originated from a yogi's vision, who developed the "Yoga in Daily Life" system for holistic health, now practiced globally. The site already functions as an active center with a free school, a college, and a hospital. To heal the local ecosystem, an artificial lake harvests monsoon rain, raising groundwater. Worldwide projects protect animals and plant millions of trees. This non-profit mission, born from one heart's vision, advocates for universal non-violence and protection for all cultures and creatures. Its full fruition requires everyone's contribution.

The Practice and Power of Trāṭaka
18:00 - 18:52 (52 min)
Trāṭaka is the practice of steady gazing to develop concentration and purify the mind. The best object is a pure ghee lamp flame, though a candle flame, a black dot, or a sacred image are also suitable. Never gaze at your own reflection in a mirror, as it can cause psychic disturbances. Gazing at the rising sun should last only half a minute to protect eyesight. This practice dispels fear, anxiety, and mental impurities, clearing the inner instrument. When performed with discipline every morning and evening for twelve years without a single break, it bestows a siddhi: the gaze becomes pure and merciful, attracting others. However, this attainment is blocked by a negative internal state. The practice awakens Sarasvatī's power in the throat, granting eloquent speech and artistic intuition. It illuminates the inner space, calms mental fluctuations, and aids in awakening the Kuṇḍalinī. It also empowers speech, making words balanced and meaningful, while teaching the importance of non-violence in speech, as verbal wounds are deep and lasting. Full benefit requires a personal Guru Mantra and guidance from a qualified teacher to avoid mental problems. The practical method involves sitting straight, establishing the correct distance to the flame, repeating the mantra, and alternating between external gazing and internal focus on the after-image.
"By practicing Trāṭaka every morning and evening without interruption for twelve years, one attains a siddhi."
"Only Gurudev can remove the darkness of the heart."

Wonders of the human being
19:00 - 20:26 (86 min)
The human body is an inner rainforest containing the complete mystery of life. Different chakras exist within, just as different climates exist in forests globally. All facilities for self-realization are provided within this container. Modern technology imitates this inner wisdom; answers, like those from Google, mirror the knowledge stored in human consciousness. A search for the divine need not be prolonged. "Where are you searching for me, oh my friend? My residence is in your breath." If one searches with singular dedication, forgetting all else, the divine is met immediately. The value of breath is paramount; it is the credited vitality of a lifespan. Prāṇa, the incoming energy, and apāna, the outgoing, must be trained through techniques like prāṇāyāma to purify the body and prolong life. The network of 72,000 nāḍīs transfers consciousness, connecting senses, mind, and glands. Physical postures act as therapy, influencing chakras and glands like the thyroid. Balance between the lunar (Iḍā) and solar (Piṅgalā) energies within the nāḍī system creates the union known as Haṭha yoga. One is the inner engineer of this entire mechanism through awareness.

Who am I?
20:30 - 21:18 (48 min)
Life is breath, and breath is life. The span of life is preordained and cannot be ultimately prolonged. Physical yoga and breath techniques maintain comfort and health for the body within its allotted time. A story illustrates this: a rishi sought to delay his end by claiming endless study. He was shown that the knowledge of the universe is as vast as the Himalayas, and trying to comprehend it all grain by grain is futile. The appointed time arrives for all. Beyond physical practices lie deeper yogic paths concerning the five elements within us. These practices prepare one for the journey of the soul, which transcends the temporary body.

Practice leads to the development
21:20 - 22:03 (43 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. We are not connected to the time. There is only oneness in the oneness. The best way is yoga. Do not meditate on outer things. The development will come by practicing. Shiva puja gives calmness. It is very important how to worship Gurupurnima, tomorrow we are going to show it.
Unity with the Master
22:05 - 22:58 (53 min)
The master's consciousness lives eternally through a succession of pure disciples. The physical form is a temporary garment, but the inner light is one. This spiritual transmission, or parāvidyā, flows through purity and devotion, not worldly learning. Negative qualities like anger create a barrier to this union. The successor is that same consciousness in a new form, carrying the light forward. Many may receive it, but it requires the dissolution of all selfishness and fear. The ultimate aim is to become one with that immortal essence, beyond the mortal body and its emotions.
"While living in this body, he already prepares a successor. It means the cloth is different, but the person is the same."
"Anger, greed, jealousy, hate, etc.—these negative qualities create a barrier."

Spiritual Way Of Living
23:05 - 23:53 (48 min)
The immortal soul enters the mortal world to guide and liberate. All beings are born, but few make this birth successful. Human life is a blessed journey, not a destination. Blessings create positive karma for both giver and receiver, while negative thoughts are a curse. Destiny is guided but can be softened by a master's grace. Saints come from divine realms with a purpose: to be eternal guides. They bestow blessings that we must then utilize. Our lineage carries this immortal message through successive masters. The greatest treasure is their direct teachings and simple devotion. The Guru principle is the highest reality, embodying the divine. Follow the master's instructions, not just rituals. Sacrifice inner negativity, not external things. Cultivate deep surrender, for there divine love gathers. We are protected by our faith and the master's unwavering grace.
"Everyone has birth, but rare are those who make this birth successful."
