Without work, nothing can happen
1:00 - 1:58 (58 min)
The origin of life and the path of dharma are revealed through ancient wisdom.
In the beginning, there was only water. The gods decided to create the earth, which was brought forth from the ocean. Life emerged from the waters, with creatures evolving and moving onto land. The principle of existence was established: all living beings sustain themselves by consuming other life. This is the natural law. From this state, humans were created. With humanity came the knowledge of dharma and adharma. Dharma is to live spiritually, to care for all and avoid killing. Adharma is to live like animals, consuming without conscience, which bars the path to the divine. The human form and consciousness ultimately originate from the divine source, symbolized by the navel of Vishnu and the emerging lotus. One must not depend on others but become self-reliant, as God provides everything. Practice sādhanā, see all as equal, and live without harming others. Consider the impact of your consumption and actions on the world.
"Jīv, jīv, bhakṣate: all living life, they are eating each other."
"Dharma is spirituality and good, not killing anyone. Take care of everyone."

Inner awakening: be with the dharma
2:05 - 2:52 (47 min)
The inner awakening reveals the hidden powers within consciousness.
The creator fashioned 8.4 million beings, each entering through distinct gateways like sweat, womb, or egg. The individual soul travels through limitless space, entering our solar system to become a citizen of Earth, taking birth according to its karma in forms from bacteria to humans. From the perspective of the Ātmā, the divine light, all are one—it is unbreakable, everlasting, formless, and spotless. The individual soul, or Jīvātmā, is a mixture of this Ātmā and the non-self. Duality exists only when identified with the individual form. In human form, this Jīvātmā is shaped by karma. Performing good deeds makes one a dharmātmā, a soul of righteousness, where sin is overshadowed. Committing wrongs makes one a pāpātmā, a sinner destined for suffering. Both heaven and hell are experienced on this Earth according to one's actions. Humans possess the mighty tool of intellect, given for protection, yet it is often used for destruction. The essential power is divine love, without which nothing spiritual is attained.
"One in all and all in one. That is the reflection of that Ātmā."
"Lord, God doesn't come without love. You can try a thousand things, but God will not come without love."

Yoga in Daily Life: The Fifth Level
3:00 - 3:38 (38 min)
Yoga is the science of body, mind, spirit, and soul. Every practice has a purpose. Begin by relaxing in Ānandāsana with palms up to open the chest and lower the shoulders. Legs apart relaxes the pelvis. Abdominal breathing massages organs and calms emotions. Practice always within comfort, never forcing. Pavanamuktāsana stretches the spine and stimulates digestion. Marjari Āsana mobilizes the spine; let movement guide breath into harmony. Paścimottānāsana stretches from the perineum upward, affecting the Maṇipūra Cakra. Prasārita Pādottānāsana works the inner legs and digestion. Jānu Śīrṣāsana brings the body into balance through equal practice on both sides. Mṛgāsana strengthens the knees and calms the nervous system. After postures, rest in Ānandāsana to feel the effects on circulation, breath, and consciousness.
"Allow the movement to cause the air to enter and the movement to cause the air to exit. In that way, in the fastest possible manner, we remove stress."
"Āsanas do not act only on the body. They are also a correction of our behavior; they act on our consciousness."

A Monument for Krishnanaji
3:45 - 4:00 (15 min)
A monument is being created in memory of Krishnanaji. Swāmījī requested a monument be placed in the main square of Vép. This model is sixty centimeters, but the final stone monument will be two hundred twenty. Krishnanaji passed three years ago during the COVID time. He was the foundational seed for yoga and the lineage in Hungary. When Swāmījī first visited, he stayed in their home for a month with devotees. Upon leaving, Swāmījī said he had left two seeds there. The entire growth of the system in Hungary is the fruit of Krishnanaji's work. He organized international seminars and an ashram. He was like a citizen of Vép, known by the mayor and community. The monument will stand beside peace trees planted by the mayor and Viśva Gurujī. It will preserve his vivid memory for everyone.
"Now I left here two seeds. Let's see what is going on, what will grow out of it."
"He was really the seed of the seed in Hungary for yoga in life and in the paramparā."

