1:10 - 2:04 (54 min)
The importance of food, Agni, and sāttvic living is foundational. Learning to cook from a young age is essential, not just for health but for the energy imparted to the food. A story illustrates the need for strong digestive fire, or Agni, like a Yogī who dissolved a Rākṣasa from within. This fire digests not only food but also information and experiences. Cultivate Agni through Haṭha Yoga Kriyās, āsanas for the Maṇipūra Chakra, and preparatory prāṇāyāma like Nāḍī Śodhana before advanced techniques such as Bhastrikā. A vegetarian diet is crucial; consuming meat introduces the animal's fear and chemistry into one's own body, affecting the mind and causing negative experiences during spiritual practice. The system of Yoga in Daily Life avoids this by progressing step-by-step with sāttvic food. The energy and intention behind cooking matter deeply, as food carries the cook's state. Therefore, cook for yourself with awareness. Practice deeply within the framework of the five bodies, moving from the physical to the blissful, without seeking external changes. Karmic law is precise: actions return accordingly, as shown in a story where poisoned food meant for a sādhu instead killed the poisoner's own children. Human anatomy, with side-to-side jaw movement and a long digestive tract, indicates a natural design for vegetarianism. The consciousness of the one who provides food also impacts the eater, as a thief's intention indirectly influenced a Guru's behavior. Always cook and eat with a pure, sāttvic intention.

Your body is the map of your destiny
2:10 - 2:55 (45 min)
Destiny is a fixed map written upon the body, yet it can be altered by grace and spiritual practice. Your janma-bhūmi, karma-bhūmi, and dharma-bhūmi are predetermined by past karmas. A story illustrates that written destiny cannot be avoided by human effort alone; attempts to circumvent it often fulfill it. Whether you believe in it or not, you must go through your karma. This destiny is physically mapped on your forehead, palms, and fingers, with unique lines indicating your path. However, religion alone cannot change this destiny; it is a path for self-inquiry. True change comes from sādhanā and, crucially, the grace of the guru. The guru acts as a divine navigator; following the guru's instruction can redirect your path from a negative destiny toward liberation. When the soul leaves the body, this physical map becomes invalid, and a new destiny is formed based on your spiritual progress. Ultimately, the choice is between following animal instincts or human culture guided by wisdom.
"Destiny is written; it cannot be changed."
"O Uddhava, the line of karma is unique, unique. The line which is already made, the plan already designed—there is a line on that plan, and you have to walk on that plane, on that line."

World Peace is in Our Hands
3:00 - 3:05 (5 min)
World peace is in our hands. Our world is increasingly turbulent and ambiguous, requiring more than linear answers. We must create resilient societies focused on shared peace and well-being. A world without peace, equitable wealth distribution, and planetary care will not survive. Achieving these goals requires every individual to become a responsible, active global citizen. My country is designing a new societal vision with its citizens, integrating this into our strategic development. We are committed to being a responsible global actor by implementing the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. This includes striving for poverty eradication, gender equality, human rights, and environmental protection at all levels. Peace requires good intentions, cooperation, and inner balance. The best way to achieve that inner coherence is through yoga. Ultimately, our collective action determines our future.
"A world without peace will not survive. A world without distributing wealth will not survive."

Yoga, Health, and Peace: A Medical Perspective
3:10 - 3:22 (12 min)
True health requires integrating physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being, which modern life disrupts. Our unnatural lifestyle causes chronic stress, damaging our organs and leading to widespread disease. Yoga is a holistic, evidence-based system addressing this. It works on three levels: conscious practices like meditation influence the cortex; prāṇāyāma calms the subcortical autonomic nervous system; and āsanas affect the peripheral organs. This integrated approach combats key modern ailments. Memory loss and dementia are epidemics, worsened by our reliance on technology and poor diet. Yoga, along with a vegetarian diet rich in healthy spices, is scientifically shown to preserve memory and prevent cognitive decline. Similarly, yoga techniques are proven to alleviate and prevent depression by fostering present-moment awareness. By restoring balance across all levels of our being, yoga guides us toward self-realization. Understanding our connection to others allows us to live in peace.
"All these diseases are actually caused by an overload of stress."
"Yoga techniques influence us on all levels: physical, mental, social, and spiritual."