The light of God is in everyone
6:20 - 7:09 (49 min)
The heart is the temple of the individual soul. The physical body is the true house and the field of action, given to uphold eternal principles. These Sanātana principles govern all existence, like the seasons or a tree bearing fruit. Within this body, two mighty armies of positive and negative forces contend, creating an inner battlefield. The heart chakra is the center of feeling and love, while the intellect chakra provides clarity. These are aspects of the subtle body, not perceivable by physical examination. Spiritual progress requires mastering states of consciousness like sleep and dream, and it necessitates guidance. The divine light exists within every heart, symbolizing purity and infinity.
"This body is called the karma-bhūmi, the field of action."
"All these creatures, all these jīvas, are my eternal parts."

Do we reach?
7:10 - 7:28 (18 min)
Our days pass, yet we seldom consider who grants true achievement. Humanity began in simplicity, living well with shared resources and finding happiness. Now, we possess abundant technology, but remain incomplete, never satisfied. Our progress soars, yet we fight through machines, not as humans present. We practice much, but our complexities create difficulty and confusion. These material pursuits are a game that will not hold; they will fade. We must look within and return to our true nature, for external things are transient.
"All creatures know they are doing just like this. But we are human, and to be human is very great."
"Oh human, you will never be complete. You will never say, 'I am okay, finished.'"

The goal is a transcendent state beyond birth, death, and karma, described as indescribable light and eternity. This state is sought through complete surrender, offering all aspects of life—success, defeat, work, and love—into divine hands. The aim is to live in the world yet remain pure, with the single task of reaching the divine.

All else is transient; the Guru's name is the true path.

Our practice is very important and also our good food. We are really yogis. We have learnt many things that are really important in yoga. Real yogis should practise yoga every day. We help other people to become spiritual. Some people eat cats and kill them in a very cruel way. We should feel every creature in our hearts. The story of a man who wanted to see God. The story of an Indian lady living near Rupavas who became a holy person. The other story is of a woman in Gujarat who doesn't eat and doesn't drink anything.
Repeat the name of Gurudev
11:40 - 12:07 (27 min)
The human birth is a rare and urgent opportunity. The scriptures and all aspects of existence point to a single imperative. The sole necessity is to fix the mind upon the Guru's name. This precious human form is exceedingly difficult to obtain again. One must become truly human in this very moment. By being steadfast in this practice, the vision of the true Self is attained. Do not waste this fleeting chance.
"Oh lamp of qualities, Hari, fix your mind on the Guru’s name. This opportunity will not come again; be human."
"This is the totality of knowledge: to be human."

The Seed of Practice
12:15 - 12:40 (25 min)
Faithful practice is the seed of attainment. Humans suffer greatly from their relationships and have abused nature beyond even animals, becoming the most developed yet most troubled creature. Intellectual knowledge alone is insufficient; devoted practice is essential. A story illustrates this: two brothers pursued different paths—one intellectual knowledge, the other devotional practice. The intellectual brother criticized the devotee's ritual errors. Later, seeing the devotee walk on water through pure faith, the intellectual realized his own knowledge was hollow. He was told the key is a pure heart in practice, not perfect technique, just as a seed grows regardless of how it is sown if the soil is good. Do not waste time in deliberation; practice faithfully with what you have.
"Too much reading also leads you nowhere. It’s only intellectual information. Therefore, practicing is very important."
"When you will pray with a pure heart, a good heart, if your mantra is pronounced correctly or incorrectly... The fruits will be there."

The Seed Has To Die To Become A Tree
12:45 - 13:18 (33 min)
Knowledge is an endless well, not a finite resource to be exhausted.
Great saints of the past have spoken, but they only consumed the butter, not the cow itself. The cow—Sarasvatī, the source of knowledge—remains with us. Feed it with love and devotion, and you can milk it day and night; the well of wisdom is infinite. We have just begun to explore the Manipūra Chakra, the jeweled city within, which is the foundation of life and holds immense spiritual energy. True wealth is not external money but the internal treasure of contentment; desire is what makes one poor. We originate from the endless, void-like Ākāśa and are waves of the primordial sound, Nāda. Like individual raindrops, we separate but ultimately return to the ocean. The navel is the center of this universal process. The vital energies, prāṇa and apāna, flow through channels like the Vajranāḍī, and their balance is essential for life. Our physical form began from the navel, a truth symbolized by the lotus emerging from Viṣṇu's navel. This spiritual knowledge is a feast to be consumed slowly, bite by bite.
"They ate the butter, not the cow. Feed the cow with love. Milk it day and night."
"Those who have the money are the poor. Those who have no money are the rich."

To be independent
13:25 - 14:39 (74 min)
The Guru's grace liberates the soul from worldly bondage.
Without the true Guru, one cannot cross the ocean of existence. The Guru incarnates to lead beings from darkness to light, granting independence from the cycle of birth and death. Trust in the Guru's name provides protection and leads to liberation, as illustrated by a disciple whose faith allowed him to survive mortal dangers. Conversely, jealousy is a destructive fire that consumes from within. True freedom is not merely political but liberation from inner enemies like desire, anger, and attachment. Worldly conflicts stem from animalistic ambitions awakening in humans. Lasting peace requires wisdom, compassion, and the removal of these negative qualities through divine remembrance.
"Without the grace of the Guru, you cannot cross the ocean of the world and reach liberation."
"O Lord, liberate me gently... and lead me to immortality."

Sit in Vajrāsana, then practice Bhavanamukta Āsana by drawing one knee to the chest, aiming to touch the forehead to the knee for four counts before relaxing the leg. Resonance of the Atma
20:35 - 21:05 (30 min)
The universe is a resonant sound, and that resonance is Brahman. Beyond earthly noise, space holds a harmonious sound that fills the body with energy. We can only experience this resonance deeply through meditation and the astral body. Scientists record sounds like from the Sun, which is the sound Oṁ. Beyond are many suns; great yogīs may travel far but the ultimate sound is Ātmā, a pure, formless existence that is Parameśvara. Experiencing this requires years of meditation, self-enquiry, and purification of body and subtle body. When the subtle body travels far, one encounters many other souls or jīvas, which can be unpleasant or divine, with no place to run. Good deeds, peace, and the guiding sound provide light and protection from negative forces. Liberation is not earned from minor good deeds in one life but requires accumulating good karma over many lives through any positive path without judgment. The human life is a chance to earn this karma to proceed toward Brahman, where one dissolves and becomes one with the universe, achieving immortal, pure oneness.
"Sound resonates throughout the entire universe. As far as you go into space, you will hear beautiful sounds."
"It is not the work of one day, one month, ten years, or twenty years. It is years and years of work."

Power of our words
21:10 - 22:01 (51 min)
The power of Śabda, or word-sound, is fundamental. We follow guidance during difficult times, maintaining practice and positivity while awaiting collective freedom. Yoga is a spiritual life of continuous learning, progressing inward through āsana, mantra, and meditation toward unity. All religions and sounds are expressions of the one divine. Śabda is a potent force like an arrow, emanating from the heart; our words, whether sweet or harsh, shape reality. We must choose words wisely, control the tongue, and absorb only beneficial sounds. Consider the power of a single word from your heart today.
"Śabda is so powerful. If you tell some good word... And if there is a wrong word... Same tongue, same mouth, same person, same energy. But how is the difference in these words?"
"Śabda is like an arrow... If we want to tell something hard, hard words to somebody, it’s coming as an arrow out from our heart."