A Prayer for the Immortal Soul
5:30 - 6:12 (42 min)
Destiny and the mystery of time, death, and the soul's journey are our themes.
We are mortal and do not know the time or place of our death. God has not given us the ability to know the past or future, for such knowledge would overwhelm us. What plays with us between past, present, and future is our destiny, a mysterious and sometimes inescapable force. The story of Oedipus shows that some destined events cannot be avoided. We must therefore focus on the divine. At life's end, one should have only God's name in mind, as demonstrated by Mahatma Gandhi's final words. Enlightenment involves widening consciousness beyond time, dissolving negative qualities like anger and attachment. A self-realized person digests or conquers time and death, yet even the enlightened must ultimately leave the body. We pray for a departed soul to dissolve into the cosmic light.
"Humans are very intelligent and intellectual beings, but God has not given them this one ability: to know the past and to know the future."
"At the end of my life, when I renounce this body, I have only one wish, that you are standing in front of me."

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Strilky Ashram is not for one it is for all. Many people died by corona. It has many hidden signs. We are the real yoga from the earth till the cosmic. When we leave our body we don't know about how is in the world. God gave us the possibility not to be born again. Sometimes people are afraid of ghosts in the darkness. There is no ghost in reality. We can come back to the earth only through the mother's womb. Nowadays people have many problems with the health of their bodies. Maybe the cause of this is some karma from our past lives. Every creature feels pain and sadness when they die. Sometimes our soul is suffering in this body but we don't want to die. the whole ocean consists of drops. Yogic science knows how it will be afraid we leave this body. So we want to live and enjoy our life.
Sat sanga
7:00 - 7:27 (27 min)
The power of satsaṅga lies in gathering in truth. The recent global hardship was a manifestation of Kali Yuga, a dark age where everything breaks. I was traveling but was sent to my home country. Through it all, we were with God, who provides. "Sat" means truth. A Satguru embodies this truth. Many practice yoga and follow gurus, each with a name and lineage. We are all human, yet distinctions exist through names and relationships. In the ashram, you become family. Satsaṅga is the company of truth, where we are all together in goodness. This gathering is a satsaṅg. Maintaining this truthful connection requires constant practice, or it is lost when you leave. The physical body is temporary and turns to dust. The name, however, endures beyond the body, like a memory that remains after a person is gone. Therefore, hold to the truth of the name. Satsaṅga is truth together.
"Sat means truth, and this truth is like that."
"The body will slowly, slowly go... but your name will not go anywhere."

Chakras and Nadis
11:50 - 12:53 (63 min)
The Mūlādhāra Chakra is the root foundation and the origin of the Kuṇḍalinī energy. The three primary subtle channels are Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā. Haṭha yoga derives from balancing the 'ha' and 'tha' of these channels, representing a union achieved through determined willpower. This willpower manifests in forms like the king's resolve, a child's persistence, or a woman's determination. True haṭha yoga involves renunciation of all desires and attachments to reach the divine. It also includes purification practices to safeguard health. The awakened Kuṇḍalinī energy rises through the chakras, from the foundational Mūlādhāra to the crown, merging individual consciousness with supreme consciousness. The entire universe exists within the human body.
"Haṭha means that you try very hard; you use willpower."
"Renounce and enjoy. If you want to be happy, if you want to enjoy life, then renounce."
Real health comes from Nature
13:00 - 13:59 (59 min)
Health involves both conventional medicine and natural, yogic approaches. Doctors often manage symptoms without providing lasting cures. Many ailments persist despite treatment. Natural methods from India, like yoga and specific exercises, offer profound benefits. Certain tree barks and natural preparations can address stomach and bodily issues where medicine fails. I am not a doctor; I am a yogi pointing to what is natural. Practice simple postures and breathing. Consistency with these natural methods brings health. Both systems have value, but the natural path is deeply restorative and often overlooked. True well-being comes from harmonizing with nature's intelligence.
"Many things which we cannot do, which the doctors cannot do."
"This medicine also does not cure; they cannot cure it."

Introduction to the science of Chakras
14:05 - 15:25 (80 min)
Introduction to Chakras, Presov, Slovak Republic. Muladhara stores much karmic information about us. What is dormant in Muladhara is sprouting in Svadisthana. This is the place of kriya shakti and iccha shakti. If we purify this chakra, half way to our final goal is behind us. Manipura is the powerhouse of our body. Anahat is the place of our feelings. Vishuddhi is the door to the astral world.
Interview with Vishwaguruji
15:30 - 15:54 (24 min)
Spiritual development depends on parental guidance and the master's influence. Parents filled with love and spirituality teach about God and the Master's will. Being with holy saints from childhood fosters a nature inclined toward purity. The master imparts knowledge through everyday conduct, not formal lectures. This foundation sustains one while moving throughout the world. Yoga is not merely physical postures. It resides within human consciousness, the heart, and a humble perspective toward all existence. Maintaining a childlike purity is essential, meaning to remain a child of God and one's master. This state brings humility and the understanding that mistakes are surrendered to the master. One should feel relaxed, knowing divine protection is present, while also wishing to protect others. The relationship between guru and disciple mirrors that of parent and child. The master views all disciples as one, without duality, guiding them with oneness, peace, love, and harmony toward the Supreme.
"Yoga is within human consciousness, in the human heart, in human humbleness, in a humble way of looking at everything."
"The master has all disciples as one, and that is very, very good. Everyone has a different nature... But the Master should have all the same feelings, taking in the heart the oneness and peace."

The Principles and Power of Sādhanā
16:50 - 17:35 (45 min)
Sādhanā requires perfect technique and discipline, following principles like a car needing correct fuel. This human system requires spiritual nourishment. The Maṇipūra Chakra is central; the body's manifestation begins there, and it is where the soul enters and prāṇa and apāna unite. It houses the hara-śakti, the life force governing immunity. A weak hara-śakti causes fatigue; the Khaṭupranām exercise strengthens it. Sound originates in the Maṇipūra Chakra, with levels from parā (navel) to vaikharī (lips). Chanting Aum in Śabda Sañjālan practice awakens this sound, rising to the Sahasrāra and flowing back to the heart, uniting the nāḍīs at the Ājñā Chakra. This confluence, Trikuṭī, purifies karma. Success requires disciplined practice, devotion, and following a true spiritual lineage. Without devotion and discipline, balance is lost and practice fails. With sincere sādhanā, inner awakening and freedom are attained.
"Only the maṇipūra chakra can control the two forces, prāṇa and apāna."
"Without bhakti, without devotion, you cannot cross this ocean of ignorance."

We all should get oneness
17:40 - 17:56 (16 min)
The language of oneness transcends spoken words. Many scriptures and languages exist, yet spirituality reveals a universal oneness. We learn through gaze and feeling, not just vocabulary. The best language is understood by all, like music or song, where sound vibration creates unity. We do not know God's name or voice, but in our heart, all humans know there is some God. Even saying "no God" speaks to that understanding. Language is only the outer side; the feeling is the true language. When words fail, we understand through hands, eyes, and silence. From life's mixture, we seek purity and oneness. In a hall, a little stone can represent the silence that unites us. This silentness is oneness. In contrast, a noisy festival is different. You are happy and need nothing.
"The best language is when people from many countries, each with their own language, suddenly all understand."
"In our heart, all humans know there is some God."

The Practice and Power of Trāṭaka
18:00 - 18:52 (52 min)
Trāṭaka is the practice of gazing on a single point to develop concentration and purify the mind. The best object is a pure ghee flame, though a candle flame, a black dot, a leaf tip, or a sacred image are also suitable. Never practice on one's own reflection, as it may cause psychic disturbances. Gazing on the sun or moon is possible with strict caution. This practice clears the inner instrument, removes fear and anxiety, and leads to meditation. With disciplined daily practice over twelve years without a single break, one may attain a siddhi—a pure and merciful gaze that attracts others. However, internal negativity can prevent this attainment even after decades. The practice awakens creative and expressive powers, as the goddess Sarasvatī is invoked in the throat and heart centers, enabling eloquent speech, poetry, and art. It illuminates the inner space, calms mental fluctuations, and can facilitate the awakening of Kuṇḍalinī. Trāṭaka improves eyesight and empowers speech, making words balanced and meaningful. Harsh words cause lasting wounds, while compassionate speech heals. The practice requires guidance from an experienced teacher and the use of a personal Guru Mantra to avoid mental problems and gain its full benefits. One must sit perfectly still in a straight posture, with the flame at heart level and a specific distance. The technique involves alternating between brief external gazing on the flame's brightest tip and longer internal gazing with eyes closed, repeating the mantra and observing the inner light without attachment.
"Gazing on that object means to develop concentration, purify the mind, get rid of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty, and clear the Antaḥkaraṇa."
"One who practices Trāṭaka becomes a very good speaker and awakens Sarasvatī in the Hṛdaya Kamala, in the heart."

Ayurveda - The science of life
21:05 - 22:51 (106 min)
Ayurveda is a comprehensive science of life, not a single topic. Its origin is mythological, said to come from the creator Brahmā through divine beings like Dhanvantari before passing to human sages. The knowledge was compiled into key texts like the Caraka Saṃhitā for medicine and Suśruta Saṃhitā for surgery. Much literature was later destroyed, but oral tradition in Sanskrit aided its restoration. The scope of Ayurveda is dual: to maintain the health of the healthy and to cure the sick. It aims for a flexible body, satisfied mind, and happy life until the end.
"The extent of Ayurveda, or the part of Ayurveda, is to maintain the health of healthy people and to cure those who are afflicted with diseases."
"Ayurveda is a science that deals with the useful and the harmful, the happy and unhappy life."
